Abstract

Customer loyalty is the customer's commitment to a brand, store, or supplier and is reflected in consistent repeat purchases. This customer loyalty can be influenced by product, price, service, and purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influence between product variables, prices, services, and purchasing decisions on the loyalty of Muslim customers shopping for fashion in the traditional Inpres I Market in Kisaran. Method This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product, price, and service variables influence purchasing decisions by 66.6% and the remaining 33.4% are influenced by other variables. Whereas product, price, service, and purchasing decision variables affect Muslim customer loyalty in fashion shopping at Traditional Inpres I Market in Kisaran with AA contribution of 70.9% and the remaining 29.1% is influenced by other variables. From the results of the significance test of the indirect effect it was found that there was a significant indirect effect of product, price, and service variables on the loyalty of Muslim customers shopping for fashion through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable in the traditional Inpes I Market in the Range with a 95% confidence level or error rate 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth about: 1) The Partnership and Community Development program of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Sosa, 2) The Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Sosa in Community Empowerment, and 3) Review of Shariah Enterprise Theory (SET) to the Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Sosa. This research is a field research with descriptive in qualitative research-inductive. The subjects were community and employees of PTPN IV Sosa. The primary data obtained through interviews with community and employee PTPN IV Sosa. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) PTPN IV-Sosa has implemented: (1) The provision of venture capital loan fund, grants; (2) Education (providing scholarships and improve school buildings); (3) Spiritual (repair houses of worship); (4) Infrastructure or public facilities (repairing roads and help provide school equipment); (5) The health sector (provision of funds for the provision of basic needs of natural disasters, drug, mass circumcision); and (6) Nature conservation (reforestation).  Implementation of CSR programs PTPN IV Sosa channeled properly, for the partners held training and as expected by the public. Loking from the purposes, the implementation of the Enterprise  Theory Shariah of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PTPN IV-Sosa has been in accordance with the principle of fair share, maslahah and rahmatan lil'alamῑn

Abstract

The use of maslahah mursalah as the source for the establishment of Islamic economic practices that previously did not exist is a necessity. This is because maslahah is at the core of all these economic developments. All forms and practices of Islamic financial innovation meant to realize maslahah. The establishment of Islamic banking, the rise of Islamic credit card to facilitate a variety of transactions, their renewal in mudaraba transactions ie collateral obligations, revenue sharing method, and others show how maslahah mursalah has role in the economic development of sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe about the use of hijab to women who work in culinary business Medan City. This research uses qualitative method whose data is descriptive analytical. The objects of this research are owners and female workers at the Bika Ambon Zulaikha and Bolu Meranti outlets. The research is using qualitative method with descriptive analytic data and collection by interviewing, observing and documenting techniques. The results of the study show that (1) Working with women workers is a policy applied by culinary investors for the purpose of implementing marketing management strategies in attracting the largest Muslim consumers in Medan and maintaining clean and hygienic environment for all culinary products. (2) Awareness of the veil of every female worker which are an ideological awareness and understanding long before work, find awareness and understanding of hijab after work also the awareness and understanding of the hijab is limited as the head cover to maintain the cleanliness of culinary products. (3) Hijab also contributes in building the perception of Islamic consumers to shop at culinary outlets. That Islamic consumers have the confidence and convenience of hygienic and halal guarantees when shopping for culinary at outlets whose workers use the hijab.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at UIN North Sumatra Medan both partially and simultaneously. The research design used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classic assumption tests and statistical tests with the help of SPSS 22 program. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to the sample in this study were 153 employees of education staff UIN North Sumatra Medan. From the results of t-statistic research that the variable remuneration significantly influences employee performance. The t-statistic test results of motivation variables significantly influence employee performance. T-statistic test results that variable job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance. Simultaneously it is obtained that F-count is greater than F-table and can also be seen in the probability value smaller than the level of significance. It can be concluded that the variable remuneration, motivation, and job satisfaction jointly influence the performance of UIN North Sumatra Medan employees

