Abstract

Abstract: Santa Maria Pekanbaru High School is a public private high school based on Catholic education, with ownership status by the Prayoga Riau Foundation which was established on October 15, 1985 with an establishment decision 18678 / I09.7d / I3-85. This research aims (1) to determine the effect of students' perceptions about teacher competence, namely pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies on the motivation of students of Class X in history in SMA Santa Maria Pekanbaru and (2) to find out how much influence the perceptions of students about teacher competence that is pedagogical, personal, social and professional towards Class X learning motivation in the history course at Santa Maria High Pekanbaru School. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. Using stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variable is the perception of students about the competence of the teacher (paedophile competence, personality, professional and social) and the dependent variable is the learning motivation of the student. The results obtained show that, via the t-test (partial) student perceptions of the teacher's competence on the student's learning motivation, there is a positive and significant effect when pedagogical competency rcount is 0.872 with a significance of 0,000 and non-standardized coefficients of 0.263, the personality competency of rcount is 0.853 with a significance of 0.000 and non-standardized coefficients is 0.216, social competence rcount is 0.886 with a 0,000 and non-standardised coefficients is 1,097. But for professional competencies included in the variables issued in the stepwise method, because the values in this method are positive and significant, while rcount of professional competencies is -0.093 with a significant ness of 0.211. This means that professional competence does not have a positive effect on student motivation. The positive and significant effect as a whole, shown by the F count, is 156,02 7 with a significant (P value) of 0.000. 95% (α = 0.05). The significance value of P (value) of 0.000 <0.05 with R squared after the multiple linear regression analysis of the stepwise method of 0.867 shows that 86.7% of the contribution of the independent variable pedagogical competence, personality competence and social competence is with regard to learning motivation variables.Key Words: Influence Of Students' Perception About Teacher Competence Against StudentMotivation In Sma Santa Maria Pekanbaru

Abstract

Abstract:Daarun Nahdhah is the oldest Islamic boarding school in Kampar Regency, which gives birth to many skilled alumni according to their respective fields. Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib Bangkinang Islamic Boarding School is a continuation of the Daarul Mu'alimin Madrasah led by H. Syeh Abdul Malik. Daarul Mu'alimin was founded in 1923. About six years of activity the Daarul Mu'alimin Madrasa was stopped, the late K.H. Muhammad Nurmahyuddin, a student of Syeh Abdul Malik, revived the hut with the name Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib Bangkinang. The purpose of this study is to find out the history of development, the education system, the driving factors as well as the inhibiting factors in the development and contribution of the founding family and alumni to the development of the Daarun Nahdhah Islamic Boarding School. The method used is the historical method where data is collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis uses historical writing method which consists of several stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Research time starts fromthe submission of the proposal title until the completion of the thesis of the author. The results showed that the Daarun Nahdhah Islamic Boarding School had developed very rapidly from its inception until now. These developments include improvements in facilities and infrastructure, teachers, students, and curriculum. Abstract

Abstract: SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru is one of the first high schools that started as SMPP 49 Pekanbaru, which was established in January 1976 with the Minister of Education and Culture Decree 26 November 1975 Number 0261/0/1975. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of social media on student learning outcomes in class X Ips history subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. Using multiple linear regression analysis and multiple linear correlation. The research methods used in this study are survey and verification methods. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru, namely class X Ips, totaling 100 students. The results showed the value of X1 (social media youtube) obtained t_count of 0.91 with a significance value of 0.366, and the value of X2 (social media facebook) obtained t_count of -0.285 with a significance value of 0.004. This is not in accordance with the test criteria which show that the value of X1 t_count <t_tabel is 0.91 <0.1966 with a significance level of 0.366> 0.005 and X2 t_count <t_tabel namely -0.285 <0.1966 with a significance level of 0.004 <0.005 and thus can concluded that Ho's hypothesis was accepted and ha rejected, meaning Social Media (Youtube, Facebook) had no effect and was not significant on student learning outcomes.Key Words: Effects of the Use of Social Media on Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Bonai tribe is an isolated tribe in Riau who inhabit areas along the Rokan river with a livelihood as fishermen and gardeners. The purpose of this study is,to find out the history of the Bonai tribe in the Bonai Village. To find out the development of Bonai tribal education in the Bonai Village 1999-2018. To find out the driving factors and inhibiting factors of the education development of the Bonai indigenous people in Bonai Village. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate, (1) Bonai Tribe was brought by two brothers namely Sultan Janggut and Sultan Harimau who wandered to Brunei. (2) The development of Bonai indigenous education from 1999-2018 experienced developments in the construction of schools, students, and educators, where Bonai village has four school units. The situation of students also increases annually, especially Bonai children. (3) Factors inhibiting the development of education in the Bonai tribe are economic factors and the supporting factors is support from the government.Key Words: Development, Education of the Bonai Tribe Society

