Abstract

Salah satu model pembelajaran yang sesuai adalah pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan tema pencemaran lingkungan. Pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa di kelas dan mendukung perkembangan karakteristik habits of mind siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian habits of mind yang valid dan reliabel untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek pada tema pencemaran lingkungan dan mengetahui karakteristik habits of mind siswa yang tampak setelah mengikuti pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dan dilaksanakan di SMP N 6 Temanggung pada siswa kelas VII. Bentuk instrumen penilaian habits of mind berupa lembar penilaian guru berdasarkan penugasan proyek dan penugasan individu, serta lembar penilaian diri siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian habits of mind untuk pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek mendapatkan nilai sangat layak dengan persentase 91% dari pakar evaluasi dan 93,75% dari pakar bahasa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kriteria dari karakteristik habits of mind ‘berpikir dan berkomunikasi dengan jelas dan cermat’, ‘berpikir secara interdependen’, dan ‘memeriksa akurasi’ yang tampak setelah siswa mengikuti proses pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek adalah ‘mulai berkembang’. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan teori perkembangan kognitif menurut Piaget tentang tahap operasional formal. Respon positif siswa terhadap penerapan instrumen penilaian habits of mind dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis proyek mencapai 87% pada tahap uji coba skala besar dan 89,2% pada tahap uji penerapan. One of suitable learning model is project-based learning with the theme of environmental pollution. Project-based sciene learning can enhance the acitivity of student in the classroom and support the development of student’s habits of mind characteristic. The development of habits of mind necessary to get attention from the teacher because a good habits of mind can help student in solving their problem. This research aims to develop a habits of mind assessment instrument that valid and reliable to be applied in project-based science learning with environmental pollution theme and to know the student’s habits of mind characteristics after they follow project-based science learning. This study is Research and Development (R&D) and implemented to 7th grade students in SMP N 6 Temanggung. Form of habits of mind assessment instrument consist of the teacher evaluation sheet based on project assignment and individual assignment, and also student self-assessment sheet. The result showed that the habits of mind assessment instrument for project-based science learning get very decent value with 91% from the expert of evaluation and 93.75% from the expert of language. The result also show that the criteria of the habits of mind characteristics ‘thinking and communicating with clarity and precision’, ‘thinking interdependently', and ‘striving for accuracy’, which looks after the students follow a project-based science learning process is ‘start growing’ criteria. That result is appropriate with Piaget’s theory of cognitive development about concrete operational stage. Positive response of students to the implementation of habits of mind assessment instrument in project-based science learning reached 87% at the stage of large-scale trials and 89.2% in the implementation test.

Abstract

This study aims to provide another alternative in resolving conflicts in Lerep Village which is called the District Court (Peradilan Desa). The village court aims to help resolve conflict problems in Lerep Village so that there is no accumulation of cases in the surrounding District Courts. Village justice is carried out by familial mediation between the person in dispute with the head of the local hamlet and the village head. The decisions given are in the form of suggestions from the hamlet head and village head which are not binding. District justice (Peradilan Desa) is a win-win solution to the conflict in Lerep Village. However, the implementation of this District court still has shortcomings. One of them is the district court does not yet have a reference for regulations in its implementation. Another deficiency is the lack of knowledge in the legal field of the parties acting as intermediaries, such as the hamlet head and village head. The research method used in this research is legal research, legal research is often referred to as doctrinal or normative. Normative legal research examines principles, numbers, concepts, rules, laws and regulations, research decisions, agreements and doctrines that are placed by law as a norm system by examining library studies. The conclusion in this study is that specific regulatory references are needed to regulate the running of village courts. And there must be training to provide basic knowledge to the parties concerned.

Abstract

Budaya sekolah merupakan sekumpulan nilai yang melandasi prilaku, tradisi, kebiasaan sehari-hari yang dipratikkan oleh kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orang tua. Permasalahan yang terjadi dikelas V SDN 193 Pekanbaru ini ialah mengumpulkan tugas tidak tepat waktu, mengerjakan tugas asal-asala, tugas yang mengerjakan orang tuanya. Hal ini dikarenakan siswa hanya bermain gadged, sehingga tidak mau tau dengan tugasnya dan hanya bermain gadged saja. Hal ini tidak sesuai dengan tujuan, dimana tujuan pendidikan karakter untuk meningkatkan mutu proses dan hasil pendidikan yang mengarah pada pembentukan karakter dan akhlak mulia siswa secara utuh, terpadu dan seimbang. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dilakukan pada 1 orang kepala sekolah, 1 guru kelas V, 5 siswa  dan 5 orang tua. Peran budaya sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas V SDN 193 Pekanbaru merupakan kegiatan rutin yang menjadi kebiasaan dalam keseharian siswa disekolah. Pada penilaian KI 1 Spiritual dan KI 2 Sosial, peran orang tua juga sangat mempengaruhi karakter siswa, sehingga perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik antara guru dan orang tua. Saat ini siswa mempunyai karakter yang baik dan minat belajar yang besar. Perubahan ini karena adanya peran budaya sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Research The studi aims to find out the application of daily financial record to existing Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (UMKM) units in Long-Term Sub-district, with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data collected was obtained through interviews with sources to see the implementation of the implemented daily financial record. From the research results, it is known that grocery stores in long sub-districts that are the object of the study did not do their detailed financial records at all. The owner only relies on the memory of managing the finances on his business

