Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the financial performance of mining industry companies, namely PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG), PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk (MBAP), PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), and PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM). ) during the 2019-2021 period to the industry average ratio or using the Cross-Section method analysis. The type of research used is descriptive-quantitative research, where after calculating and comparing the ratio of the company to the industry, a descriptive analysis is then carried out. The data source used is the results of previous research on financial ratios in the four companies for the 2019 – 2021 period. The results of the research obtained during the period 2019 - 2021 the company PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk (MBAP) had very good performance, this is evidenced by the majority of the value of the company's financial ratio is above the value of the industry average ratio every year, for example, the liquidity ratio of PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk has a ratio value during 2019 - 2021, namely 360.4%, 374.4%, and 397.8%, respectively, where the average industry value for three periods is only between 220% - 275%. The management of MBAP company assets/assets is also considered good as evidenced by the asset turnover ratio, which has the highest average value of 4.8 rounds. In solvency ratio and profitability ratio, MBAP is the highest among the four companies, and above the industry average ratio. Abstract

Analisis sentimen memiliki peran penting dalam memahami opini pengguna, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan digital. Penelitian ini berfokus pada optimasi klasifikasi sentimen menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan pendekatan N-Gram dan Word Embedding GloVe terhadap ulasan pengguna aplikasi Access by KAI. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen agar lebih optimal dalam mengidentifikasi keluhan dan preferensi pengguna. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 1.718 ulasan pengguna yang telah dilabeli secara manual ke dalam kategori positif dan negatif. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data, preprocessing, ekstraksi fitur, pemodelan SVM, dan evaluasi kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan N-Gram berbasis TF-IDF menghasilkan akurasi terbaik sebesar 84,88%, mengungguli metode GloVe yang hanya mencapai 79,65%. Selain itu, pemodelan SVM tanpa optimasi menghasilkan akurasi 83,43%. Perbandingan ini menegaskan bahwa pemilihan metode ekstraksi fitur yang tepat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa klasifikasi. Temuan penelitian juga mengungkap bahwa sentimen negatif mendominasi dengan persentase 51,7%, yang mencerminkan tantangan dalam performa dan fitur aplikasi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to ascertain how to utilize electronic media, namely E-Commerce, for MSMEs in Ntobo Village to improve and develop business. The research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The development of a woven business group uses initial capital with its own savings, innovates its production results, expands its marketing network, and completes its business facilities and infrastructure. Apart from that, facilitation from the Bima City Cooperatives and SMEs Department has given MSMEs access to capital sources, provided coaching and training, product promotion activities and expanded the marketing of woven products through E-Commerce. The development of MSMEs through e-Commerce is increasing because of the benefits that will be gained by MSMEs themselves, and can also make it easier for all groups to reach and access anywhere and anytime to carry out transactions via the internet.

Abstract

Sleep is one of the basic human needs. The need for sleep for all ages differs. Sleep disorders can occur in children with manifestations of difficulty in starting to sleep and maintaining sleep. One way to overcome baby sleep disorders is with Massage (touch). Touching the baby's skin will stimulate blood circulation and add more oxygen wave energy to the brain, improving the circulation and respiration systems. The feeling of comfort and relaxation from massage will enhance sleep quality in infants aged 0-6 months. This baby massage stimulates the nervous and respiratory systems and smooths blood circulation. Massage can stimulate hormones, affecting the body's work systems, such as sleep patterns, and can help babies with difficulty sleeping soundly. This Community Service aims to show that baby massage can improve sleep quality in infants aged 0-6 months. The method used in community service was to massage babies aged 0-6 months for two weeks. The massage was carried out continuously and continued independently by mothers at home to improve sleep quality in infants aged 0-6 months. Results obtained after massage on babies aged 0-3 months for two weeks showed that the average sleep time of babies increased by 96 minutes, while the average sleep time of babies aged 4-6 months was 115 minutes. It shows that baby massage dramatically influences the quality of baby sleep. Conclusion: This baby massage is an effort made to improve the quality of baby sleep because it is essential for their growth and development.

