Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan antara model pembelajaran STAD dan TSTS terhadap keterampilan sosial muatan IPS kelas IV siswa SD. Keterampilan sosial siswa diukur dari aspek kenali diri, mengenal emosi, empati, simpati, berbagi, menolong, keterampilan bekerjasama, dan bersaing dengan indikator yang diamati yakni memiliki kesadaran akan dirinya sendiri, mengatur dan mengendalikan emosi, memiliki kepedulian, merasakan apa yang dirasakan orang lain, menghayati perasaan orang lain, memiliki sikap murah hati, membagi apa yang menjadi miliknya, membantu orang lain, menawarkan bantuan ke orang lain, saling menghargai, dan mengungguli orang lain. Jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen (Quasi-Experimental Design). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil Uji beda rata-rata menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran STAD dan TSTS. Perbedaan signifikan dari penerapan dua model dapat dilihat pada rerata posttest keterampilan sosial dari kedua kelas. Kelas eksperimen STAD pada kelas IV memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi sebesar 7,78 dibanding kelas kontrol TSTS. Hasil uji Independent Samples T-test menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) keterampilan sosial antara STAD dan TSTS = 0,000 < 0,05, jadi Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kata Kunci: STAD, TSTS, Keterampilan Sosial, IPS.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepala sekolah sebagai leader dalam meningkatkan disiplin kinerja guru di SDN 02 Josenan Kota Madiun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif model studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara wawancara langsung, Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, display data, dan mengambil kesimpulan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sebagai leader dalam meningkatkan disiplin kinerja guru di SDN 02 Josenan Kota Madiun mengacu pada perannya untuk mewujudkan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah, mengembangkan inovasi, membangun motivasi kerja, melakukan komunikasi, menangani konflik, maupun mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

The potential of natural tourism is one of the attractions that can be developed into tourist destinations, natural attaractions include accessibility, accommodation, facilities and inflastructure. Each tourist area has different potential. The purpose of this study was to determine the  tourism potential in Mapane Tambu Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. This research was conducted in Mapane Tambu Village Balaesang District, Donggala Regency, for two months, from june to july 2019. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative by describing the uniqueness of natural resources, prominent natural resources. Nature tourism activities carried out, cleanliness of the location of attractions, regional security and comfort in addittion to that interview were conducted as many as 31 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the Regional Operation Objects and Attractions of Nature Tourism (AD0-ODTWA) Dirjen PHKA 2003 according to the values that have been determined for each criterion. Based on the results of reseacrh in the village of Mapane Tambu, District of Balaesang, Dist rict of Donggala, the potential of natural tourism possessed by Mapane Tambu Village namely waterfalls, rivers, hot springs, flora and fauna deserve to be developed as natural attractions. The potential of natural tourism in Mapane Tambu Village is feasible to be developed with a feassibility index percentage of 69,58%. The natural tourism area in Mapane Tambu Village has the attraction, accessibility, and supporting facilites and infrastructure so that it is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

