Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains dan yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional serta besarnya pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yaitu eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Non Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel berjumlah 28 orang di kelas kontrol dan 30 orang di kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisis data posttest menggunakan uji statistik U Mann Whitney dengan taraf nyata ?=5% berbantuan software SPSS 17.0 for windows diperoleh Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains dan yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 48,17%. Selain hasil belajar, ternyata saat penelitian ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains juga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi Sains, elektrolit Abstract: The aims of this research are to determine the different between students learning outcome with learning based on scientific literacy and with conventional learning, and the influence of learning based on scientific literacy to increase students learning outcome in SMA N 1 Pontianak. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterampilan dasar mengajar guru kimia berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 (studi kasus di SMA Negeri 6 dan 8 Pontianak). Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian diambil dari kelas X dan XI IPA dari dua SMA Negeri yang ada di Kota Pontianak sehingga sampel berjumlah tiga orang guru. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi di kelas, komunikasi langsung (wawancara) dan dokumen rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi tertutup, pedoman wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh informasi bahwa keterampilan dasar mengajar guru kimia SMA Negeri 6 dan 8 Pontianak dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013 berturut-turut sebesar 12,4% dan 16,4%.   Kata kunci : keterampilan dasar mengajar, kurikulum 2013 Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine how the basic skills teaching of chemistry teacher based curriculum in 2013 (a case study in SMA 6 and 8 Pontianak). Form of this research is quantitative descriptive case studies. Research subjects were taken from the ten and eleven grade of IPA from two existing SMA in Pontianak so that they are three teachers who had participated in this research. The data of this research was collected by observation, interview and document of lesson plan. Enclosed observation sheet, interview guides, and field notes use to collect data. Based on the analysis of data were obtained information that basic skill teaching of chemistry teacher from SMA 6 and 8 Pontianak in curriculum implementation of 2013 respectively are 12,4% and 16,4%. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang yang diberikan pembelajaran terpadu model connected berlatar kooperatif dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan model konvensional pada tema bahan kimia dalam makanan dan besarnya pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran terpadu model connected berlatar kooperatif dengan tema bahan kimia dalam makanan yang dilakukan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian “Control Group Pretest Posttest Design”. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar berbentuk essay yang terdiri dari 5 butir soal. Kelas VIIIC sebagai kelas kontrol dan VIIIB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan nilai effect size untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 1,98 dan nilai Z hitung sebesar 47,61%, menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran terpadu model connected berlatar kooperatif memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi. Kata Kunci : Model Connected, kooperatif, hasil belajar Abstract: This research aims to determine difference learning result of students in grade VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang that to give learning unity model connected surface cooperative with learning result of students that to give model conventional on thema chemical in food and bigs influence was applying learning unity model connected surface cooperative with thema chemical in food that practice in grade VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang. Type research that used is eksperimen semu with planning research “control group pretest posttest design”. Data collection tool used in this study is a test learning result type essay that to consist of five question. Class VIIIC as class control and class VIIIB as class eksperimen. Effect size valuable to class eksperimen which is 1,98 and Z to count valuable is 47,61%, to indicate is learn with unity model connected surface cooperative to give influence that high. Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian “control-group pretest-posttest design”. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, siswa kelas X MIA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Alat pengumpulan data  yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang berbentuk essay. Hasil uji hipotesis U-Mann Whitney (α = 5%) diperoleh nilai Asymp.Sig(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode konvensional pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Model inkuiri terbimbing memberikan pengaruh  sebesar 28,23%  terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit di kelas X MIA SMA Kemala Bhayangkari. Kata Kunci: Inkuiri Terbimbing, Hasil Belajar Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning model on the material electrolyte and non electrolyte solution to the learning outcomes of students in high school Kemala Bhayangkari. Forms of research is a quasi-experimental research design with "control-group pretest-posttest design". Sampling using saturated sample, the class X MIA 2 as an experimental class and the class X MIA 1 as the control class. Data collection tool used is the achievement test in the form of an essay. Hypothesis test results U-Mann Whitney (α = 5%) values ​​obtained Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.000, indicating that there is a difference between the learning outcomes of students who are taught using a model of guided inquiry with students be taught by conventional methods in the material solution electrolytes and non electrolytes. Guided inquiry model of influence by 28.23% against an in student learning outcomes in non-material electrolyte solution and electrolyte in class X SMA Kemala Bhayangkari MIA. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the research was to describe the student's understanding concept in chemical and physic changes of grade VII SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The form of the research was descriptive and the method of this research was case study that involved 36 students. The instrument used were a test of learning outcome in the form of essay and interview guide. The result showed most students had an understanding of the concept in; (1) the explain difference of chemical and physic changes of a substance was 41.3% with category: fairly; (2) analyzing chemical change from a sample experiment in a laboratory was 59.7% with category: fairly; (3) analyzing chemical change in daily life was 41.4% with category: fairly; (4) analyzing physic change in daily life was 48.6% with category: fairly; (5) mentions three change of the substance of physic change was 76.8% with category: good; and (6) the determine physic change of the experimental result was 27.8% with category: less. The student’s understanding concept in average was 49.2 with category: fairly.Keywords: Concept, Chemical Change, Physic Change.

