Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi presensi siswa berbasis QR code dengan aplikasi mobile terintegrasi untuk mengatasi tantangan pencatatan kehadiran manual di institusi pendidikan. Sistem menyediakan monitoring kehadiran real-time untuk guru, siswa, orang tua/wali, guru bimbingan konseling (BK), dan kepala sekolah melalui aplikasi mobile dan web berbasis peran. Menggunakan metodologi pengembangan Waterfall, sistem mengintegrasikan fitur generate dan scan QR code, validasi geolokasi, autentikasi perangkat, dan notifikasi real-time. Langkah keamanan mencakup QR code dinamis, autentikasi berbasis sesi, enkripsi database, dan implementasi firewall Software-Defined Network (SDN). Pengujian sistem menunjukkan akurasi 95% dalam pencatatan kehadiran, mengurangi waktu pencatatan 80% dibanding metode manual, dan mencapai rating kepuasan pengguna 91%. Aplikasi mobile berhasil menyediakan notifikasi kehadiran real-time untuk orang tua, memungkinkan guru BK melacak pola kehadiran siswa, dan memfasilitasi pelaporan komprehensif untuk administrator sekolah. Sistem ini mengatasi tiga masalah utama: lambatnya rekapitulasi presensi manual, kesulitan monitoring kehadiran siswa oleh guru BK, dan kurangnya kesadaran orang tua terhadap kehadiran anak di sekolah. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem efektif meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen kehadiran sambil menyediakan informasi transparan dan real-time kepada semua pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

The development of tourism in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province is supported by its geographical conditions, including scattered small islands (gilis), a tropical climate, and the cultural peculiarities of the Sasak and Mbojo Tribes, thereby becoming an attraction in the development of global tourist destinations. Tourism development in NTB Province would be more attractive with the establishment of the Mandalika National Tourism Development Strategic Area (KSPPN). This research aims to predict the number of tourist visits. A method to forecast the number of tourist visits in NTB Province is needed to assist the government in preparing appropriate facilities and infrastructure in the event of a possible surge in tourist visits. The method used in this study is the Fuzzy Time Series to predict the number of tourist visits in NTB Province. The data used in this study were secondary data sourced from the NTB government tourism office. The result of this research was that the Fuzzy Time Series method was effective in predicting the number of tourist visits in NTB Province, with an accuracy of 90.29%. The forecast result, generated using the Fuzzy Time Series method, was not significantly different from the actual data; in other words, it was almost identical to the actual data. The forecast for tourist visits to the NTB province in the 48th period remains unchanged until the 53rd period, namely 80,739.7 people. The FTS method used in this study cannot be applied to data with long-term seasonal patterns. A suggestion for future researchers is to develop a classical FTS that captures additional long-term seasonal patterns.

Abstract

Sign language plays an important role as the primary means of communication for individuals with hearing impairments. This study aims to improve the accuracy of hijaiyah sign language detection through the application of the EfficientNetB7 architecture and data augmentation tech-niques. The method used, namely the EfficientNetB7 algorithm, was chosen as the base model be-cause of its ability to balance high accuracy with optimal resource utilization by performing data augmentation with rescale, shear, zoom, rotation, and flip horizontal techniques applied to enrich the variation of the original dataset of 6,811 images to 105,615 images. The experimental results show that the combination of EfficientNetB7 and data augmentation produces 99% accuracy on the test data, with consistent performance seen from the confusion matrix and accuracy loss graph for 50 epochs. This study proves that this approach not only improves model generalization but also reduces the risk of overfitting, thus potentially supporting social inclusion through efficient and reliable technology.

Abstract

TIK salah satu penentu keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam mencapai visi dan misinya. Terpilihnya pemimpin yang baru, terbentuknya SKPD baru dengan visi misi baru sehingga master plan yang lama di anggap sudah tidak relevan lagi, sehingga persoalan yang muncul diselesaikan dengan cara reaktif dan memungkinkan persoalan yang sama akan muncul kembali pada masa yang akan datang. Arsitektur enterprise adalah cara untuk membangun arsitektur TIK dari sebuah organisasi yang berfokus pada arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi dan arsitektur teknologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Enterprise Architecture TOGAF ADM sebagai kerangka acuan untuk perencanaan strategis TIK Pemerintahan Kota Mataram. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah responden yang memiliki kewenangan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait TIK dan pengguna TIK di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (DISKOMINFO). Kebutuhan bisnis yang terdiri dari Arsitektur Data, Aplikasi dan Teknologi diidentifikasi dan diusulkan untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis demi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan menganalisa penggunaan penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi(TIK) Seperti Sumber daya Manusia yang terlibat, kebutuhan aplikasi dan infrastruktur jaringan komputer dalam untuk mendukung proses bisnis dalam pelaksanaan roda pemerintahan Kota Mataram, dengan menggunakan metode scorecard uji kelayakan dengan rata-rata perolehan 76%.