Abstract

At Anna Medika Madura's Hospital, patients still claim to be less content with online registration services with whatsapp online registration services and outpatient phones at Anna Medika Madura General Hospital. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research were all the old outpatient who were online registration at Anna Medika Madura General Hospital and the determination of the number of samples using accidental sampling based on time using 5 dimension. Based on the results of the analysis on each dimension it be seen that of the 82 respondents, on the tangibles dimension expressed satisfaction with a percentage of 79,67%. On the reliability dimension, stated that they were very satisfied with a percentage of 80,63%. On the responsiveness dimension, stated that they were satisfied with a percentage of 76,26%. On the assurance dimension, stated that they were very satisfied with a percentage of 82,85%. On the empathy dimension, stated that they were very satisfied with a percentage of 81,71%. Thus the assurance dimension had the highest level of satisfaction. The average overall patient satisfaction is 80,22% in the satisfied category. The clarity and ease of the service are essential to improving the quality and level of the satisfaction of the patient, the quality of service having an effect on the patient’s satisfaction. Online registration can make it easier for the patient and is shown to be able to support hospital activities in the registration process and also to have the ability to reduce waiting times which will increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Program Sedekah Nasi Berkah yang dijalankan oleh LAZ RIZKI Jember merupakan salah satu inisiatif sosial yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat dhuafa dengan menyediakan makanan bergizi secara rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program tersebut terhadap kualitas hidup penerima manfaat di Jember. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil menjangkau lebih dari 1.000 penerima manfaat dalam setahun terakhir, dengan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesehatan fisik dan kesejahteraan emosional mereka. Sebanyak 75% responden melaporkan peningkatan energi dan kesehatan, sementara 68% merasa lebih baik secara emosional dan sosial. Selain itu, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program ini berkontribusi pada keinginan dan efektivitasnya. Evaluasi berkala menunjukkan bahwa program ini telah mencapai tujuannya dalam mengurangi angka kelaparan dan meningkatkan akses terhadap makanan bergizi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan program sosial serupa di masa depan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pendidikan dasar merupakan fondasi penting bagi perkembangan akademik siswa. Namun, banyak siswa menghadapi kesulitan belajar yang dapat menghambat pencapaian mereka. Tujuan : Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa oleh guru di sekolah dasar. strategi yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa oleh guru di sekolah dasar. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, yang mencakup artikel jurnal, buku, dan penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan topik kesulitan belajar di sekolah dasar. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan terhadap berbagai penelitian, artikel ini mengidentifikasi jenis kesulitan belajar yang umum dihadapi siswa, seperti kesulitan dalam membaca (Disleksia), menulis (Digrafia), berhitung atau menyelesaikan operasi matematika (Diskalkulia). Berbagai strategi yang efektif diuraikan, termasuk pendekatan individu, penggunaan media pembelajaran adaptif, penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif, dan pentingnya kolaborasi dengan orang tua. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi dini dan motivasi siswa berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Kesimpulan : Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini secara sistematis, diharapkan kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa dapat diatasi oleh guru secara efektif, sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung dan juga produktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hadis-hadis yang membahas tentang pentingnya waktu dan menganalisis relevansinya dalam pendidikan Islam di era Generasi Z, khususnya tentang manajemen waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tematik terhadap enam hadis yang terkait dengan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis-hadis tersebut menekankan pentingnya memanfaatkan waktu sebelum menghadapi keadaan yang penuh tantangan, seperti usia tua, sakit, kesibukan, dan kematian. Lebih jauh, hadis-hadis tersebut menegaskan bahwa waktu merupakan nikmat yang sangat besar yang seringkali diabaikan oleh manusia. Relevansi hadis-hadis tersebut dalam pendidikan Generasi Z menjadi signifikan, mengingat tantangan modern seperti distraksi teknologi dan kurangnya kesadaran tentang manajemen waktu. Pendidikan Islam dapat berperan penting dengan menanamkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya manajemen waktu melalui pembelajaran kontekstual yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Generasi Z. Dengan demikian, generasi muda dapat dibimbing untuk menjadi pribadi yang lebih disiplin, produktif, dan bertanggung jawab dalam menghadapi kehidupan modern.. AbstractThis study aims to identify the hadiths that discuss the importance of time and  analyze their relevance in Islamic education in the era of Generation z, particularly  concerning time management. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic  approach to six hadiths related to time. The results show that these hadiths emphasize the  importance of utilizing time before facing challenging circumstances, such as old age,  illness, busyness, and death. Furthermore, these hadiths highlight that time is a great  blessing that is often neglected by humans. The relevance of these hadiths in the  education of Generation z is significant, given modern challenges such as technological  distractions and a lack of awareness about time management. Islamic education can play  a vital role by instilling an awareness of the importance of time management through  contextual learning that meets the needs of Generation z. Thus, the younger generation  can be guided to become more disciplined, productive, and responsible individuals in  facing modern life.

Abstract

The WISN method is a resource management tool that calculates staff needs based on workload for certain staff categories and clearly the facility and type of health facility. This tool can be applied nationally, regionally, in health facilities, namely it is easy to use both technically, comprehensive, realistic and makes it easy to determine variations in human resource needs in various types of health services such as community health centers and hospitals. The aim of this research is to analyze the need for nursing staff based on workload using the Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN) method in the Inpatient Room at RSUD dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai in 2023. The research design used was descriptive research using observational techniques. The population in this study were all nurses in the Inpatient Room at RSUD dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, numbering 61 nurses, this population sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. The number of samples to be studied was 61 people. Data analysis was carried out using the WISN analysis. After the data was obtained from filling out the questionnaire by the researcher based on observations, recording and adjustments were made to the work documentation carried out by the nursing staff in the Inpatient Room. The results of research based on WISN method calculations show that the need for nursing staff in the Inpatient Room at RSUD dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai still lacks 3 nursing staff. The conclusion was that there was an influence between working time, activities of nursing staff, workload standards, slack factors and calculations of nursing staff needs for nursing staff on the need for nursing staff in the Inpatient Room at RSUD dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, it is recommended that the Head of the Inpatient Room need to evaluate the division of tasks so that the nursing service process can be carried out well and improve the quality of service in the Inpatient Room at RSUD dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai

Abstract

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the chain of disease transmission, especially Covid-19. This study aims to monitor and evaluate the use of PPE among nurses who work in inpatient and emergency rooms at teaching hospitals in Malang. This research uses a cross-sectional comparative analysis approach. Data were collected using hospital SOP observation sheets by the Minister of Health Regulation 27 of 2017. Using a purposive sampling technique, the sample size was 82 nurses, divided into inpatient and emergency rooms. Data analysis uses descriptive and Chi-square to analyze differences in work area use of PPE (α= 0.05). The study's results showed differences in compliance and level of risk of exposure for nurses in using PPE in emergency departments and inpatient rooms (p-value=0.009). Emergency department nurses use PPE more often according to SOP, which has a higher exposure risk than inpatient nurses.
