Abstract

This research discusses the role of kyai leadership in increasing the independence of students at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School (parents) Tambakberas Jombang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews and documentation at the Islamic boarding school. The conclusion of the research shows that KH. Fatkhullah Malik, MPd., as a kyai at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, implements democratic leadership by accepting input from his subordinates. This approach relies on good moral and ethical principles to achieve common goals. Factors supporting student independence involve emotional, economic and intellectual aspects. Emotional independence is built through a positive teaching system, economic independence is strengthened by adequate facilities, and intellectual independence is enhanced through active participation in the teaching and learning process. However, there are also three factors inhibiting students' independence, including emotional dependence and low self-confidence, lack of economic skills and limited access to economic resources, as well as lack of motivation to learn and inability to adapt to the curriculum. Thus, this research illustrates the importance of kyai leadership in forming santri independence by emphasizing supporting factors and overcoming obstacles that may arise in the process.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To describe the leadership of kyai in preserving the social traditions of the Islamic boarding school Darun Najah Karangploso Malang. 2) To describe the leadership of kyai in preserving the scholarly traditions of Darun Najah Karangploso Malang Islamic boarding school. This research adopts a qualitative approach, specifically a descriptive type. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the data analysis process, researchers used a data analysis model initiated by Sugiono, which consists of 4 steps: data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this research indicate that: 1) The social traditions of the Islamic boarding school Darun Najah Karangploso Malang are manifested through activities such as communal gatherings, admonitions, and thanksgiving events. These activities facilitate social interaction among students, between students and the community, and between students and religious teachers in a familial atmosphere. 2) The continuity of studying classical Islamic texts intensively and the utilization of traditional teaching methods such as recitation, discussion groups, memorization, and deliberation. These activities are intended to ensure that students preserve the knowledge they have acquired.

Abstract

Religious education is one of three subjects that must be included in the curriculum of every formal educational institution in Indonesia. This is because religious life is one dimension of life that is expected to be realized in an integrated manner. Character education is a system of instilling good character values in all those involved and as school members so that they have knowledge, awareness, and action in implementing these values. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, namely a research procedure that produces two descriptives in the form of speech or writing and behavior that can be observed from the subject itself. This type of research is descriptive, namely research that describes information data based on facts obtained in the field. The results of this research are answers to the problem formulation previously determined through observations, interviews, and documentation carried out by researchers. The following are the results of interviews conducted by researchers at Islamic Senior High School Private 10 Jombang. Character education is a system of instilling character values which is good for all those involved and as school members so that they have knowledge, awareness, and action in implementing these values. From this definition, there are three important thoughts, namely: a). Value Transformation Process b). Developed in the mind c). Become one in behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning models and learning motivation on the creative thinking abilities of first-grade elementary school students at Insan Cendekia Elementary School. The method used is an experiment with a 2x2 factorial design, involving 110 students from four randomly selected classes (A, B, C, and D). This study is included in the quasi-experimental category because it uses existing classes as research subjects. Data analysis was carried out using ANOVA with the help of SPSS version 27. Data collection instruments include a creative thinking test and a learning motivation questionnaire. The results showed that the PjBL model using loose parts and the PBL model had a significant influence on students' creative thinking abilities with an F value of 140.523 and a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05). In addition, learning motivation also had a significant influence on students' creative thinking abilities (F = 11.151, p = 0.001). The interaction test between learning model and learning motivation showed an F-value of 11.072 with a significance level of 0.001, indicating a significant interaction effect. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of both factors, specifically learning model and student learning motivation, in encouraging the development of creative thinking skills in early grade students. This finding underscores the need for adjustments to learning strategies by teachers, educational policies, and the development of learning theories that take both into account from the early stages of education.

Abstract

This research discusses the Kyai's leadership style in improving the quality of Islamic education by forming independent students. Like at the Jannaturroichan Islamic Boarding School, the santri at the Jannaturroichan Islamic Boarding School, in all aspects of needs within the scope of the Islamic Boarding School, are almost all run by the Santri independently. The author used descriptive qualitative research, by conducting observations, interviews and documentation at the Jannaturroichan Peterongan Islamic Boarding School, Jombang, so that the conclusion was that; The leadership style used by KH Yunus Roichan at the Jannaturroichan Islamic Boarding School is a paternalistic religious leadership style, he in the process of educating the students uses an interactive style between him and the students, and applies Islamic religious values by following the leadership style that has been exemplified by Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

