Abstract

This study aims to determine the capital structure used by PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk in increasing profits. This type of research is descriptive by using research instruments in the form of a list of tables containing data on total debt, total assets, total equity and net profit after tax at PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk. The population used in this study were all financial statements of PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk since being listed on the IDX from 1988 to 2020, for 32 years. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk for 10 years, from 2011 to 2020 using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses data analysis by component ratios used to measure capital structure, namely Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), as well as ratios to measure profit, namely Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), in this study also used one-party t-test data analysis (One Sample t-test). The result of this research is PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk is not good at managing the company's capital structure in increasing profits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama peserta didik pada materi Indahnya saling menghargai keragaman mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti melalui strategi Quick On The Draw. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan kerjasama peserta didik dikarenakan masih banyak peserta didik yang kurang berkontribusi dalam pembelajaran kelompok. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah fase B SD Inpres Samaya Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023, yang terdiri dari 14 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh strategi Quick On The Draw berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama peserta didik pada materi Indahnya saling menghargai keragaman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Quick on the draw dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari sebelum tindakan hanya mencapai 14,29% atau masih tergolong kategori kurang. Setelah dilakukan tindakan kelas pada siklus I, kemampuan kerjasama siswa meningkat menjadi 28,57% atau masih tergolong kategori cukup. Sedangkan siklus II terjadi peningkatan menjadi 92,86% atau tergolong kategori Sangat baik. Sehingga telah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yang di tentukan (>85%). dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penerapan strategi Quick on the draw dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa pada tema Indahnya saling menghargai keragaman

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness, determine the supporting and inhibiting factors and the efforts made to increase the effectiveness of implementing the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency. The population in this study was the people of Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency, consisting of the village head, all village officials, the RK head, the RT head, and 35 community leaders. In this research, a total sampling technique was used so that the number of samples was the same as the population. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that: 1) The effectiveness of implementing the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency is on average 2.80 or is in the effective category; 2) Factors that support the implementation of the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu TellueVillage, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency consist of: a) Bhabinkamtibmas controls the area of its duties; 2) Availability of supporting facilities and facilities; 3) Community support, while the factors that hinder the implementation of the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of electionsupervisors. This research is classified as population research using a questionnaire as adata collection tool. The population of this study was the Election Supervisory Board(BAWASLU) of Talaud Islands Regency with 37 people and the Election SupervisoryCommittee of Talaud Islands Regency with 19 people. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results ofdescriptive statistical analysis show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect,selection has a negative and insignificant effect, then compensation is positive andsignificant on the performance of Election Supervisors in Talaud Islands Regency andthese three variables have a simultaneous effect.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the organizational performance of the Class III Sape Port Operator Unit Office, West Nusatenggara Province. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive method, which describes the results of questionnaires and interviews obtained. The results showed that the organizational performance of the Sape Class III Port Operator Unit Office with an average score of 2.94 or was in the good enough category where the highest average score was on the accountability indicator, which was 3.18 or was in the good enough category while the lowest score lies in the service quality indicator, which is 2.66 or is in the fairly good category.

Abstract

Abstract[English]:This article discusses the value of Tawakkal in the Qur'an and is written using the thematic interpretation method. In his analysis, the author first determines the topic, then looks for verses related to the topic and continues by reviewing the collected verses. The Qur'an mentions many verses related to the commandment to believe in Allah and surrender all results after earnest effort. The term tawakkal is mentioned 68 times in the Qur'an in 60 verses and in 20 different suras. From the whole verse, it is revealed that the word tawakkal contains five values, namely the first is piety to Allah after an important decision, the second is steadfastness towards the enemy, the third is tawakkal supports peace, the fourth is trustworthiness, and the fifth is the promise of goodness. God to those who believe in Him.Abstrak[Indonesia]:Artikel ini membahas tentang nilai Tawakkal dalam Al-Qur'an dan ditulis dengan menggunakan metode tafsir tematik. Dalam analisisnya, penulis terlebih dahulu menentukan topik, setelah itu mencari ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan topik dan dilanjutkan dengan mengulas ayat-ayat yang terkumpul. Al-Qur'an menyebutkan banyak ayat yang berkaitan dengan perintah untuk percaya kepada Allah dan menyerahkan semua hasil setelah usaha yang sungguh-sungguh. Istilah tawakal disebutkan 68 kali dalam Alquran dalam 60 ayat dan dalam 20 surah yang berbeda. Dari keseluruhan ayat tersebut terungkap bahwa kata tawakal mengandung lima nilai, yaitu pertama ketakwaan kepada Allah setelah keputusan penting, kedua tawakkal adalah ketabahan terhadap musuh, ketiga tawakkal mendukung perdamaian, keempat amanah, kelima ada janji kebaikan. Allah kepada orang-orang yang percaya kepada-Nya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the causality of the relationship between Financial Education, Availability of Human Resources for Financial Education, Financial Knowledge, Adoption of Financial Behavior, HR Performance, Employee Financial Productivity, Corporate Financial Welbeing. This study uses a quantitative approach which is then processed using smartpls as an analysis tool. The data collection method used an online questionnaire addressed to 268 respondents. The results of this study state that overall, this research illuminates the importance of individual financial behavior in an organizational context. By highlighting Adoption of Financial Behavior as the focal point, this study shows that individual financial behavior has a significant impact on the company's financial well-being, employee productivity, and overall human resource performance. Managerial implications affirm the need for greater investment in financial education in the workplace to shape positive financial behaviors and support the financial well-being of the firm. Meanwhile, the theoretical implications reinforce the conceptual basis of the role of financial education in shaping prudent financial behavior in an organizational context. With an emphasis on financial education and a better understanding of individual financial behaviors, management can strengthen the financial foundation of the firm, increase employee productivity, and improve overall human resource performance, forming a crucial step towards sustainable financial well-being for the organization.

