Abstract

Tema Keragaman Nusantara di kelas V SD adalah langkah awal yang krusial dalam menanamkan kesadaran akan keberagaman budaya sejak dini.Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran adalah dengan mengadopsi inovasi teknologi, seperti pengembangan  E-Modul  interaktif. Dengan mengintegrasikan model Project Based Learning melalui E-Modul, peserta didik tidak hanya menerima informasi, tetapi juga terlibat langsung dalam proses belajar, sehingga pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep keragaman menjadi lebih mendalam dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development yang dikenal juga RD. Dengan tujuan mengembangkan E-Modul interaktif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang bertemakan Keragaman Nusantara pada peserta didik kelas V. Hasilnya bahwa E-Modul  berbasis PjBL sangat praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran baik dari aspek penggunaan, materi, desain, kebermanfaatan, dan juga aspek bahasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Timatri (Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis Canva) pada materi geometri untuk menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas 2 sekolah dasar. Pendekatan multimedia interaktif dipilih karena dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan partisipatif, memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar melalui berbagai media visual dan interaktif. Canva digunakan sebagai platform utama dalam pengembangan materi karena kemudahan penggunaannya dan fleksibilitas dalam membuat desain yang menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji validitas dari multimedia Timatri yang dikembangkan memperoleh nilai rerata validitas 83% dengan kategori sangat valid dan uji kepraktisan dari produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan nilai 85%. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan Timatri menunjukkan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas 2. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dan respons positif dari siswa serta guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia interaktif berbasis Canva dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam pembelajaran geometri yang mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sejak dini.

Abstract

The development of the digital era in the 21st century has brought significant changes in various aspects of human life, especially education. Technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) have been applied in various fields, including education, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. ChatGPT, one of the text-based AI models, is used to answer various user questions. This study aims to analyze ChatGPT's problematic reasoning in solving combinatorics problems. The research method used is qualitative with a case study design. Data were collected through a test and interview (questions and answers) to ChatGPT version 3.5. The results showed that ChatGPT's problems were errors in calculating the number and position of letters, as well as inconsistency in the answers given. Although ChatGPT can provide explanations of basic concepts in combinatorics, ChatGPT has limitations in in-depth reasoning and lacks precise calculation accuracy. In fact, ChatGPT was unable to answer the questions clearly. This shows that ChatGPT lacks reasoning towards solving combinatorics problems. Users need to evaluate and verify the responses/answers given by ChatGPT.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Perkembangan era digital pada abad ke-21 telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, khususnya bidang pendidikan. Teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan/artificial intelligence (AI) telah diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. ChatGPT, sebagai salah satu model AI berbasis teks, digunakan untuk menjawab berbagai pertanyaan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika penalaran ChatGPT dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal kombinatorika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan wawancara (tanya jawab) terhadap ChatGPT versi 3.5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika ChatGPT adalah kesalahan dalam perhitungan jumlah dan posisi huruf, serta ketidakonsistenan dalam jawaban yang diberikan. Meskipun, ChatGPT mampu memberikan penjelasan konsep dasar dalam kombinatorika, tetapi ChatGPT memiliki keterbatasan dalam penalaran mendalam dan tidak memiliki akurasi perhitungan yang tepat. Bahkan ChatGPT tidak dapat menjawab soal yang diberikan secara jelas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT memiliki penalaran yang kurang terhadap penyelesaian soal kombinatorika. Pengguna perlu untuk melakukan evaluasi dan verifikasi respons/jawaban yang diberikan oleh ChatGPT.

