Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi kebijakan tentang pemenuhan hak pendidikan bagi narapidana di lembaga pembinaan khusus anak kelas II pekanbaru. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah Anak-anak di LPKA seringkali mendapat pendidikan yang terbatas, Keterbatasan fasilitas di LPKA yang dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan anak binaan, Program pembinaan dan rehabilitasi di LPKA masih kurang efektif. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan tentang pemenuhan hak pendidikan serta mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang di hadapi dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan dengan menggunakan teori George Edward III yang dilihat pada aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sudah tercapainya komunikasi antara Kemenkumhan dengan Dinas Pendidikan berjalan dengan baik, Namun terdapat kendala pada komunikasi antara LPKA dengan Orangtua anak binaan yang tidak berjalan dengan optimal.keterbatasan sumber daya dana yang masih terbatas ini menyebabkan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang mengakibatkan kurangnya minat anak binaan dalam pendidikan.sikap pelaksana yang sudah patuh dalam menjalankan tugasnya serta mampu memberikan komitmen kerja,para pegawai lpka juga ikut serta dalam pencapaian hak pendidikan. struktur birokrasi atau karakteristik dari badan pelaksana yang mana terdapat kerjasama antara tenaga pengajar dengan LPKA. pola birokrasi antara tenaga pengajar dengan lpka terjalin dan berjalan dengan maksimal. Ada beberapa kendala atau faktor penghambat yakni: a) Terbatasnya jumlah anak yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan administrasi dan juga ada kekurangan kesadaran diri sendiri anak binaan dalam melakukan pembinaan. b) Keluarga anak binaan sulit di hubungi dan tidak kooperatif ketika pegawai LPKA Kelas II Pekanbaru meminta berkas-berkas atau data yang diperlukan anak binaan untuk mendaftar di sekolah non formal yang telah bekerjasama dengan LPKA Kelas II Pekanbaru. c) Keterbatasan fasilitas yang membuat anak binaan tersebut tidak mendapatkan haknya,dan juga tidak berkembangnya mereka dalam hal pendidikan.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using daily vlogs in the marketing strategy of the film "Agak Laen" and understand how this approach influences audience enthusiasm. In the digital era that focuses on visual and interactive content, the success of a film depends not only on its production quality but also on the effectiveness of its marketing strategies. The urgency of this research lies in the need to understand the ever-changing dynamics of digital marketing and assess the potential of daily vlogs as an innovative marketing tool in the film industry. Utilizing a qualitative methodology with a field study approach, this research collects data through interviews, observations, and content analysis from the Official Agak Laen social media, as well as secondary sources such as reports and relevant literature. The study's findings reveal: First, the "Social Media Marketing Model of the Film Agak Laen" demonstrates that the integration of daily vlogs into the marketing strategy allows for deeper and more personal interactions with the audience, enhancing engagement and supporting the viral spread of content. Second, "Critique of Marketing Communication for Daily Vlog Film 'Agak Laen'" discusses the challenges faced, including the risk of over-saturation and audience skepticism towards aggressively promoted content. The study identifies that although daily vlogs are an effective tool for increasing visibility and engagement, this approach requires high authenticity and strategic management to avoid potential negative effects such as content fatigue among the audience. The recommendations include enhancing content personalization, utilizing audience analytics for better targeting, and balancing between promotion and providing added value to viewers.

Irrigation efficiency is a major determinant in the system of scheme irrigation . Irrigation efficiency is assumed as part of water would be lost either in the channel or at the rice terraces. Water loss estimate in efficiency include loss of water efficiency tertiary and secondary level, water loss is influenced by the length of the channel, the surface area of the channel, the wet cross section and the position of groundwater. The analysis in this study is to calculate thevalue of the efficiency the secondary and the tertiary canals of irrigation of Kemumu, North Bengkulu. Efficiency is accounted based on the length of the channel, sectional area of wet channel, water velocity, water loss, evaporation and seepage channel. The water loss average of secondary channel is 26,12 mm3/sec. seepage average for secondary channel is 5,06 x 10 mm/day. Evaporation in one year is 0,05 mm/day. The results of this study stated that the efficiency of the secondary channel efficiently deliver water from the primary channel to channel tertiary the average of efficiency is about 11,92%. The result of this analysis is expected that not efficient channels in Kemumu North Bengkulu can be fixed, so thewater that rice field needed can be fulfilled. The channels can be fixed with some ways, such as making theconcrete irrigation and doing the rutine maintenance.

The Tetap Watershed covers an area of 12967 hectares (Ha) and is located in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. The purpose of this study was to obtain peak discharge due to the intensity of rainfall in the Fixed Watershed using the HSS Gama 1, HSS Nakayasu and HSS Snyder methods. Estimated amount of peak discharge is input material for water building planning. Hydrological analysis to obtain peak discharge in this way uses daily rainfall data for 10 years. Based on the calculation of the frequency distribution of the 3 rainfall methods, namely the Gumbel Type I distribution method, Pearson Log Type III, and Normal Log, the method used for the calculation of the planned rainfall is the Gumbel Type I Method with return periods 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 years, that is 87,566 mm; 114,867 mm; 132,940 mm; 155,782 mm; 172,785 mm and 189,543 mm. From the results of the hydrological analysis, the peak discharge in the Fixed Watershed using the HSS Gama 1 Method for return periods 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years is 95.93 mm; 117.40 mm; 136.41 mm; 156.23 mm; 170.81 mm and 185.36. Nakayasu HSS method for return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years in the amount of 90.65 mm; 126.21 mm; 142.92 mm; 160.76 mm; 185.05 mm and 202.45. Snyder HSS method for return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years that is equal to 81.79 mm; 94.71 mm; 110.17 mm; 122.33 mm; 133.60 mm and 144.85. The Nakayassu HSS method, which is 202.45 m3 / second with a peak time of 2.57 hours, is the largest and for the Snyder HSS results the smallest of the two other methods, namely 144.85 m3 / second with a peak time of 5.732 hours.

