Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pola transaksi jual beli, termasuk di sektor penjualan produk elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi e-commerce bernama Computerpedia yang berfungsi sebagai media penjualan dan penyedia informasi produk elektronik seperti PC, laptop, dan handphone. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel, database MySQL, serta perancangan antarmuka berbasis UI/UX untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mencari, memesan, dan melakukan pembayaran produk secara daring. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibuat dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi dan melakukan transaksi, serta memudahkan pengelola dalam mengelola produk, pesanan, dan laporan penjualan. Ke depannya, pengembangan fitur keamanan, integrasi dengan platform eksternal, dan peningkatan layanan interaktif direkomendasikan agar sistem dapat bersaing secara kompetitif di pasar e-commerce.

Abstract

Internet menjadi salah satu sarana penting untuk mencari informasi cepat sehingga tidak perlu waktu dan tenaga yang lebih banyak untuk bisa mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Namun tidak sedikit juga kejahatan yang dilakukan pada jaringan internet seperti pencurian identitas, penipuan online, judi online, peretasan situs, konten illegal, Virtual Private Network (VPN) ilegal dan lain-lain. Indonesia saat ini menduduki peringkat pertama negara dengan jumlah pemain judi slot online terbanyak di Asia Tenggara. Data ini menunjukkan betapa seriusnya permasalahan perjudian online di Indonesia. Dimana judi online tidak hanya menyebabkan kerugian finansial yang besar, tetapi juga dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif lain seperti masalah sosial dan kesehatan mental.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pemblokiran situs judi online dalam keamanan jaringan berbasis Mikrotik dengan mengotomatisasi CI/CD pipeline dan konfigurasi DNS Filtering pada mikrotik sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi dampak negative yang terjadi akibat judi online. Penerapan DNS Filtering pada mikrotik mampu meningkatkan keamanan pada suatu jaringan. Penerapan CI/CD pipeline untuk melakukan otomatisasi konfigurasi DNS Filtering pada PNETLAB berhasil dilakukan sehingga dapat mempercepat proses perubahan pada konfigurasi yang dibuat dan dapat meminimalisir kesalahan. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa waktu diotomatisasi dengan CI/CD terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi waktu konfigurasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta konsistensi dalam memblokir situs-situs terlarang. Sistem ini dibangun dengan memanfaatkan Mikrotik sebagai router utama, Ubuntu Server sebagai controller otomatisasi, dan GitLab serta Ansible sebagai alat otomasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi yang pesat membawa dampak positif dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, namun di sisi lain juga menimbulkan tantangan, seperti penyalahgunaan jaringan komunikasi di area-area terlarang atau yang memerlukan ketenangan, seperti ruang ujian, lembaga pemasyarakatan, dan tempat ibadah. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam penulisan ini adalah bagaimana merancang dan mengimplementasikan perangkat pemblokir sinyal (jammer) yang efektif dalam memutuskan sinyal jaringan telekomunikasi tanpa merusak perangkat lain di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem jammer yang mampu mengintervensi sinyal seluler pada frekuensi tertentu dengan jangkauan terbatas dan aman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan eksperimental dengan tahapan perancangan perangkat keras (hardware) dan pengujian perangkat lunak (software) pengendali. Perancangan mencakup analisis frekuensi yang akan diblokir, desain rangkaian RF (radio frequency), pemilihan antena, serta simulasi dan implementasi prototipe. Pengujian dilakukan dalam lingkungan terbatas untuk mengukur efektivitas dan jangkauan perangkat jammer.

Abstract

Budidaya jamur tiram membutuhkan kondisi lingkungan optimal, seperti suhu, kelembapan, sirkulasi udara, dan pencahayaan. Pengendalian manual kurang efisien, terutama jika lokasi budidaya jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem ruang budidaya jamur tiram berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk pemantauan dan pengendalian otomatis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan sensor DHT22 untuk suhu dan kelembapan, MQ-135 untuk kualitas udara, serta BH1750 untuk intensitas cahaya. Mikrokontroler ESP32 digunakan sebagai pengendali utama yang terhubung ke platform website untuk pemantauan real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu menjaga kondisi lingkungan dengan akurasi sensor suhu 99,4%, kelembapan 95,6%, dan intensitas cahaya 94,8%. Pemanfaatan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan mendukung keberlanjutan. Sistem ini terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan metode manual dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan jamur tiram, sehingga menjadi solusi inovatif dalam budidaya jamur.

