Abstract

To determine the quality of a student after going through the learnig process is to test the application on an ongoing basis in order to fix the quality of education. In the world of education universities that have implemented such Raharja learning methods iLearning. But the concept of exams are generally still using paper based which is not in accordanca with the current technological advances. Altenative handling this problem is to implement a campus based learning system of cumputer based iOU. With iOU based computer based students can work on the problems on a computer random exam questions, which also makes the students can work on the problems at the same time but each working on different. In this work there is also a matter of iOU starting adn ending time limit such questions. In the paper, identified al least 5 problems faced regarding the concept paper based exam, the definition of iOU based computer based., and the benefit of this concept iOU exam. The final result of this study can be used to provide improved quality of examinations in universities Raharja to always provide convenience in doing the exam students and faculty in the terms og giving value to students.

Abstract

Current world trade are no longer constrained by space and time. Human mobility is high demanding world trade is able to provide goods and services quickly in accordance with the request of the consumer. Advances in technology and a growing current of information increasingly make online sites provide such services in various fields, especially in the business world that leads to an online transaction activity.Online transactions is better known under the name of e-Commerce that links between the B2B, B2C, C2B, and P2P. Airzone is one form of a system that uses e-commerce as a medium to conduct business in the world of the internet by using the methodology of B2C. Internet users are growing in Indonesia, making the e-Commerce is increasingly required by the company to continue to develop its business activities. Thus Airzone is present in the world of e-commerce is to be able to update the implementation of e-commerce in favor of a business. E-commerce in the world of technology is important in running the buying and selling of companies and organizations, so that the existence of a system of e-commerce makes it easy for businesses to address the assessed transaction activity is still less effective and efficient. So that it can serve as a means of airzone for product development, promotion, online transactions, product delivery and after sales support that will mutually support each other to gain revenue and profit are better.

Abstract

Students are not only provided a knowledge of soft skills for studying in lecture bench, but also trained in how to build the entrepreneurial spirits to face the competition of globalization. Each college also has a different method in building students entrepreneurial spirits. In the practice of entrepreneurship courses in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja, the students perform entrepreneurial activity in a way that is still very conventional. Where they are assigned to sell a product within the scope of the campus. Seeing how the conventional sales process and marketing reach is limited, then digagaskanlah an alternative solution to the entrepreneurial activities by utilizing the development of information and communication technology. Zpreneur content management system is a good solution for students perform entrepreneurial activities. Where zpreneur provide a forum for students to sell their products online. Each student can have their own online store on zpreneur system. That way, they can market their products online, and of course develop their market share not only in the scope of the campus.

Abstract

Progress of technology and its developed is going so rapidly nowadays and it provide big affect on human life, some of them were education and daily life. Due to its development we also know the other form of calendar which is in digital form that we usually found in gadgets such as handphone or tablets and surely it is portable. Rinfo which is an email supporting facilities for the needs of Raharja College may help Pribadi Raharja in coordination and communication about task and/or event. Rinfo has some applications that integrated with Rinfo itself, such as RinfoGroup, RinfoSites, RinfoDocs, RinfoDrive, RinfoH and RinfoCal. RinfoCal is an calendar application that can be use as schedule time reminder application and it will send any reminder not only to one person but some or couple persons. RinfoCal may sent an pop-up notification or email notification. This paper will discuss about what is RinfoCal, how to use it, what’s the purpose of using RinfoCal, benefit of RinfoCal and so on. But, instead of its benefit, there are also some shortages including many people who using Rinfo doesn’t get the benefit of RinfoCal because they just pretending that RinfoCal is just an usual calendar. This paper also present six problems from conventional reminder that will solved by RinfoCal fews are just doing reminders only once at a time or just remembering only one person, a mind mapping to simplify the analyze of problem and make the best solution, eight literature reviews that had been done to help analyzing problems of research.

