Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction among sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data derived from actual conditions. The population in this study was all sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang. The sample size was 56 respondents. Simple random sampling was used to determine the sample size. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, transformational leadership significantly influences t-test on job satisfaction among sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.044>2.006) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work motivation significantly influences the job satisfaction of Sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (9.062>2.006) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and work motivation significantly influence the job satisfaction of Sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated F value> F table (66.089>3.17) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transformational leadership and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in the sewing department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Balaraja, Tangerang.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the suboptimal performance of employees in the Stockfit department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is suspected to be caused by ineffective training and career development. One factor that can support employee performance is effective training and career development.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of simultaneous training and career development on the performance of employees in the Stockfit department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.This study used a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the production department at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 84 respondents. This study used a saturated sampling technique due to the small population size; therefore, the entire population of 84 employees was used as respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Data validity was obtained through partial t-tests and simultaneous F-tests.The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, training significantly influences t on the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.209 >1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, career development significantly influences the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (10.024 >1.990) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, training and career development significantly influence the employee performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by F count > F table (334.900 > 3.11) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that training and career development variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of Stockfit employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of motivation on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data derived from actual conditions. The population in this study was all production employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents. Simple random sampling was used to determine the sample size. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, work discipline significantly influences t on the performance of Sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (4.230 > 1.991) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, motivation significantly influences the performance of Sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value > t table (2.680 > 1.991) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation significantly influence the performance of Sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, as indicated by F count > F table (42.055 > 3.12) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work discipline and motivation variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of sewing department employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees in the No Sew department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this study consisted of 63 employees, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS version 26. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, significantly influenced employee performance. This study implies that improving the quality of the physical and non-physical work environment and the consistent implementation of work discipline can increase employee productivity and work quality.

Abstract

Social media platforms such as Instagram have become essential spaces for fans of the Indonesian National Football Team to articulate their reactions and support. Systematically analyzing these comments offers a valuable window into the collective sentiment and perception surrounding match outcomes and team management decisions. This research applies the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC), a widely recognized probabilistic method for text classification, to categorize Instagram comments into sentiment classes. The NBC operates on the principle of conditional probability and is particularly advantageous due to its efficiency with limited training data. Between September 5, 2024, and March 25, 2025, a dataset of 1,500 comments was assembled from 15 Instagram posts reflecting different match results—victories, draws, and defeats. The analysis revealed that while NBC attained an overall classification accuracy of 90%, its performance varied across sentiment categories. The model was especially adept at identifying Neutral comments, achieving high precision and recall, but demonstrated limitations in reliably classifying Positive and Negative sentiments. These findings highlight both the potential and the challenges of deploying NBC for sentiment analysis in imbalanced social media datasets.

Abstract

Universitas merupakan institusi pendidikan tinggi yang memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia yang unggul, berdaya saing, serta mampu berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan bangsa. Dalam menjalankan perannya, universitas tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat transfer ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai pusat penelitian, pengembangan inovasi, serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, produktivitas, kualitas, dan kinerja menjadi tiga aspek utama yang menentukan keberhasilan sebuah universitas dalam mencapai visi dan misinya. Namun, dalam praktiknya, banyak universitas menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang menghambat pencapaian produktivitas optimal, kualitas pendidikan yang tinggi, serta kinerja institusi yang efektif dan efisien.Selain itu, penerapan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel dapat memperkuat tata kelola dan budaya kerja. Sistem pelaporan keuangan yang baik meningkatkan pengawasan dan mengurangi potensi penyimpangan. Lingkungan kerja yang tertib dan terpercaya akan mendorong kolaborasi, koordinasi, serta komitmen seluruh civitas akademika dalam mencapai visi dan misi universitas.Lebih jauh, pengelolaan keuangan yang profesional juga meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, seperti pemerintah, lembaga akreditasi, dan mitra eksternal. Kepercayaan ini berdampak pada dukungan kebijakan dan pendanaan yang lebih besar, sehingga universitas mampu meningkatkan kinerja secara berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing tinggi.

Abstract

Computer science education requires strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and collaboration. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is widely regarded as a relevant pedagogical approach to address these demands, particularly when supported by digital platforms that enable collaborative, exploratory, and contextual learning. This study aims to synthesize PBL models in computer science education supported by digital platforms, identify the roles of digital platforms in facilitating PBL, and evaluate its impacts and implementation challenges. A Systematic Literature Review with a qualitative synthesis approach was conducted on peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings published between 2014 and 2024. A total of 36 studies were included and analyzed through thematic analysis and narrative synthesis. The findings indicate that digital PBL is implemented through several dominant patterns, including full PBL, hybrid PBL, and project-based PBL, with a strong emphasis on authentic problems reflecting real-world computing practices. Digital platforms function as pedagogical mediators that support collaboration, solution exploration, and reflective learning. Although digital PBL demonstrates positive effects on problem-solving skills, motivation, and collaboration, its effectiveness is highly dependent on pedagogical alignment, instructor readiness, and students’ digital literacy.

Abstract

Perkembangan model bisnis Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) menuntut adanya sistem manajemen jaringan dan keuangan yang akurat. PT Java Energy Technology saat ini menghadapi kendala dalam perhitungan bonus dan verifikasi pembayaran yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tabel dan pengecekan bukti transfer konvensional. Hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan distribusi bonus dan tingginya risiko human error. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang bangun sistem berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan algoritma pohon biner (Binary Tree) untuk otomatisasi struktur jaringan dan perhitungan bonus, serta Payment Gateway untuk verifikasi transaksi secara real-time. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memvisualisasikan jaringan dalam struktur biner, menghitung bonus secara otomatis berdasarkan posisi node, dan memvalidasi pembayaran tanpa intervensi manual. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, dan transparansi bagi anggota.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees in the Stockfit department at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.This study used a quantitative descriptive method, and the population comprised all employees at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The sample size was 81 respondents. Simple random sampling was used to determine the sample size. The Slovin formula was used to determine a representative sample size in quantitative research.
