Abstract

Independence is the readiness and ability of individuals to stand alone marked by being able to make their own decisions, trying to solve problems without the help of others, trying to direct behavior towards goodness and perfection, being able to take the initiative to solve problems, being able to control thoughts, actions, feelings freely. , as well as trying to overcome shame and self-doubt on their own. This study aims to determine the difference in independence between mukim and non-mukim students at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Puteri Banjarbaru. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population is students of class 2 Tsanawiyah totaling 60 respondents consisting of 30 mukim students and 30 non-mukim students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that there was no significant difference in independence between mukim and non-mukim students at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School Puteri Banjarbaru, the sig.2-tailed hypothesis was (0.139 > 0.05). Mukim students who have a moderate level of independence (36.6%) are more than mukim students who have a low level of independence. Especially for mukim students with low levels of independence, most of them are due to lack of self-confidence to express opinions. Then non-mukim female students who have a moderate level of independence (38.3%) are more than non-mukim female students who have a low level of independence. Especially for non-mukim female students with low levels of independence, the causes are dominated by shyness, lack of confidence and hesitation in making decisions.

Abstract

Pressure during learning and all conflicts can hurt the psychology of students themselves, one of which is stress. The difficulties of adolescents and students in dealing with stress need to be balanced with practical and inexpensive coping strategies because if stress is left alone, it can threaten the individual's health. Preliminary studies show that acoustic music can be a practical and inexpensive solution to overcome stress experienced by students as a form of emotion-centered coping because the character of the music is slow soft and can focus listeners on channeling expressions through lyrics that represent individual emotions and feelings. This study aims to determine the description of stress in students who like acoustic music and to find out how the role of acoustic music on student stress. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with ten subjects with specific criteria. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, the perceived stress scale (PSS-10), and the documentation method. The results of this study indicate that the ten subjects have different stressors, symptoms, and stress levels; each subject also uses acoustic music as emotional coping that helps the emergence of positive reactions such as feeling calmer, more focused, and channeled—subject's feelings.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the process of pleasure in physically disabled people in terms of heart and physical dimensions. The researcher also wants to know the factors that influence the pleasure of the physically disabled people. This study uses a qualitative approach. Subjects in the study found 2 people. Collecting data using non-participant observation and semi-structured interviews.The results of the study show that the description of the process of ridha for physically disabled people from the 1) heart dimension shows that the pleasure for physically disabled people has an understanding of pleasure and is also able to rise again and try to accept the conditions that have been experienced. Accept calamities gracefully and accept the provisions of Allah. 2) the physical dimension shows that the physically disabled people are already accustomed to their respective physical conditions and the conditions are better than before.

Abstract

Kecerdasan sosial ialah kemampuan individu untuk mengendalikan diri, impuls, suasana hati, memiliki empati, daya tahan menghadapi masalah, memotivasi diri, dan membina hubungan dengan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengidentifikasi tingkat krisis seperempat kehidupan, mengidentifikasi tingkat kecerdasan sosial, dan mengidentifikasi apakah kecerdasan sosial berkontribusi terhadap krisis seperempat kehidupan pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Humaniora (FUH) UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif korelasi. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 229 mahasiswa aktif di Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Humaniora UIN Antasari Banjarmasin, berusia 19-29 tahun, laki-laki atau perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini ialah tingkat krisis seperempat kehidupan mahasiswa FUH berada di kategori sedang dengan nilai 50,7%. Tingkat kecerdasan sosial mahasiswa FUH berada pada dimensi sedang dengan nilai 41,5%. Kemudian, kontribusi kecerdasan sosial terhadap krisis seperempat kehidupan mahasiswa FUH memberikan sumbangan yang cukup signifikan serta setiap kenaikan variabel kecerdasan socialnya, maka variabel quarter-life crisis akan mengalami penurunan pula.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM masih memiliki pemahaman yang minim tentang pentingnya pencatatan keuangan yang baik, pencatatan yang tidak rutin dan tidak terstruktur, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya laporan keuangan, yang berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Hal ini menyebabkan UMKM kesulitan mengelola keuangan secara efektif dan menghambat pengembangan usaha mereka dan menyulitkan akses ke pendanaan yang mengancam keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana bagi UMKM tahu-tempe di Desa Purwodadi, Gading Rejo, Pringsewu. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pelatihan menyusun laporan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya pelaporan keuangan serta keterampilan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan seperti arus kas, laba rugi, dan neraca. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan mampu mengimplementasikan materi yang diberikan dengan baik, dengan peningkatan pemahaman signifikan terkait pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Sehingga pelatihan ini dapat berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha.

