Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak bullying terhadap prestasi belajas siswa kelas IX di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskripsi kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Bullying adalah suatu perilaku yang memiliki tujuan untuk merusak, menganggu atau membahayakan yang di lakukan secara sengaja seorang individu maupun kelompok, dampak bullying terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sangat signifikan. Siswa yang menjadi korban bullying cenderung mengalami penurunan dalam motivasi belajar. olah, teman sebaya, media massa, dan budaya. Oleh karena itu, permasalahan bullying di sekolah menjadi isu mendesak yang membutuhkan perhatian dan strategi pencegahan yang lebih baik untuk melindungi siswa dari dampak yang merugikan.

Abstract

The database is a collection of data that is well organized so that the data is easy to store, access and manipulate. Each database can contain all databases, or it can contain any number of database objects, such as files or tables. The purpose of the database was to organize data/organize data so that it is easy to obtain, accurate, and speedy in data retrieval, so that there was no duplication of data and the data is easy to maintain. Database has an important role to build an application. To build an application, valid data is needed so that the data synchronization of the application made with the designed database can be connected so that the data structure and data manipulation that occurs according to needs. The initial stage in making this program is analysis. The analysis was done by designing the program using diagrams. The method used in this research was the prototyping method. The diagrams used are Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The result of this research is the application was made according to the needs of the users. In addition to being easy and practical, users found it very helpful because it saved time in making specification files, which were originally quite complicated and took a long time to make, now with this application file specifications could be made easily and quickly.

Abstract

The Khilafah theory is no longer able to fulfill the goals of government in Islam. Ibn Taimiyah finally promised an Islamic political theory which was expected to be able to cover the shortcomings and limitations of the Khilafah theory by referring to the classical Caliphate theory. Ibn Taimiyah's political theory is contained in one of his works entitled al-Siyasah al-Syar'iyah fi islah al-Ra'i wa al-Ra'iah (Shari'ah-based Politics for the Improvement of Returners and Shepherds). Departing from the classical basis of the theory of caliphate, he not only criticized the theory of caliphate, but at the same time saw that there was no need for a caliphate. Even Ibn Taimiyah argues that in the Qur'an and as-Sunnah do not formulate a caliphate. The existence of the historical background of the Khilafah Khilafah al-Rasyidin is nothing more than an accident, not an example of political life. Even the life of the Prophet is not seen as the basis of government that needs to be adopted in a particular political system of government, he is nothing but a sui generis institution, not the basis of Islamic politics. Ibn Taimiyah's rejection of the practice of history as the basis of political philosophy, then Ibn Taimiyah avoided the error of assessing the existing political power as power legalized by the shadow of the caliph, as contained in the characteristics of the political theory of previous thought. Teori khilafah sudah tidak mampu memenuhi tujuan pemerintahan dalam Islam. Ibn Taimiyah akhirnya menjanjikan teori politik Islam yang diharapkan mampu menutup kekurangan dan keterbatasan pada teori khilafah dengan merujuk pada teori kekhalifahan klasik. Teori politik Ibnu Taimiyah tertuang dalam salah satu karyanya yang berjudul al-Siyasah al-Syar’iyah fi islah al-Ra’i wa al-Ra’iah (Politik yang Berdasarkan Syari’ah bagi Perbaikan Pengembali dan Gembala). Berangkat dari dasar teori kekhalifahan klasik, ia tidak saja mengkritisi teori kekhalifahan, namun dalam waktu yang sama memandang bahwa kekhalifahan tidak perlu ada. Bahkan Ibn Taimiyah berpendapat bahwa dalam al-Quran dan as-Sunnah tidak merumuskan kekhalifahan. Adanya latar belakang sejarah khilafah khulafa al-Rasyidin tidak lebih dari sekedar aksiden, bukan merupakan contoh kehidupan politik. Bahkan kehidupan Nabi sekalipun tidak dipandang sebagai dasar pemerintahan yang perlu diadopsi dalam sistem politik pemerintahan tertentu, ia tidak lain hanyalah sebagai sebuah lembaga sui generis, bukan sebagai dasar politik Islam. penolakan Ibn Taimiyah terhadap praktek sejarah sebagai dasar filsafat politik, maka Ibn Taimiyah terhindar dari kesalahan menilai kekuatan politik yang ada sebagai kekuasaan yang dilegalisasikan oleh bayangan khalifah, sebagaimana terdapat pada ciri-ciri teori politik pemikiran sebelumnya.

