Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui takaran Trichoderma sp. dan pupuk KCl yang efektif untuk pengendalian penyakit layu Fusarium oxysporum pada tanaman jahe. Penyakit layu yang disebabkan oleh jamur patogen Fusarium oxysporum merupakan faktor penghambat produktivitas tanaman jahe. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Argodadi, Kecamatan Sedayu, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY dengan menggunakan rancangan faktorial yang disusun dalam rancangan acak kelompok lengkap terdiri 2 faktor yaitu Trichoderma sp dan pupuk KCl dengan 3 level takaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aplikasi 5 gram biomas Trichoderma sp/tanaman dan 5 gram pupuk KCl/tanaman efektif menurunkan persentase dan intensitas serangan penyakit layu Fusarium oxysoprum masing masing sebesar 8,87% dan 13,32%. Sedangkan aplikasi 5 gram biomas Trichoderma sp/tanaman dan 2,5 gram pupuk KCl/tanaman mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan tanaman jahe. Kata kunci—Trichoderma sp., KCl, intensitas serangan ABSTRACT The research aims to investigate the dosage of Trichoderma sp and KCl fertilizer, which effectively control Fusarium oxysporum wilt disease of ginger. Wilt disease caused by the pathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum can cause significant losses to ginger production. The research was conducted in Argodadi, Sedayu, Bantul, DIY and arranged in factorial design in a complete randomized block design consisting of two factors, Trichoderma sp. and KCl fertilizes with three levels of dosage. The research results provide information that the application of 5 g Trichoderma sp. and KCL fertilizer could reduce the percentage and intensity of attack of Fusarium oxysporum effectively by 8,87% and 13,32%. Applying Trichoderma sp at the level of 5 g / plant biomass and 2.5 grams of KCl / plant could increase ginger’s plant height and the number of seedlings. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa manusia ke era digital, di mana internet menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kemunculan e-commerce sebagai bentuk perdagangan digital menawarkan kemudahan transaksi, tetapi juga meningkatkan risiko kejahatan cyber seperti penipuan online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi korban penipuan e-commerce berdasarkan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi telah tersedia, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala, seperti sulitnya pelacakan pelaku, lemahnya koordinasi antar lembaga, dan rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat. Upaya perlindungan hukum dilakukan melalui langkah preventif, seperti edukasi masyarakat dan peningkatan keamanan teknologi, serta langkah represif, seperti pemberian sanksi pidana kepada pelaku kejahatan cyber. Namun, masih terdapat kelemahan dalam sistem hukum yang menyebabkan korban sering berada dalam posisi lemah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan revisi kebijakan untuk memperketat sanksi, meningkatkan kapasitas aparat penegak hukum, serta memperkuat kerja sama antara pemerintah, platform e-commerce, dan masyarakat guna menciptakan ekosistem transaksi online yang lebih aman. Sinergi antara berbagai pihak sangat penting untuk menanggulangi kejahatan cyber dan memberikan perlindungan hukum yang lebih efektif bagi konsumen di era digital.

Abstract

The implementation of the Village Financial System plays an important role in facilitating financial reporting and being able to create a transparent and accountable management of village fund allocations in order to create a Good Governance system. The problems that occur in Pulau Gadang Village partners that there are unresolved problems in the village, including the lack of Village Official Skill related to Village Law No. 6 of 2014 and Pulau Gadang Village Regulation No. 04 of 2022 concerning Amendments to the Pulau Gadang Village Budget for the 2022 Fiscal Year. Community service is carried out using lecture and presentation methods, as for the solutions provided by the PKM Team to partners, the first activity is to present material related to the Transparency of Village Fund Financial Management Permendagri number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines That Village Financial Management, then the second speaker discusses related to increasing village finances from the tourism sector. PKM activities run smoothly, it is the hope of the PKM Team that in the future Pulau Gadang Village in managing Village finances can run in accordance with Permendagri number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines and from the tourism sector can develop well and take place sustainably.

Abstract

Workload is one of the critical factors in achieving employee performance. A high workload can sometimes make it difficult for employees to perform well, ultimately affecting the company's overall performance. Motivation and leadership style also play a role in employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bisma Dharma Kencana. The population in this study includes harvesting employees and supervisors at the company, with a sample of 95 respondents selected using the convenience sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The hypothesis test results show that workload has a partially positive effect on employee performance, as does work motivation, which also has a partially positive effect. A higher workload, accompanied by strong motivation and effective leadership, can lead to better employee performance. Additionally, a high workload is often followed by increased salaries or bonuses, making it reasonable for performance to improve.