One of the financing products offered by Bank Sumut Syariah Karya Sub-Branch Office is a KPR product. In 2020 most customers took mortgage products, but customers who experienced financing had problems paying installments, especially in 2020 when a pandemic occurred which impacted various sectors including the financial sector. Bank Sumut KCPSy This work has a lot of problematic financing from KPR (Home Ownership Credit) products. In overcoming this, Bank Sumut KCPSy Karya offers financing restructuring to make it easier for customers to pay their obligations. Therefore, this research examines the implementation of non-performing financing restructuring policies on mortgage products (home ownership loans). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study show that the implementation of restructuring at the Bank Sumut KCPSy Karya is going well. In implementing the restructuring carried out by Bank Sumut KCPSy it is in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/9/PBI/2011. The restructuring is carried out by means of reconditioning, namely by reducing the number of installments that must be paid each month for a certain period, without increasing the margin and time period, so that in the period after the restructuring, you have to pay installments that are larger than before. Exploring the Code of Ethics in the Public Relations (PR) profession marks an important milestone in modern communication practice. This article explores the Code of Ethics adopted by the Indonesian Public Relations Association (Perhumas) and the Indonesian Public Relations Association (APRI) in Indonesia. Through a scientific approach, this article presents in-depth analysis of the significance, scope, and implementation of the Code of Ethics in the context of PR. The discussion covers normative, ethical, and moral responsibilities inherent in the role of PR practitioners in society. A deep understanding of this Code of Ethics serves as the main foundation in creating a positive image for PR professionals and the organizations they represent. This article also emphasizes the importance of understanding the role of law in communication activities, illustrating the integral relationship between ethical principles and legal foundations in effective and responsible PR practice.

This research aims to analyze the understanding and application of religious teaching values in Islamic religious education among students. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting interviews and observations of PAI students at Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra. The results of the questionnaire show that the majority of students have a good understanding of Islamic values, but there is still room for further improvement in understanding. The majority of students consider it important to apply Islamic values in everyday life and feel significant benefits from implementing these values. Challenges in implementing Islamic values include internal and external challenges, but students actively seek solutions and support to overcome these challenges. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide additional insights and relevant solutions to increase the application of Islamic values among students, with the aim of providing benefits to individuals, educational institutions and society as a whole.

Kota Bengkulu terletak pada pertemuan antara Lempeng Eurasia dan Lempeng Indo-Australia yang menjadi pertimbangan adanya gempa besar yang mungkin terjadi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kecamatan Kampung Melayu. Titik penelitian didominasi oleh tanah pasir dengan klasifikasi tanah keras (SC) dan tanah sedang (SD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respon seismik pada daerah yang dianggap berpotensi terganggu menggunakan perbandingan linier ekuivalen dan nonlinier. Analisis respon seismik dilakukan menggunakan metode Pressure Dependent Hyperbolic (PDH) yang menghasilkan parameter tanah berupa Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA), percepatan respon spektra periode panjang 1 detik dan periode pendek 0,2 detik, dan faktor amplifikasi. Penggunaan metode ini memberikan hasil sesuai dengan perilaku tanah. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan linier ekuivalen memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan nilai nonlinier. Permodelan linier ekuivalen menunjukkan terjadi overestimasi yang mempengaruhi nilai percepatan maksimum lebih tinggi dari model nonlinier. Oleh karena itu permodelan nonlinier lebih relevan digunakan dan menggambarkan kondisi lapangan.

The objective of this study is to analyze the challenges encountered in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy in Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKI) in Aceh and to propose strategies to address these challenges and enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation. The study focuses specifically on implementing the MBKM policy in PTKI in Aceh, which is noteworthy due to the unique obstacles relating to infrastructure and human resources in this region. The study offers strategic solutions that can be employed to improve the effectiveness of MBKM policy implementation. Furthermore, it provides valuable insights for other universities in Indonesia that may confront similar challenges in implementing the MBKM policy. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to investigate PTKI subjects, using interviews, observations, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal that significant obstacles, including a lack of understanding and awareness, limited technological infrastructure, insufficient internet access, and financial constraints impede the implementation of PTKI in Aceh. To overcome these challenges, strategic efforts are needed to raise awareness and educate stakeholders about MBKM, upgrade technology and internet infrastructure, enhance human resource readiness and training, revise internal policies to support the flexibility of MBKM better, streamline bureaucratic processes, and explore additional or alternative sources of funding to support program implementation.

Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) is one of the worships in Islam to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT. To optimally empower Zakat, Infaq, and Alms funds, a professional, trustworthy and transparent management institution is needed. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence people's interest in paying ZIS through Baitul Mal Sigli, Pidie Regency. This research is a field research using quantitative analysis methods. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling with Incidental Sampling technique. The sample used in this study were 50 people. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that the religiosity factor has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in paying ZIS through Baitul Mal Sigli, Pidie Regency, on the other hand, trust and religiosity factors have no significant effect on people's interest in paying ZIS through Baitul Mal Sigli, Pidie Regency.
