Determining the cost of production may still be somewhat difficult for MSME players. Calculation and determination of the cost of production is very important in order to know the calculation of sales margins, determination of selling prices and predictions of profit and loss. UMKM Keripik Ketela has not yet calculated the cost of goods produced accurately due to a lack of knowledge about accounting. Conducted training regarding calculating the cost of production according to It is hoped that accounting science can produce accurate information and can be used as a consideration in determining product selling prices more accurately. In calculating the cost of a product, it is necessary to know the cost elements used, including the nature of these costs, both fixed and variable. The training program provided will help Cassava Chip MSME owners to be able to accurately calculate the cost of production which will later be useful in determining product selling prices, monitoring periodic profits and losses.

This study aims to determine the influence of managerial factors and fund management ondecision-making and its implications for the financial performance of the Port Health Office IIIin Lhokseumawe City. The research method is quantitative with a causal type. The populationand sample in this study consist of 55 employees. The sampling method uses non-probabilitysampling with a saturated sample. Data analysis is performed using path analysis with SPSS.The study results show that the influence of managerial factors on financial performance is42.9%. The influence of fund management on financial performance is 43.8%. The influence ofdecision-making on financial performance is 45.9%. The influence of managerial factors onfund management is 44.1%. The influence of managerial factors on decision-making is 54.7%.The influence of fund management on decision-making is 32.8%. The influence of managerialfactors on financial performance through fund management is 76.8%. The influence of fundmanagement on financial performance through decision-making is 79.8%. The influence ofmanagerial factors on financial performance through decision-making is 74.3%. Thesimultaneous influence of managerial factors, fund management, and decision-making onfinancial performance is 80.6%

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolahdan manajemen sekolah terhadap kompetensi guru serta implikasinya pada mutusekolah secara langsung maupun tidak langsung di SMA Negeri 4 KotaLhokseumawe. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis kausalitas. Populasi dandan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang guru dengan sensus. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan SPSS. Pengaruh gayakepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 67,3%. Pengaruhmanajemen sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 64,3%. Pengaruh kompetensiguru terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 49,8%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan KepalaSekolah terhadap kompetensi guru sebesar 41,5%. Pengaruh manajemen sekolahterhadap terhadap kompetensi guru sebesar 42,1%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinanKepala Sekolah terhadap manajemen sekolah sebesar 65,3%. Pengaruh gayakepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah melalui kompetensi sebesar71,7%. Pengaruh manajemen sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah melalui kompetensiguru sebesar 74,3%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, manajemensekolah, dan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu sekolah secara simultan sebesar 75,8%.

This paper is a thematic study of hadith, the hadith used is a hadith narrated by Urwah, telling when the Prophet gave and represented the purchase of a sacrificial goat, Urwah multiplied the profit with the value of one dinar from the Prophet getting two goats and reselling one of them so that his capital returned. This hadith is a type of legal hadith which is the main argument for the wakalah al-istitsmar contract. So this paper reveals how the hadith of Urwah and its application to the present wakalah al-istitsmar contract. The method used in disclosing it is by using the thematic hadith method, and ends with an analysis of the contents of the hadith and DSN MUI's fatwa regarding wakalah al-istitsmar. If the Urwah Hadith is related to the DSN MUI fatwa, it is found that there are three relationships, namely the Urwah Hadith only describes representatives as individuals, and in current developments, there are representatives who are trade organizations and institutions, second, the hadith shows the form of wakalah al-istitsmar muqayyadah, and the three representatives must carry out their representatives in investing while still complying with sharia regulations.

This research aims to comprehensively analyze the concept, models of development, and sustainable governance of productive waqf in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach through library research, data were obtained from books, scientific journals, regulations, and official reports related to productive waqf management. The findings show that productive waqf has significant potential as an economic and social empowerment instrument when managed professionally and sustainably. The main difference between productive and consumptive waqf lies in asset utilization, where productive waqf focuses on generating sustainable economic value through leasing, business ventures, and investment models. The study highlights the need for strong legal frameworks, competent nazir, and high public literacy to optimize productive waqf as a pillar of inclusive and competitive economic development in Indonesia.

