Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) Dampak penggunaan QRIS pada transaksi penjualan bagi UMKM di Universitas Negeri Makassar. 2) Kendala penggunaan QRIS pada transaksi penjualan bagi UMKM di Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dampak penggunaan QRIS  pada transaksi penjualan bagi UMKM di Universitas Negeri Makassar memberikan kontribusi positif yang signifikan. Dapat dilihat dari indikator sebagai berikut:  (a) kemudahan dan efisiensi Transaksi; (b) keamanan transaksi; (c) akses kebasis pelanggan yang lebih luas; Namun, terdapat pula dampak negatif yang perlu diperhatikan, dapat dilihat dari indikator: (a) resiko penipuan; (b) Perilaku Konsumtif. Dan 2) Kendala penggunaan QRIS pada transaksi penjualan bagi UMKM di Universitas Negeri Makassar dapat dilihat dari indikator: (a) Merchant Discount Rate (MDR); (b) Tarif Settlement; (c) Koneksi Internet yang tidak stabil. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa QRIS telah menjadi alat transaksi digital yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pelaku usaha, khususnya di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Secara tidak langsung QRIS meningkatkan profesionalisme pelaku usaha kecil.This research aims to determine; 1) The impact of QRIS usage on sales transactions for MSMEs at Makassar State University. 2) The obstacles to using QRIS in sales transactions for MSMEs at Makassar State University. The type of research conducted in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that: 1) The impact of using QRIS on sales transactions for MSMEs at Makassar State University has a significant positive contribution. This can be seen from the following indicators: (a) ease and efficiency of transactions; (b) transaction security; (c) wider customer base access; However, there are also negative impacts that need to be noted, as seen from the indicators: (a) risk of fraud; (b) consumer behavior. And 2) The constraints of using QRIS on sales transactions for MSMEs at Makassar State University can be seen from the indicators: (a) Merchant Discount Rate (MDR); (b) Settlement Fees; (c) unstable internet connection. This research shows that QRIS has become a digital transaction tool that provides significant contributions to business actors, especially in the environment of Makassar State University. Indirectly, QRIS enhances the professionalism of small business operators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Gambaran Mahasiswa Perantau Di Prodi Pendidikan IPS Universitas Negeri Makassar. 2) Sikap Nomophobia Pada Mahasiswa Perantau Di Prodi Pendidikan IPS Universitas Negeri Makassar. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari Sikap Nomophobia (Variabel X) dan Mahasiswa rantau (Variabel Y). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner/angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sikap Nomophobia mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh empat indicator utama, yaitu perasaan tidak bias berkomunikasi, kehilangan konektivitas, tidak mampu mengakses informasi, dan menyerah pada kenyataan. Mayoritas mahasiswa menunjukkan tingkat sedang terkait dengan empat indikator ini, yang mencerminkan ketergantungan pada ponsel, 2) Dampak Nomophobia terhadap mahasiswa perantau teridentifikasi memiliki korelasi sedang, memengaruhi kehidupan akademik dan social mereka, baik dalam bentuk upaya mengatasi isolasi maupun gangguan pada konsentrasi dan adaptasi sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya dukungan psikologis dan edukasi untuk membantu mahasiswa mengelola penggunaan teknologi secara sehat dan produktif.This study aims to identify: (1) the profile of migrant students in the Social Studies Education Program at Universitas Negeri Makassar, (2) the overall nomophobia attitudes of migrant students. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach. The variables consisted of Nomophobia Attitude (X) and Migrant Students (Y). Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings reveal that: (1) nomophobia attitudes among students are influenced by four main indicators, namely the feeling of being unable to communicate, loss of connectivity, inability to access information, and surrendering to reality. Most students were found to be at a moderate level across these indicators, reflecting their dependency on mobile phones (2) The impact of nomophobia on migrant students was identified to have a moderate correlation, affecting both their academic and social lives, including efforts to cope with isolation as well as disruptions in concentration and social adaptation. Therefore, psychological support and educational efforts are needed to help students manage technology use in a healthy and productive manner.

Abstract

The development of 21st-century education demands innovation in the learning process that not only focuses on mastering subject matter but also on fostering students’ creativity as a vital skill to face global challenges. However, in reality, students’ creativity in social studies learning is often not optimally developed due to the use of conventional teaching methods. This study aims to examine the implementation of project-based learning at SMP Negeri 1 Sinjai, describe students’ creativity in social studies subjects, and analyze the effect of project-based learning on enhancing students’ creativity in social studies. This research employed a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto design. The variables consisted of project-based learning (X) and students’ creativity (Y). Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics with the assistance of SPSS 25. The results indicate that project-based learning is implemented at a “very high” level, characterized by decision-making centrality, focus on driving questions, constructive investigations, autonomy, and realism. Furthermore, students’ creativity in social studies is also categorized as “very high,” with indicators including fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and sensitivity. Additionally, there is a positive and significant effect of project-based learning on students’ creativity, with a correlation coefficient of 0.725 categorized as “strong.” These findings confirm that the implementation of project-based learning is effective in enhancing students’ creativity in social studies.

Abstract

Generation Z has become an increasingly significant segment of the workforce, bringing unique characteristics and expectations that differ from previous generations. As a result, organizations must understand the motivational patterns that influence their retention. This study aims to map retention strategies for Generation Z employees through a literature-based approach using several motivation theories, including Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, Self-Determination Theory, and Expectancy Theory. The findings indicate that Generation Z seeks not only financial compensation but also flexibility, continuous development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and fair and meaningful rewards. The integration of these theories demonstrates that Generation Z’s retention is shaped by the fulfillment of basic needs, intrinsic motivation, psychological needs, and perceptions of fairness and relevance of rewards. This study concludes that effective retention strategies for Generation Z must be holistic and designed to meet their comprehensive needs, enabling organizations to retain young talent more sustainably.

