Abstract

Value for Money is a performance indicator in a public sector that provides information on whether the budget (funds) provided provides a certain value for the community. The indicators referred to in this case are economic, efficient, and effective. Measuring athlete satisfaction with the services provided by KONI Asahan was carried out on 25 athletes in the Muaythai sport. This study aims to analyze Valur for Money in improving public services at the Asahan Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) in the design of athlete development with Valur for Money analysis. The measurement of athlete satisfaction with the services provided by the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Asahan is carried out by means of the IKM (Community Satisfaction Index). The results of the study show that all budget funds financed by the government have been used properly through the allocation of funds for coaching athletes and coaches. Abstract

This examination was expected to research the impact of the utilization of virtual entertainment, imagination, and business capital on the supportability of the Millennial Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) business in Kota Medan. All SMEs in Kota Medan were picked as the populace and 73 respondents were utilized in this examination. Information was tried through a few cycles, for example, legitimacy test, dependability tests, the exemplary supposition test as the ordinariness test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. Abstract

The Entrepreneurship course aims to make students learn to understand entrepreneurship, learn to have an entrepreneurial spirit, and learn to be an entrepreneur. This type of research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Entrepreneurship courses in order to increase student interest in entrepreneurship by using multiple regression tests to compare the interests of students who take entrepreneurship courses with those who do not take entrepreneurship courses. In semesters 2, 4, and 6, 30 random samples were obtained for each group of students. The results obtained indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurship courses affects student interest in entrepreneurship. For 2nd semester students they do not take entrepreneurial decisions, but they do take them in high school. On the other hand, 4th semester students are interested in jobs that can guarantee a steady income (job). The results of this study can explain the need for students to accompany the offering of entrepreneurship courses in more practical applications in order to gain a clearer understanding of entrepreneurship. Abstract

The role of the government through training activities and job fairs to reduce unemployment in Asahan Regency is seen from 3 indicators from the vision of the Asahan Regency Manpower Office, namely creating a competitive, productive, and prosperous workforce. This study aims to determine how the government's role in training programs and job fairs and the results of the analysis of the government's role in training and job fairs to reduce the number of unemployed according to the perspective of Islamic economics. The research methodology used is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the government's role in reducing unemployment through training programs and job fairs is seen from the 3 indicators from the vision of the Asahan District Manpower Office that has played an optimal role and the results of the analysis of the government's role in training and job fairs to reduce the number of unemployed workers have not been able to reduce unemployment. The number of unemployment rates in Asahan Regency is still increasing every year, when viewed from the basic values ??of Islamic Economics, the government's role in conducting training programs and job fairs to reduce the unemployment rate is fair and responsible, but the social security provided by the government can be said to be lacking effective because there are still many people who have not got a job after participating in the job fair.

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam industri jasa transportasi menuntut perusahaan travel di Kabupaten Labuhan Batu untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat guna meningkatkan daya saing dan jumlah penumpang, khususnya pada masa liburan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan travel di Kabupaten Labuhan Batu menggunakan pendekatan analisis SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari tujuh perusahaan travel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perusahaan telah mengalami peningkatan volume penumpang dan jumlah armada, terutama pada masa libur Idul Fitri. Namun, ditemukan pula permasalahan seperti kurangnya promosi yang efektif dan pemanfaatan media sosial yang belum maksimal. Analisis SOAR membantu mengidentifikasi kekuatan internal, peluang pasar, aspirasi jangka panjang perusahaan, serta hasil yang ingin dicapai dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya digitalisasi promosi, peningkatan kualitas layanan, dan kolaborasi dengan sektor pariwisata sebagai langkah strategis dalam menghadapi persaingan dan meningkatkan pendapatan.

Abstract

The problem of employment is a dilemma that has a high complexity, but it demands to be addressed immediately because if it is not addressed it will increase the number of unemployed, while the future trend of growth in employment opportunities is relatively small, this will lead to a larger gap between job seekers and opportunities. available, will then have implications in various aspects of people's lives such as decreasing purchasing power, and increasing the number of poor people. The consequences will continue in the ability of education, health, and people's welfare. This study aims to find out the efforts or policies of the Medan City Manpower Service to provide employment placement services to 2 parties, namely job seekers and companies providing job opportunities, not only that the role of the Medan City Manpower Office can mediate disputes between workers and companies due to concurrency of work energy experiencing Termination of Employment (PHK) and prizes. Rights and employment guarantees. This research was conducted through interview guidelines with narrative research, the author directly observed the field. The availability of a skilled workforce and education is one of the formal conditions for company field providers, of course, the Medan City Manpower Office must be able to prepare skills training for job candidates. Abstract

