Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of impaired loans and capital adequacy ratios on banking performance at Private Commercial Banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2015-2019. Research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. The source of this research uses secondary data. The sample of this study were 18 companies Private Commercial Banks using purposive sampling technique. Finding test results show that Impaired Loans have no significant effect on banking performance while the Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on banking performance. Simultaneously, it shows that Impaired Loans and the Capital Adequacy Ratio have a significant effect on banking performance. Value the determination coefficient of 0.075 indicates that the Impaired Loan and the Capital Adequacy Ratio provide a variation of 7.5% on banking performance, while the remaining 92.5% is influenced by other factors that are not observed.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on the Segara Biru Mangrove Forest Farmers Group (KTH) community, Lontar Village in an effort to increase awareness of the use of natural resources, namely mangrove forests. The distribution of mangrove forests on the coast of Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency, Banten Province has experienced an increase in 2018 and 2022. The recorded mangrove area in 2018 was 32.94 ha. Then the mangrove area will increase in 2022 by 39.12 ha. There has been an increase in area of ​​6.18 ha due to routine planting, perhaps in 2024 it will reach more than 42 ha. The aim of this service is for KTH members to have abilities or skills in the fields of production, management and marketing, and technology in processing mangrove fruit coffee. The method of this activity is holding technopreneur training, training to improve product quality and quantity, management and marketing training, as well as training to introduce the use of grinding machines, roasting machines, cutting machines and plastic packaging sealers. The results and discussion of the implementation of the activity are that the members of KTH Mangrove Segara Biru are able to process and produce mangrove fruit into mangrove coffee, are able to manage and market mangrove coffee both offline and online.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a complex global problem because almost all countries in the world are not prepared to deal with it. This problem needs to be responded quickly through international cooperation forums. Therefore, this study aims to determine Indonesia's role through the G20 presidency in shaping resilient global health architecture for now and the future. This research uses descriptive-qualitative method with secondary data collection, from books, journal articles, reports of related institutions, and internet articles. Robert Keohane's theory of multilateralism and the concept of health diplomacy are the analytical tools used in this research. Indonesia's leadership in the G20 provides opportunity for Indonesia to bridge the gap in promoting equitable global vaccine access between countries in the northern and southern hemispheres through research collaboration. Furthermore, Indonesia also plays a role in encouraging harmonization of global health regulations and establishing the Pandemic Fund. This agreement provides opportunity for Indonesia to accommodate the interests of developing countries and demonstrate its opportunity for global leadership. Conversely, this agreement faced with uneven country capabilities and concerns that this commitment will not continue in the next presidency because it clashes with domestic interests of each country.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal research is to identify effective strategies for enhancing employee engagement among Generation Z to boost workplace productivity. In the era of Generation Z, who grew up in the digital age, they possess unique characteristics that can influence their work behavior and expectations towards the work environment. This study employs a quantitative method through surveys conducted with 200 Generation Z employees across various industries. The research findings indicate that factors such as work flexibility, recognition of contributions, and opportunities for personal development significantly affect their engagement levels. Strategies such as implementing technology that supports collaboration, continuous training programs, and an inclusive company culture have proven to enhance employee productivity. The implications of this research provide practical guidance for managers in designing more targeted engagement programs to improve the performance and loyalty of Generation Z employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan media sosial Instagram oleh Generasi Z dan Generasi Milenial untuk mengetahui ekspresi diri di media sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Johari Window Self-Disclosure sebagai dasar untuk menjelaskan tingkat keterbukaan dalam mengekspresikan diri antara  generasi Z dan generasi Milenial dalam menggunakan Instagram dan mengeksplorasi lebih dalam tentang berbagai aspek diri mereka yang mungkin tidak mereka sadari sebelumnya. Data ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan dari dua Generasi Z dan Generasi Milenial yang aktif dalam menggunakan Instagram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Generasi Z cenderung lebih aktif dalam memberikan informasi dan menggunakan berbagai fitur Instagram untuk mengekspresikan diri mereka secara spontan dan interaktif. Mereka lebih terbuka dalam berbagi momen sehari-hari dan lebih responsif terhadap feedback dari pengikut mereka. Sebaliknya, Generasi Milenial lebih selektif dalam berbagi informasi, lebih fokus pada pencapaian profesional dan hobi, serta lebih berhati-hati dalam menjaga privasi dan membangun branding diri.

