Abstract

Abstract: Islamic religion entered Indonesia is a proscess in the history of Indonesia. The process of entering the religion of Islam into Riau was brought by traders from Arabian, Persia, and Gujarat who had the aim to trade and thus spread the religion of Islam. The purpose of this study was to determine the life history of K. H. Hasyim Arsyad, and to know the constraints faced by K. H. Hasyim Arsyad. The benefits of this research are adding and increasing the ability of researchers to write scientific papers, expanding for writers in writing scietific papers, expanding for writers in writing scientific papers. In this study using qualitative methods. Qualitative method is a methodthat does not use steps in data collection and in providing interpretation of the result. The result of this study are K. H. Hasyim Arsyad was a prominent figure and ulam in Pekanbaru, duruing the range of the 1950-2000 he preached in Pekanbaru in the spread of Islam and benefited the community. Abstract

Abstrak: H Muhammad Amin Husin is one of figure who is pioneering freedom in Pekanbaru. H Muhammad Amin Husin has an important role in pioneering independence in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is, 1) to know the life history of H Muhammad Amin Husin, 2) to know how is role of Hajj Muhammad Amin Husin in Sarekat Islam, 3) to know what is role thet Haji Muhammad Amin Husin as the pioneer of independence in Pekanbaru , 4 to know the obstacles faced by Haji Muhammad Amin Husin to pioneer independence in Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is historically, a qualitative descriptist. The result of this study was H Muhammad Amin Husin once accompanied his brother who served as Datuk Bendahara Muda Sekijang Tapung Kanan became the scribe of the Kingdom of Siak. H Muhammad Amin Husin The originator of establishment of the Islamic Union branch of Siak Kingdom in Pekanbaru and served as Vice voorzitter of Islamic Sarikat in Pekanbaru. H Muhammad Amin Husin attempted to pioneer independence in the Malay world by planning a rebellion against the Dutch and also established PIM in Malaysia which aims to oppose the colonialism in the Malay world. In an attempt to pioneer independence there is a barrier to be experienced by H Muhammad Amin Husin, especially in the spirit of community nationalism in the midst of opposition and strict supervision of the colonial government.Key Words: H Muhammad Amin Husin, The pioneer of independence

Abstract

Abstract: Rosnaniar is one of the leaders in advancing education in Riau. Rosnaniar has a role in advancing education in Riau. The purpose of this study is to find out the curriculum vitae of Rosnaniar, to find out the role of Rosnaniar in advancing education, to find out what achievements Rosnaniar achieved in advancing education. The result of this study were that Rosnaniar promoted education starting from being a teacher and lecturer, Rosnaniar while entering politics and becoming a member of the Indonesian parliament stting on an education commission and participating in proposing the development and active of lectures at IAIN Riau, Rosnaniar in advancing education succeeded in establishing a foundation for da’wah thatn oversaw the educational institution Al Izhar Scholl, Rosnaniar who also championed the regional Indonesian child protection commission formed and became chairman, Rosnaniar was at the time the collaboration agency of the women organization was appointed as the head of the education section and at that time also established`a kindergarten and Rosnaniar as the principal of his school. The method used in this study is qualitative and the data obtained from interviews are added to the data obtained from the books and archives obtained from the result of interviews and literature then analyzed in their own language. As for the place of research in writing this scientific paper is Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: In the era of globalization, there must be changes in education. It cannot be denied that human development cannot be separated from education, both formal and non-formal education. The learning process which is the core of the formal education process at school in which there is an interaction between the various learning components. These components can be grouped into three main categories, namely teachers, content or learning materials, and students. History teachers at SMA N 3 Bukit Batu are more likely to use textbooks and blackboards for student learning, this is one of the factors that affect students' low interest in learning. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the students' interest in learning class XI IPS in history subjects at SMA N 3 Bukit Batu, Bengkalis Regency. (2) To determine the factors that affect the students' interest in learning class XI IPS in history subjects at SMA N 3 Bukit Batu, Bengkalis Regency. In this study the authors used a qualitative method, which is an approach that focuses on the general principles that underlie the manifestation of a symptom that exists in human life or better known as patterns. The results of this study indicate that the students' interest in learning in class XI IPS is in the eye. History lessons at SMAN 3 Bukit Batu, Bengkalis Regency Need to be improved again. Factors that influence the learning interest of class XI IPS students at SMAN 3 Bukit Batu, namely the need for a sense of pleasure in history subjects, motivation and encouragement from teachers, parents, and friends as well as class cleanliness, school facilities such as facilities and infrastructure, and interests. students towards history subjects.Key Words: Factors, Influencing, Interest in Learning, History

Abstract

Abstract: The development of a nation cannot be separated from the role of government and society, this development will never stop, the process will recognize a change. Education is an absolute need that must be met by humans throughout life. Without education, it is absolutely impossible for a group of people to live to develop in line with the aspirations for advancement, prosperity and happiness according to their concept of life view. What about good the education system is in Indonesia cannot be separated from the role of the regions, all of this is because only local people know best what their regional needs are. Autonomy and decentralization have very fundamental consequences for future educational activities in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to (1) Knowing the history of the development of South Bengkulu Regency in 2003. (2) Knowing the development of education in South Bengkulu district after the division in 2003-2018. (3) Knowing the driving and inhibiting factors in the development of education in South Bengkulu district after the division in 2003-2018. In this study, the authors use the historical method, namely a set of principles and rules that provide effective assistance to collect materials for historians, assess critically and then produce a synthesis of the results in written form. The results of this study indicate that the development of education in South Bengkulu Regency is not too significant, this is because South Bengkulu Regency has had adequate facilities since the beginning of its expansion in 2003 where South Bengkulu Regency is in the highest position. the parent district of the other two districts.Key Words: Development, Education, Autonomy and Decentralization