This article illustrates a paradigm shift in economic development through the lens of Islamic Economics, with a specific focus on sustainable development. The background involves a profound understanding of global economic challenges and the necessity to construct a sustainable development foundation from the perspective of Islamic economic values. The research aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic Economics in addressing economic imbalances, poverty alleviation, and community empowerment. The research methodology entails an in-depth literature review and a critical analysis of existing development models. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic Economic concepts has the potential to foster more inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Factors such as distributive justice, community participation, and environmental sustainability take center stage in shaping Shariah-based economic policies. In this context, the article also identifies innovations and best practices in applying Islamic Economic principles to economic development. The conclusion of this article summarizes that the transformation of the economic development paradigm through the Islamic Economics approach can create a robust foundation for sustainable development. The primary contributions lie in achieving economic justice, community empowerment, and environmental sustainability. Thus, this article makes a significant contribution by providing insights and a new direction for a more holistic and resilient approach to economic development.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the main priority strategies for oil palm farmers in increasing income in terms of post-transformation sharia maqashid in Labuhanbatu district, North Sumatra province by presenting the internal and external conditions that have been carried out so far which have been discussed with relevant experts. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis and the QSPM method. This research used questionnaires and interviews with 10 respondents divided into 5 SWOT respondents and 5 QSPM respondents. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be ascertained that the strategy obtained after processing it in the IFAS and EFAS matrices is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that you can maximize your strengths and take advantage of opportunities. Furthermore, the QSPM analysis showed that the main priority strategy that must be implemented is strategy number 2 with a TAS value of 5.565, namely the role of agricultural instructors is maximized so that farmers' knowledge and abilities increase and they can work well.

Abstract

This research aims to see the extent of the problem of zakat in alleviating poverty in North Sumatra. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with a quantitative approach. For analysis, use the ANP ( Analytic Network Process ) method with the help of "Super Decision" software. This research uses secondary data originating from the zakat outlook of the BAZNAS Center for Studies and Strategy, accompanied by the opinions of zakat practitioners in North Sumatra. This research was carried out in the North Sumatra Province area and the research was carried out in stages starting from August 2023 to September 2023. The results of the research show that (1) The most priority problem in managing zakat funds in North Sumatra is external problems at 65%, (2) The most priority internal problem is the Amil problem at 70%, (3) The most priority external problem is the Muzakki problem at 49%, (4) The most priority internal solution is the Amil solution at 71%, (5) External solutions the most priority is the Mustahik Solution at 72%, (6) The most priority strategy to be implemented for effective management of zakat funds is Developing the correct mindset for muzakki and mustahik at 61%.

This study aims to analyze the problem of developing mutanaqisah musyarakah contracts in property financing by reviewing the benefits, opportunities, costs, and risks involved in mutanaqisah musyarakah contracts. This research uses a mix method between qualitative and quantitative with the ANP BOCR approach with the help of superdecision software. This research consists of four stages of research including pre-research, data collection, data processing and interpretation of results. The results of this study indicate that the ANP BOCR analysis regarding the development of property financing using the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract which is the top priority in the BOCR criteria aspect is Benefit with a Normalize value of 0.35644, followed by the risk aspect in second place with a value of 0.32573, followed by the opportunity aspect with a value of 0.19358 and in the last rank is the cost aspect with a value of 0.12426. The top priority in alternative strategies in developing property financing using the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract is the strategy that banks must work with honest developers. The next strategy is a socialization strategy, namely the bank conducts socialization to the public so that people understand more about the mutanaqisah musyarakah contract. In the third rank is to develop competitive and innovative products. Furthermore, the last rank is a promotion strategy in the form of banners, banners and billboards. Based on the calculation of the benefit cluster, each cluster has the same value, it means that the three benefit subcriteria have the same priority. Furthermore, in the opportunity cluster, the top priority is the development of property investment, followed by product innovation and needs according to the financing contract. Then in the cost cluster, the priority of the cost cluster is notary fees, followed by insurance costs in second place and administrative costs in third place. And in the risk cluster, the priority is credit risk, followed by market risk and compliance risk.
