Abstract

  In the ever-evolving digital era, the choice of application architecture plays an important role in the success of a mobile application. This research investigates the technical factors that influence the choice of application architecture and their impact on adoption and consumer interest in mobile applications. Factors such as security, flexibility, and scalability are analyzed in the context of user preferences and industry trends. Through a literature review, a qualitative literature study was used to gain an in-depth understanding of how these technical factors influence the choice of application architecture and its impact on the user experience. The results show that users tend to prefer application architectures that provide a responsive, consistent, and secure user experience. Microservicing and service-based (SOA)-like architectures are often chosen for their ability to provide high levels of flexibility, interoperability, and security. Additionally, developers can also use knowledge about user preferences for certain application architectures to design applications that are more attractive and relevant to consumers. By following trends and adopting an approach that fits user needs, developers can increase user adoption and retention, and ensure the long-term success of their apps in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Creative industries, especially SMEs (Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises) in the city of Bandung duringthe Covid-19 pandemic experienced a sharp decline in sales, this Fashion MSMEs need an OnlineMarketing Strategy to maintain sales and support the government movement PSBB (Large SocialRestriction), so this will have a positive impact in improving the SMEs Financial Performance. This studyuses a Qualitative Descriptive approach by interviewing and collecting data from SMEs Fashion inBandung City, taking research data during the economic situation of Bandung, in particular, being weakand generally the world because of the Pandemic Covid-19. The results showed that the marketingstrategies carried out by Fashion MSMEs in Bandung were carried out by means of online marketing, thishad a positive impact in boosting the financial performance of Fashion SMEs in Bandung.

Abstract

Creating corporate value is the company's main goal, making various strategic decisions continuously sothat it has a positive impact on the company and its esteem on the prosperity of shareholders. This studyaims to analyze the Creation of Company Value through Mergers and Acquisitions.This study uses a quantitative descriptive verification approach, the object of research in public sectorbanking companies in Indonesia. To know the difference in the value of the company before and after M &A by using Paired sample T test.The results showed that the asset restructuring strategy through Mergers and Acquisitions did not have apositive and significant impact on corporate value creation. This shows the absence of corporate financialsynergy through mergers and acquisitions. Abstract