Abstract: Pekanbaru Ressort HKBP Church is the first church in Pekanbaru that was established on January 21, 1952. The church was originally founded on Jl. Church (now Jl. Wolter Mangonsidi), then moved to another location on Jl. Hang Tuah No. 36 Pekanbaru, Sukmahilang Sub-District, Pekanbaru City District and was inaugurated on August 23, 1970. This study aims to (1) trace the history of the Pekanbaru HKBP Ressort Church, (2) to develop the Pekanbaru HKBP Ressort Church to be determined from 1952-2018, (3) to identify the contribution of the Pekanbaru Ressort HKBP Church to the surrounding community and (4) to identify the role of local government in the development of the Pekanbaru Ressort HKBP Church. determine. Abstract: Major Abdullah is one of the military figures of the Indonesian National Police who maintained independence from the Republic of Indonesia in Pekanbaru in 1945-1949. Major Abdullah was born on February 3, 1932 in Pekanabaru by parents named Ibrahim and Aisha. Major Abdullah was the second of four children who defended the independence of the Republic of Indonesia in Pekanbaru in 1945-1949. The purpose of this study was to determine the background of Major Abdullah's life, to determine Major Abdullah's role in maintaining the independence of the Republic of Indonesia in Pekanbaru in 1945-1949, to end Major's struggle To find out Abdullah in maintaining the independence of the Republic of Indonesia in Pekanbaru in 1945-1949 and to learn the prize Major Abdullah received from the government. Data analysis uses a historical writing method that consists of several stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study are the role of Major Abdullah as the right-hand man of Lt. Col. Hasan Basri, then became the president of the student army platoon flying the red and white flags in Pekanbaru and became an information courier in the Moutbatten Hotel attack. in Pekanbaru for Lieutenant Colonel Hasan Basri. After the end of the battle in 1945-1949, Major Abdullah returned to the National Police Force until 1986. Abstract

Abstract: Captain Soeradi was one of the militay leaders of the Indonesian Police Department who officiates in a crushing the quelled of DI/TII Central Java 1955-1958. Captain Soeradi was born on March 14, 1935 from Pawirodirjo and Legiyem. The purpose of this research was found the biography of Captain Soeradi, found the role of captain Soeradi in the queledl rebellion of DI/TII of Central Java 1955-1958, found the activity of the Captain Soeradi after struggled in the quelled rrebellion of DI/TII of Central Java 1955-1958. The methods of this research was historical. Collected data and relics of the past and that hostory crirically to produced a scientific research. The historical methods used in this research are heuristics, criticism (history), interpretation, presentation. The result of this research was the role of Captain Soeradi as the team commander in the operation against the Central Java DI / TII rebellion which successfully crushed the rebellion against the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Captain Soeradi succeeded in devising a successful strategy to crush the Central Java DI / TII rebellion, and succeeded in attracting the sympathy of the public so as not to be influenced by DI / TII. After that, captain Soeradi was again assigned to the operation, namely the PRRI crackdown operation, Dwikora operation, and finally the PKI crackdown operation. When he retired, Captain Soeradi joined the Republic of Indonesia's Legion of Veterans organization in Riau Province.Key Words : DI/TII, Rebellion, The Role