Abstract

The rights and obligations of the husband and wife after the divorce are contained in Article 41 of the Marriage Law, but currently many ex-husbands forget the obligation to provide for children after the divorce so that many ex-wives demand this obligation. Therefore, the authors formulate the problem as follows: 1) How is the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights after the divorce of their parents based on Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage in the Pekanbaru Religious Court?, 2) What are the obstacles in granting and fulfilling rights -children's rights after divorce?, 3) What about post-divorce, the child's rights are not fulfilled by his biological father? The aims of this study are as follows: 1) To find out the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights after divorce based on Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, 2) To find out the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the granting of children's rights after divorce, 3) To find out the legal remedies that can be taken for children's rights that are not fulfilled by their biological father. In addition, there are several factors that hinder the implementation of post-divorce child rights, including economic factors, independence of ex-wife, relationship between ex-husband and ex-wife who post-divorce is not good, the ex-husband has remarried, and the complicated and high cost of the application for the execution of post-divorce child maintenance rights is neglected by the ex-husband. The legal effort taken to fight for the right to support children post-divorce granted by the Religious Courts is through execution, but during 2020 to 2023 no one has ever registered an application at the Pekanbaru City Religious Court Office.

Abstract

Hukum Pidana adalah hukum yang mengatur tentang kejahatan dan pelanggaran terhadap kepentingan umum dan perbuatan tersebut diancam dengan pidana sebagai suatu penderitaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaturuan mengenai pemeriksaan acara cepat dan pemeriksaan acara singkat dalam Hukum Acara Pidana berdasarkan Hukum Acara Pidana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Dasar hukum yang mengatur mengenai Hukum Acara Pidana adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 tentang Hukum Acara Pidana. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 tentang Hukum Acara Pidana diatur ketentuan mengenai Acara Pemeriksaan Singkat dan Acara Pemeriksaan Cepat. Acara Pemeriksaan Singkat adalah untuk perkara kejahatan atau pelanggaran yang tidak termasuk ketentuan Pasal 205 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 tentang Hukum Acara Pidana serta yang menurut Penuntut Umum pembuktiannya dan penerapan hukumnya mudah dan sifatnya sederhana. Acara Pemeriksaan Cepat adalah untuk pemeriksaan tindak pidana ringan dan pemeriksaan perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in Islamic boarding schools to realize the independence of students with the support of various Islamic boarding school economic development programs as a support system. The purpose of this study is to identify the management of entrepreneurship education in realizing the independence of students at the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in Bandung, including; 1) Planning, 2) Organization, 3) implementation, 4) evaluation, 5) advantages and disadvantages, 6) Analysis of the Design of an Effective Entrepreneurship Education Management Model. This study uses a qualitative approach using the Ethnography method. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations and documentation analysis. The data analysis techniques use techniques; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the validity test is carried out using data triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that; First, planning with a deep learning curriculum. Second, the organization has an organized structure according to its duties and functions and the accompanying ustadz according to his entrepreneurial competency. Third, the implementation of entrepreneurship education is carried out with practical mentoring where the ustadz becomes a role model to be followed. Fourth, the evaluation is conducted by providing challenges to students to measure their entrepreneurial abilities practically. Fifth, the advantages are supported by the availability of continuously developed teaching staff, while the disadvantages are obstacles from the mismatch between the desires of students and parents in the educational process. Sixth, an effective Entrepreneurship Education model through entrepreneurship education in Islamic boarding schools and schools, namely the Al Ittifaq Agricultural Vocational School. Seventh, the findings of the SAPUJAGAT Entrepreneurship Education Management model (Santri, Entrepreneur, Soulful, Enthusiastic and Dignified).