Abstract

AbstractThis  research  was  conducted  to  determine  the  differences  of  student  learningoutcomes and the number of chemistry comic inquiry approaches based of chemistry comic effect towards student learning outcomes. The form of the research was Quasi Experimental Design with the design of nonequivalent control grup design. Random sampling was used as sampling technique. Student learning outcomes tests and interview were used as data collection tool. Before the research instrument are used, the instrument has validity. Based on the posttest data analysis using the Mann- Whitney test, Sig values obtained at 0.000 < 0.05 showed that there is a differences learning outcomes between students who were taught by using the help inquiry approaches based of chemistry comics in the nomenclature of inorganic compounds with students who learn without using media of comic. Inquiry approaches based of chemistry comics gave a high influence towards student learning outcomes by 58.9% on X grade students of SMA Wisuda Pontianak. Keywords: Approach to Inquiry, Chemistry Comics, Inorganic Compounds, Teaching Materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar dalam pokok bahasan patikel materi melalui media powerpoint. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan partikel materi dengan pembelajaran melalui media power point. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar. Persentase rata-rata angket motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran melalui media power pointsiklus I (65,3%) dan siklus II (82%) dan tes hasil belajar siswa siklus I (66,2%) dan siklus II (80,2%). Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas menunjukkan adanya terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 16,3% dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 14%. Kata kunci : powerpoint, motivasi, hasil belajar Abstract: The title of this research is Improving Students Motivation and Learning Achievement on Particle Material through PowerPoint Media. The purpose is of this research is to improve the students motivation and learning achievement on particle material by using PowerPoint media. The method of this research is Classroom Action Research which done in two cycles. Each cycle consist of planning, action, observation and reflection. The instruments used in this research are learning motivation questionnaire and students learning achievement test. The average percentages of students motivation questionnairein learning through powerpoint media in each cycleare 65,3 per cent and 82 per cent respectively, and the results of students learning achievement test are 66,2% (Cycle I), and 80,2% (Cycle II). The research finding of the classroom achievement showedthat there are improvement around 16,3% and 14% on students learning motivation and students learning achievement. Abstract

Abstrak:  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui miskonsepsi siswa serta penyebab terjadinya miskonsepsi siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 9  Pontianak pada materi ikatan kimia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 27 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini berupa tes diagnostik yang berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan tiga alternatif jawaban disertai alasan dan wawancara terhadap siswa yang mengalami miskonsepsi tentang materi Ikatan Kimia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa  rata-rata siswa yang mengalami miskonsepsi sebanyak 19,8%. Penyebab miskosepsi yang terjadi pada siswa antara lain disebabkan oleh: pemikiran asosiatif siswa sebesar 15,7%, alasan/penalaran yang tidak lengkap/salah sebesar 34,8%, pemikiran intuitif 19,1%, kemampuan siswa sebesar 29,2% dan humanistik1,12% dan minat  29,6 %. Kata kunci: miskonsepsi, tes diagnostik, ikatan kimia Abstract: The aims of this research are  to determine misconception of student and to describe the causes of the misconception chemical bonding. This research is description research with kind survey research. The sample that used 27 in this students with  technique of sample withdraw purposive sampling. Instrument of data collector in this research  is diagnostic test that organized as multiple choice  with three answer alternative along with reason and   interview to  students who  misconception  about chemical bonding matter. According result of research  that mean of student who misconception  19,8%. The causes of misconception that happen to students couse of asosiation thingking student 15,7%, mistake of reasoning 34,8%, intuition thingking 19,1%, ability of student 29,2%, humanistic thingking 1,12% and interest 29,6% . Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the learning outcomes of students who are given cooperative learning techniques Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with students given conventional learning on mole concept materials, the influence of cooperative learning techniques NHT in improving learning outcomes and student responses to learning cooperative NHT technique on mole concept material. The form of research used is quasi experimental design with "Nonequivalen Control Group Design" research design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, and selected student class XC as expriment class while XA as control class. Data collection tool used in this study is the test of learning outcome and student response questionnaire. Hypothesis test results using T test with α of 5%, t count> ttable is 8.06> 1.68. This means that there is a difference between the learning outcomes of the control class students who were taught using conventional methods with the expression classes that were taught using the cooperative model of NHT model. Calculation of Effect Size value of 1.4 shows that cooperative learning techniques NHT gives 41.92% influence in improving student learning outcomes class X SMA 2 Mandor. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran Chemistry In Scrabble-Transformation of Normal Study (CIS-TRANS). Produk tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMA pada materi koloid. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang mengadopsi model pengembangan Borg & Gall (dalam Puslitjaknov, 2008:10-11). Terdapat tujuh tahap dalam model pengembangan ini yaitu penelitian pendahuluan, melakukan perencanaan, mendesain produk awal, uji coba lapangan awal, revisi produk awal, uji coba lapangan utama dan revisi produk akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Chemistry In Scrabble-Transformation of Normal Study (CIS-TRANS) sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran kimia pada materi koloid dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Media, CIS-TRANS, Koloid Abstract: The aim of this research was to produce a learning media called Chemistry In Scrabble-Transformation of Normal Study (CIS-TRANS). The product is expected to increase SMA students learning outcome in colloid material. The method of this research is Research & Development (R&D) that adopt Borg & Gall (1983) development model (in Puslitjaknov, 2008:10-11). There are seven steps in this method, which are initial research, planning, developing initial form of product, preliminary field testing, preliminary product revision, and the last is final field testing and final product revision.