Abstract

Abstract: Sukarmis is one of the public sector figures in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2006-2016. Sukarmis was born in Sentajo Raya, June 16, 1956 by parents named Syafiu and Mani Uang. Sukarmis is the fifth of five children. This study aims to (1) determine the background of Sukarmis' life, (2) determine the infrastructure development built by the government of Sukarmis in the field of health, education and transportation infrastructure development and (3) determine Sukarmis's strategy for infrastructure development in Kuantan Singingi. This study uses a mixed research approach between quantitative and qualitative. A quantitative approach was taken to quantitatively determine the volume of infrastructure built during Sukarmis' leadership in Kuantan Singingi Regency. A qualitative approach was taken to determine the background to Sukarmis 'life and then Sukarmis' strategy in building infrastructure in Kuantan Singingi Regency. As a result of this research, Sukarmis served as the first definitive regent in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2006-2016 and played many roles in the infrastructure development efforts in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The infrastructure development he built has brought many changes and benefits to the people of Kuantan Singingi Regency that are being felt today. He has also made the Kuantan Singingi Regency an example of successful regional autonomy. Sukarmis has built infrastructure in Kuantan Singingi that includes health infrastructure, education infrastructure and transportation that can be felt by the community to remote areas.Key Words: Sukarmis, Infrastructure Development, Strategy, Role

Abstract: This thesis is titled "The History of Development of The As-shofa Islamic Primary School in The City of Pekanbaru 1991-2018”. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) How the History of the establishment of the As-Shofa Islamic Elementary School (2) How the Development of the As-Shofa Islamic Elementary School 1991-2018 (3) What are the driving factors and inhibiting factors in the development of the As-Islamic Elementary School shofa 1991-2018 . This study uses a historical approach, data collection methods with field studies in the form of observations and interviews as well as archival and document studies. This research was conducted in As-shofa Elementary School and Pekanbaru city . After the data has been collected, data testing is done by source criticism by testing the source authenticity and comparing data with one another, such as comparing the results of interviews with written evidence. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the As-Shofa Elementary School was born against the background of the founder's ideals namely Drs. Syafwi H. Khalil, M. Pd in 19 91 on keprihatinanya see the condition of education in Indonesia , especially in the city of Pekanbaru perceived lack equip students with competence and noble spirit and educational quality, Islamic religious grounds . Founder of As-shofa Islamic Primary Schoolhoping to form young generation who are Islamic and have competence, a sense of nationalism and a strong religious base. The results of the research of this thesis are, (1) As-shofa Islamic Elementary School was established in 1991, started by Ustadz Drs. H. Syafwi Khalil, M. Pd along with other friends. (2) As-shofa Islamic Elementary School has developed quite rapidly in recent years, in several aspects such as the number of students and the number of buildings increasing and developing . (3) supporting factors of the As-Shofa Islamic Elementary School are the role of citizens, the government and the basics of the majority of the demands of the community especially the city of Pekanbaru during the early growth of the As-Shofa Islamic Elementary School. the factors which hindered As-shofa Islamic Elementary School were the limitations of the room and the building of learning in the early pioneering period.Key Words: Islamic School, History, Fullday, Pekanbaru

Abstract: Social distancing becomes a heavy choice for every country especially in Indonesia in implementing policies for Covid-19 prevention. Because this policy has a negative impact on all aspects of life. The education sector is also affected by this policy. Government decisions that suddenly dismiss or move the learning process from school or madrasa to home, making various parties confused. The transition of this way of learning forces various parties to follow the path could be taken so that learning can continue and the choice is to use technology as a learning medium. SMA Negeri 1 Merbau is located on D.I Panjaitan street Teluk Belitung urban village Merbau Sub-district Kepulauan Meranti district. This study aims to explore the student’s perceptions of e-Learning. The research method used in this research is descriptive method in which the type of research is exploratory research. Where, exploratory research is research conducted for problems that have not been studied more clearly. Using descriptive (exporure) method. The research results obtained froms students perceptions of e-Learning are that they like e-Learning. The percentage of the result of the data shows that thera are 8 students or (12,7%) who answered very likes, who answered 41 students like or (65,1%), answered 9 students don’t like (14,3%) and answered very dislike there are as many as 5 students or (7,9%). Then the percentage of adoption statements about no difficulties faced by 10 students or (15,9%) stated stroungly agree, 38 students or (60,3%) stated agree, 11 students or (17,5%) stated disagree and as many as 4 student or (6,3%) stated that they strongly disagree.Key Words: Students' Perceptions Of E-Learning In Sma Negeri 1 Merbau Meranti Island
