This study focuses on analyzing the impact of transformational leadership on the intention to stay, as mediated through commitment. This study focuses on transformational leadership at the top level management in Democratic Party that currently led by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono. This study employs quantitative methods with estimating techniques based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The primary data used are collected by random sampling from Democratic Party management at the central (DPP) and regional (DPP/DPC) levels. The total number of participants in this study was 304. The stages of data analysis include preliminary analysis, which includes construct validity and reliability, a goodness of fit test, and parameter estimate based on a research model in which transformational leadership is an independent variable, intention to stay is an independent variable, and commitment (commitment) is a mediating variable. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on commitment and that commitment positively influences respondents’ intention to stay with the organization. This demonstrates the significance of transformational leadership in fostering the longevity of political parties due to its ability to improve members' willingness to stay and contribute to the organization. In the framework of political party organizations, idealized influence and inspirational motivation are the most significant roles of transformative leadership.

Implementasi learning menjadi salah satu prioritas evaluasi bagi PT. Y sebagai perusahaan muda. Prioritas ini penting karena sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang dibuat oleh PT. Y. Namun, kondisi saat ini menyatakan belum sepenuhnya implementasi learning berjalan, khususnya pada pegawai shift. Terkendala dari sistem operasional dan beberapa hal yang menghambat, implementasi learning bukan menjadi prioritas bagi pegawai shift. Melihat kondisi ini, perlu menumbuhkan keyakinan pegawai shift untuk memiliki kemauan dan kemampuan learning. Digunakan teori learning agility, karena definisi teori sangat mendukung makna learning dari PT. Y. Intervensi yang dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan keyakinan berperilaku learning pada pegawai shift digunakan pelatihan psychological safety, mengingat kondisi saat ini dan kendala yang dihadapi pegawai shift. Hasil pelatihan psychological safety, partisipan membuat keyakinan bersama untuk mengimplementasikan learning.

This study aims to determine the influence personal values to perceived organizational support to the Junior High School teacher. This research is a quantitative method. The subjects were high school teachers who work in the private Islamic Education Foundation inSurabaya. Measurement instrument used is the scale of values personal and organizational support perception scale. While data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that of the top ten personal values, there are only three personal values that influence perceived organizational support that are security, conformity, tradition. This suggests that in order to improve the perception of organizational support needed teachers who value personal safety, have self-control against the wishes and encouragement that violate social norms in force, the respect, commitment and acceptance of one's will of cultural values and religious affiliations.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai-nilai personal terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi pada guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Penelitian ini mennggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama swasta yang bekerja dalam Yayasan Pendidikan Islam di Surabaya. Instrumen pengukuran yang dipakai adalah skala nilai-nilai personal dan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi. Sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis multiple regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sepuluh nilai-nilai personal, hanya ada tiga nilai-nilai personal yang mempengaruhi persepsi dukungan organisasi yaitu security, nilai personal conformity, dan nilai personal tradition. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi dibutuhkan guru-guru yang memiliki nilai personal rasa aman, memiliki pengendalian diri terhadap kemauan dan dorongan yang dianggap melanggar norma-norma sosial yang berlaku, adanya rasa hormat, komitmen dan penerimaan seseorang akan nilai-nilai budaya dan agama yang dianut.

Stevedoring activities at container terminals make it one of the most dangerous workplace for employees because they have to deal with variety of high-risk conditions as well as high-risk equipments. Therefore it is not suprising that container terminals have high occupational accidents rate. Furthermore, several statistical reports also indicate that most maritime accidents are attributable to human error. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of safety climate and big-five personality on employee safety performance. Safety climate and big five personality are considered as two factors that influence employee safety performance. Therefore strong positive safety climate in organization will be able improve employee safety performance and reduce accidents. This study was conducted to 148 employees in a container terminal by using simple random sampling as the sampling technique. Multiple regression technique was used to examine the effect of safety climate and big-five personality on employee safety performance. The result revealed that safety climate and big-five personality positively affect employee safety performance.Key words: Safety climate, big five personality, safety performanceAbstrak: Aktivitas bongkar muat pada terminal peti kemas menjadikannya sebagai salah satu tempat kerja yang paling berbahaya karena karyawan harus menghadapi beragam aktivitas yang beresiko tinggi dan peralatan kerja yang berbahaya. Maka dari itu, bukan suatu hal yang mengejutkan bahwa terminal peti kemas memiliki tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi. Lebih jauh lagi, sejumlah data statistik juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas kecelakaan kerja pada sektor industri maritim berkaitan dengan kesalahan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh iklim keselamatan kerja dan big five personality terhadap perilaku keselamatan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 148 karyawan di salah satu terminal peti kemas dengan menggunakan simple random sampling sebagai teknik sampling. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antara iklim keselamatan kerja dan big five personality terhadap perilaku keselamatan karyawan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa iklim keselamatan kerja dan big five personality secara positif berpengaruh pada perilaku keselamatan karyawan.

