Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the planning, implementation, assessment, and characteristics of the global citizen project learning model in civic education learning. This study used qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques and data sources were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results and discussion in this article indicated that the planning of a global citizen project learning model was carried out by preparing a learning planning design that includes approaches, methods, models, media, and learning evaluations. The implementation of the global citizen project learning model was carried out with the concept of blended learning in two meetings based on the syntax of the global citizen project learning model consisting of topic determination, project design, implementation, evaluation, and publication. The assessment of the learning model of the global citizen project was carried out using observation sheets, written and oral test formats, as well as the observation sheet format for evaluating the results of global citizen project products. There are six characteristics of the global citizen project learning model in civic education learning, i.e. developing religious attitudes of faith, piety, and character; tolerance; global insight; critical, creative, and innovative thinking; collaboration and communication, and media literacy.

Abstract

Teenagers have a strong sense of their individual identity, interests, and personal desires and tend to be better able to defend themselves so as not to be affected by the bandwagon. The aim of this research is to analyze the social impact of the bandwagon effect on the existence of teenagers in Pekanbaru City and Bukitinggi City. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Nine informants came from the cities of Pekanbaru and Bukit Tinggi. Informants came from the Tourism, Youth, and Sports Agency, the Latah Tuah Studio, and the Titian Rang Mudo Art Studio. According to the research, there are many advantages for teenagers who actively support the preservation of Minang and Malay culture and are not subject to the harmful bandwagon effect. They have a deep understanding of their culture, strengthen their identity, contribute to cultural preservation, increase respect for other cultures, create communities and networks, and develop their skills and talents. They can strengthen their cultural heritage, develop a sense of pride and self-esteem, and promote intercultural tolerance and understanding.

Abstract

Tumbuhan kantong semar (Nepenthes spp.) adalah tumbuhan karnivora dengan kantong yang berfungsi untuk menangkap dan mencerna serangga. Provinsi Kalimantan Barat merupakan habitat berbagai jenis kantong semar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang keanekaragaman jenis kantong semar di Kalimantan Barat melalui studi kepustakaan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan adanya 13 jenis kantong semar, yaitu N. albomarginata, N. ampullaria, N. bicalcarata, N. gracilis, N. mirabilis, N. rafflesiana, N. x hookeriana, N. cantleyi, N. reinwardtiana, N. x trichocarpa, N. x neglata, N. pilosa, dan N. hirsuta. N. ampullaria adalah spesies dengan jumlah paling banyak karena ditemukan di setiap hasil riset pada artikel yang dianalisis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk studi ilmiah dan acuan dalam penelitian terkait keanekaragaman jenis kantong semar di Kalimantan Barat

Abstract

The delivery of Islamic preaching can be effectively conducted through cultural approaches, such as the Gayo tradition of melengkan in Aceh. This tradition involves delivering speeches at wedding ceremonies using metaphorical sentences that embed Islamic messages. It serves as a valuable means of preaching and merits preservation. However, the tradition faces challenges due to the declining number of people skilled in the art of melengkan. It is hoped that local government policies will support training the next generation in the art of melengkan to prevent this tradition from becoming extinct. This research aims to analyze the forms and preaching values within the tradition, employing a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection is conducted through interviews with key informants, including performers of melengkan, traditional leaders, and community figures from the Gayo community. Observations of traditional wedding ceremonies and analysis of melengkan speech texts are supplemented with other literature. The research findings indicate that the cultural preaching messages in melengkan include informative, persuasive, and coercive types. The values embodied within these messages encompass beliefs, worship or Sharia, and morality. Further studies could explore broader applications of cultural preaching values in multicultural settings worldwide, offering a model for other regions with similar cultural and religious dynamics. Penyampaian dakwah Islam dapat dilakukan secara efektif melalui pendekatan budaya, seperti tradisi melengkan di Aceh. Tradisi ini melibatkan penyampaian pidato dalam upacara pernikahan menggunakan kalimat metaforis yang menyertakan pesan-pesan Islam. Ini merupakan sarana berharga untuk berdakwah dan layak untuk dilestarikan. Namun, tradisi ini menghadapi tantangan karena menurunnya jumlah orang yang terampil dalam seni melengkan. Diharapkan kebijakan pemerintah daerah akan mendukung pelatihan generasi berikutnya dalam seni melengkan untuk mencegah kepunahan tradisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan nilai-nilai dakwah dalam tradisi tersebut, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan kunci, termasuk pelaku melengkan, pemimpin tradisional, dan tokoh masyarakat dari komunitas Gayo. Observasi upacara pernikahan tradisional dan analisis teks pidato melengkan dilengkapi dengan literatur lainnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan dakwah budaya dalam melengkan mencakup tipe informatif, persuasif, dan koersif. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pesan-pesan ini mencakup kepercayaan, ibadah atau Syariah, dan moral. Studi lanjutan bisa mengeksplorasi aplikasi luas nilai-nilai dakwah budaya di lingkungan multikultural di seluruh dunia, menawarkan model untuk wilayah lain dengan dinamika budaya dan agama yang serupa.

