Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to analyze the competency development needs of employees at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency. The research focuses on five aspects of competency: knowledge, skills, self-concept and values, personal characteristics, and motivation. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants included the head of the office, planning sub-section head, supervisors, and staff. The findings indicate that most employees possess sufficient basic understanding and skills to carry out their duties and responsibilities. However, there remains a need to enhance competencies in areas such as information technology proficiency, understanding of the latest policies, and skills in educational program planning and evaluation. Supporting factors include the availability of training and the employees’ commitment to continuous learning, while inhibiting factors include limited training facilities and mismatches between educational background and job assignments. The office’s efforts to address these needs include conducting regular training and workshops to improve staff competencies. The study recommends a structured, sustainable, and needs-based strategy for competency development.

Abstract

Rumput laut (Eucheuma cottonii) memiliki potensi ekonomi yang tinggi, tetapi pemanfaatannya masih belum optimal. Kandungan gizinya yang tinggi memungkinkan rumput laut diolah menjadi berbagai produk makanan bernilai jual, salah satunya adalah kerupuk rumput laut yang renyah dan lezat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah rumput laut dengan mengolahnya menjadi kerupuk melalui formulasi bumbu yang disukai oleh masyarakat berdasarkan nilai sensorinya (warna, rasa, aroma, dan kerenyahan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji organoleptik dengan metode hedonik untuk mengetahui penilaian dari 20 orang panelis, yang terdiri dari Mahasiswa, Dosen, dan staf Fakultas Pertanian, terhadap nilai sensori produk yang dihasilkan mencakup: warna, rasa, aroma, dan kerenyahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan A2 (1000 gram tepung dasar tanpa merica dan 200 gram rumput laut) menghasilkan kerupuk dengan nilai sensori warna, rasa, dan aroma terbaik. Sementara itu, perlakuan A1 (1000 gram tepung dasar dengan bumbu lengkap dan 200 gram rumput laut) menghasilkan kerupuk dengan kerenyahan terbaik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlakuan A2 merupakan pilihan terbaik untuk menghasilkan kerupuk rumput laut dengan kualitas sensori yang optimal secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan & kapabilitas inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Papua Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Papua Barat berjumlah 155 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis corelasi dan uji t. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kapabilitas inovasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhdapa kinerja karyawan. Manajemen Pengetahuan juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Pengetahuan tentang produk bank, layanan nasabah, dan solusi masalah yang terdokumentasi dengan baik membantu karyawan memberikan layanan yang lebih akurat dan professional. Meskipun variable kapabilitas inovasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank, namun hal ini juga sangat penting untuk di persiapkan karena Industri perbankan sangat cepat berubah karena digitalisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komptensi dan Budaya organiasai terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tekomsel Branch Makassar. populasi dalam penelitian ini sebayak 136 orang yang selanjutnya semua populasi ini dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu kompetensi , budaya organisasi, dan kinerja. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis corelasi dan uji t. Penelitian ini menemukan persamaan Y = 1.400 + 0,626X1 + 0,346X2 . kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar deimana t hitung sebesar 6.651 > t table 0.165 dengan signifikan sebesar 0.000 dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar dimana t hitung sebesar 2.536 > t table 0.165 dengan signifikan sebesar 0.000.