Abstract

The problem currently encountered is low student literacy, which makes it difficult for students to understand the material. This research aims to develop teaching materials in the form of AndiLearn (Android Interactive Learning) in project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students to increase the digital literacy of phase B class students at SD N Sindurjan in the Independent Curriculum. This type of research and development is R&D (Research and Development) research using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) development model. These five stages are implemented by analyzing needs, student characteristics, and the curriculum. Validation of AndiLearn (Android Interactive Learning) in project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students was carried out by language experts, learning media, and driving school facilitators, practicality was seen based on teacher and student responses. The results of the development of AndiLearn (Android Interactive Learning) in the project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students to increase the digital literacy of phase B class students at SD N Sindurjan were declared very valid and practical. Based on the results from the validator, an average validity of 89% was obtained, namely in the very valid category, and the practicality results obtained an average of 88.87% in the very practical category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the AndiLearn (Android Interactive Learning) created can be valid and practical to be used during the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project activities to implement Independent Curriculum learning.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah di SDN Pademawu Barat 1 membutuhkan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran ICT seperti GeoGebra. Hal ini yang mendasari tim pengabdian Universitas Madura mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan GeoGebra dalam Pembelajaran Matematika. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pengalaman kepada guru dalam memanfaatkan GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran matematika. Adapun peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada di SDN Pademawu Barat 1 Pamekasan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pelatihan, tim melakukan menyampaikan materi awal terkait dengan sejarah, cara mendownloud GeoGebra, menu dan tools serta mendesain aktivitas pembelajaran matematika dengan GeoGebra. Pada tahap pendampingan tim mendampingi peserta membuat animasi matematika dengan GeoGebra. Pada tahap evaluasi tim melakukan evaluasi terhadap rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dengan mengisi google form. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan sejak tanggal 07 Desember 2024 hingga 9 Desember 2024. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diperoleh luaran berbentuk animasi GeoGebra untuk memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami konsep matematika yang dibuat oleh semua peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

The high level of academic stress in students of the PAI Study Program at UIN Sumatra Utara Medan is caused by academic demands, social pressure, and family expectations. The data show a significant prevalence of academic stress globally (38-71%), Asia (39.6-61.3%), and Indonesia (36.7-71.6%). This academic stress negatively impacts students' concentration, problem-solving abilities, and academic performance, even though they have an advantage in faith-based coping strategies. This study aims to find out what are the factors that affect the academic stress of study program students and find out how PAI study program students in overcoming the problem of academic stress at the UIN Sumatra Utara Medan. This study uses quantitative descriptive research. This study uses the data collection method used is the questionnaire method. Questionnaires used by researchers as research instruments. The data was taken using a questionnaire to students to determine the level of academic stress in classroom learning. The results of this study show that there are two factors. Namely: the first factor when students can overcome academic stress by: sharing stories about the problems they are facing with peers, asking for moral support from friends, and sharing stories about the problems they are facing with parents. While the second factor when students overcome academic stress by: taking advantage of free time to do assignments, and immediately do assignments. The implications of this study show that the handling of academic stress in PAI students requires a comprehensive and integrated approach. The findings that students use a combination of social strategies (sharing stories with friends and parents, seeking moral support) and time management strategies (working on tasks immediately, making use of free time) provide important guidance for educational institutions to develop more effective support systems. Abstract

Human resources are a crucial factor in determining the success or failure of an organization. Organizations continually strive to acquire resources that can ease the burden of achieving their goals. This study employed a quantitative, descriptive design, collecting primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees at PT. Sarana OTW Indonesia, using a sampling method. The results of the study include work discipline as an independent variable X1 having a significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t value> t table of 5.715> 2.008 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. In addition, variable X2, namely Communication, has a significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t value> t table of 3.493> 2.008 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then, together, work discipline and communication have an effect on employee performance with a calculated F value> F Table of 38.928> 1.659 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline and communication influence employee performance at PT. Sarana OTW Indonesia. The R value of 0.747 or 74.7% means the relationship between work discipline and communication on employee performance. The R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% of work discipline and communication is able to influence employee performance, while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.