Abstract

Tempeh is one of Indonesia's traditional foods produced through the microbial fermentation process of Rhizopus. It has become a favorite among the community, typically cooked before consumption. The fermentative bacteria in tempeh are suspected to act as probiotics, potentially making tempeh a functional food. Thus far, there have been no reports on the presence of fermentative bacteria in soybean tempeh in Padang City. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the presence of fermentative bacteria and enzymatic activities in various tempeh products in Padang City. The research focused on identifying the presence and proportion of fermentative bacteria in soybean tempeh in Padang City. The study utilized a survey method, and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results indicated the total presence of bacteria in soybean tempeh samples (11.2 - 15.3 x 10^6 CFU/g), fermentative bacteria (3.30 - 6.10 x 10^6 CFU/g), acetic acid bacteria (0.90 - 1.50 x 10^5 CFU/g), proteolytic bacteria (2.10 - 3.70 x 10^6 CFU/g), cellulolytic bacteria (34.60 - 6.50 x 10^6 CFU/g), and amylolytic bacteria (2.20 - 4.90 x 10^6 CFU/g).

Abstract

Scurrula ferruginea (Roxb. ex Jack) Danser is known for its role as an antimicrobial and antioxidant agent due to its content of phenolic compounds, alkaloids, and terpenoids. S. ferruginea has been widely used in traditional medicine for skin infections, diarrhea, hypertension, and digestive tract diseases. This study aims to determine the antimicrobial and antioxidant potential of various treatments of S. ferruginea mistletoe extracts. The experimental method used in this research is the nested pattern experiment. The extract treatments applied include fresh extract, boiled dry extract, boiled fresh extract, brewed dry extract, and brewed fresh extract. Antimicrobial potential was assessed using disc diffusion and dilution methods. Antioxidant activity (IC50) was determined using the DPPH (1,1-Diphenyl-2-Picryl-Hydrazine) method, and Total Phenolic Content (TPC) was also determined. The results indicate that the highest antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was found in the strong category of fresh extract treatment, whereas there was no significant effect on Candida albicans growth. The fresh extract treatment exhibited the highest antimicrobial activity with a total phenolic content of 20.77321 mgGAE/mL. The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) values for the fresh extract against S. aureus and E. coli were 6.25%, and the Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) values were 12.5% against both bacteria. The antioxidant value of the fresh extract was 101.26 μg/mL, categorized as moderate. Based on the conducted research, it can be concluded that S. ferruginea leaf extract can inhibit the activities of S. aureus and E. coli, while showing no effect on Candida albicans growth.

Abstract

Cangkuak is a fermented food made from meat with betung bamboo shoots or kluwak, salt and rice. The fermentation process is carried out without adding microbial cultures (spontaneous) for one to three weeks in a tightly closed container. cangkuak's manufacturing technique, ingredient formulation and constituent ingredients are unique, resulting in a final product with different characteristics. Research on the presence of microbes in fermented food products (fish, milk, vegetables) has been widely conducted, but information on exploring the presence of natural microflora and the in vitro potential of fermenting bacteria in cangkuak has never been reported. This research was conducted using a survey method and the resulting data were presented descriptively. It was found that the natural microflora found in the three samples of cangkuak in Kuantan Mudik was dominated by bacteria, with the highest proportion of bacterial groups in the three cangkuak samples being fermentative bacteria (2.0 - 6.30x105 cfu/g), cellulolytic bacteria (3.30 - 5.90x105 cfu/g), amylolytic bacteria (1.70 - 4.40x105 cfu/g), proteolytic bacteria (0.12 - 7.90x105 cfu/g), lipolytic bacteria (0.08 - 0.12x105 cfu/g). Six potential fermentative isolates were obtained as evidenced by the calculation of index values, namely DK-I1 (1.59), DR-I1 (1.36), DR-I2 (2.49), DR-I3 (1.19), DKR-I1 (2.41), and DKR-I2 (2.96).