Abstract

Pemerkosaan adalah perbuatan laki-laki terhadap Perempuan dengan cara melanggar menurut moral dan hukum. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan oleh seorang pendidik kepaa santrinya. Focus kajian dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah tuntutan jaksa penuntut umum terhadap pelaku pemerkosaan pada anak yang diputuskan di Pengadilan Tinggi Bandung dengan Nomor Putusan 86/Pid.Sus/PT Bdg yang sebelumnya dalam putusan negeri bandung jaksa menuntut hukuman mati, tetapi hakim memutus dengan hukuman penjara seumur hidup dan pembebanan restitusi paa negara. Oleh karena itu, jaksa melakukan banding pada pengadilan tinggi bandung untuk memidana mati dan hakimpun mengabulkan permohonan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam kajian ini adalah apakah tuntutan jaksa telah sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku dan apakah pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus perkara tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian kepustakaan. dan hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah penulis menilai dengan tuntutan jaksa penuntut umum, karena tidak sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia, terutama hak untuk hidup. dan putusan hakim Tingkat pertama tentang pembebanan restitusi pada negara akan mengakibatkan memberikan keuntungan yang tidak semestinya kepada terdakwa dan kerugian pada negara. Selain itu, perbedaan putusan pada hakim Tingkat pertama dan Tingkat banding menimbulkan pertanyaan pada Masyarakat apakah salah satu dari hakim tersebut ada yang memihak maupun sebaliknya pada terdakwa.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the positive and significant effect of the ability and work commitment of employees together on the performance of the company Tour & Travel (Travel Bureau), and (2) analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of the Tour & Travel Company (Travel Bureau). The analytical method used is Multiple Regression with the F-test and t-test. The results show that: (1). The first hypothesis which states that "the ability and commitment of employees to work together has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tour & Travel Company (Travel Bureau)" is accepted as true. This can be seen from the F test which shows the F-count > F-table, and the probability is less than 0.05, and (2). The second hypothesis which states "Among the two variables, the employee commitment variable has the greatest influence on the performance of the Tour & Travel company” is accepted. This can be seen from the highest double partial coefficient (r2) owned by the employee's work commitment variable of 28.0%.

Abstract

Perkawinan merupakan persekutuan seumur hidup antara pria dan wanita. Persekutuan seumur hidup ini sifatnya terarah pada kesejahteraan suami istri, kelahiran dan pendidikan anak sehingga sangat penting bagi suatu perkawinan untuk mengelola keuangan keluarga. Memang masalah keuangan bukanlah penentu segala-galanya, tetapi kita sadari bahwa keuangan keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keutuhan keluarga. Target dari kegiatan iniadalah peserta mampu mengidentifikasi kebiasaan, tingkah laku, dan perencanaan dalam mengelola uang juga peserta mampu merefleksikan pengelolaan keuangan uang dengan prespektif dan nilai-nilai Kristiani. Materi disampaikan dalam bentuk ceramah, video, diskusi, simulasi dan latihan. Target peserta kegiatan pengabdian adalah pasangan muda yang dalam waktu dekat akan membangun keluarga. Pencapaian dari kegiatan ini (berdasarkan hasil survei yangdilakukan), peserta memiliki kecenderungan yang positif dalam mengelola keuangan mereka dan para peserta juga bersedia untuk berkomunikasi dengan pasangannya dalam hal melakukan perencaan keuangan rumah tangga yang akan mereka bina. Peserta juga merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Hospital accreditation standards for centralized drug systems are one of the priorities that must be met by hospitals. This system functions to use drugs appropriately and avoid waste in their use, so that patient nursing care needs can be met. The purpose of this study was to explore nurses' motivation in centralizing drug management in the treatment room. The design used is descriptive qualitative, the research sample was taken from nurses on duty in the inpatient room of Sedap Malam RSUD Gambiran Kediri City who were willing to be interviewed, with a sample size of 6 informants. Data collection with a tape recorder through in-depth interviews with 6 nurses (6 informants). The results of the study of achievement factors, increasing the status of the job itself, responsibility, work environment conditions, regulations of the treatment room and hospital, relationships within the group, and subordinate superior relationships that showed the highest influence on implementing centralized drug management in the room were factors of regulations of the treatment room and hospital. All informants had the same overall reason, namely that the implementation of centralized drug management in the room was carried out based on regulations that had been mutually agreed upon so that the implementation of centralized drug management could be arranged in accordance with service procedures in the hospital. Factors that influence nurses at Gambiran Regional Hospital, Kediri City in implementing centralized drug management in the room are factors of treatment room and hospital regulations because the regulations that have been set must be implemented so that the implementation of drug centralization continues to run according to procedures and to meet hospital accreditation standards. The procedures in implementing centralized drug management are not only joint provisions, but also become provisions in accordance with the procedures that have been set by the hospital accreditation commission.

Abstract

This international community service aims to improve the competence of MSME human resources in managing businesses based on halal principles, helping MSMEs understand how to move towards halal and implementing Green Economy practices in their business lines. The Green Economy approach aims to improve human welfare and social justice while reducing the risk of environmental damage and resource scarcity. Using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach targeting MSME stakeholders fostered by the Bandung Regency Regional Development Research and Innovation Planning Agency (Bapperida). The results of this Community Service show that the application of the principle of resource efficiency in the context of a green economy by MSME actors fostered by the Bandung Regency Regional Development Research and Innovation Planning Agency (Bapperida) has made significant progress, although there are still challenges to be faced. Through interviews with several MSME owners, it was revealed that they have begun to implement efficient practices in the use of raw materials and waste management. By continuously striving to improve environmentally friendly practices, MSMEs will not only strengthen their position in the market but also play an active role in preserving the environment for future generations

Abstract

A hospital is a healthcare institution that plays a role in providing information to the public. In today's digital era, the need for information media continues to increase. One of these is the company website, which serves as an information medium connecting hospitals with the community. The purpose of this research is to develop a website for Ar-Rasyid Islamic Hospital Palembang, with development carried out using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method which includes the Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition phases. The website is developed with a focus on features such as profile pages, service information, news, and doctor schedules. The result of this research is that with the presence of the hospital website, it is expected to improve the services of Ar-Rasyid Islamic Hospital Palembang and extend their information reach to the community without having to visit the hospital directly.
