Family Planning Program is one of the ways that can be taken by the government in overcoming population problems. Efforts to reduce birth rates are not solely the responsibility of wife but also the responsibilities of husband. The participation of men in family planning is a determining factor for the success of the family planning program. This study aims to find out phenomena that occur in society, related to male behavior in family planning at the Work Area of Ciruas Community Health Center, Serang Regency in 2019. The research method uses a phenomenological approach by means of observation and in-depth interviews related to men's knowledge about family planning, availability of facilities and wife support. The data analysis technique used in this study is inductive by analyzing data, reducing data, categorizing data display, and finally making conclusion. The results showed that all informants had less knowledge about male contraception, some informants did not have support from their wives, and some informants assumed that male contraception was not available. Knowledge, wife's support and availability of facilities influence men's behavior in family planning.

Hyperbilirubinemia is one of the most common causes of infant death, caused by emergencies and complications in neonates. Many factors that influence Hyperbilirubinemia are preventable. This research aims to determine the relationship between gestational age, birth weight, type of childbirth and breastfeeding with the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia in infants at the perinatology ward of Doctor Drajat Prawiranegara Regional General Hospital in 2020. This research is analytical with a case control design. The study population was all infants treated at the perinatology ward as many as 14,937 babies. The sample size was calculated using the odds ratio hypothesis test formula, obtained 22. The number of case samples was 22 babies and the control was 44 babies (1:2), so the total samples were 66 babies. The bivariate data analysis used chi square and the multivariate used multiple logistic regression. The research result showed there was a significant relationship between gestational age (P: 0.006), birth weight (P: 0.002), types of childbirth (P: 0.001) and breastfeeding (P: 0.000) with the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia. The dominant factor affecting the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia is breastfeeding. Early initiation of breastfeeding and motivating mothers with baby with hyperbilirubinemia not to panic and continue to breastfeed on demand are efforts to reduce hyperbilirubinemia.

The treatment of dysmenorrhea mostly used pharmacological therapy but rarely applied phytopharmaceuticals such as acupressure and aromatherapy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of acupressure using lemon essential oil aromatherapy to treat dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents. The research type was quantitative and the research design was quasi experiment with non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study amounted to 185. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach (saturated sampling). The sample size was determined by using calculations from Sastroasmoro & Ismael with a total sample of 52 people consisting of 26 in experimental group and 26 in control group. The data analysis used Wilcoxon signed rank test to examine the experimental and control group and Mann Whitney to compare them. The results of statistical analysis using Wilcoxon signed rank test for the experimental group (p=0.000) and the control group (p=0.000) showed that lemon oil essential therapy was effective in overcoming dysmenorrhea. The results of statistical analysis using Mann Whitney obtained p value 0.000 which is smaller than (p<0.05). It can be concluded that acupressure using aromatherapy is more effective in reducing dysmenorrhea than acupressure alone. The acupressure given made the respondents relaxed and their immunity increased, and the massages using aromatherapy that is inhaled to the lungs provides benefits both psychologically and physically.

The successful development of bamboo forests in Bali can be built through the culture of the forest society inter preted by the local wisdom. This research was aimed: 1) to review the role of local wisdom in developing bamboo forests in Kintamani district, Bangli; 2) to review the role of bamboo forests in the society in Kintamani district, Bangli. This research used qualitative approach through deepopen-interview technique with a list of questions, observations and documentations. The 10 respondents were chosen pur posively with a snowball method. The results showed that: 1) the existence of local wisdom in the form of palemahan, which inter pret the knowledge, values, rules and customar y laws in the people, had regulated the behavior and relationship between human and environment in Kintamani, then also contributed in developing bamboo forests; 2) the development of bamboo forests gave positive contributions on the social aspect (absorbed the labor force to 403 HOK/ha/year), the economic aspect (increased the farmer's income to Rp 14.292.795/member/year), and the hydrological aspect (added 3 new water springs)).

Background: Klien dengan Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 dilaporkan memiliki berbagai gangguan tidur dibandingkan dengan subyek kontrol yang sehat. Tidur yang efektif untuk klien dengan Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 diperlukan untuk memperbaiki sel yang rusak, termasuk sel beta yang berfungsi untuk memproduksi insulin. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur dengan kadar glukosa darah pada klien dengan Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 responden. Kualitas Tidur klien dengan Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 diukur menggunakan kuesioner PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleeping Quality Index) dengan skor PSQI >5 sebagai kualitas tidur yang buruk dan skor ?5 sebagai kualitas tidur yang baik. Kadar glukosa darah diambil menggunakan Blood Glucose Meter. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Rank Spearman. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan hubungan positif antara kualitas tidur dan kadar glukosa darah (P = 0,000 <0,05). Kesimpulan: Klien dengan Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 ditemukan cenderung memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk seperti durasi tidur yang pendek, kualitas tidur subjektif yang buruk, dan beberapa gangguan tidur yang dapat menyebabkan kadar glukosa darah yang buruk.

