Abstract

The discourse multy reprecentacy (DMR) model is one of the models that are able to improve students' mathematical understanding by collaborating in groups in class and using the Liveworksheet application. This study aims to determine the influence of students' mathematical knowledge after verifying the DMR model with the Liveworksheet application. This study uses a quantitative approach. Using a sample of grade VII students at SMPN 1 Cikeusik, class VIIA as an experimental class and VIIB as a control class were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation and tests. This study uses statistical data analysis, but previously, a prerequisite test was carried out to conduct data analysis with parametric statistics using the polled variance formula. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the influence of the DMR model with the Liveworksheet application on the mathematical comprehension ability of junior high school students.  Keywords: Multy Reprecentacy Discourse Model; Liveworksheet app; Understanding Mathematics

Abstract

The phenomenon of marrying a daughter resulting from adultery is taboo in society. In this case, Islamic scholars from four schools of thought have different opinions regarding the legal determination of the marriage between a daughter resulting from adultery and her biological father. The problematic outcome of the offspring from this marriage must be considered with maqosyidussyari'ah using the concept of hifdzunnasl. The aim of this research is to: Find out the relevance of the opinions of the Four Schools regarding the law of marriage between girls resulting from adultery and their biological fathers in relation to Islamic law in Indonesia and determine the impact of inbreeding between girls resulting from adultery and their biological fathers. The research method used is qualitative, with a library research approach, and a descriptive- analytic type of research. Research results: The marriage of a daughter resulting from adultery and her biological father according to the Hanafiyah and Hanabilah schools of thought is haram, whereas according to the Malikiyah and Syafi'iyah schools of thought it is halal but makruh. Provisions in Indonesian positive law tend to prohibit the issue of children marrying their biological father, especially with the presence of the Constitutional Court decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Da'wah Messages in the Hamlet Alms Traditional Event in the Community of Pangkul Village, Cambai District, Prabumulih City". This research aims to find out the procedures for implementing the Dusun Alms Traditional Event and the da'wah messages contained therein. Before holding the Dusun Alms Traditional Event for the people of Pangkul Village, Cambai District, Prabumulih City, and knowing the message of preaching in the Dusun Alms traditional event. Where there is a message of da'wah in this traditional event. To achieve this goal, descriptive qualitative writing was chosen. In analyzing an object as a means of reference to obtain clearer data by collecting data through observation and in-depth interviews with a number of informants, namely: village government, religious leaders, traditional leaders. The results of the writing show the implementation of traditional events and da'wah messages contained in the traditional Alms Dusun event. In the implementation of the Dusun Sedekah traditional event there is a series of events, namely: cooking dodol/juadah, slaughtering buffalo/cows/goats/chickens, containing a da'wah message to always strengthen friendship, the tradition of Kuda Lumping on the evening before the Dusun Alms, the Puyang Pangkul pilgrimage ritual on in the morning, the Dusun Alms Ritual at the Traditional Hall, reading the Yasin letter together, eating together, blenger, contains a message of da'wah which aims to ask for blessings and sanjo (silaturahmi).

Abstract

Psychological issues are often overlooked in retirement, unlike physical and financial aspects that are deemed to be more conspicuous and comprehensible. Whereas, happiness is our primary goal and reflects mental health. The concept of flourishing is frequently used to depict high levels of mental well-being. Despite debates surrounding hedonic and eudaemonia perspectives, this study examines whether subjective and psychological well-being can predict flourishing in retirees. The study involves 72 members of the University of Brawijaya Retirees Association who have retired for 3-12 years. Data were collected using the PERMA-Profiler, SWLS, SPANE, and PWBS. The results indicate that flourishing in retirees is influenced by subjective and psychological well-being simultaneously (R=0.465, R2=0.216, p=0.000), contributing to 19.3%. Partially, flourishing is more influenced by psychological well-being but not by subjective well-being. Therefore, psychological well-being is the primary predictor of flourishing among members of the University of Brawijaya Retirees Association.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pupuk kompos batang pisang, pupuk organik cair (POC) dan interaksi keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman jeruk keprok borneo prima (Citrus reticulata Blanco). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada awal bulan September 2020 sampai dengan Januari 2021, di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Agroteknologi Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda. Penelitian disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dalam 2 faktor dengan ulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Faktor pertama : K0 = 0 gram kompos (kontrol), K1 = 500 gram kompos, K2 = 750 gram kompos, K3 = 1000 gram kompos. Faktor kedua : C0 = 0 ml (kontrol), C1 = 4 ml/250 ml air , C 2 = 6 ml/250ml air, C 3 = 8 ml/250 air. Menggunakan parameter pengamatan yaitu : tinggi tanaman, diameter batang dan cabang tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan kompos batang pisang memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter dan cabang tanaman, sedangkan perlakuan POC tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter pengamatan. Interaksi pupuk kompos batang pisang (K) dan POC Hormon Tanaman Unggul tidak berpengaruh nyata pada pengamatan pertumbuhan tinggi, diameter, dan cabang tanaman. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada K2 (750 gram). Kata Kunci : Pupuk organik, Batang pisang, Hormon tanaman ungggul

