The rapid development of online lending services in Indonesia has a positive impact on the economy, but it also poses challenges related to legal aspects. This research aims to examine how agreements in online loans are regulated in Indonesian positive law and to analyze the legal protection provided to consumers of online loan services. This research uses normative legal research methods by analyzing various laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and relevant theories. The main focus of the research is to explore the regulation of online loan agreements, which still face various problems related to the unclear rights and obligations of the parties and the lack of transparency of information provided by service providers. In addition, this research also identifies problems related to consumer legal protection, especially in terms of supervision, misuse of personal data, and dispute resolution mechanisms that are still not optimal. The results show that although there are regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), there are still many gaps that must be improved, both in the regulation of agreements and consumer protection. Therefore, this study is important to provide a deeper understanding of the role of law to maintain a balance between the development of the online lending sector and the protection of consumer rights.

ABSTRAK Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan di Toko Jus Buah DD, Kelurahan Sidosermo, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan vitamin masyarakat setempat melalui pemasaran jus buah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan peran aktif mahasiswa untuk mendukung proses penjualan dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya konsumsi buah. Jus buah, sebagai produk olahan, kaya akan vitamin dan gizi, sehingga berfungsi sebagai alternatif sehat bagi masyarakat. Metode pemasaran langsung dipraktekkan dengan mahasiswa, dan proses pembuatan jus menggunakan teknik blender dan cold press, yang mempertahankan kualitas nutrisi buah. Selain itu, PKM ini juga memperkenalkan inovasi produk sehat yang menarik, bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada penjualan, tetapi juga pada peningkatan interaksi sosial antar warga, sehingga menciptakan suasana komunitas yang lebih akrab. Dengan demikian, PKM di Toko Jus Buah DD berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Sidosermo. Kata Kunci: Jus Buah, Kesehatan, Dampak, Inovasi Produk, Interaksi Sosial, Pemasaran ABSTRACT Community Service (PkM) was carried out at DD Fruit Juice Shop, Sidosermo Village, to fulfill the vitamin needs of the local community through fruit juice marketing. This activity involves the active role of students to support the sales process and increase awareness of the importance of fruit consumption. Fruit juice, as a processed product, is rich in vitamins and nutrients, thus serving as a healthy alternative for the community. Direct marketing methods were practiced with the students, and the juicing process used blender and cold press techniques, which maintained the nutritional quality of the fruit. In addition, this PKM also introduces attractive healthy product innovations, aiming to have a positive impact on public health. This activity not only focuses on sales, but also on increasing social interaction between residents, thus creating a more intimate community atmosphere. Thus, PKM at Toko Jus Buah DD contributes significantly to the health and well-being of the people of Sidosermo Village. Children are entrusted as well as gifts from God who are obliged to receive affection in their proper growth and development, regardless of their parents' backgrounds. However, in real life, there are some children who are born out of a legal marriage (registered by the state), this is often the target of discriminatory treatment, both from a social and legal perspective. This research aims to explore in depth the form of protection and legal status of children outside marriage based on the perspective of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. This research is a normative research with a legal approach and theories that are relevant to the research problem, and the results of the study show that according to the laws and regulations regarding the guarantee of every child to obtain legal protection and recognition, at the practical level there are still legal vacancies, especially related to the recognition of the civil status of children outside of marriage, such as inheritance rights and legal relations with biological fathers. For this reason, collaboration between the legal apparatus, state institutions, and the collective consciousness of the community is needed to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights in a fair and free manner from discrimination.

Landasan Hukum dan Keterbatasan Landasan hukum utama di Indonesia untuk telemedisin adalah Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) No. 20 Tahun 2019. Namun, peraturan ini memiliki batasan signifikan karena hanya mengatur pelayanan telemedisin antar fasilitas kesehatan (misalnya, dari puskesmas ke rumah sakit), bukan konsultasi langsung antara dokter dan pasien melalui aplikasi komersial. Keterbatasan ini menimbulkan kekosongan hukum yang berdampak pada perlindungan baik bagi pasien maupun tenaga medis. Perlindungan Data Pribadi Pasien Salah satu isu krusial adalah perlindungan data pribadi pasien. Meskipun Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) telah berlaku, penerapannya dalam konteks kesehatan digital masih belum optimal. Penyedia layanan telemedisin, terutama platform komersial, diwajibkan untuk mendapatkan persetujuan (informed consent) dari pasien sebelum mengumpulkan atau membagikan data mereka. Sosialisasi diperlukan untuk memastikan platform dan tenaga kesehatan mematuhi standar keamanan dan kerahasiaan data pasien secara ketat. Tanggung Jawab Hukum dan Malpraktik Isu malpraktik medis dalam telemedisin menjadi tantangan. Dalam praktik konvensional, diagnosis sering kali memerlukan pemeriksaan fisik, yang tidak bisa sepenuhnya digantikan dalam telekonsultasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kejelasan mengenai pertanggungjawaban hukum jika terjadi kesalahan diagnosis atau tindakan medis yang merugikan pasien. Selain itu, tenaga medis yang terlibat dalam telemedisin harus memiliki kompetensi dan lisensi yang memadai untuk praktik jarak jauh. Pentingnya Penguatan Regulasi Mengingat pesatnya perkembangan layanan kesehatan digital, banyak pihak menilai bahwa regulasi yang ada perlu diperkuat dan disesuaikan.