Abstract

Keadaan siswa yang malu menyampaikan gagasan berbeda, kecenderungan diam dan mengikuti hasil kesimpulan teman, kekurangaktifan bertanya selama pembelajaran membuktikan masih rendahnya berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS. Kegiatan pembelajaran IPAS kurang menerapkan strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 siswa. Tujuan penelitian: (1) menghasilkan modul ajar IPAS berbasis Tri-N untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V; (2) menguji kelayakan modul ajar IPAS berbasis Tri-N untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V; dan (3) menguji efektivitas modul ajar IPAS berbasis Tri-N untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V. Metode penelitian adalah research and development model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data: kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan lembar validasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) dihasilkannya produk modul ajar IPAS berbasis Tri-N untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V; (2) hasil persentase validasi ahli materi sebesar 70,00%, ahli media sebesar 85%, hasil validasi ahli ketamansiswaan sebesar 94%, dan praktisi sebanyak 91% sehingga diperoleh rata-rata hasil validasi ahli dan praktisi adalah 85% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”; dan (3) produk modul ajar dinyatakan sangat efektif dengan peningkatan nilai sebesar 0,40 berdasarkan perhitungan rerata skor N-Gain. Abstract The condition of students who are embarrassed to convey different ideas, the tendency to remain silent and follow their friends' conclusions and the lack of activity in asking questions during learning prove that students' critical thinking is still low in science learning. Science and science learning activities do not apply learning strategies to improve students' 21st century skills. Research objectives: (1) produce a Tri-N-based science teaching module to enhance critical thinking skills of fifth graders; (2) test the feasibility of the Tri-N-based science module and science teaching to improve fifth-grade students' critical thinking skills; and (3) test the effectiveness of the Tri-N-based science teaching module in improving fifth-grade students' critical thinking skills. The research method is the ADDIE research and development model. Data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews and validation forms. The data analysis used is descriptive, quantitative and qualitative. The research results show (1) the production of a Tri-N-based science teaching module to improve the critical thinking skills of class V students; (2) the material experts' validation percentage results were 70.00%, the media experts' were 85%, the student affairs experts' validation results were 94%, and the professionals' were 91%, of so that the average validation results from experts and professionals were 85% with the "Very worthy" criteria; and (3) the effectiveness of the teaching module is obtained by calculating the average N-Gain score before and during implementation of 0.43 and 0.83 with the qualification being very effective.

Abstract

Banyak tragedi kemanusiaan yang muncul akibat ektsrimisme beragama. Tulisan ini berupaya menjelaskan dan memberikan argumen bahwa akar dari persoalan ekstrimisme agama terletak pada kegagalan dalam mengenal esensi agama dan kesataraannya dengan kemanusiaan itu sendiri. Dalam konteks Islam, melalui hermeneutika Mulla Shadra tulisan ini berupaya menjelaskan bahwa Al-Qur’an, manusia dan alam merupakan tiga aspek dari realitas eksistensi yang tunggal. Pengenalan ini membawa ketiganya pada puncak dimensi sakral dan perenialnya sehingga dapat mengantisipasi ekstrimisme keagamaan dari sisi genealogi kesadarannya. Pendekatan hermeneutika filosofis menjadi jalan kontemplasi penalaran tulisan ini yang merupakan perpaduan antara metodologi Henry Corbin dan Mulla Shadra.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze students' mathematical reasoning abilities in terms of students' learning motivation (high, medium and low). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method that will describe a phenomenon. The subjects in this research were 34 class VIII students at a school in Cimahi City. The instruments used were a mathematical reasoning ability test, a learning motivation questionnaire, and an interview guide. Data from the research results were processed based on student learning motivation in the high, medium and low categories for each indicator of mathematical reasoning ability. Based on the research results, it shows that the average value of mathematical reasoning ability of students with high learning motivation is 64.4%, the average value of mathematical reasoning ability of students with moderate learning motivation is 62%, and the average value of mathematical reasoning ability with motivation low learning by 50%. In general, among students' difficulties in working on mathematical reasoning ability questions are errors in mathematical calculations, this shows that students do not understand the concept and only use their memory to solve the problem.

Abstract

There is a possibility that the Acehnese language and other locally used languages in Aceh Province could become threatened if the locals do not make efforts to maintain them. This study aims to explore teachers perspectives on maintaining the Acehnese mother tongue in schools. Employing a mixed-methods research design, data was collected through surveys and semi-structured interviews. The survey was distributed via Google Forms to 217 schoolteachers selected through voluntary sampling in Aceh, while interviews were conducted with seven teachers who willingly participated in the study. The results indicate that most teachers agree on maintaining the use of local languages in schools. However, language maintenance may face challenges e.g., globalization, family role, and youth attitude. Hence, teachers recommend that schools should actively promote the use of local languages by designating a special day for celebrating their use and incorporating the languages into local content lessons. This study intends to provide insightful recommendations for policy development regarding the maintenance of local languages in the school setting, particularly in Aceh. It also suggests educational implications, such as integrating these languages into formal schooling and developing educational resources to enhance their use in schools. Furthermore, future research could focus on documenting and preserving local languages, as well as implementing language immersion programs aimed at preserving local languages in Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk during the 2020–2024 period using fundamental analysis. Financial performance is assessed through several key financial ratios, including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios, which reflect the company’s ability to meet its short-term and long-term obligations, generate profit, and utilize assets efficiently. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing secondary data sourced from the company's audited financial statements. The analysis results indicate that PT Ultrajaya maintains a healthy liquidity level throughout the observed period, with relatively low leverage and consistent profitability. However, certain fluctuations in inventory turnover and return on equity suggest areas for operational improvement. These findings imply that PT Ultrajaya remains financially stable and attractive for investors, but continued efficiency and strategic management are essential to maintain competitive performance in the food and beverage industry. The results of this research are expected to contribute to investment decision-making and academic insights in financial performance evaluation.
