This study aims to develop a learning media for the development of open and distance learning. The learning media developed in the form of an Android-based application during the pandemic. This research method is the development method (RnD), which is developing a model of distance learning facilities and then applying it to the distance learning process during the pandemic. The location of this research is at SMA Negeri Pati then applied in several high schools outside Pati district such as Kudus and Rembang districts. The implementation period is from 2018 to 2020. Media E-SABAKY (Electronic Communicative Active Learning Application System Yuli) is effective and efficient for teaching concrete and fun materials for quantities and units for students which can be installed via student mobile phones. It can also be done cooperatively through SOM application collaboration group activities. Benefits of implementing E-SABAKY in learning Among them are for students to improve learning outcomes in terms of quantities and units. For teachers as a means to improve learning innovation and reference material to conduct similar research. For schools, as a consideration for the addition of supporting media for learning the material of quantity and unit, the results of daily tests will increase. E-SABAKY media is ecofriendly or environmentally friendly because it does not use paper. All learning materials to exams are all in the application. This learning system adapts to the needs of millennials which are identical to Android.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership, competency, and self-efficacy on the performance of elementary school teachers. This research method is quantitative with data processing tools using SPSS software. Data were obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to 210 elementary school teachers in Tangerang who were selected using the simple random sampling method. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive effect on teachers performance, competency has a positive effect on teachers performance, self-efficacy has a positive effect on teachers performance, and transformational leadership, competency, and self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teachers performance.

Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty, digital leadership on e-loyalty, the effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction and the effect of e-loyalty on e-satisfaction in e-commerce online shops. The research method is quantitative and the sampling of respondents uses non-probability sampling of 190 online shop consumers. The researchiuses quantitativeimethods with descriptiveianalysis techniquesiand pathianalysis. The resultsiof theionline questionnaireiwere measurediusing a Likertiscale. Data processingiis doneibyipathianalysisimethodiusingiSPSS . The results of his research prove that the variables of digital leadership, e-service quality, e-satisfaction and e-loyalty are in the good category. The results of his research prove that digital leadership has aipositive andisignificantieffect on e-loyalty, digitalileadership has aipositive andisignificantieffect on e-satisfaction , e-serviceiquality has a positiveiand significant effect on e-loyalty, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfactioniand e-loyaltyihas aipositive and significantieffect on e-satisfaction in e-commerce online shops.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, teaching factory program (TEFA) & the competence of creative products and vocational school entrepreneurship. Respondents in this study were 453 students of the Vocational school program. Data was collected using primary data, namely a questionnaire about the teaching factory program, interest in entrepreneurship which was distributed to respondents online using social media. Data analysis used path analysis with SPSS software data processing tools. The results of the path analysis of the teaching factory program have a direct positive effect on the competence of creative and entrepreneurial products. The teaching factory program has a direct effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Creative product competence and entrepreneurship have a direct positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. With this research, schools should further improve the existing teaching factory program so that it can improve student competence and can also increase students' interest in entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between buzz marketing and SMEs marketing, the relationship between viral marketing and SMEs marketing performance and the relationship between buzz marketing and viral marketing. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire technique which was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7 and distributed to 650 SMEs consumers who were selected by simple random sampling method. This data processing tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program version 26. Prior to data analysis, validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire used are first performed. To measure its validity, the score of each question item was used which was correlated with the total item score in one variable. After testing the validity and reliability, then performed data analysis. Data analysis and interpretation are carried out to answer the problems that have been formulated and answer the hypotheses. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study are that buzz marketing has a positive and significant effect on SMEs marketing performance. Viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on SMEs marketing performance. Buzz marketing has a positive and significant effect on Viral marketing

Kelompok Tani Potensi Usaha merupakan kelompok tani yang terdapat di Kelurahan Topos, Kecamatan Topos, Kabupaten Lebong yang semua anggota kelompok tani mempunyai pencaharian sebagai petani, yang pada umumnya bercocok tanam padi dan sayuran serta kopi. Bercocok tanam merupakan sumber pendapatan mereka. Berbagai usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat tani untuk meningkatkan produksi pertanian mereka, antara lain menggunakan pupuk an-organik. Petani tidak menyadari bahwa penggunaan pupuk an-organik dapat menyebabkan kerusakan tanah dan pencemaran, meningkatkan biaya produksi. Mengingat hal tersebut maka perlu mengalihkan kebiasaan mereka yang menggunakan pupuk an-organik ke pupuk organic dimana bahannya tersedia disekitar mereka, sehingga biaya produksi pertanian juga dapat ditekan. Kebiasaan ini dapat diubah dengan cara peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka melalui penyuluhan / pelatihan, dengan metode, yaitu : 1) pendidikan / penyuluhan tentang pupuk organic dan pupuk an-organik serta tekhnik pembuatan arang sekam bakar dan cara budidaya mentimun dengan menggunakan arang sekam bakar; 2) Pelatihan cara pembuatan arang sekam bakar, dimana bahan baku berupa sekam padi yang banyak dan mudah didapatkan di Kelurahan Topos, selain itu pelatihan budidaya mentimun dengan menggunakan arang sekam bakar. Melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan dalam rangka pengabdian masyarakat ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta wawasan masyarakat tentang arang sekam bakar dan budidaya mentimun, pupuk organic dan pupuk an-organik, meminimalisir biaya produksi serta pencemaran akibat penggunaan pupuk an-organik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Transformational, Digital Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Family Business Melalui Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan alat pengolah data menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.0. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner elektronik online yang didistribusikan secara online menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Responden penelitian ini adalah 120 karyawan senior dan manajer perusahaan famili Business di Banten. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pada hubungan secara langsung OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja usaha, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja , transformational leadership berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja , OCB berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, Transformational Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel , Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Pada hubungan tidak langsung disimpulkan OCB berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja melalui mediasi komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja melalui mediasi komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi.

Studi ini melihat bagaimana kualitas layanan, yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, responsivitas, jaminan, dan empati, berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan nasabah di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini melibatkan 3000 pelanggan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menentukan sampel, diperoleh 96 orang responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo memiliki yang signifikan dan positif sebagai hasil dari elemen kualitas layanan individu dan kolektif, yang termasuk bukti fisik, keandalan, responsivitas, jaminan, dan empati.

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of simultaneous communication and training on the performance of employees in the Assembling and Sewing departments at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.This study used a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Assembling and Sewing departments at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the entire population of 100 employees was used as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through a partial t-test and a simultaneous F-test.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, communication significantly influences the performance of employees in the Assembling and Sewing departments at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (8.916>1.985) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, training significantly influences the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (3.513>1.985) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.(3) Simultaneously, communication and training significantly influence the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (43.213>3.09) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that communication and training variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Assembling and Sewing divisions at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.
