Abstract

Children are a gift that has been given by Allah Swt to every family, with the presence of a child in the midst of the family adds happiness to every parent, with the presence of a child all parents definitely want their children to become pious children, to create all that parents should provide appropriate education to their children at their age of development. Because the first and foremost education obtained by a child is from family education. The importance of education in this family means that every parent should be able to understand what kind of education should be taught to children so that they can form good morals, which can produce a pious and pious generation. However, there are still parents who do not care about their children, both in terms of attitude and speech. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, the subjects of the study were children aged 7-12 years, while the informants of this study were parents, children and neighbors or people who were considered to know about the child's personality. The methods used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. To check the validity of the data using data triangulation. After conducting research on family education in the formation of children's morals in Adiwarno Village, Batanghari District, East Lampung Regency, namely by providing examples, advice and understanding, direction, and habituation. And the teachings given about morals are religious education, such as providing learning about monotheism, politeness, speech, instilling good things in children. When educating, parents prioritize affection so that children can accept the teachings given to them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi keuangan syariah pada mahasiswa Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah di STAI Sangatta. Literasi keuangan syariah merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam mengukur kesiapan generasi muda Muslim dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip keuangan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup kepada 62 responden, dan dianalisis berdasarkan tiga indikator utama: pengetahuan dasar keuangan syariah, pemahaman produk dan jasa keuangan syariah, serta keyakinan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki tingkat literasi pada kategori cukup, dengan pemahaman yang baik dalam aspek keyakinan, namun masih lemah dalam pengenalan produk dan jasa. Berbeda dengan studi-studi sebelumnya yang meneliti pengaruh literasi terhadap perilaku keuangan, penelitian ini secara khusus berfokus pada pemetaan tingkat literasi mahasiswa secara deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran awal yang dapat dijadikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi edukasi keuangan syariah di lingkungan akademik.

Abstract

The research entitled the role of entrepreneurship in increasing the interest of Islamic economics students in local food products based on independent innovation, aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship in increasing the interest of Islamic Economics students in local food products based on independent innovation. The location of the research in terms of theoretical learning was carried out in the area of ​​the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram Campus and its surroundings, including the Taman Udayana area as the center of student entrepreneurial activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of students who are active in Student Activities in terms of entrepreneurship with students who collaborate with mothers who already have local food product brands. The results of the study show that the application of entrepreneurial values ​​such as innovation, creativity, and courage to take risks, significantly contribute to growing student interest in business. Bazaar activities, business training, and involvement in business incubator programs on campus also encourage the emergence of local food-based business ideas such as processed corn, cassava, and palm water or sweet palm wine. In addition, understanding the principles of Islamic economics provides an ethical foundation in their business practices. This study concludes that entrepreneurship plays an important role in shaping students' independent mindset and encouraging the development of sustainable and competitive local food products. Abstract

Labor is a manifestation of uterine muscle contractions. Efforts to overcome pain are by non-pharmacological methods with “Herbal Cream massage BundaCare” is one product that utilizes natural ingredients from plants such as kencur (Kaempferia galanga) and lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) to help reduce pain in laboring mothers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of massage with “Herbal Cream Massage Bundacare” compared to massage therapy alone on reducing pain in laboring women at Made Surya Cipayung Midwife Independent Practice. This type of research is a quasi-experiment (pseudo-experiment) with a two group pretest-post test design approach, the total sample of 84 laboring women in the first phase of the active phase is divided into intervention (BundaCare) and control (regular massage) groups. The research was conducted at Made Cipayung Midwife Independent Practice Center, East Jakarta on October 24, 2024-December 24, 2024. Sampling using accidental sampling and measuring pain with NRS (Numeric Rate Scales). Univariate analysis of respondent characteristics using descriptive statistics. Bivariate test using Wilcoxon test and Independent T test and effectiveness test using Gain score. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test showed a significant decrease in pain in both groups (p<0.05). The BundaCare group experienced a decrease from moderate to mild pain, while the regular massage group remained at moderate pain. The results of the effectiveness test in the “Herbal cream massage Bundacare” group obtained a Gain score of 68% which means the category is quite effective while in the massage therapy group alone obtained a Gain score of 40% which is included in the less effective category. In conclusion, there is a difference in reducing labor pain between massage therapy with “Herbal cream massage Bundacare” compared to massage therapy alone and “Herbal cream massage Bundacare” therapy is more effective in reducing labor pain compared to massage therapy alone at the Made Cipayung Midwife Independent Practice Place, East Jakarta, 2024.

Abstract

The development of students' potential, interests, and talents is an important part of realizing a holistic and adaptive education to the needs of the times. MTsN 1 Langkat as one of the leading state madrasas in North Sumatra has developed various innovative programs in the extracurricular field as a form of implementation of student talent development. This research aims to explore the forms of talent program innovation implemented, the implementation mechanism, as well as the outputs, outcomes, and impacts caused on student development. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the talent program managed by OSIM and guided by competent teachers covers the fields of art, sports, religion, language, and academic olympics. This program has a positive impact on improving student discipline, confidence, and achievement, as well as strengthening the image of madrasah in the eyes of the public. However, weaknesses were found in the evaluation system that still focused on quantitative indicators, so it is necessary to develop an instrument that is able to measure qualitative aspects comprehensively. This study recommends the importance of character-based evaluation and potential in the sustainability of madrasah talent programs.