Salah satu model pembelajaran yang sesuai adalah pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan tema pencemaran lingkungan. Pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa di kelas dan mendukung perkembangan karakteristik habits of mind siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian habits of mind yang valid dan reliabel untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek pada tema pencemaran lingkungan dan mengetahui karakteristik habits of mind siswa yang tampak setelah mengikuti pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&amp;D) dan dilaksanakan di SMP N 6 Temanggung pada siswa kelas VII. Bentuk instrumen penilaian habits of mind berupa lembar penilaian guru berdasarkan penugasan proyek dan penugasan individu, serta lembar penilaian diri siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian habits of mind untuk pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek mendapatkan nilai sangat layak dengan persentase 91% dari pakar evaluasi dan 93,75% dari pakar bahasa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kriteria dari karakteristik habits of mind ‘berpikir dan berkomunikasi dengan jelas dan cermat’, ‘berpikir secara interdependen’, dan ‘memeriksa akurasi’ yang tampak setelah siswa mengikuti proses pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek adalah ‘mulai berkembang’. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan teori perkembangan kognitif menurut Piaget tentang tahap operasional formal. Respon positif siswa terhadap penerapan instrumen penilaian habits of mind dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek mencapai 87% pada tahap uji coba skala besar dan 89,2% pada tahap uji penerapan. One of suitable learning model is project-based learning with the theme of environmental pollution. Project-based sciene learning can enhance the acitivity of student in the classroom and support the development of student’s habits of mind characteristic. The development of habits of mind necessary to get attention from the teacher because a good habits of mind can help student in solving their problem. This research aims to develop a habits of mind assessment instrument that valid and reliable to be applied in project-based science learning with environmental pollution theme and to know the student’s habits of mind characteristics after they follow project-based science learning. This study is Research and Development (R&amp;D) and implemented to 7th grade students in SMP N 6 Temanggung. Form of habits of mind assessment instrument consist of the teacher evaluation sheet based on project assignment and individual assignment, and also student self-assessment sheet. The result showed that the habits of mind assessment instrument for project-based science learning get very decent value with 91% from the expert of evaluation and 93.75% from the expert of language. The result also show that the criteria of the habits of mind characteristics ‘thinking and communicating with clarity and precision’, ‘thinking interdependently', and ‘striving for accuracy’, which looks after the students follow a project-based science learning process is ‘start growing’ criteria. That result is appropriate with Piaget’s theory of cognitive development about concrete operational stage. Positive response of students to the implementation of habits of mind assessment instrument in project-based science learning reached 87% at the stage of large-scale trials and 89.2% in the implementation test.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of customer satisfaction and switching barrier on castamer loyality at PT Indosat Tbk. Population in this research are all customer of pre - paid card of Mentari in South Semarang Region, and the sample are 96 customers. The analysis instrument used multiple linier regression. The result of the research shows that there is positive significant influence of customer satisfaction and switching barrier on customer loyalit. Simultaneously, all of the variables, customer value and switching barrier affect customer loyality at PT Indosat Tbk.

Abstract

Sangihe-Moluccas region is the most active seismicity in Indonesia. Between 2015 to 2018 there is four M6 class earthquake occurred close to the Sangihe-Moluccas region. These seismic active regions representing active deformation which is recorded on installed GPS for both campaign and continuous station. However, the origin of those frequent earthquakes has not been well understood especially related to GPS-derived secular motion. Therefore, we intend to estimate the secular motion inside and around Sangihe island. On the other hand, we also evaluate the effect of seismicity on GPS sites. Since our GPS data were conducted on yearly basis, we used an empirical global model of surface displacement due to coseismic activity. We calculate the offset that may be contained in the GPS site during its period. We remove the offset and estimate again the secular motion using linear least square. Hence, in comparison with the secular motion without considering the seismicity, we observe small change but systematically shifting the motion. We concluded the seismicity in the Molucca sea from 2015 to 2018 systematically change the secular motion around Sangihe Island at the sub-mm level. Finally, we obtained the secular motion toward each other between the east and west side within 1 to 5.5 cm/year displacement.