Abstract

The Family Planning (KB) Program is one of the government's main strategies in controlling population growth and improving the quality of life of the community. However, uneven knowledge among the community often becomes an obstacle in the implementation of this program. This community service activity aims to increase community knowledge about the KB program. The activity was carried out in May 2024 in Mojosongo Village, Jebres, Surakarta, with participants consisting of fertile couples, cadres, and mothers of toddlers. The methods used included interactive counseling and group discussions. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge in participants, measured through pre-tests and post-tests. It is hoped that this increase in knowledge will encourage active community participation in the KB program and the implementation of recommended practices, which will ultimately also improve maternal and child health.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine zakat and waqf in supporting the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. The research method used is a library method by combining data sources originating from books, journals and reports of previous research results. The results of this research are that zakat and waqf have a very important contribution in helping and supporting the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. With the existence of some zakat and waqf assets, the community's economy is greatly helped and most UMKM have felt the benefits of zakat and waqf in helping the prosperity of their small businesses.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on observations carried out by researchers at SDN 105321 Batang Kuis. During the observation, the researchers discovered a problem, namely the students' low reading ability. Based on the results of interviews conducted with homeroom teachers regarding students' reading abilities, it was found that students' reading abilities were still low, with many students unable to recognize letters. This is attributed to the limited media available for use in learning and the fact that many students did not go through early childhood education before continuing their elementary school education. This research aims to develop word card media for initial reading material for grade I elementary school students. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method. The results of the research show that the word card media is declared suitable for use as a learning medium, with an assessment percentage from media experts of 99.9% and an assessment percentage from material experts of 90.6%. These percentages indicate a very good category from the feasibility test assessment by both media and material experts. Furthermore, the results of the research conducted on 27 students received an assessment carried out by the homeroom teacher as an observer during the field trial process. This assessment yielded a percentage of 95%, which falls into the very good category. The word card media was deemed suitable for use as a learning medium and was able to improve students' reading abilities..

Abstract

The high market attractiveness index and competitive position made Dewi Media Lestari invest in building a new factory. The factory specifically is used to produce convection products and apparel. Development is carried out using a systematic layout planning and computerized relative allocation of facilities technique. The objective of this research is to obtain an ideal layout that can minimize the distance between departments. As a result, there are nine departments with a total area of 385 m2 consisting of 18 m2loading dock department, 36 m2 raw material department, 86 m2cutting department, 42 m2 branding department, 21 m2 screen printing department, 105 m2 sewing department, 28 m2 finishing department, 28 m2 packing department, and 21 m2 warehouse department. Material handling costs for the initial layout produced using the systematic layout planning method are IDR 29,808.95 per day. After adjusting with Computerized Relative Facility Allocation Technique, the most ideal final layout was produced with minimal material handling costs of IDR 24,411.40 per day.

Abstract

Abstract Non Performing Financing (NPF) or problem financing is a situation where there are problems or problems in financing payments by customers such as installment payments that are substandard, doubtful, or even jammed. This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors on NPF at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2015-2020 simultaneously and partially. These internal factors include Operational Spending to Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Net Interest Margin (NIM). Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 10 Islamic Commercial Banks. The research method used in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that BOPO, CAR, FDR and NIM had a significant effect on NPF simultaneously. Furthermore, BOPO and FDR have a significant effect on NPF while the CAR and NIM variables do not have a significant effect on NPF partially. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor secara internal terhadap NPF di Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2020 secara simultan dan secara parsial. Faktor internal tersebut meliputi Belanja Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), dan Net Interest Margin (NIM). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sebnayak 10 Bank Umum Syariah. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BOPO, CAR, FDR dan NIM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPF secara simultan. Selanjutnya, BOPO dan FDR mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap NPF sedangkan variabel CAR dan NIM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPF secara parsial. Abstract

Abstract: Hypertension is a serious medical condition and can increase the risk of heart, brain, kidney and other diseases. The results of the initial survey, it is known that based on medical record data in 2022, there were 91 patients with hypertension at Grestelina Hospital. While in 2023 there was an increase of 208 patients. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Grestelina Hospital Polyclinic room in November 2023. The sample amounted to 24 people using accidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between age (p value: 0.003) and lifestyle (p value: 0.024) on the incidence of hypertension. It is recommended that hypertensive patients pay more attention to health conditions by implementing a healthy lifestyle regularly and the family or the closest person to the patient motivates the patient to always maintain health by helping to manage a regular lifestyle.Keywords: Hypertension, Lifestyle, Age.