Abstract

Hormonal contraception can stimulate the appetite control center in the hypothalamus, so that acceptors eat more than usual. The use of hormonal contraception in women of childbearing age can lead to weight gain which can lead to obesity. Obesity in women of childbearing age will increase the risk of developing diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. To see the effect of hormonal contraception on the incidence of obesity in women of childbearing age. The design of this study used descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study approach. The sample in the study were 840 women of childbearing age (15-49 years) who used hormonal contraception (DMPA). Logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the independent factors associated with the incidence of obesity in women of childbearing age using 95% Odds Ratio (OR) and Confidence Interval (CI). P-value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Data analysis explained that age, type of hormonal contraception, and duration of contraception use were risk factors for obesity in women of childbearing age. Age > 35 years (OR: 1.6; 95% CI: 0.361-6.807; P 0.548), type of hormonal contraception (OR: 1.8; 95% CI: 1.322-2.461; P <0.001), duration of contraceptive use (OR: 4.9; 95% CI: 3.513-6.851; P <0.001). The type of contraception and the duration of use of hormonal contraception are potential factors for the occurrence of obesity in women of childbearing age. The results of this study help the government to tackle obesity rates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul strategi Komunikasi Humas PT.Transportasi Global Mandiri Palembang dalam meningkatkan citra transportasi angkutan feeder LRT Kota Palembang. Dilatar belakangi dengan pentingnya peran humas dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif perusahaan, terutama dalam sektor transportasi yang sangat bergantung pada persepsi dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi Humas PT.Transportasi Global Mandiri Palembang dalam meningkatkan citra transportasi angkutan feeder LRT Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan meliputi penggunaan media massa dan media sosial, penyelenggaraan acara dan kegiatan promosi, serta menjalin hubungan baik dengan komunitas dan pemangku kepentingan. Humas PT Transportasi Global Mandiri juga aktif mengelola umpan balik dari pengguna layanan melalui survei kepuasan pelanggan dan interaksi di media sosial. Selain itu, pesan-pesan yang disampaikan kepada publik menekankan aspek keamanan, kenyamanan, dan efisiensi angkutan feeder LRT. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa strategi komunikasi yang efektif dari humas sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan citra dan penerimaan transportasi publik di Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Biro akademik adalah suatu kesatuan dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi yang mengelola urusan akademik seperti pendidikan, administrasi akademik, dan kemahasiswaan. Biro akademik dipimpin oleh seorang kepala. Kepala biro dipilih oleh top management. Masalah sering muncul ketika memilih kepala biro karena perusahaan memiliki terbatasnya jumlah kandidat yang memenuhi syarat. Pemimpin mengalami kesulitan memilih kepala biro. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, penulis berniat membantu perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan memberi solusi yang cepat, tepat dan bermanfaat. Sistem pendukung Keputusan adalah solusi dalam penyelesaian masalah ini. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan penelitian yaitu kolaborasi antara kedua metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dan Topsis. Kriteria penelitian ini tanggung jawab, Pendidikan, JJA, kedisiplinan, penilaian kinerja dan masa kerja. Hasil penelitian kedua metode mendapatkan hasil alternatif 4 yang bernama Bambang sebagai alternatif terpilih. Namun kedua metode tersebut memberikan nilai yang berbeda: penelitian sebelumnya menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,975, sedangkan perhitungan menggunakan metode Topsis menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,894. Dengan membandingkan hasil kedua metode dapat menentukan solusi optimal yang diharapkan sehingga hasilnya lebih tepat, cepat, dan akurat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many base sets contained in computational calculations. The selection and use of base sets play an important role in determining the accuracy of the calculation of theoretical molecular properties as well as in lowering the BSSE (base set superposition error). This study aims to analyze the influence of base set variations on the calculation of hydrocarbon and halogen acid energy stability using computational methods. The research method used is an experimental method. Molecular modeling using Avogadro software with the molecules used are halogen acid molecules and alkanes C1 - C5. The calculation uses NwChem software with the DFT method, functional BL3YP with 4 different base sets, namely STO-3G, 321-G, cc-pVDZ, and cc-pVTZ. The resulting data is then analyzed and compared with database calculations. The results of the study show that the higher the base set used, the more accurate the calculation results obtained. The base set that shows the most accurate results in this study is cc-pVTZ. However, it should be noted that the most accurate set bases can be different for each molecule.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse various forms of stereotypical representations of women in the context of public space. The methodology used is library research, with analytical techniques that include selection, comparison, integration, and classification of relevant research on the inequality of stereotypical representations of women in the public sphere. Through this process, this research identifies the relevance of the findings. The results show that women have begun to experience the process of emancipation and actualise their roles in various public spaces such as politics, government, education, and entertainment. In the entertainment sector, women even show dominance compared to men. However, despite the significant involvement of women in entertainment, they still face gender inequality. Public society still often gives negative stereotypes towards women, considering them as domestic creatures limited to housework, childcare, husband's service, objects of male sexuality, and as individuals who are considered weak, emotional, not credible, and powerless.
