Abstract

This study examines the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and attitude in mediating the relationship between teacher support, teaching factory, industrial work practices, and green entrepreneurship intentions. This type of research uses quantitative research with causality research. The population of this study was 393 grade XII students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at SMK throughout Semarang City. The sample in this study was 190 students with a proportionate stratified random sampling. The data were processed using primary data from questionnaires distributed to grade XII students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at 7 SMK in Semarang City. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that the research model had met the validity and reliability of the construct. The results indicate that teacher support and entrepreneurial attitudes have a direct effect on green entrepreneurship intentions. Teaching factories, industrial work practices, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy do not have a direct effect on green entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy cannot mediate the determinants of green entrepreneurial intention. Further research can be developed by adding variables related to measuring the level of environmental awareness of students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing economics teachers' behavioral intentions to use Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in teaching, using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the foundational framework. The respondents of the study were high school economics teachers in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. Data were collected from 119 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. A questionnaire developed by previous researchers was used to gather research data. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed as the data analysis method. The findings indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions significantly determine the level of teachers' intention to use GAI in teaching. Furthermore, the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) variable serves as a moderating variable in the research model. The practical implications of this study suggest that educational institutions, teachers, and policymakers need to enhance understanding, provide training, and implement policies that support the integration of TPACK-based Generative AI. These efforts aim to encourage the effective use of this technology to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

The data collection technique used questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used were percentage descriptive analysis, inferential statistics, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the family environment and mastery of TPACK had a significant positive effect on career readiness to become a teacher. And emotional intelligence can be a pure moderator variable, while motivation to become a teacher is a mediator variable that affects the readiness to become a teacher. The advice given in this study is for parents to support their children in preparing themselves to become teachers, students to improve their technological skills and confidence, understand the role of teachers, set clear goals, and manage emotions well which can support their readiness for a career as a teacher.

Abstract

The absorption of SMK N 1 Dukuhturi graduates by industry and the world of work is inversely proportional to the absorption of vocational school/SMK graduates in Tegal Regency. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Strategy at SMK N 1 Dukuhturi with Industry and the World of Work. The research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The data collection is carried out through interviews with the Vice Principal for Public Relations, BK (Guidance and Counseling) Teacher Coordinator, Head of BKK, KKK, Head of PR of Swalayan KITA, and Head of PSDKU BSI. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Domain Analysis Technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The research reveals the stages of implementing the Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Strategy of SMK N 1 Dukuhturi with Industry and the World of Work, consisting of Initiating, Adaptive Learning, Collaborative Action, and Reflective Monitoring. Based on the research results, it is found that the implementation of collaboration does not always foster professional empathy which can be optimized to overcome collaboration obstacles. To increase the effectiveness of the Multi Stakeholder Partnership Strategy, it is recommended that the government intervene to ensure collaborative leadership between parties involved in the collaboration.

Abstract

Semarang Batik Village is one of the leading batik centers in Central Java, with significant cultural and economic potential. However, it continues to face challenges related to production, marketing, capital, and partnerships. This study aims to formulate development strategies for Batik Khas Semarangan MSMEs using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework, which comprises nine key components of a business model. A descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, direct observations, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis technique and organized according to the BMC framework to produce adaptive and sustainable development strategies. The results indicate that: (1) the production strategy emphasizes preserving local batik motifs—such as Warak Ngendog—and regenerating artisans through culturally based training; (2) the marketing strategy focuses on digitalizing distribution channels and integrating cultural storytelling into promotional content; (3) the capital strategy highlights the diversification of funding sources and the strengthening of financial  literacy among business actors; and (4) the partnership strategy encourages crosssector collaboration with government agencies, educational institutions, and the creative industries. Overall, the findings demonstrate the value of the BMC as an analytical tool that not only maps the internal structure of MSMEs but also supports the development of applicable, locally grounded, and market-responsive strategies.