This research aims to: 1) find out how the science and science concept is understood by class V students at SDN 63 Singkawang; 2) to describe the differences before and after using the Collaborative Teamwork Learning (CTL) learning model assisted by the Assemblr Edu application in understanding science and science concepts for class V SDN 63 Singkawang; 3) to find out how much influence the use of the Collaborative Teamwork Learning (CTL) learning model assisted by the Assemblr Edu application has on class V students at SDN 63 Singkawang. The research used was quasi-experimental research with a Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 63 Singkawang. The research sample was taken by random sampling, selected by randomly selecting groups that used the CTL learning model and the learning model using PowerPoint and video. The prerequisite test carried out was a normality test using the Chi-square formula, a variance homogeneity test was carried out to see the similarity of the variants in the two groups and the effect size. The results of the research showed that students' understanding of the science and science concept was categorized as sufficient and high, there was a difference before and after using the Collaborative Teamwork Learning (CTL) learning model assisted by the Assemblr Edu application in the understanding of the science and science concept in class V students at SDN 63 Singkawang of 0.012 < 0, 05, and the magnitude of the influence of using Collaborative Teamwork Learning (CTL) learning assisted by the Assemblr Edu application on fifth grade elementary school students is categorized as sufficient.

This study aims to: (1) determine the level of emotional intelligence of grade 5 students at SD Negeri 27 Singkawang in the IPAS subject; (2) assess the IPAS learning outcomes of these students; and (3) identify whether there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and IPAS learning outcomes. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The instruments used were an emotional intelligence questionnaire and an IPAS achievement test. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation. The findings show that students’ emotional intelligence and IPAS learning outcomes were in the high category. The correlation coefficient was 0.763 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant and strong relationship between emotional intelligence and IPAS learning outcomes.

ABSTRACT Suci Nurpitri: The Effect of Project Based Learning Model (PjBL) on Plant Body Parts Science Material on Improving Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students at SDN 84 Singkawang. Thesis, ISBI Singkawang, 2025. This pre-experimental quantitative research aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 84 Singkawang on the science material of plant body parts. All 24 fourth grade students became the research sample. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test. The results showed a difference between learning outcomes before and after the application of PjBL. The average student pre-test score was 62.5, increasing to 73.96 in the post-test, showing an increase of 11.46 points or 18.34%. The effect size calculation results show a value of 0.6535, which is classified as a large interpretation, so the alternative hypothesis (HA) is accepted. In conclusion, the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model has a major effect on improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 84 Singkawang on plant body parts science material. This research is intended to understand the relationship between learning independence and critical thinking skills with the learning outcomes of IPAS for grade IV students in MIS Muhammadiyah 2 Singkawang. The research used was quantitative research with the population dual choleration design in this study was a class IV student of MIS Muhammadiyah 2 Singkawang and used a probably sampling technique sample, namely all class IV students totaling 22 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are learning techniques for learning independence and critical thinking skills tests and testing tests of IPAS learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative analysis techniques in the form of learning independence questionnaires, critical thinking skills tests using mean or average, and learning outcomes tests use mean means or averages. The results of the study show that. 1) The level of student learning independence in class IV in MIS Muhammadiyah 2 Singkawang with the results of 83.7 with very high criteria; 2) The level of critical thinking skills of students in class IV in MIS Muhammadiyah 2 Singkawang. This shows the average value of critical thinking skills of 71.36 with a percentage of 71% high category; 3) The level of student learning outcomes in class IV in MIS Muhammadiyah 2 Singkawang. This shows the average value of learning outcomes of 67.7 with a percentage of 67% with a medium category; 4) There is a significant relationship between learning independence and critical thinking skills and IPAS learning outcomes in class IV students of MIS Muhammadiyah 2 Singkawang, namely there is a relationship of 0.513 with sufficient choleration which means there is a significant relationship between the three research variables. It can be concluded that Ho was rejected HA was accepted.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi terdapat atau tidaknya perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa setelah diterapkan media monopili terhadap Pembelajaran IPAS Kelas IV MI Ushuluddin Singkawang; (2) Mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh model Problem Based Learning berbasis media monopoli Terhadap Pemecahan Masalah Pada Pembelajaran IPAS Kelas IV MI Ushuluddin Singkawang; (3) Mengidentifikasi respon siswa terhadap penerapan model Problem Based Learning pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV MI Ushuluddin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian posttest-only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas IV Mi Ushuluddin Singkawang yang berjumlah 128 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 siswa di kelas IVC dan IVD. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t dua sampel, effect size, dan persentase angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa setelah di terapkan media monopoli terhadap pembelajaran IPAS, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil thitung 6,048 dan ttabel 2,040 (2) terdapat pengaruh model Problem Based Learning berbasis media monopoli terhadap pemecahan masalah pada Pembelajaran IPAS Kelas IV, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji effect size menunjukan bahwa nilai sebesar 1,4 > 0,8 sehingga masuk dalam kategori tinggi. (3) respon siswa menunjukkan respon yang positif, dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan persentase yang mendapatkan hasil 93% dengan kategori sangat baik.