Abstract

The role of teachers in education goes beyond simply delivering teaching materials. A teacher must create an exciting and interactive learning atmosphere that captivates students' attention and encourages active participation in learning. Teachers often face challenges in creating engaging and relevant learning materials while integrating the latest technology, which can impede the achievement of learning goals and reduce the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process. A significant issue is the lack of student motivation and involvement, evident from boredom and inattention despite using various learning resources. This study aims to address this issue by developing a Pop-Up Book-based learning media utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) for science subjects in Grade V Elementary School. The research was conducted at SDN Pandanwangi 3 and followed the ADDIE development model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The findings indicate that the AR-based Pop-Up Book is effective in enhancing the quality of learning. Implementing this media at SDN Pandanwangi 3 successfully motivated students, improved their understanding of the subject matter, and demonstrated high practicality according to questionnaires and learning outcomes. The final evaluation confirms that this media is valid, practical, and effective in meeting learning objectives. It is recommended that AR-based learning media, such as Pop-Up Books, be extended to other subjects and educational levels. Further research is suggested to explore the effectiveness of such media across different contexts and disciplines, ensuring broader applicability and impact in academic settings.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy skills in Indonesia are currently still very low which has an impact on the quality of education. Overcoming this requires learning innovation, one of which is through TPACK learning. Based on the results of the needs analysis conducted at SDN Lesanpuro 1 Malang City, TPACK learning training is still needed to support teacher professionalism. The purpose of this study is to analyze how TPACK learning training at SDN Lesanpuro 1 Malang City can affect teacher competence. The research method used is training and mentoring teacher competencies through several stages, namely, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data in the form of documentation and test results will be analyzed descriptively qualitative to describe the achievement of the program. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability of teachers to present TPACK learning as indicated by the average score of learning implementation of 86.1. Meanwhile, in the aspect of learning evaluation, the test results were obtained with an average of 82.3 which was included in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kelas guru matematika Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) pada materi persamaan kuadrat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 8 Malang. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri atas seorang guru matematika dan 28 siswa kelas IX G. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru melakukan proses pembelajaran matematika pada materi persamaan kuadrat menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe Think Pair Share (TPS). Dari angket dengan empat indikator yang diamati didapatkan saat kegiatan pembelajaran guru menjalin komunikasi dengan siswa dengan skor 63,08%, kegiatan guru dalam menegakkan disiplin dalam mengelola pembelajaran sebesar 66,9%, kegiatan guru dalam menata atau mengatur lingkungan kelas sebesar 29,7%, dan kegiatan guru dalam menumbuhkan  organisasi kelas yang efektif sebesar 67,9%. Penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya pengembangan profesionalisme guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan kelas matematika, khususnya pada materi persamaan kuadrat.

Abstract

Kurangnya minat siswa dalam belajar matematika merupakan salah satu permasalahan pendidikan yang disebabkan oleh lingkungan belajar siswa yang kurang motivasi. Hal ini menjadi hal mendasar dalam pembelajaran matematika jika tidak segera diatasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu optimalisasi pengelolaan kelas yang efektif dengan sistem pembelajaran yang tepat. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil pengelolaan kelas guru matematika SMP dengan sistem blok pada materi Teorema Pythagoras. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket kepada siswa, dan wawancara kepada guru matematika. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas guru matematika menggunakan sistem blok melalui metode diskusi dan eksplorasi mendukung pengelolaan kelas yang efektif. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengelolaan kelas yang efektif dan dapat digunakan sebagai panduan pengajaran materi Teorema Pythagoras secara interaktif.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop "ARITMATIKA," an innovative application designed to support students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) through Problem-Based Learning. The research methodology employed is based on the general Plomp educational problem-solving model, encompassing three of its five phases: the initial investigation phase, the design phase, and the realization phase. This use of three out of the five phases is due to the preliminary nature of this research. The findings indicate that ARITMATIKA is suitable for use in enhancing learning outcomes in the Introduction to Geometry course.

Abstract

Currently junior high school students' critical thinking abilities are relatively low. One way to optimize students' critical thinking skills is through HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) questions. Students' critical thinking abilities in solving HOTS questions vary due to differences in learning styles. This research analyzes junior high school students' critical thinking abilities in solving HOTS questions regarding learning style. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The interactive analysis model uses data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results show that students with a visual learning style tend to write answers completely and systematically, can identify problems in a structured manner, and have high accuracy, so they often recheck students' answers. Students with an auditory learning style have difficulty writing complete and structured answers but have good storytelling skills and often explain answers verbally even though they do not write them in detail. Kinesthetic students tend to write answers in sketch form, only recording a few steps and do not double-check answers because they cannot sit still for too long

Abstract

This research aims to examine the causal inference thinking of PPG PGSD students in solving mathematical problems. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The subjects of this research were four pre-service PPG students from PGSD UM. The instruments for this research include researchers, indicator rubrics, validation sheets, researcher notes, mathematical problems, internet networks, laptops, and handphones. Research subjects as data sources produce data that is analyzed in the form of written answers and recorded interviews. The qualitative data analysis technique used in this research is the interactive model. The results of this research show that fast causal inference thinking is characterized by expressing familiarity with mathematical problem solving, expressing familiarity with accessing digital platforms to solve mathematical problems, accessing digital platforms with keywords, correlating the characteristics of information with specific digital platforms, and Accessing specific digital platforms spontaneously. Slow Causal Inference Thinking is characterized by accessing more than one digital platform to understand a piece of information and read the math problem text repeatedly. The digital platforms that the subjects considered to be a solution were the Google and YouTube platforms.