The development of the current digital era demands a change in management in the world of education. Madrasas are one of the Islamic educational institutions that are required to be able to adapt to the times and meet the needs of society. Educational institutions that are unable to adapt to the times will stagnate, and may even go out of business. This paper aims to obtain an overview of the principal's strategy in increasing the competitive advantage of educational institutions at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pasuruan. By using descriptive qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation, which are then analyzed, this paper gets the results; (1) Competitive advantages targeted by madrasas are strategies for developing academic and non-academic curricula, developing human resources and implementing the ITS Productistic Excellence program; (2) The process of implementing the strategy in madrasas is carried out collaboratively, by describing the strategies that have been formulated in the form of activities that support the implementation of the determined strategy. As for the technical implementation, the institution cooperates with internal and external parties. This paper contributes to the fact that internal and external collaborative strategies for educational institutions are very urgent for improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Nowadays, competition in the world of education is unavoidable. Educational institutions are also motivated to provide their best service to the community for the institution's sustainability. Educational institutions must work hard to excel in the competition so that new formulations, strategies and innovations are needed. One of the right strategies to choose and implement is the Resourcebased view (RBV) strategic management model. This research aims to look deeper into how Islamic Boarding Schools maximize their resources so they can be competitive with other educational institutions. The case study research method was chosen by researchers with a qualitative approach with school principals, teachers, students and guardians of students. The results of the study show that strategic management of the Resource-based view (RBV) model at the Islamic Boarding School Ar Robithoh can build competitiveness by maximizing human resources as human capital and maximizing structural capital and relational capital because these aspects are valuable, exclusive, difficult to imitate, and cannot be replaced.

Abstract

Pembangunan berkelanjutan tentunya tidak luput dari pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan karena dengan adanya pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan maka akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh ekspor, impor dan nilai tukar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia pada periode tahun 2013-2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersifat time series dari tahun 2013-2022. Data tersebut meliputi pertumbuhan ekonomi atas harga konstan, ekspor, impor dan nilai tukar. Sumber data diperoleh dari data kementrian perdagangan dan Badan Pusat Statistik. Pengolahan data menggunakan model ekonometrika dengan metode OLS (Ordinary Least Square) dengan bantuan program E-Views 12. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa variabel ekspor, impor dan nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Semua variabel bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif pada taraf signifikansi 5 persen dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,004 dengan hasil Adjusted R Square sebesar 80,5 persen. Secara parsial variabel ekspor () berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,044. Pada variabel ke dua yaitu impor berdasarkan analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel impor () berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,031. Sedangkan untuk variabel nilai tukar berdasarkan analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Nilai Tukar () berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,021.

Abstract

Pertumbuahan ekonomi adalah sebuah proses pergantian keadaan perekonomian suatu negara atau daerah secara berkesinambungan mengarah pada kondisi yang lebih baik dalam periode waktu tertentu. Teori pertumbuhan ekonomi juga menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi atau menentukan pertumbuhan dalam proses jangka panjang. Beberapa sektor yang diduga mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi seperti tingkat pengangguran terbuka, belanja daerah, dan konsumsi rumah tangga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pengangguran, konsumsi rumah tangga, dan belanja daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kawasan Gerbangkertosusila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif regresi linier berganda dengan data sekunder dari tahun 2017 – 2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel (pooled data) yaitu gabungan dari data runtut waktu (time series) dan data silang (cross section). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda secara parsial variabel tingkat pengangguran terbuka memiliki pengaruh yang tidak singnifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja daerah juga memiliki pengaruh yang tidak singnifkan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan konsumsi rumah tangga memiliki pengaruh yang singnifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun jika di uji secara simultan variabel tingkat pengangguran terbuka, belanja daerah, dan konsumsi rumah tangga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai Adjusted R-squared sebesar 0,798 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh variabel independen (pengangguran, belanja daerah, dan konsumsi rumah tangga) terhadap variabel dependen (pertumbuhan ekonomi) secara simultan sebesar 79,8 persen, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh varibael lain yang tidak masuk dalam model.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the development of Microsoft Power Point-based educational games in vocabulary learning at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo and to determine student responses to this educational game. The research approach used by researchers is development research because it makes a product that can help learning. The results showed that, 1) It is known how to develop this educational game, namely by finding problems in the field, collecting data, designing products, design validation, design revisions, product trials, limited trials, product revisions, and game distribution for all class students. 5. 2) From the experimental results of distributing games to 5 respondents, it is known that games are interesting and able to overcome the needs of learning Arabic vocabulary by obtaining 4.97 results on the Linkert Scale interval which means that they agree with Microsoft Power Point-based games. And when it was distributed to class 5, it was found that the respondent's results scored 4.94, which means that they strongly agree with the existence of educational games based on Microsoft Power Point. As for the results of the quizzioner distributed to grade 5 students, it is also known that the answers strongly agree with the existence of educational games based on Microsoft Power Point by 83%, agree 17%, and the answers disagree 0%. From these results, the researcher was able to draw the conclusion that educational games are a new tool for learning Arabic vocabulary for grade 5 at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, have an attractive appearance, and are able to increase students' enthusiasm when learning Arabic vocabulary, and overcome the needs of students. Arabic vocabulary learning, and easy to use.