Abstract

Abstrack: Biography is the story of a person’s life history sourdced from true stories written by others. Biography tells a proscess starting from thr childhood of the character including his family background ad environment. The other raise a biography about the life journey of a military figure who fougt in Indonesia’s independence from the invaders, namely the Major Zuhdi. As for the purpose of this study id 1) To find out the life history of Major Zuhdi, 2) To find out the story of the Major Zuhdi struggle in maintaining independence in the downstream Indragiri Hilir, 3) To find out the end of the struggle of Major Zuhdi. The method used is the historical method, qualitative descriptive method, and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature, andted in the documentation.. The results of this research can be concluded that Major Zuhdi is a military figure who fought in the defense of Indonesian independence, especially int the Indragiri Hilir area. In 1946 Major Zuhdi took part in the bettle of the of the Tanjung Kilang raid on Pulau Durai, and in 1947 in the Perigi Raja.Key Words: Biography, Major Zuhdi, Warrior,Independence

Abstract

Abstract: Character education is a pillar that builds one of the intelligent and quality Indonesian human characters. Based on observations at SMAN 1 Keritang, the authors show an increase in the implementation of character education that can be taken into account by the school in a planned and planned manner. The purpose of the study was to determine the plan, implementation and evaluation of teachers in the history learning process at SMAN 1 Keritang. Qualitative research method with purposive sampling, data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The research procedure includes orientation, exploration, and checking the truth of the research results. The results showed that (1) the planning stage of SMAN 1 Keritang was able to arrange teaching materials and school conditions with character education nuances. However, the problem of character education for environmental care values is still found waste that is not sorted even though it has not been provided. The problem of teacher readiness itself, periodically and continuously develoving teacher understanding to be able to provide affective teaching materials and patterns; (2) the implementation stage, the teaching atmosphere formed by the teacher is able to develop critical power and the spirit of cooperation between student. It was found that many students were able to develop their reasoning by studying history teachers; (3) the evaluation stage, the history teacher not only pays attention to the cognitive aspects in assessing students, but also the affective and psychomotor aspects. Where has a significant role in providing an assessment of student abilities. In the addition, for students who are not able to reach the minimum threshold set, the history teacher will conduct teaching and evaluation of students outside hours and emotional scores to find out why students have not achieved the expected value.Key Words: Character Education, History Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: Women farmers are women who work as farmers who grow crops and cultivate crops to obtain results that can beused alone or sold to others to earn income, so as to meet the needs of his family. The double role of women farmers is done to meet the family’s economic social. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the early history of the dual role women, 2) to find out the shift in values in the dual role of women, 3) to find out the dual role of women in socio-economics, 4) to find out the decision making in the family. The method used in this study isqualitative and quantitativ. The data obtained from the results of the interviews are supplemented with the processed questionnaires. As for the place of research in writing this scientific paper is villages Bagan Keladi District Dumai Barat. Data collection techniques used are observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is the history of the beginning of the dual role as a women farmer when the help of the overnment came in 2001 which formed a farmer group which recruited women to be more, In the family of women who have a dual role in Kelurahan Bagan Keladi there is no shift in values in the family of women farmers. They continue to carry out functional structures in family life such as patterns of use of time and activities for the family, such as household affairs, work, socioeconomic, social activities and leisure time utilization. Women who have a dual role have a very important role on the socioeconomic family, in women's families who have a dual role in the decision making process for entry to the more dominant type of wife.Key Words: Dual Role, Women Farmers, Family’s Social Economic

Abstract

Abstract : Talang Mamak tribe is belong to old malay (proto melayu) it is the original tribe from Indragiri Hulu according to some oral version derived from Datuk Perpatih Nan Sebatang generation who is one of the pagaruyung royal swordsman. Talang Mamak tribe has two groups the first is Talang Mamak tribe Limau River that settles around the River Limau and River Batang Cenaku. Second, the group of Talang Mamak Gansal River and Root River in the mountain environment of Bukit Tiga Puluh. This study aims to determine: (1) development of Talang Mamak tribe education before 2005. (2) development of Talang Mamak tribe education year 2005-2015. (3) community perception of Talang Mamak tribe to education. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as conservation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and bibliography. The results of this study showed (1) the development of education tribal talang mamak before 1999 only has 1 unit of school with 1 educator who doubles as principal (2). The development of education tribe talang mamak year 2005-2015 experienced a good development, this is evidenced by the number of educators who increased and the number of students more and more. (3). The perception of gamelan mamak tribe to education is very low due to the distance between the house and the relative school, the state of the damaged transportation road, the parents' understanding about the importance of education is still low, as well as the economic and cultural stability of the culture.Keywords : Development. Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia’s indepence in 1945 became a new history in this country. Independence is also the turning point in social dynamics, resulting in drastic social changes in society. Social change after the proclamation is what is often called the social revolution. Social revolution almost happened in every region in Indonesia. One of them is social revolution that occurred in Sumatra, especially in eastern Sumatra. As for the purpose of this study is 1) to find out the background of the social revolution in the Raya’s Kingdom of Simalungun in 1946, 2) to find out the process of the ongoing social revolution in the Raya’s Kingdom of Simalungun in 1946, 3) to find out the impact of social revolution in the Raya’s Kingdom of Simalungun in 1946. As for this study using qualitative methods and data obtained from the interviws added to the data obtained from books and archives. The result of this research is that the social revolution in Raya’s kingdom is a dark tragedy for the people of Raya and even the people of Simalungun which cannot be forgotten. The social revolution in the Raya’s kingdom was driven by major A.E Saragih Ras who gathered in the Range Wild Tiger organization. He also mobilized farmers and fisherman and young man in Simalungun to destroy Raya’s kingdom.