Abstract

Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province, has a high vulnerability to flooding due to significant rainfall intensity with type 1 Local Seasonal Zone, which only has one season throughout the year, namely the Year-Round Rainfall (HST) type, with an average rainfall of more than 300 mm per month, ranging from 344 mm to 522 mm per month. Risk analysis was conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of factors causing flooding, including hydrological aspects, land use, infrastructure, and socio-economic impacts in a systematic manner. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of public perception of flooding disasters was conducted by modeling data using a Likert scale, which was processed computationally to generate patterns of public perception. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to determine the priority of data-based mitigation strategies. The results confirm that BPBD plays a dominant role in flood risk management through the integration of adaptive and sustainable environmental information systems.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid advancement of digitalization, which has significantly impacted the resilience of Muslim families in Indonesia. Issues such as online infidelity, gadget addiction, and declining communication quality within households pose serious challenges to the values of sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah as taught in Islam. Based on these problems, this study seeks to examine the ideal concept of sakinah, mawaddah, rahmah from the perspective of Islamic law, analyze the implications of digitalization on Muslim family resilience, and formulate strategies to safeguard family values in accordance with Islamic principles. The research employs a qualitative library-based approach, analyzing classical Islamic literature, legal regulations, national legislation, and contemporary social phenomena. The findings reveal that the concept of sakinah, mawaddah, rahmah requires contextual actualization in the digital era, while digitalization indeed poses serious implications for family stability. Effective strategies include strengthening communication, enhancing digital literacy, reinforcing religiosity, and adopting selective adaptation toward technology. Furthermore, the study contributes to the renewal of family law in Indonesia, ensuring its responsiveness to modern challenges.

Abstract

The rise of the phenomenon of early marriage in Indonesia is the background to the birth of Republic of Indonesia Law number 16 of 2019 concerning marriage and the compilation of Islamic law, which sets the age limit for marriage to 19 years. The reality is that in society there are many cases asking to be able to get married and have it officially registered, which has led to the existence of a marriage dispensation. Marriage dispensation is permitted by law by considering positive matters. The aim of this study is to determine the long-term impact of early marriage on the welfare of individuals, families and society. The method used is qualitative, data collection is carried out by interviews, direct observation and also data related to the theme. Using this method will make it easier to observe phenomena in society regarding marriage dispensations. The data analysis used was an inductive method (Creswell, 1994). The results obtained were that the marriage dispensation from a legal perspective did not conflict with Law 16 of 2019. The granting of marriage dispensations was carried out by considering the impact. From a sociological perspective, our society views early marriage as something normal and often forgets the impact of child marriage. Marriage dispensation is a rational choice, even though the risks faced are very high. Therefore, it is necessary to increase public awareness of promiscuity and return to the essence of marriage.

Abstract

Organic fertilizer is a type of fertilizer that comes from natural ingredients that contain organic materials, such as plant, animal or other organic waste. Organic fertilizer naturally contains essential nutrients for plants, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, micronutrients and beneficial organic materials. Organic fertilizers have experienced significant development in recent years. Increased awareness of the importance of sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture has encouraged the use and development of organic fertilizers. Meanwhile, organic fertilizer can be produced through composting, fermentation or decomposition of organic materials. To be able to produce superior and quality fertilizer products, of course you must choose superior or quality product ingredients. Sources of organic material can be goat kohe, effective microorganism 4 (EM4), bamboo leaf waste, chicken manure waste, burnt husks, cocopeat, coconut fiber. This research aims to create a decision support system using the weighted product (WP) method. WP is a popular multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision making method. The choice of the weighted product (WP) method is also based on its ability to provide optimal solutions in the ranking system. The choice of this method is also based on the computational complexity which is not too difficult so that the time required to produce calculations is relatively short

Abstract

Financial information is a critical type of data for analysis. However, because much of it is unstructured and widely dispersed, an appropriate analytical method is required, one of which is sentiment analysis. In the financial context, sentiment analysis is employed by the industry to assess public perceptions of companies or market conditions. This study implements a fine-tuned FinBERT model to perform sentiment analysis in the financial sector. The dataset used is a combination of FiQA (Financial Question Answering) and The Financial PhraseBank, consisting of English sentences labeled with negative, neutral, and positive sentiments. The research process involved data preprocessing, tokenization, data splitting, model training, and evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix metrics. The results show that the model achieved 82% accuracy, with its best performance in the positive class (F1-score 0.88) and the neutral class (F1-score 0.85), but weaker performance in detecting the negative class (F1-score 0.49). These findings indicate that the fine-tuned FinBERT is effective for financial sentiment analysis, particularly for positive and neutral sentiments, though improvements are needed in negative sentiment detection, potentially through expanding training data diversity or applying data augmentation techniques

Abstract

The high number of diabetes mellitus sufferers has become a global health issue, and a scientific approach is needed to produce accurate and efficient diagnoses, which can then support decision-making in providing solutions for its management. The goal of this research is to develop a machine learning model that can accurately, efficiently, and transparently diagnose diabetes mellitus for use in clinical practice. This research method involves using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, optimized with the Grid Search technique, and evaluated interpretively using the SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) method. This research uses a secondary dataset consisting of the parameters Pregnancies, Glucose, BloodPressure, SkinThickness, Insulin, Body Mass Index, DiabetesPedigree- Function, and Age. Data preprocessing was carried out by performing normalization using a standard scaler and dividing the data into training and testing sets. The results of this study show that the SVM model achieved an accuracy of 0.7532 with the optimal parameters C: 1, gamma: 0.01, and kernel: rbf. Using SHAP, the analysis shows that the parameters Glucose, Body Mass Index, and Age have a significant impact on the results of diabetes classification. The main finding of this study is that SupportVector Machine optimization with SHapley Additive exPlanations can deliver excellent performance in diabetes prediction while also enhancing model transparency. The study’s implications suggest that the results can serve as a foundation for developing a medical diagnosis system that is straightforward, accurate, and easy to understand for diabetes mellitus.