This study examines the effects of organizational culture, university-industry collaboration strategies, and government funding on innovation programs in Indonesian public universities. The research objectives were to identify the key factors that influence innovation outcomes and explore the moderating role of government funding. A quantitative research approach was adopted focusing on 73 public universities in Indonesia. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to senior administrators and faculty members involved in innovation programs and university-industry collaborations. The key variables measured included organizational culture, university-industry collaboration strategies, innovation programs, and government funding, using a 7-point Likert scale. A multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test the hypothesized relationships and interaction effects. The findings reveal that organizational culture and university-industry collaboration strategies significantly enhance innovation programs, with government funding amplifying these effects. A larger university size was found to negatively impact innovation outcomes, while overall funding levels had a positive but smaller effect than other variables. The results highlight the importance of fostering supportive organizational cultures, developing robust collaboration strategies, and securing adequate government funding to drive innovation in academic institutions. Future research should explore the additional factors that influence innovation outcomes in various contexts. Recommendations include strengthening university-industry partnerships and advocating for sustained government support to enhance the innovation capacity of universities. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak budaya organisasi, strategi kolaborasi universitas-industri, dan pendanaan pemerintah terhadap program inovasi di universitas negeri di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi hasil inovasi dan mengeksplorasi peran moderasi pendanaan pemerintah. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif diadopsi, dengan fokus pada 73 universitas negeri di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang didistribusikan kepada administrator senior dan anggota fakultas yang terlibat dalam program inovasi dan kolaborasi universitas-industri. Variabel kunci yang diukur termasuk budaya organisasi, strategi kolaborasi universitas-industri, program inovasi, dan pendanaan pemerintah, menggunakan skala Likert 7 poin. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan dan efek interaksi yang dihipotesiskan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan strategi kolaborasi universitas-industri secara signifikan meningkatkan program inovasi, dengan pendanaan pemerintah memperkuat efek ini. Ukuran universitas yang lebih besar ditemukan berdampak negatif terhadap hasil inovasi, sementara tingkat pendanaan secara keseluruhan memiliki efek positif tetapi lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya. Hasil ini menyoroti pentingnya membina budaya organisasi yang mendukung, mengembangkan strategi kolaborasi yang kuat, dan mendapatkan pendanaan pemerintah yang memadai untuk mendorong inovasi di institusi akademik. Penelitian lebih lanjut harus mempertimbangkan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor tambahan yang mempengaruhi hasil inovasi dalam konteks yang berbeda. Rekomendasi termasuk memperkuat kemitraan universitas-industri dan mengadvokasi dukungan pemerintah yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas inovasi universitas.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention. This type of research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The dependent variables in this study are repurchase intention (Y), and brand trust (X) as independent variables. Populations in this study are Nivea reviewers on Shopee Niveas.Official.Store has a total of 1,700 and a sample of 425 respondents who are Nivea consumers using simple random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of Computer Software SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The findings of this study found that the image of brand trust versus repurchase intention is in a fairly good category. Brand trust has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. The findings show that the implementation of brand trust by Nivea will be able to encourage repurchase intention among NIVEA customers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Courier companies face environmental challenges influenced by the development of e-commerce businesses, demanding high service quality and reliability in meeting consumer demand. Courier companies demand toimmediately adjust company strategies to be able to survive in competitive market conditions, the only way is to continue to keep dynamic on internal capability. This study develops and tests a model of the relationship between dynamic logistic capabilities, environmental turbulence, and business performance. As quantitative research, a survey was used to collect data. A sample of 70 valid answers from courier company members of the Association of Indonesian Express Delivery, Postal, and Logistics Services Companies(ASPERINDO) was treated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show a full mediation relationship between dynamic logistics capability and business performance, given the proportion of the impact of dynamic logistics capabilities on business performance (72.7%) identified in this study. As a result, the main result points out that the positive correlation between dynamic logistics capabilities and business performance strengthens the relationship evidence in the literature that dynamic logistics capabilities contribute to business performance, that is, sales growth, delivery reliability and security.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia rapidly grows along with the consumer preference for online shopping. This study aims to analyze people’s interest in adopting popular e-commerce mobile apps in Indonesia with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) approach. Of the many e-commerce in Indonesia, only five popular e-commerce are the focus of this study. The quantitative method with the verification type was adopted. A survey was conducted and questionnaires were distributed online toward 400 respondents who are users of popular e-commerce in Indonesia. The collected data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings show that performance expectations and promotion conditions have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, and habits and behavioral intentions have a significant effect on use behavior. The moderator variable of age has a significant effect on the relationship between habit and use behavior, while price value, hedonic motivation, and habit on behavioral intention are moderated by the age variable. Gender variable as the second moderator did not have a significant effect on all relationships. The results can be used by e-commerce as an evaluation and map out future marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui konten Shopee terhadap keputusan pembelian customer. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lima, yaitu Design (X1),berita terkini(X2), pengalaman menarik saat membaca(X3), waktu penayangan(X4) dan kesesuaian berita (X5). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online (e-kuesioner) pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Politeknik Piksi Ganesha yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Shopee. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel design (X1),berita terkini (X2), pengalaman saat membaca (X3), waktu penayangan (X4), kesesuaian berita (X5) secara bersama-bersama berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hasil Uji Simultan atau Bersama-sama (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaiitu Struktur Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hal ini terbukti dari hasil nilai sig. F (0,018) < sig. ? (0,05) dan hasil koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,281 atau setara dengan 28,1 % yang artinya variabel bebas dapat memengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 28,1 % sedangkan 71,9 % sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, sebaiknya Shopee melakukan inovasi konten yang telah dilakukan untuk semakin memperkuat keputusan pembelian produk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran behavioral intention, gambaran heritage experiential quality, dan pengaruh dari heritage experiential quality terhadap behavioral intention pada tamu yang menginap di Hotel Savoy Homann. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey menggunakan systematic random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 yang merupakan tamu yang menginap di Hotel Savoy Homann.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analysis path yang mana mengukur pengaruh langsung dan juga tidak langsung. Kesimpulan menunjukan beberapa temuan yaitu: 1. Gambaran behavioral intention berada pada kategori baik 2. Gambaran heritage experiential quality berada pada kategori baik 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan secara simultan dan parsial diterima yang mana terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara heritage experiential quality yang terdiri dari physical experiential quality, interactional experiential quality, dan heritage aspect quality terhadap behavioral intention di Hotel Savoy Homann