The performance of civil servants is important to be measured by each regional government in Indonesia. Thus, the Regional Government in District X in East Java has been renewing the performance appraisal method for civil servants in its educational unit by using the e-performance application. The e-performance is used to monitor the suitability of the working hours of each civil servant. The successful use of e-performance will be determined by the role of supervisors. Based on this fact, this study examined the influence of time management and leader-member exchange on the performance of civil servants in District X through the implementation of e-performance system. Hypothesizes of this study were tested using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected using time management and leader-member exchange scales. A total of 285 civil servants in District X which consist of 38.6% men and 61.4% women were involved in this study. The results show that there is positive effect of time management and leader-member exchange on the performance of participants. This study concludes that a positive time management and leader-member exchange among participants will lead to their better performances. This study aims to reveal the happiness of the COVID-19 contact tracer volunteers. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Five volunteers were recruited for this study. Data were collected through semistructured interviews and analyzed using an interpretative phenomenological analysis. From the results of the study, it is concluded that the happiness of being a volunteer arises from positive feelings due to perceived benefits they have given to the people in need primarily people who are recovering from COVID-19. Volunteers happiness also arises from the awareness of their positive life compared to people whose life tests are heavier than they have. The involvement and interaction of volunteers with people who are suffering from COVID-19 makes the volunteers feel more positive and grateful for their life.Keywords: COVID-19 contact tracking, happiness, volunteers Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebahagiaan relawan pelacak kontak COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini adalah 5 oang relawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semiterstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan interpretative phenomenological analysis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebahagiaan menjadi relawan muncul karena bisa menolong dan merasakan kebahagiaan orang yang sembuh dari COVID-19. Kebahagiaan relawan juga muncul sebagai akibat melihat realita masih banyak orang lain yang ujian hidupnya lebih dari yang dialaminya. Keterlibatan dan interaksi para informan penlitian ini dengan orang yang sedang terkena penyakit COVID-19 telah membuat mereka memandang hidupnya lebih positif dan penuh kesyukuran.

The key success for an organization with a millennial workforce to win the competitiveness of the business industry in 4.0 era is having a compatible model of work engagement. In 2020 millennials will dominate, up to 75% of the labor force. Therefore it is necessary to scientifically inquire deeper on this generation. This research adopts the Job Demand Resources Model (JD-R) as a theoretical framework. It specifically aims to analyze the most suitable work engagement model among millennials who work at state-owned companies. Predictor variables in this research are job crafting and meaningful work as a mediator. This quantitative research (N=318) uses scaling for data collection and Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the data. This research found: (1) work engagement model fits for the millennial workforce; (2) job crafting has direct significant effect to work engagement; (3) meaningful work plays as a mediator between job crafting and work engagement.

Compassion adalah berbelas kasih terhadap penderitaan orang lain dan ditindaklanjuti dengan menolongnya. Compassion penting dalam kehidupan manusia, dan diterapkan di berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Dalam ranah keluarga, compassion dapat menstimulasi kesejahteraan individu dan keluarga. Penelitian terbaru belum banyak yang mengkaji compassion dalam konteks pengasuhan anak, khususnya anak dengan autism spectrum disorder. Tujuan dari studi hasil pemikiran ini adalah mencoba menggambarkan compassion, yaitu dalam hal ontologi dan penelitian-penelitian yang berkaitan dengan compassion khususnya compassion pada pengasuhan anak, dan lebih khusus lagi adalah compassion pada pengasuhan anak dengan autism spectrum disorder. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil studi ini menemukan pemahaman compassion secara komprehensif, dan menemukan konsep compassion dalam pengasuhan anak dengan autism spectrum disorder. Hasil penelitian bisa menjadi dasar konsep yang digunakan oleh peneliti lain yang berminat dalam ranah studi yang sama, yaitu untuk pengembangan studi lebih lanjut terkait pengasuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus, sehingga bisa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and training on individual performance in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kelet village, Jepara district. The population in this study were 105 MSME actors in Kelet village consisting of food production MSMEs and service MSMEs. The sample is 105 employees of SMEs in Kelet village using the census sampling technique. The research technique used is a quantitative research technique using a structural equation model (SEM) with the AMOS 26 program. The results show 1) The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction for MSME actors in Kelet village, 2) Job training has no effect on job satisfaction for MSME actors. Kelet village, 3) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the individual performance of MSMEs in Kelet village.

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perencanaan strategi organisasi dengan menggunakan metode SWOT sebagai salah satu metode yang mampu dilakukan ke dalam organisasi nirlaba. Perencanaan strategi diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran organisasi.Strategi diperlukan untuk melaksanakan visi dan misi organisasi, dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja anggota organisasi.Penelitian berbentuk kualitatif.Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu unit usaha di Universitas Airlangga.Teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk mengolah data-data tersebut adalah dengan komparasi data dan keseusaian relevansi dengan menggunakan analisa SWOT. Proses analisa tersebut menghasilkan misi yang sesuai dengan organisasi, yang selanjutnya dipergunakan untuk membuat perencanaan strategi, dan strategi yang sesuai untuk digunakan dalam menjalankan visi dan misi organisasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci : Strategi perencanaan, visi dan misi, analisa SWOT Abstract This study discusses organizational strategy planning using the SWOT method as one of the methods that can be carried out in non-profit organizations. Strategic planning is needed to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. Strategies are needed to carry out the organization's vision and mission, in an effort to improve the performance of organizational members. Qualitative research. The study was conducted at one business unit at Airlangga University. Data analysis techniques used to process these data are the comparison of data and relevance suitability by using SWOT analysis. The analysis process produces a mission that is suitable for the organization, which is then used to make strategic planning, and appropriate strategies to be used in carrying out the organization's vision and mission in an effort to improve organizational performance.