The right of pledge serves as a property security instrument that grants a privileged position to creditors in the event of debtor default. While this right provides legal certainty for creditors, its application can affect third parties with an interest in the secured object. This situation often leads to legal conflicts, particularly when third parties are unaware of the existence of a pledge on the acquired assets. This study aims to explore the forms of legal protection available for third parties and the legal responsibilities of creditors in the execution of the pledge. Utilizing a normative juridical method, this research analyzes regulations, principles of prudence, and the role of notaries in maintaining transparency. The findings indicate that despite existing regulations, challenges such as a lack of transparency and public awareness still hinder optimal legal protection. Therefore, measures are needed to enhance transparency in the registration of pledges and to educate the community. This study recommends regulatory improvements and increased oversight to ensure the protection of third-party rights and to establish legal certainty in transactions involving pledges.

Abuses of village funds harm state finances, public security, and democratic values. In the management of village funds, there is still a discrepancy between the rules and practices. KPK found problems in the management of village funds that need to be understood because they have the potential to deviate. This study aims to determine law enforcement against perpetrators of misuse of village funds in Sidoarjo Regency. Data were collected through literature research on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. In this study, several modes of corruption in the village were found, such as budget inflation, fictitious project activities, fictitious reports, embezzlement, and budget misuse. To prevent corruption in the village, the effectiveness of law enforcement is needed, supported by three elements of the legal system: legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and bank reputation on customer loyalty. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires which were distributed via google form to 120 customers of the Indonesian state bank (BNI). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of bank services has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Customers tend to be more loyal to banks that provide high-quality services, including ease of transaction, speed of service, good personal interaction, and effective response to customer complaints. In addition, the bank's reputation also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Customers are more likely to remain loyal to a bank with a good reputation, which includes integrity and public trust.

The development of micro and small enterprises (UMK) has an important role in economic growth and job creation. However, one of the main obstacles faced by MSEs is the government licensing process which is often slow and complex. This research aims to evaluate the efficiency of government licensing services in supporting the development of MSEs. This research methodology includes a qualitative descriptive model. The data collected was analyzed using various efficiency indicators, including licensing processing time, costs, service quality, and level of satisfaction of MSE owners. The research results show that the government licensing process still has many challenges in supporting the development of MSEs. Licensing processing times tend to be slow, costs are sometimes high, and service quality has not reached expected standards. The level of satisfaction of MSE owners with licensing services is also relatively low.

Privacy and personal data protection are increasingly important issues in today's digital era. This article highlights the importance of recognizing privacy as a fundamental human right that must be protected by the state in accordance with applicable human rights principles and the constitution. Protection of personal data is becoming increasingly crucial because it is often a target for irresponsible parties. International regulations, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, provide a framework for the protection of personal data. This article also highlights a key challenge to protecting privacy, namely finding a balance between the need for security and individual privacy. Efforts such as developing specific laws on personal data protection, increasing public awareness, and enhancing international cooperation are urgently needed.

This study explores the legal protection available to online ojek drivers in Indonesia who fall victim to fictitious orders, a prevalent issue that impacts their financial stability and emotional well-being. The current partnership model between drivers and application companies limits drivers' legal protections, making them vulnerable without access to compensation or adequate support in reporting incidents. Through a normative juridical approach, the research evaluates existing regulations, identifies barriers faced by drivers in seeking justice, and emphasizes the roles of both the government and app companies in enhancing protections. Key recommendations include establishing clearer compensation mechanisms, improving reporting systems, strengthening legal frameworks, and utilizing advanced technology for fraud detection. Ultimately, the study calls for collaborative efforts to create a safer and fairer work environment for drivers in the gig economy.
