- This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction through organizational commitment (affective, continuence, normative) as mediation. The data collection was done by simple random sampling to 251 population of woman employee in an automotive industry in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 170 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have not significant effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict have significant effect on organizational commitment (affective, continuence, normative), and organizational commitment (continuence and normative) have mediating effect on relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction, except affective commitment have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among women employee of automotive industry in Tangerang through enhancing organizational commitment and by manage the work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

This study aimed to measure the effect of psychological capital and individual creativity on employee individual innovation behavior of the female employees of a manufacturing industry in Tangerang. In this study, individual creativity is mediating variable. Data was collected from 277 returned questionnaire of samples taken by random sampling. Data was analyzed using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study showed that psychological capital had a significant effect on individual creativity, psychological capital and individual creativity have a significant effect on individual innovation behavior, individual creativity have a positive and significant effect on the relationship between psychological capital and individual innovation behavior. Individual creativity functioned as a partial mediator. This new research proposed a model for managing the individual innovation behavior among the female employees of the manufacturing industry in Tangerang through developing psychological capital with individual creativity as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on intrinsic motivation and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of intrinsic motivation as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct effect on intrinsic motivation but does not directly affect tacit knowledge sharing. However, this study found the fact that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through the mediation of intrinsic motivation. So, intrinsic motivation acts as a full mediator in this research model

This study investigates the impact of trust-in leaders within employees in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia towards employee innovation and checks on the impact of mediation from knowledge sharing to this relationship. 121 employees in the manufacturing industry participate in this research. The result of research claimed that trust-in leader has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and employee innovation. Likewise, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee innovation. Therefore, the result of the research showed that knowledge sharing has a partial mediation impact on the relationship between trust-in leader and employee innovation.

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of ustadz/ustadzah from a Pesantren in Banten. The results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the climate of psychological security and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological safety climate has a significant direct influence on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also finds evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through the mediation of a psychological safety climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

This study investigates whether increased attention given to coaching practices affects performance, while considering the mediating effect of team commitment. Data were collected from 145 employees of a private manufacturing industry in Tangerang, Indonesia using quantitative methods and confirmatory surveys. This study shows that coaching has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, either directly or indirectly through team commitment mediation. The results of this study could have significant implications for HR managerial decision-making regarding the coaching practice process in the manufacturing industry employees in Indonesia. This study also helps the HR management of the manufacturing industry to seriously assess their HR development investment plans in the form of coaching practices and direct their company's HR strategic planning.

- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian kuantitatif bidang sosial menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos untuk jumlah sampel medium. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan keempat jenis software tersebut untuk didapatkan perbandingan hasil analisis. Analisis dalam penelitian ini fokus pada analisis uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Data hasil penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari data kuesioner untuk jumlah sampel medium yang berjumlah 122 responden dengan empat variabel penelitian, yaitu variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, leader member exchange, organizational citizenship behaviour dan kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk jumlah sampel medium tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai signifikansi p-value dan t-value. Nilai determinasi yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, serta nilai korelasi pada persamaan struktural yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan

This study shows that coaching has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, either directly or indirectly through OCB mediation. The results of this study could have significant implications for HR managerial decision making regarding the process of implementing and practicing coaching in MSME organizations. This study also helps MSME HR management to seriously assess HR development investment plans in the form of coaching practices and direct their MSME HR strategic planning.

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict and social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on the work performance of the female employees of two private companies in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling of 145 population of female employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 123 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have a (negative) significant effect on work performance, peer support and supervisor support have a (positive) significant effect on work performance. Meanwhile, family support has not a significant effect on work performance. This new research proposed a model for building work performance among the private company employees in Indonesia through enhancing social support and manage work-family conflict.