Abstract

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, teaching materials need to be adapted to technological developments so that students can be interested. The type of teaching material that can attract students' interest is teaching material in the form of interactive media. This research aims to develop digital teaching materials in the form of interactive learning media that can be used by students in class IV in learning science and technology. This research follows the ADDIE model with five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data was collected through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of questionnaires from media, material experts and field trials show that this interactive learning media is very suitable, with a percentage score reaching 95% including "Very Decent" qualifications according to material experts 96.43%, according to media experts 100%, teacher assessment of 92.85%, field trial results 93.02%, T test results 0.00 that teaching materials are very significant in improving learning outcomes, and N-gain analysis of 0.75 with high criteria. Research conclusions on the development of teaching materials can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Scleroderma causes reduced versatility and the snugness of the skin due to cutaneous thickening and solidification (sclerosis). Scleroderma affects productivity, particularly hand-related work. A 29 years old man with scleroderma presented pain, contracture of his wrists and fingers, sclerodactyly, hardened skin, tightness, as well as shiny and dry skin. These manifestations decrease hand function, resulting in difficulty doing ADL and his job as a porter. Scleroderma was diagnosed one month prior. The planned treatments are TENS to decrease the pain, USD and hand exercise to increase ROM, Mc mennel and connective tissue massage, home exercise, vocational modification and occupational therapy to maximize the hand function and ADL, and psychotherapy to increase his self-confidence. MHOQ and HAMIS are used to Monitor and evaluate hand function. The assessment before therapy are right side HAMIS : 12; left side HAMIS : 11; VAS : 4; MHQ (Hand function 35% ; ADL 60%; work 30%; Pain 90%; aesthetic 55%; satisfaction 45%) . After 2 month, right side HAMIS : 10; left side HAMIS : 10; VAS : 1 ; MHQ (Hand function 45% ; ADL 72%; work 40%; Pain 40%; aesthetic 55%; satisfaction 70%). HAMIS and MHOQ in scleroderma patients could be used as an accurate assessment tool for planning rehabilitation treatment. The questionnaires can be used as guidelines for modifying the appropriate assistive device for ADL and patient work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the increase in local revenue (PAD) of the City of Bukittinggi from parking fees, how to manage strategies in increasing parking fees. The study consisted of 2 stages, the Delphi method with 2 stages of interviews and SWOT analysis, to obtain information on the factors that influence the increase in parking fees and see the level of importance and effectiveness of the government's response. Informants are experts (experts) as many as 6 people and conduct a SWOT analysis to determine the right strategy. The research findings, the factors that influence the increase in parking fees, are seen from Strengths with an average score of 4.83 or 96.67 and the commitment of regional heads and ranks with an average score of 4.83 or 96.67. The level of effectiveness of the government's response is cooperation with other agencies with an average score of 3.83 or 76.67. Weaknesses factor average score of 5.00 or 100 The level of effectiveness of the government's response to parking attendants and supervisors who violate the rules with an average score of 4.17 is less effective. Opportunity factor with an average score of 5.00 or 100. The level of effectiveness of the government's response is the advancement of information technology with an average score of 4.17. Threaths with the highest level of importance were thuggery and unscrupulous officers with an average score of 4.83. Based on the level of effectiveness of the government's response is natural conditions (pandemic) with an average score of 4.17 or 83.33 with Effective criteria.

Abstract

Increasing innovation and creativity in a product is an obligation. One of them is tourism media innovation. The latest innovation that is expected to attract people's attention is the application of Augmented Reality (AR) Technology on tourist attraction brochures through the screen. AR technology or can also be referred to as Augmented Reality is the integration of digital elements that are added to the real world and follow the existing environment. This application can be applied to android-based mobile devices. Thus, the cellphone screen will present a description of the tourist attraction and even display sound and video. Learning media through AR-based tourist object brochures as a smart, easy, fast solution to find out tourist objects in Bireuen Regency in an interesting way. Through an AR brochure, everyone can find out the tourist attractions in Bireuen Regency in real time.

Abstract

Pepaya (Carica papaya L.) adalah buah yang tumbuh di iklim tropis yang tersebar di seluruh daerah di indonesia. Tanaman ini merupakan tanaman serba guna dan memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi. Sangat banyak Masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi buah ini karena dalam buah pepaya yang sudah matang mengandung vitamin A, vitamin C dan kadar serat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh buah pepaya terhadap kekuatan otot, vital sign dan glukosa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen (experimental) dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Dengan cara melakukan pemeriksaan kekuatan otot, vital sign, dan glukosa darah terlebih dahulu, kemudian diberikan intervensi berupa jus buah pepaya dan memperhatikan efek dari pemberian jus buah pepaya tersebut pada setiap sampel. Data yang diperoleh akan diuji normalitasnya menggunakan uji statistik Shapiro-wilk yang menunjukkan bahwa data memiliki distribusi normal pada masing-masing variabel dengan nilai p > 0.05. Oleh karena itu, untuk analisis selanjutnya, menggunakan uji Parametrik, yaitu Uji T berpasangan (paired sample T-test). Berdasarkan hasil uji Paired Sample T Test diperoleh nilai T-Hitung > T-Tabel (> 1.69726) dan p-value = 0,000 < (α) 0,05 ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian jus buah pepaya terhadap kekuatan otot, vital sign dan kadar glukosa.

Abstract

Islamic economics was born simultaneously with the birth of the teachings of Islam itself starting from the Prophet Muhammad SAW became an apostle. Economic activity in Islam is also considered as an activity that aims to serve oneself to Allah SWT. Therefore, its principles and characteristics are in line with the main guidelines of Muslims, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. The principles and characteristics of Islamic economics are formulated in such a way that the realization of happiness, peace, comfort and justice for economic actors without neglecting the right to develop themselves. The main goal of Islamic economics is to achieve Falah or the fulfillment of needs and the creation of prosperity so as to give birth to happiness in the world and happiness in the Hereafter.