Abstract

This study stems from the importance of preserving local cultural values in the digital age, particularly in social studies learning, through technology based innovations that support the internalization of Pangadereng values. This study aims to examine the influence of digital media on the transformation and internalization of Pangadereng values (Ade', Bicara, Rapang, Wari', and Sara') in order to improve the digital ethnopedagogy of junior high school students. This study used mixed methods with an exploratory sequential design, including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed thematically, while quantitative data were processed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The findings show that digital media significantly improves students' understanding of Pangadereng values and correlates positively with an increase in digital ethnopedagogy, contributing 38%. Ade' and Sara' show the highest level of internalization, while Bicara’, Rapang’, and Wari' require more innovative and context based pedagogical strategies.

Abstract

Desa manera yang terletak di Kecamatan Salomekko Kabupaten Bone, merupakan daerah pesisir yang berada di sepanjang pesisir teluk Bone yang sebagian besar penduduknya menggantungkan hidup pada potensi hasil perikanan dan kelautan. Kebiasaan nelayan menumpuk begitu saja ikan tangkapannya di atas palka dengan es balok yang minim menyebabkan mutunya cepat merosot terutama pada musim tangkap, nelayan biasanya memperoleh ikan dalam jumlah besar. Sebagian membusuk saat sampai di daratan, akhirnya menjadi limbah yang mengganggu kebersihan dan keindahan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat nelayan desa Manera dalam mengelola ikan dan limbah menjadi tepung ikan agar memiliki nilai tambah ekonomi. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan adalah  Partisifatory Action Riset (PAR), yang dimulai dengan riset pendahuluan, inkulturasi, pengorganisasian masyarakat, merencanakan dan melakukan berbagai aksi perubahan dan melakukan evaluasi serta refleksi. Manfaat yang diperoleh masyarakat adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan limbah ikan menjadi tepung ikan yang bernilai ekonomis. Selain itu, manfaat juga dirasakan oleh masyarakat nelayan baik ditinjau dari sisi ekonomi maupun lingkungan. Dari sisi ekonomi, pendapatan masyarakat dapat meningkat melalui pengolahan limbah ikan menjadi produk tepung ikan serta prospek usahanya masih cerah, sedangkan manfaat untuk lingkungan adalah mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai penyakit karena semua sisa atau limbah ikan tidak terbuang percuma, tetapi dijadikan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan tepung ikan.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women remains a serious public health challenge due to its impact on both maternal and fetal health, ranging from delivery complications and anemia to the risk of low birth weight (LBW) and stunting. Data from the Tolitoli District Health Office in 2023 reported 406 cases of CED among pregnant women, with the highest prevalence (19.2%) found in Baolan Subdistrict. This condition highlights the need to strengthen the role of community health cadres in early detection and nutritional support for pregnant women. This Community Service Program aimed to improve cadres’ knowledge and skills in monitoring maternal nutritional status through simple anthropometric measurements (Mid-Upper Arm Circumference, body weight, and height). The activity was conducted in Buntuna Village, within the working area of Baolan Health Center, Tolitoli District, on July 30, 2025, involving 18 health cadres. The methods included education using presentations and booklets, a question-and-answer session, and hands-on practice of anthropometric measurements. Knowledge was assessed using pre- and post-tests with questionnaires, while skills were observed using a checklist-based assessment. The post-test results indicated a significant improvement in knowledge from 40% to 86%, while skills increased from 11% to 100%. Prior to the intervention, only two cadres were skilled, but after training, all participants were able to perform measurements accurately. These findings demonstrate that practice-based training is effective in strengthening cadre capacity and has the potential to enhance the effectiveness of CED prevention programs at the community level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak usia dini melalui metode meronce kalung menggunakan bahan alam. Fokus penelitian dilakukan pada anak Kelompok B TK Taqwa Batu Tiroa, Kecamatan Sinoa, Kabupaten Bantaeng, Sulawesi Selatan. Permasalahan awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengoordinasikan otot kecil, terutama tangan dan jari, yang menghambat kemampuan mereka dalam melakukan aktivitas sederhana seperti memegang alat tulis dan menggunting. Intervensi dilakukan melalui kegiatan meronce menggunakan bahan alam seperti biji-bijian, kulit kerang, dan potongan bambu kecil. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan motorik halus anak setelah penerapan metode tersebut. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga terbukti menyenangkan, mendidik, serta membangkitkan minat anak terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar metode meronce kalung berbahan alam dijadikan sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran rutin di TK untuk menunjang perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the creativity of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in financial management through the use of Comic Strip Creator media. The program was conducted in Betoambari District, Baubau City, targeting SME actors who need to improve their skills in recording and managing finances in a creative and engaging way. The method included interactive training, technical mentoring, and hands-on practice in creating comic strips that illustrate business financial situations. The results indicate that participants gained a better understanding of the importance of systematic financial recording and learned to communicate financial concepts visually. This creative approach successfully motivated SMEs actors to adopt more disciplined and communicative financial management practices in their businesses

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the validity and practicality of video media in the ian University in Indonesia. This research utilizes the ADDIE research approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of validity and practicality tests may be used as a reference for evaluating the developed medium. This study conducted a material validity test, assessing the quality of the video media based on expert material evaluations. The results showed an average rating of 97.5%. Therefore, the video media meets the criteria for being deemed suitable for use. The results of the media validity test indicate that the quality of the video media, as assessed by media experts, has an average score of 97.06%. Therefore, the video media meets the criteria for being deemed suitable for use. The results of the validity test for video media in the course of anti-corruption education indicate that the content and media are very relevant for further development. The practicality test results indicate that the development of interactive media achieved an average of 97%. Thus, the module demonstrates efficient criteria.