Abstract

Abstract The reserach method used is quantitative research with comparative types. Comparative research is research that is used to compare two or more groups of a particular variable. By using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This study aims to determine differences in service quality and consumer trust in consumer satisfaction at J&T Express and JNE. The population in this study are all consumer who use J&T Express and JNE shipping services. The sample in this study was that consumers in J&T Express and JNE totaled 100 people, divided into two groups, namely J&T Express 50 respondents and JNE 50 respondents.The results showed that there were differences in service quality and consumer trust in consumer satisfaction at J&T Express and JNE. On the variable service quality get positive and significant results so that there are differences. In the variable consumer trust gets positive and significant results so that there are differences. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bukti empiris pengaruh pemberian tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemandirian belajar, dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap kreativitas belajar serta untuk mengetahui bukti empiris perbedaan pemberian tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemandirian belajar, kedisiplinan belajar, dan kreativitas belajar pada mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2014 FE UNNES. Jumlah sampel 138 mahasiswa Akuntansi dan 117 mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel tiap kelas menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan pengujian uji asumsi klasik tidak ditemukan gejala pengganggu. Untuk pengujian hipotesis t pada mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi variabel pemberian tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemandirian belajar, dan kedisiplinan belajar terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Motivasi berprestasi, kemandirian belajar, kedisiplinan belajar, dan kreativitas belajar antara mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi terbukti terdapat perbedaan. Tidak terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada pemberian tugas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Saran yang sebaiknya mahasiswa meningkatkan kemandirian dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam belajar. The purpose of this research is to know the empirical evidence of the effect of the imposition of duties, motivation of achievement, the capacity to think critically, independent learning, and discipline learning of creativity learning and to know the empirical the different of the imposition of duties, motivation of achievement, the capacity to think critically, independent learning, discipline learning, and creativity learning between accounting and accounting education students the 4th semester. Population in this research is Accounting and Education Accounting students the class of 2014 in FE UNNES. The sample in the research is 138 accounting students and 117 Education Accounting students taken using formulas Slovin. The sample was taken for each class used proportionate random sampling method. The used method of data collection is the questionnaire. The analyze method is descriptive analyze and regression analysis. Based on the classic assumption test use was not found troublesome symptoms. To testing the hypothesis t in the Accounting students and Accounting Education students independent variables the imposition of duties, motivation achievement, the ability to think critically, independent learning, and discipline learning proved to be positively significant. The motivation of achievement, independent learning, discipline learning, and creativity learning among students of Accounting and Accounting Education proven there is a difference Not proven that there is a difference in the variable imposition of duties and the capacity to think critically, while. The advice was given students should increase self-reliance in evaluating learning outcomes and increase confidence in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to provide another alternative in resolving conflicts in Lerep Village which is called the District Court (Peradilan Desa). The village court aims to help resolve conflict problems in Lerep Village so that there is no accumulation of cases in the surrounding District Courts. Village justice is carried out by familial mediation between the person in dispute with the head of the local hamlet and the village head. The decisions given are in the form of suggestions from the hamlet head and village head which are not binding. District justice (Peradilan Desa) is a win-win solution to the conflict in Lerep Village. However, the implementation of this District court still has shortcomings. One of them is the district court does not yet have a reference for regulations in its implementation. Another deficiency is the lack of knowledge in the legal field of the parties acting as intermediaries, such as the hamlet head and village head. The research method used in this research is legal research, legal research is often referred to as doctrinal or normative. Normative legal research examines principles, numbers, concepts, rules, laws and regulations, research decisions, agreements and doctrines that are placed by law as a norm system by examining library studies. The conclusion in this study is that specific regulatory references are needed to regulate the running of village courts. And there must be training to provide basic knowledge to the parties concerned.

Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan pengujian uji asumsi klasik tidak ditemukan gejala pengganggu. Untuk pengujian hipotesis t pada mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi variabel pemberian tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemandirian belajar, dan kedisiplinan belajar terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Motivasi berprestasi, kemandirian belajar, kedisiplinan belajar, dan kreativitas belajar antara mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi terbukti terdapat perbedaan. Tidak terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada pemberian tugas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Saran yang sebaiknya mahasiswa meningkatkan kemandirian dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam belajar. The purpose of this research is to know the empirical evidence of the effect of the imposition of duties, motivation of achievement, the capacity to think critically, independent learning, and discipline learning of creativity learning and to know the empirical the different of the imposition of duties, motivation of achievement, the capacity to think critically, independent learning, discipline learning, and creativity learning between accounting and accounting education students the 4th semester. Population in this research is Accounting and Education Accounting students the class of 2014 in FE UNNES. The sample in the research is 138 accounting students and 117 Education Accounting students taken using formulas Slovin. The sample was taken for each class used proportionate random sampling method. The used method of data collection is the questionnaire. The analyze method is descriptive analyze and regression analysis. Based on the classic assumption test use was not found troublesome symptoms. To testing the hypothesis t in the Accounting students and Accounting Education students independent variables the imposition of duties, motivation achievement, the ability to think critically, independent learning, and discipline learning proved to be positively significant. The motivation of achievement, independent learning, discipline learning, and creativity learning among students of Accounting and Accounting Education proven there is a difference Not proven that there is a difference in the variable imposition of duties and the capacity to think critically, while. The advice was given students should increase self-reliance in evaluating learning outcomes and increase confidence in learning.