With the use of learning technology it is expected that educational messages can be packaged more systemically-systematically in both physical and virtual packaging, which is no longer limited by the dimensions of space or time, so that students can be accepted well, easily, and extensively, and create pleasant education. flexible in the dimensions of time, space, and developing the potential of students individually. Incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world is high. It was estimated about 50% women in the world suffer from dysmenorrhea in the menstrual cyclus. Incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in Indonesia was 54.89% and the rest of that were sufferers by secondary type. The Study which conducted in Jakarta find 83.5% college student had dysmenorrhea and 58.2% in Palembang. From the reported that dysmenorrhea caused 14% adolescent often did not go to school. The purpose of study was to know the relationship between knowledge of 11th grade adolescent girls about menstruation and attitudes toward dysmenorrhea at Muhammadiyah 7 Senior High School, Yogyakarta. This study used descriptive analytic methode with cross sectional approach. Study was conducted at Muhammadiyah 7 Senior High School, Yogyakarta on 10 September 2011. Samples was obtained by total sampling technique which consisted of 71 adolescent. The knowledge of 43 (60.6%) adolescent girls about menstruation at Muhammadiyah 7 Senior High School, Yogyakarta was good, and about 39 (54.9%) adolescent girls attitudes toward dysmenorrhea at Muhammadiyah 7 Senior High School, Yogyakarta on positive category. In conclusion, there was a significant relationship between knowledge of 11th grade adolescent girls about menstruation and attitudes toward dysmenorrhea at Muhammadiyah 7 Senior High School, Yogyakarta, evidenced by χ2 count>χ2 table (8.005>5.991) and p-value <0.05 (p=0.018< 0.05).

Keterlibatan perempuan dalam ranah publik tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan roda perekonomian suatu keluarga. Sektor industri dewasa ini menjadi salah satu wadah pada ranah publik bagi perempuan untuk berkecimpung di dalamnya. Geliat perempuan dalam home industry keramik Dinoyo menunjukkan bagaimana partisipasi perempuan dalam eksistensi home industri keramik Dinoyo di Kota Malang. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga menjelaskan mengenai manajemen waktu bekerja terkait dengan peran ganda yang dimiliki oleh perempuan. Fokus dalam tulisan ini adalah pembagian waktu bekerja dalam ranah publik dan domestik pada perempuan yang terlibat aktivitas di home industry keramik Dinoyo. Metode dalam tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tulisan ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis gender Naomi Wolf dengan perspektif feminis liberal, yang berkeyakinan pada pembagian kerja secara seksual di dalam masyarakat modern. Hal ini dilakukan dengan prinsip kesetaraan antara laki-laki dan perempuan, sehingga rasionalitas dalam bekerja harus dilakukan dengan membagi produksi baik dari segi gender maupun lingkungan yang ditandai sebagi “publik” dan “privat”. Hasil dalam tulisan ini yaitu pembagian waktu bekerja yang dilakukan pada perempuan dalam home industry keramik Dinoyo dengan cara (1) Menyelesaikan pekerjaan domestik terlebih dahulu, (2) Menyambi antara pekerjaan domestik dengan publik, dan (3) Saling berbagi peran dengan suami.

ABSTRACTNutrition and food is not only necessary for the growth, the development of physical,mental and health, but is also necessary for fertility or fertility in order to get a descent. The stateof maternal nutrition prior to conception inﬂuence on fertilization, fetal health, and maternalhealth. Fetal growth and birth weight of children is strongly inﬂuenced by the nutritional statusof pregnant women, both before and during pregnancy. Mothers with poor nutrition statushas deposits of nutrients is not enough to support the growth and development of the fetusand the mother’s health, as a result of fetal growth retardation, birth defects, miscarriage and low birth weight (LBW). The low nutritional status is affected by the lack of knowledge aboutnutritious food. An action based on knowledge will be better than the deed that is not basedon knowledge. Domain knowledge is very important for the formation of a person’s actions.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrition education on knowledgeabout balanced nutrition changes on the bride and groom in Pekanbaru. This study was aPre-experimental research design with pre-post test with a total sample of 51 people taken byaccidental sampling. The variables studied were knowledge bride. Data were analyzed usingpaired t test technique with SPSS for Windows version 21. The results showed that there was asignifcant difference (p-value = 0,000) about the average percentage of nutritional knowledgeof respondents between before and after education, the average knowledge before being educated45.9 ± 13.211% increased to 62.37 ± 15.916%.Keywords: education, knowledge balanced nutrition

Background Rasbora agrotynea (local name : Seluang ) is a fish native to Sumatera, Malaya and Borneo. This fish has a potential as a local wisdom for supplementation of omega 3 and omega 6. In Sumatera, Seluang fish was used as traditional food. Aim of Study Aim of this study to explore the efficacy of seluang fish oil in body weight, lipid profile, adiponectin and leptin level in Wistar Rats-Induced High Fat Diet Methods This study was an experimental study , pre-post test with control group design. The sample in this study was 30 male rats, 8 weeks old, weight 150-200 gram. Rats were given high fat diet and seluang fish oil at dose of 0,1 , 0,2 and 0,4 mL/200 gr BW/day for 2 weeks. Seluang fish oil was extracted by distilation methods. The results of this study were assayed by SPSS 18. Results Seluang fish oil 0,4 mL/200 gr BW was more potent to reduce body weight gain, triglyseride level, leptin and increase adiponectin level than seluang fish oil 0,1 mL/200 gr BW, 0,2 mL/200 gr BW, negative control and positive control. Conclusion Seluang fish oil had a potention to reduce body weight, triglyceride, leptin and increase adiponectin level.