Abstract

The progress of globalization that is applying technology and information is very rapid, encouraging various educational institutions and agencies to be able to utilize online training systems to increase flexibility and effectiveness in conducting training / training / learning processes, especially in distance education. In terms of this training, it is felt that now it has to follow the times. In terms of making it easier for students to take part in training and facilitate trainers to manage the results of the training that has been carried out by the training participants. However, in some educational institutions and agencies there is still no online training system. This will cause 3 (three) problems, namely: Training still uses conventional methods, educational institutions do not provide open source software, long queues. In preventing the above problems, it is necessary to use online training using Jurnal.id software which will make it easier for students to carry out the training. These problems are the background for the establishment of a system of utilization of cloud accounting for online Web-Based Accounting System (WBAS) training with the aim of facilitating training participants and students in conducting online training expected to improve the quality of education for accounting students and trainees to be able to be more effective and flexible in training. In the utilization of Cloud Accounting, it is expected to be able to become a system as a storage of accounting with online or online media making it easier for students and trainees to carry out accounting training online

Abstract

The School operational Assistance (BOS) is a government program for the provision of cost financing for basic education units as compulsory learning program executor. The particular purpose is to relieve the levy to relieve the burden of students. All schools are already listed in primary and secondary education principal data system. School is the most important element in determining the use of BOS funds because it is directly related to management. Based on the provisions applicable in the the Office of the BOS year 2012 BOS fund managed by the principal with the teacher or administrative personnel appointed as Treasurer. The current financial information on the world of education in which the data input collection is very complicated in the system of the process is very effective and efficient, in order to see data on the purchase or expense after that the Treasurer must Check back the statement of purchase and expense papers on the bank and all the reports of the paper have been made by the current Treasurer can be easily accessed by the leadership, one of which is presenting information using tables and in The workmanship system requires very high accuracy to ensure that any nominal information of money included in the table has to be ensured the truth is very less efficient. Abstract

All fields have been supported by technology, especially in the world of education in the teaching and learning process. In college absenteeism is a very important thing to show the presence of students where to determine the achievement of learning outcomes. Student guidance attendanceactivities can take place well and smoothly with very active students attending each student's attendance at completing research. However, at present, a problem is identified in the delivery of information on the results of the guideline absenteeism, namely there are still many students who donot pay attention to attendance guidance who should attend absences and after completing the guidance must be absent again and many students forget to be re-absent after completing guidance. Raharja College has implemented an online attendance assessment system, namely PenA (AttendanceAssessment) which is a proof of the development of information systems in terms of education. Which was developed to provide information regarding the results of Assessment of Attendance Guidance to students quickly through Rinfo email. There are 10 (ten) studies of literature in this study that dealwith the media for delivering information via Email. Alerts play an important role as student reminders in conducting attendance guidance. With the email notification system in the PenA system, it is very helpful for students regarding the results of guidance through Rinfo email that will be sentautomatically after the student attendance attendance. So that it can be concluded that email notification on the PenA system automatically helps 2 (two) parties at Raharja University. Where in the attendance process student guidance becomes more effective and more enthusiastic in conductingguidance.

Abstract

Gamification, the application of mechanical game techniques in non-game contexts, has become the primary choice underlies current education. Educational gamification can provide solutions to problems that arise due to traditional learning methods considered less under current human behavior. Blockchain has become a hot topic of discussion that is overgrowing in recent years. Blockchain comes from a world community and company that acts as infrastructure technology that develops in various fields, both industry and education. The main advantage of blockchain is that it is free from third parties so that the security, transparency, and integrity of the blockchain is quite high. At present, research on the blockchain that implemented in the field of educational gamification is still minimal in number. Our paper will identify and discuss the main problems related to education by implementing educational gamification applied to the Blockchain system. This paper proposes an initial gamification model as a foundation for the development of future applications and research.

Abstract

Digital marketing plays an important role in enhancing the promotion of social events in the digital era. In an effort to reach a wider audience, WordPress-based digital invitations are one of the potential tools to support marketing effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the use of WordPress-based digital invitations can help social event organizers increase audience participation and engagement. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection through a survey of social event organizers and analysis of traffic and engagement data from the WordPress platform. The data collection process was conducted to understand the impact of WordPress features, such as flexible design, SEO optimization, and social media integration, on social event marketing success. The results showed that WordPress-based digital invitations significantly increased the number of event participants, the level of audience engagement, as well as the perceived professionalism of the event. These findings indicate that WordPress can be an effective strategic tool in digital marketing for social events. In conclusion, WordPress is a platform that can support social event organizers in designing more effective marketing strategies, especially by leveraging its features to optimize the appeal of digital invitations. This research provides practical insights for event organizers and opens up opportunities for further research in similar areas.