Abstract

Customer loyalty is customer loyalty to companies, brands and products, where this loyalty is influenced by various factors such as marketing mix, product, price, location and promotion and influenced by brand image as a moderating variable. This study aims to explain the effect of product, price, location and promotion on Zoya customer loyalty with brand image as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research  and the method to determine the sample is the Lemeshow formula with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data is obtained by distributing questionnaires that have been structured to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is the MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). The results showed that as partially the product had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by 22.3%, the price had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by 35.7%, the location did not affect customer loyalty and promotion had a positive effect and significant to customer loyalty of 21.1%. The prices, locations and promotions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And products, prices, locations and promotions have a positive effect on customer loyalty by moderating the brand image in Zoya Medan Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between purchasing decisions, products, prices, services and risks to consumer consumption behavior in Islamic economic perspective The study will observe Lazada Application Users in Medan. The method used is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, with statistical tests. The study found that partially there is a relationship of purchase decision to consumptive behavior by 2.013 or 20.13%. Product to consumptive behavior by 2,137 or 21,37%. Price to consumptive behavior by -2.637 or -26.37%. Service to consumptive behavior by 2,893 or 28,93%. Risk to consumptive behavior by 2.043 or 20.43%. Partially there is a relationship between purchasing decisions, products, prices, services and risks to consumer behavior.

Abstract

The object of this study was to find out how the prospect of salacca processing industry of UD. Salacca in building economy of society depends on Islam perspective. The method of the study was qualitatif approach which the techniques of collecting the data were interview and documentation. The analysis of the data was SWOT analysis which is to find out the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities, and the threats of the industry. Based on result of the interview, the researcher found out some strengths such as strategic location, wide market share, MUI halal label and satisfied profits while the weaknesses are not sophisticated technology and expired of the products. Then, the business opportunities are support of the government and achievement of foreign market while the threat which is faced is new business competitors so that it can be concluded that salacca processing industry of UD. Salacca is deserved and prospective to be developed

Abstract

The city of Medan with a large number of human resources actually has the potential to give birth to young Creators who are Creative and Innovative in spirit so that they are able to become entrepreneurs who can bring Medan City to be better and advanced in the field of Creative Economy. -what factors affect the growth of Creative Enterprises in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results obtained from the research that the development of MSME actors in Medan City can be said to be quite good, but not optimal. This condition can be seen from the obstacles faced in its implementation. In the Islamic perspective, economic activities must be carried out with thoroughness, and a way of thinking that is based on Islamic moral values and economic values.

Abstract

Contribution of zakat can be further felt by the people who are assisted directly throughout Indonesia which is indirectly related to indonesia's more empowered human development but based on the report of IZN Puskas Baznas 2020 that Organiasai Zakat Manager (OPZ) Serdang Bedagai Regency does not fill the IZN and Impact Assessment so as to describe the conditions in OPZ Serdang Bedagai which is "not good" and data on regional development in North Sumatra. Based on the identification of the above problems, the author can formulate the problem that is the focus of this research: Is Serdang Bedagai Regency worthy to be empowered as a zakat village based on the Zakat Village Index (IDZ)? To answer this formula the author does with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research analysis of the level of community welfare in the Program at BAZNAS Serdang Bedagai with the perspective of the Zakat Village Index was concluded that the large weight of the value of the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) in Bedagai From 5 dimensions is 0.58 which is good enough so that the refelsi and recompiation from the author that the Muslim community in the Serdang Bedagai area of North Sumatra is considered for assistance. The large weight of the value of the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) in Bedagai deserves to be empowered as a zakat village based on the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) in poverty alleviation this is in line with the government program implementation of the program, especially based on community empowerment that has been compiled by the Center for Strategic Studies / Puskas BAZNAS which serves to assess the process that occurs in the pre-program, at the time the program takes place, and post-program whether a community deserves to be helped and on target with the help of Zakat. So that the results of measuring a village using IDZ with programs are carried out in 20 provinces, 60 districts / cities, 71 subdistricts, and 86 villages / villages. Of the total number of villages measured there are 7 villages are OPZ recommendations, and recommendations of the Ministry of Religious Affairs for the Kampung Zakat program that serdang Bedagai is expected to not be recorded in IZN in 2020 specifically North Sumatra for the Serdang Bedagai region including 8 cities and 25 districts that Organiasai Zakat Manager (OPZ) Serdang Bedagai Regency does not fill the IZN and is expected to be an addition to BAZNAS for future data collection.
