Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar melalui Metode Demonstrasi pada Pembelajaran IPA dengan Materi ‘Ayo Mengenal Hewan di Sekitar Kita’ di Kelas III SDN Goha bertujuan untuk mencapai tiga tujuan utama. 1). Mendeskripsikan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas III SDN Goha. 2) Mendeskripsikan aktivitas siswa dan guru di kelas III SDN Goha dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. 3) Penelitian ini akan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Goha selama 10 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan kelas III SDN Goha menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Riset ini memakai metode kuantitatif serta kualitatif untuk analisis data, dengan metode kuantitatif mengandalkan observasi dan metode kualitatif mengandalkan tes. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan hal-hal berikut: (1) Selama tahun ajaran 2024/2025, guru di SDN Goha menggunakan metode demonstrasi untuk mengajar siswa kelas III; (2) kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan metode ini guna mempresentasikan hasil kerja mereka di depan kelas dengan menggunakan gambar-gambar berbagai hewan (herbivora, karnivora, omnivora, dan sebagainya) meningkat dari nilai sedang pada siklus I menjadi nilai yang sangat tinggi pada siklus II; dan (3) hasil belajar siswa meningkat saat guru menggunakan metode demonstrasi dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how collaborative supervision is implemented by the school principal and to examine its contribution to teachers’ professional competence at one of SMA Negeri in Bandung City. Employing a qualitative case study design, purposive sampling involved the principal, a supervising school inspector, the vice principal for curriculum, and six subject teachers. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, limited participatory observations, and document analysis; data were analyzed interactively using iterative reduction, display, and conclusion/verification procedures. Findings indicate that collaborative supervision unfolds in three interrelated phases: (1) planning (needs identification, negotiated focus, and pre-observation conferences); (2) implementation (clinical classroom observation and dialogic feedback); and (3) follow-up (joint reflection, instructional coaching, and integration with a professional learning community/PLC). Contributions include measurable improvements in teachers’ competencies regarding lesson planning, active and innovative instruction, meaningful formative assessment, and strengthened professional reflection. Key enabling factors are the principal’s instructional leadership, a collaborative school culture, and teachers’ readiness to learn; major challenges include time constraints and administrative load, residual evaluative perceptions of supervision, and uneven coaching skills among supervisors. Practical implications call for strengthening principals’/supervisors’ coaching capacity, safeguarding time for reflective practice through scheduling, and systematically integrating supervision with PLC and lesson study for sustained professional growth.

Abstract

Problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills are 21st century skills that need to be developed with efforts to apply innovative learning models, namely double loop problem solving model. This study aims to determine the effect of the double loop problem solving model on students' problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills. The research method uses a quasi experiment with a nonequivalent control group research design. Data collection techniques using pretest and posttest. The data is processed by conducting analysis prerequisite tests in the form of a normality test, homogeneity test while the hypothesis test uses the one way ANOVA and post hoc follow-up tests. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the double loop problem solving learning model on the problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills of students on biodiversity material in class X MIPA SMAN 4 Tasikmalaya in the 2022/2023 academic year

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis strategi dan gaya kepemiminan kepala sekolah dalam meingkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar yang ada di kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatifdan desapenelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari observasi, wawancaramendalam dan studi dokumentasi pada kepala sekolah, para guru dan perangkat lainnya di sekolah dasar yang ada di Kabpuaten Karawang. Hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Karang telah menerapkan startegi kepemimpinan yang sistematis, terencana dan kontekstual dengan pendekatan pengembangan, kompetensi guru, meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan sikap disiplin. Strategi ini didukung dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang demokrasi dimana gaya kepemimpinana ini menekankan pada partisipasi, kerja sama dan tanggung jawab. Pelaksanaan strategi dan gaya kepemimpinan ini terbukti dapat meingkatkan kualitas kinerja guru secara signifikan.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to improve students' scientific literacy and learning motivation by maximizing the use of technology with local wisdom-based e-booklet development media as a support for learning activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility, effectiveness and measure student responses to local wisdom-based E-booklet learning media. The population in this study were all students of class V (Five) at KKMI 2 Kuningan. The sample consisted of 25 students in class VA as the experimental class and class VB consisting of 25 students as the control class. The research design used a research and development approach with a 4-D development model (define, design, development, dissemination) and data collection techniques using tests, interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results showed that 1) e-booklet media based on local wisdom was very feasible to be used as teaching material in learning by reaching a percentage of 83.8 from learning experts, material experts, linguists and media experts; 2) the effectiveness of e-booklets based on local wisdom with very effective categories as teaching materials; Based on these results it can be concluded; the local wisdom-based ebooklet media is very feasible and effective to use in science learning on water cycle materials and their impacts; Student responses showed a very positive attitude towards learning through ebooklet media based on local wisdom. Keyword : learning mdia, ebooklet, local wisdom, scientific literacy, learning motivation Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Literasi Sains dan Motivasi Belajar siswa dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan media pengembangan e-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan, keefektifan dan mengukur respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran E-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh siswa kelas V (Lima) di KKMI 2 Kuningan. Sampel terdiri dari 25 siswa kelas VA sebagai Kelas eksperimen dan kelas VB terdiri dari 25 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Develoment) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, development, dissemination) dan teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan Tes, wawancara, Observasi, dan angket. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) media e-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran dengan mencapai persentase sebesar 83,8 dari ahli pembelajaran, ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli media; 2) keefektifan e-booklet berbasis kearifan lokal dengan kategori sangat efektif sebagai bahan ajar; Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan; media ebooklet berbasis kearifan lokal itu sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi daur air dan dampaknya; respon siswa menujukkan sangat positif terhadap pembelajaran melaui media ebooklet berbasis kearifan lokal. Abstract