Abstract

The most important element of higher education was students, therefore every university must continue to improve services in the future, and one of them was by using decision support. This case could be done by utilizing the University of Big Data. Predicting the number of prospective students in higher education was done by utilizing data mining and multiple linear regression approaches. By using 2 independent variables, namely administration costs (X1), accreditation score (X2), and the number of students who was registered each year as dependent variable (Y). For the test data, it used database for the last 13 years. By using multiple linear regression, the intercept value was sought and the coefficient of determination until the regression coefficient was obtained with the equation Y = 45.28 + -0.02.X1 + 121.58.X2, noted that if X2 was constant, the increasing of one unit was in X1 would have the effect of increasing -0.02 units on Y. Secondly, if X1 was constant, the increasing of one unit was in X2, would have the effect of increasing 121.58 units in Y. Thirdly, if X1 and X2 were equal to zero, the magnitude of Y was 45.28 units. Therefore, the proposed approach could be provided the acceptable predictive results.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui identifikasi kandungan zat pengawet berbahaya boraks dan formalin pada makanan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan zat berbahaya pada makanan dengan menggunakan Certainty Factor dengan teknik pemberian bobot pada setiap premis (gejala) hingga memperoleh persentase keyakinan untuk mengidentifikasi makanan yang mengandung formalin dan boraks. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kandungan boraks pada makanan, dari 4 sampel makanan (100%) yaitu 4 sampel atau seluruh sampel tidak mengandung boraks dengan persentase sebesar 100%. Kandungan formalin pada makanan, dari 4 sampel makanan (100%) yaitu ada 2 sampel makanan positif mengandung formalin dengan persentase sebesar 50% dan ada 2 makanan negative mengandung formalin dengan persentase sebesar 50%. Dari hasil pemeriksaan menggunakan spektrofoto meter UV-VIS kadar formalin yang terendah terdapat pada sampel (Ikan Segar) dengan nilai 0,6631 mg/l. Kadar formalin yang tertinggi terdapat pada sampel C (Mi Bakso) dengan nilai 1,7140 mg/l.

Abstract

The opening of the service port on the Mikrotik router provides an opening for hackers to enter the Mikrotik service to access the router illegally. This research aimed to close certain ports that are gaps for hackers and uses port knocking and telegram bots. The Telegram bot was used as a message notification to managers in real-time to provide information that occurs when the vulnerability scanning process is carried out to find and map weaknesses in the network system. Searching for weaknesses also includes looking for open router service ports such as ports 22, 23, 80, and 8291. This research used the Network Development Life Cycle method, which started from analysis design and prototype simulation to implementation. The research results after testing were able to secure local network service ports against vulnerability scanners on routers using the port knocking method, and testing attack schemes carried out from each scheme could run well on the router’s local network and obtain notifications via telegram bots in real time to administrators. This research contributes to administrators’ ability to secure networks so irresponsible people do not easily infiltrate them.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is often used to promote products, especially small and medium enterprises or MSMEs. Social media is used to convey product information and help with marketing. However, often less attention is paid to the management of advertising language on social media. Clan language is needed to attract buyers' attention and convince buyers about the quality of the products offered by MSMEs. MSMEs in Lembuak District, Narmada were the choice for this training because many people are engaged in the MSME business. When promoting products, it was found that many people used monotonous sentences, so that income through online promotions was still lower than offline promotions.

Abstract

This study investigates the magnetic characteristics and mineral composition of rocks in the Rammang-Rammang Karst area, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, to clarify lithological variability and its implications for local magnetic anomalies. A total of 25 rock samples collected from field sampling points were analysed using a Bartington Susceptibility Meter, while five samples were further examined with a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM), X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The magnetic susceptibility values range from –0.6 to 10.5 m³/kg, indicating a predominance of diamagnetic behaviour with minor contributions from paramagnetic and antiferromagnetic minerals. Hysteresis curve analysis from VSM confirmed the consistency between magnetic responses and susceptibility measurements. XRF results show that Ca dominates the rocks (>95%), with minor amounts of Fe, Ti, Si, Mn, Cu, Sr, Mo, In, and Co, as well as trace amounts of rare-earth elements (Lu, Eu). XRD analysis confirmed calcite (CaCO₃) as the principal mineral phase, with crystallite sizes ranging from 39 to 44 nm, and the presence of dolomite in sample T18. The spatial distribution of magnetic susceptibility indicates that most of the study area exhibits low and negative values, reflecting diamagnetic behaviour. Whereas the highest value occurs at sampling point T12, which localizes the highest-susceptibility area, marked in red. These results indicate that the magnetic variability of Rammang-Rammang rocks is controlled by minor accessory magnetic minerals, providing valuable insights for mineral exploration and mitigating local magnetic anomalies.

Abstract

The professionalism of a legal profession is not only due to being capable, intellectual, and successful in their field as law enforcement officers, but the behavioral aspect is also part of the assessment that must be owned in implementing the Code of Ethics or Legal Professional Ethics to uphold law and justice. However, if we look at the reality, there are still many legal practitioners who have not complied with the Legal Professional Code of Ethics. The research method in this journal uses juridical-normative, which uses literature-based secondary data sources. The results of this study are that the Legal Professional Code of Ethics must be obeyed (compelling) even though it is not officially made into regulations. Because Legal Professional Ethics has an important role in law enforcement which is also a manifestation of efforts to realize better law.