Abstract

Encountering economic challenges, particularly in Indonesian coastal areas, has been a common occurrence for us. Particularly, the settlements situated along the seaside in isolated or disadvantaged regions. The repercussions of these issues manifest as a modification or reduction in the calibre of the coastal ecosystem. To address these issues, one possible approach is to carry out a Livelihood analysis. This strategy employs and consolidates the capital or assets possessed by the community, as delineated in the pentagonal assets model. The resulting pentagon diagram will illustrate the assets that can be enhanced or optimised to provide a balanced life for individuals. The research methodology employed is a descriptive analysis of the data collected through field observations, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and documentation studies. The assessment of livelihood assets involves the evaluation of five types of capitals: human capital, natural capital, physical capital, social capital, and financial capital. These capitals are then analysed using the pentagonal assets model. The variables possessed by the five assets were quantified and subsequently categorised into high, medium, and low classifications. The findings indicated that the Lantebung mangrove ecotourism community had a satisfactory level of availability of livelihood assets. The asymmetrical shape of the resulting Pentagonal Assets is due to the unequal and imbalanced access that farmers have to the five assets. Additionally, this is due to the community's significant ownership of assets. The minimum score is 1.00, while the maximum score is 3.00. The community's social capital and physical capital have a score of 2.44 and are considered to have a high asset status. The status of human capital is moderate, with a score of 1.89, while the situation of financial capital is also moderate, with a score of 1.86. The lowest position is in natural capital, scoring 1.64.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kualitas pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu penentu kualitas pendidikan tersebut adalah peranan dari seorang pengawas sekolah karena memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. di Kota Makassar, beberapa pengawas masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam menjalankan supervisi, termasuk keterbatasan dalam penyusunan rencana supervisi berbasis kebutuhan, kesulitan dalam adaptasi terhadap instrumen baru, serta kurangnya keterampilan dalam memberikan umpan balik konstruktif kepada guru. Oleh karena itu, program pelatihan pengembangan kompetensi supervisi akademik berbasis Cohort-Based Learning dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan supervisi para pengawas satuan pendidikan dasar. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan metode diskusi kelompok, simulasi, serta praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pengawas, dengan peningkatan rata-rata skor pre-test dan post-test sebesar 28%. Peningkatan paling signifikan terjadi pada aspek penerapan strategi supervisi berbasis kebutuhan (47%) dan pemahaman konsep supervisi akademik berbasis indikator (41%).

Abstract

In an effort to achieve optimal agricultural productivity, efficiency in each stage of cultivation is a determining factor. One important stage is seed planting and fertilization, which are traditionally still carried out separately. This study aims to develop a seed planting and fertilization tool that is integrated in one unit, as an effort to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the planting and fertilization process on agricultural land. This tool is designed with an integrated engineering approach, which allows seed planting and fertilizer application to be carried out simultaneously in one operation. The study was conducted with a series of systematic stages, starting from a literature study to identify needs and challenges in conventional agricultural practices. Furthermore, the concept design of the tool was carried out followed by the creation of a physical prototype made of strong and durable materials. Prototype performance testing was carried out on experimental land with various types of soil and environmental conditions to measure time and energy efficiency, accuracy of seed and fertilizer placement, and plant growth results. The results of the study showed that the developed tool was able to significantly increase time and energy efficiency compared to conventional planting and fertilization methods. In addition, this tool provides more uniform results in seed and fertilizer placement, which has a positive impact on plant growth and yields. The implication of this research is the creation of agricultural technology innovations that can support sustainable agricultural practices, reduce dependence on manual labor, and increase farmer productivity. This tool has the potential to be a solution to modern agricultural challenges, especially in efforts to achieve food security and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh arus kas dan modal terhadap laba pada PT Akasha Wira International Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal untuk menganalisis fenomena yang diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh laporan keuangan PT Akasha Wira International Tbk. selama lima tahun, yakni periode 2019-2023 dengan sampel yang terdiri dari data neraca dan laporan laba rugi selama periode 2019-2023. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS Versi 27. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kas memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba perusahaan, sedangkan modal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap laba PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a computer-based semester exam information system at State Junior High School (SMP) 2 Majene to optimize the learning evaluation process. The background of this study is the still widely used manual exam system, which requires a significant amount of time and energy, and poses a risk to the efficiency and accuracy of the assessment. The method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model approach, which comprises the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with a client-server architecture. The data collection process was carried out through observation and interviews with teachers and education personnel. The implementation results showed that the system ran well, allowing teachers and operators to input questions, students to answer exams digitally, and exam results could be directly processed and printed quickly and accurately. User evaluations stated that this system was effective in increasing the efficiency of exam implementation and reducing administrative burdens. Thus, this information system is expected to be a technological solution that supports digital transformation in the elementary education environment.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of Teacher Professionalism on Student Learning Achievement in Yapis Merauke Middle School (SMP). This study aims to find out how much the influence of teacher professionalism on student achievement both simultaneously and partially.The study population is the total number of teachers in the Yapis Merauke junior high school as many as 35 people.The results of the multiple linear regression equation are: Y = 15.147 + 0.076X₁ + 0.096X₂ + 0.088X₃. While the results of the study showed that the variables of teacher professionalism, namely education, experience and attitude simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on student achievement in Yapis Merauke junior high school with a Fcount value of 7.583, a significant level of 0.000, while a Ftable value with an alpha of 0.05 was obtained value of 2,679. Education has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 2,563 and a sig of 0,000. Experience has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 1.742 and a sig of 0.001. Attitude has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 1.742 and a sig of 0.001. Attitude variable h , ,, .