This study examines the relationship and combined influence of digital literacy and learning motivation on the academic performance of Islamic Education Management (MPI) students in two until six semesters during the Society 5.0 era. Using a quantitative correlational and multiple regression design, 98 students were selected as samples. Instruments included a digital literacy questionnaire covering eight dimensions of competence and a learning motivation questionnaire adapted from the MSLQ. Learning outcomes were measured by students’ Grade Point Average (GPA). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that (1) digital literacy has a positive and significant relationship with learning outcomes; (2) learning motivation also positively and significantly correlates with learning outcomes; and (3) both variables jointly exert a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes. The R-square value indicates that digital literacy and motivation together make a substantial contribution in explaining variations in academic achievement. The study concludes that synergy between digital competence and strong learning motivation is crucial in digital-based education to enhance MPI students’ performance. Practically, it underscores the need for integrated programs that strengthen digital literacy and foster intrinsic motivation among students.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Karang Jaya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pengelolaan administrasi pembelajaran dan evaluasi berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan program, pelatihan dan workshop, pendampingan praktik langsung, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pendampingan meliputi Google Workspace for Education, Google Form, Quizizz, dan e-Rapor SMP. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran digital seperti RPP, modul ajar, dan jurnal mengajar berbasis cloud. Guru juga mampu memanfaatkan evaluasi digital melalui pembuatan soal dan pengolahan nilai otomatis, serta mengoperasikan e-Rapor dengan lebih akurat dan tepat waktu. Selain peningkatan keterampilan teknis, pendampingan ini juga berdampak pada perubahan sikap guru terhadap penggunaan teknologi, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, motivasi, dan kolaborasi antarguru. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan jaringan internet dan perangkat, kegiatan pendampingan tetap berjalan efektif melalui strategi adaptif dan dukungan fasilitator. Secara keseluruhan, pendampingan ini berhasil meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam pengelolaan administrasi serta evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital, sekaligus mendukung terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang lebih modern, efisien, dan sesuai tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

The mentoring program for teachers at SD Negeri Kalibening aims to improve their understanding and skills in implementing deep learning through project-based learning (PjBL). The limited experience of teachers in designing and carrying out PjBL serves as the basis for the need for structured training. This community service program was conducted in three training sessions involving seminars, workshops, discussions, and simulated practice using a drill-practice approach. This approach enabled teachers to learn PjBL concepts, develop teaching materials, and implement project-based learning gradually and repeatedly. Evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests showed an increase in the average score from 91 to 105, indicating improved teacher understanding and competence after the mentoring program. In addition, teachers were able to develop lesson plans, student worksheets, and authentic assessment instruments that better aligned with the principles of deep learning. The program also encouraged teachers to design learning activities that are relevant to students’ real-life contexts, thus supporting the creation of meaningful learning experiences. Overall, this mentoring program effectively enhanced the readiness of SD Negeri Kalibening teachers to implement PjBL as part of deep learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SMP Negeri Karang Jaya. Supervisi akademik merupakan salah satu fungsi penting kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran melalui pembinaan profesional guru secara terencana dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan wakil kepala sekolah, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap perangkat supervisi dan administrasi pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sehingga menghasilkan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah tersebut. Fokus kajian meliputi perencanaan supervisi, pelaksanaan supervisi, tindak lanjut supervisi, serta dampaknya terhadap kompetensi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru dan mutu proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Karang Jaya. Supervisi yang terencana, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang kolaboratif dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dengan demikian, implementasi supervisi akademik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai bentuk kontrol, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pengembangan kapasitas guru secara berkesinambungan.

Learning outcomes were measured by students’ Grade Point Average (GPA). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that (1) digital literacy has a positive and significant relationship with learning outcomes; (2) learning motivation also positively and significantly correlates with learning outcomes; and (3) both variables jointly exert a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes. The R-square value indicates that digital literacy and motivation together make a substantial contribution in explaining variations in academic achievement. The study concludes that synergy between digital competence and strong learning motivation is crucial in digital-based education to enhance MPI students’ performance. Practically, it underscores the need for integrated programs that strengthen digital literacy and foster intrinsic motivation among students.