Abstract

Background: The growing emphasis on character development in education necessitates a closer examination of spiritual education's role in shaping students' personalities. Purpose: This study investigates its impact within the context of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuk Linggau. This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of spiritual education on the personality of students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Lubuk Linggau Indonesia. Method: The research method used is a quantitative type method. This type of method was chosen because it is in accordance with the purpose of the study, which is to test two variables against affect. The variable to be tested is variable x the application of spiritual education and variable y is the character of students. The population was 200 students and a sample size of 2.5 percent was obtained as many as 50 students. Meanwhile, the research data produced through the questionnaire was tested using the SPSS-assisted moment product correlation formula. Result: The results of the data analysis carried out showed that the calculation was 0.58 > the table was 0.1966 with an error level of 0.05 and the amount of N = 100. The results of the interpretation of the level of relationship to the price of the correlation coefficient of the two variables show a rather low level of relationship. Conclusion: The results indicated a significant influence and showed that the more intensive the application of spiritual education used in the learning process, the higher the personality of students. The results are also a reference for teachers to improve Islamic learning by applying a spiritual education approach to students so that they can achieve a better personality.

Abstract

Hakekat dakwah Islam adalah ajakan atau seruan menuju jalan Allah SWT, demi kebaikan dan kebenaran sesuai ajaran Al-Qur’an. Tujuan pembuatan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetaui bagaimana seni sebagai media dakwah dan untuk mengetahui peran seni dalam berdakwah. Manfaat ratikel ini secara ilmiah yaitu dapat memperkaya khazanah keilmuan dan menambah informasi tentang seni sebagai media dakwah. Lalu manfaat praktisnya yaitu sebagai acuan dan motivasi bagi kaum muslimin pada umumnya, bagi pembaca dan penulis pada khususnya agar selalu tetap menjalankan dakwah untuk menyebar luaskan syariat Islam. Seni adalah ekspresi yang bernuansa indah. Apakahitu ucapan atau ungkapan, lukisan atau lisan, pendek kata dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Dengan ilmu segalanya menjadi lebih mudah, dengan seni segalanya menjadi lebih indah. Mediadakwahadalah alat yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan materidakwah(ajaran Islam) kepada mad'u (penerimadakwah).

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is one of the communicable diseases with high prevalence in some provinces in Indonesia, including the Province of Banten. Considering its high prevalence and the high cost of treatment resulting from multiple treatment components, research on the analysis of treatment costs of TB is very important. This study aimed to determine the effect of implementing the directly observed treatment (DOT) strategy on the cost-utility of pulmonary TB patients. The study was conducted at Banten Regional General Hospital using the perspective of the health provider and patients by involving 24 TB patients. Treatment cost was calculated by including direct medical costs, direct non-medical costs, and indirect costs, and then categorized into initial and final cost-utility. The average cost-effectiveness ratio (ACER) was then calculated by setting the patient's quality of life as the clinical outcome in this study. This study found that the average value of the average cost-utility ratio (ACUR) for the initial cost-utility and the final cost-utility were IDR 2,682,343.53 and IDR 2,402,153.15, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (p=0.006). It indicates that the DOT strategy can potentially improve the utility costs of the treatment of TB patients at Banten Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Students' interest in learning increases students' enthusiasm and activeness in the learning process. However, in the field, learning to be a student is quite challenging. The aim of this research is to improve video-based interactive multimedia learning to improve student experiences in elementary schools. The research method used is R & D, with the aim of creating video-based interactive multimedia for elementary school students and determining the quality of interactive multimedia based on media, material and technical requirements. Based on the research results, the media has a score of 82.9% in the good category and 89.5% in the very good category. Choosing small groups has an 82% chance of success, while choosing large groups has an 80% chance of success. The teacher evaluation results have a chance of success of 92.6%. The chance of success is 82%, while choosing a large group has an 80% chance of success. Learning research finds that students learn better with tests, with scores found to be 0.61 for satisfaction and 0.69 for interest.  Furthermore, exams improve all aspects of student learning by 0.64, especially in the current category. As a result, creating video-based interactive multimedia can improve students' learning experiences

Abstract

Background: The formation of Islamic character in the educational environment, especially in madrasas, is crucial for building students' moral and ethical foundations. Purpose: This research examines the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in fostering students' Islamic character through an integrative thematic learning approach adapted to technological developments in the digital era. Method: Using a qualitative case study at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Athfal, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. Result: The findings reveal that teachers who employ an integrative thematic approach effectively link lesson material to Islamic values, enabling students to understand and apply religious principles in daily life. Additionally, while the use of digital technology is still limited, teachers who manage digital tools well can enhance student motivation and engagement. The study also found that integrating technology with Islamic values helps students internalize Islamic character more deeply. Conclusion: The research underscores the importance of teacher training in utilizing technology as an effective learning tool, suggesting that madrasas should provide adequate support for teachers to integrate technology with Islamic character education. This approach aims to build a generation with noble morals in the digital era.