Abstract

Speaking in a foreign language is a big challenge for many students, especially when the learning methods used are less interesting and interactive. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Talking Stick strategy on improving students' maharah. The research approach used is Quantitative Research. The type of research is quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were students of class IX 1 as the control class and class IX 2 as the experimental class in a junior high school. The research instruments included oral tests to measure students' maharah kalam. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical tests to determine the difference in learning outcomes between the control class and the experimental class. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two classes. With the comparison value of the mean results during the pretest and posttest, namely the pretest in the experimental class 63.5 with the criteria of Dhaif and posttest 76.0 with Maqbul criteria, while the pretest in the control class 61.67 with the criteria of Dhaif and posttest 66.67 with Dhaif criteria as well. Students who learned with the Talking Stick strategy experienced a greater improvement in speaking ability compared to students in the control class. Thus, Talking Stick strategy can be used as an effective alternative in Arabic language learning to improve students' speaking skills and learning motivation.

Abstract

Social media is one of the alternatives for delivering information quickly, and it offers various platforms, including YouTube. Anyone can access these platforms, such as the YouTube channel Adi Hidayat Official. This account contains uploaded Islamic-themed videos with various delivery methods. Among these videos is one titled ”About Iman, Islam, and Iḥsān.”In presenting this theme, Ustadz Adi Hidayat conveys a hadith commonly known as the Hadith of Jibrīl (Gabriel). This research aims to examine how the hadith is presented on the Adi Hidayat Official channel, as well as the exegetical reception and functional reception of the hadith. The study employs a qualitative method with direct observation of the video on the Adi Hidayat Official YouTube channel under the theme ”About Iman, Islam, and Iḥsān” as the primary source. Additionally, a literature review approach is used as a secondary source related to the research topic.The findings indicate that in delivering the hadith, Ustadz Adi Hidayat presents it in his religious lecture (tausiyah) to provide understanding to the audience as an argument or motivation in worship. He emphasizes that **Islam, Iman, and Iḥsān** are closely interconnected and complementary in attaining the pleasure of Allah (swt). The study also explores the exegetical and functional reception of the hadith as presented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sepatan yang dilakukan pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Teknik pengambilan data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka  dan observasi secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden di PT Dana Mandiri Cabang Sepatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena migrasi TKI ilegal asal Pulau Kundur ke Malaysia melalui jalur ilegal, atau tanpa jalur resmi yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Fenomena ini telah berlangsung cukup lama akibat berbagai faktor, termasuk faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan geografis, yang melibatkan individu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi TKI, keluarga mereka, dan data pendukung lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik snowball sampling digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi informan dengan tujuan tertentu dan sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Pertukaran Sosial George C. Homans, yang membahas individu yang terlibat dalam interaksi sosial berdasarkan pertukaran yang saling menguntungkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan untuk bermigrasi secara ilegal dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendorong seperti kendala ekonomi, pendapatan yang tidak menentu, tingkat pendidikan yang rendah, dan terbatasnya kesempatan kerja di daerah asal mereka. Lebih lanjut, faktor-faktor penarik, seperti letak geografis antarwilayah, kemudahan akses, ketersediaan lapangan kerja bergaji tinggi, dan tingginya permintaan tenaga kerja di sektor informal di Malaysia, merupakan pendorong utama migrasi komunitas.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini berkonsentrasi pada pentingnya penerapan strategi pengembangan branding digital untuk meningkatkan jumlah subscriber YouTube pada Bintang-bintang Cinema. Pemahaman peserta dalam branding digital untuk mengoptimalkan media sosial, terutama YouTube sebagai alat untuk membangun dan meningkatkan audiens sebagai pencapaian target, merupakan tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan perpaduan 2 metode, yaitu penyampaian materi secara teoritis dan dilanjutkan dengan praktek langsung. Pelaksanaan praktek bagi peserta dimulai dari konsep pemanfaatan media sosial, diikuti dengan strategi pembuatan konten yang relevan, sampai dengan pengaturan teknis sebelum melakukan unggah video. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini melibatkan 17 peserta pengabdian yang terdiri dari ketua dan tim Bintang-bintang Cinema. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan bagi seluruh peserta khususnya dalam membuat, mempersiapkan konten yang sesuai dengan topik, melakukan optimasi kanal YouTube, dan dapat memanfaatkan video analytics untuk evaluasi kinerja dari konten. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mitra atau peserta untuk memperluas jangkauan audiens, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dari peserta, serta dapat membangun kreativitas peserta secara berkelanjutan
