Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) West Jakarta from 2013-2015 in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative descriptive research interprets and narrates data related to the situation that occurs. The results of the study are seen from the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios in 2013 the level of financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) West Jakarta is 146.08% which means it is very healthy because the final value according to the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No.826 / KMK.013 / 1992 is above 110%. This is due to the company's ability to generate increased profits. In 2014, the level of financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) West Jakarta is 65.45% which means it is unhealthy because the final value according to the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No.826 / KMK.013 / 1992 is below 90%. This is due to the company's ability to generate profits decreased, and due to the company's liquidity level being over-liquid. In 2015, the level of financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) West Jakarta is 159.72% which means it is very healthy because the final value according to the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No.826 / KMK.013 / 1992 is above 110%. This is due to the company's ability to generate increased profits, due to large revenue results compared to the costs incurred. The conclusion of this study is the overall financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) West Jakarta showed good performance. In order for financial performance to be even better, companies must further increase profits and reduce debt

Abstract

KKM UNIBA Group 63 conducted a mentoring program for the community of Sukajadi Village, Carita District, in selling pindang fish crackers on the Shopee marketplace to improve digital skills, expand market reach, and increase community income through online marketing. Sukajadi Village is famous for the production of quality pindang fish crackers, but the sales of these products are still limited to the local market due to lack of access and knowledge about digital marketing. The assistance was carried out through several stages, namely training on the use of the Shopee platform, creating a seller account, developing a digital marketing strategy, and optimizing product listings. The results of this mentoring showed a significant increase in the community's knowledge and skills regarding online sales. The community is able to create and manage an online store on Shopee, utilize the available features to increase product visibility, and organize effective promotional strategies. Sales of pindang fish crackers through Shopee increased significantly, as evidenced by the increase in the number of orders and revenue. In addition, the program also has a positive impact on the economic empowerment of the village community, with more community members involved in the production process and product sales.

Abstract

Penelitian dan Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Tematik Berbasis Nilai Karakter di Kelas II Tema 1 Subtema 2 SDN Dadaprejo 01 Kota Batu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul yang valid dan efektif. Skripsi ini mengunakan prosedur motifikasi Borg and Gall. Langkah-langkah Borg and Gall yaitu Potensi dan Masalah, Pengumpulan Modul, Desain produk, Validasi Desain, Uji Coba, Revisi Produk, Uji Pemakaian, Revisi Desain, Revisi, Produk Valid & Efektif. Produk yang dikembangkan adalah Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Nilai Karakter karena pendidikan belum pernah mengunakan bahan ajar berupa modul. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata penilian uji validasi materi ( 60%/90%),ahli desain (76%/80%) dan ahli bahasa (80%/82%) persentase yang berarti sangat valid atau dapat digunakan tanpa revisi dari para ahli. Respon guru dan siswa sebagai responden kemenarikan, respon guru dan siswa rata-rata 81,6% pesentase sangat efektif atau dapat digunakan tanpa revisi selanjutnya hasil penilaian sikap toleransi siswa terhadap modul 82,5% persentase sangat efektif atau dapat digunakan tanpa revisi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran dapat membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter yang ada disekolah maupun dilingkungan, sehingga Modul berbasis Nilai karakter ini layak digunakan sebagai buku penunjang membantu guru dan siswa pada proses belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this development is to create a valid and effective learning module based on local wisdom in Malang Regency. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg And Gall model which has been modified and simplified into 7 stages, namely (1) initial information collection, (2) planning, (3) initial product format development, (4) expert validation, (5) product revision, (6) small group trials, (7) product revisions, (8) large group trials, and (9) valid and effective products. Development goes through two stages of validity involving 3 validator experts, namely material experts, linguists and design experts. In the small group trial involving 5 students and in the large group trial involving 10 students and homeroom teachers of SD Negeri 1 Landungsari. The validation results in the second stage are material experts 76% with valid criteria, linguists 92% with very valid criteria, 94% design experts with very valid criteria, it can be concluded that the module is very valid and very feasible for field trials without revision. The results of the teacher response questionnaire were 100% with very feasible criteria, the small group trial student response questionnaire 98.66% of the criteria were very feasible, the large group trial student response questionnaire 98.66% of the criteria were very feasible. The value of student learning outcomes of small group trials 96 with very effective criteria, in large group trials 97 with very effective criteria and achieved 100% completeness. From this value, it can be concluded that the social studies content learning module based on local wisdom of Malang Regency is declared valid and effective.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a product as a learning media based on the Google site (website) to increase students' understanding of wudhu’ material at SMPN 1 Ponorogo. This research uses a type of development research or research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE style, which is divided into five procedures: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The research results show that the website media developed by researchers is very effective. This is proven by the significant influence between the results of the pre-test and post-test scores in the experimental class of 0.00 > 0.05, and there is a substantial difference in scores between students' understanding of the wudhu’ material in the experimental class and the control class of 0, 00 > 0.05. Then, website media are practical, as proven by the results of student questionnaire answers: 23.1% delightful, 42.1% happy, 30.8% quite exciting, and 0% not enjoyable. All the data results above show that the website media developed by this researcher is very effective and practical to use as a learning medium at SMPN 1 Ponorogo.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary school level affects the character of students in class IV of SD Negeri 1 Landungsari Regency through case study research. The instruments used are observation, interviews, documentation, analyzing data by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions followed by data triangulation. The results of the research showed that the Merdeka Curriculum can influence students' independent character through activities in the classroom during the learning process and external activities such as school extracurricular activities and participating in competitions outside of school. Apart from implementing independent character, students can practice responsibility for their mandate and task given to students. Student character development activities can run well with cooperation between elements of the school community including students, teachers, parents and the community around the school

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana penerapan akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, dan pengelolaan dana desa yang ada di Kampung Ngestirahayu Kecamatan Punggur Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. faktor pendidikan Masyarakat di Kampung Ngestirahayu yang masih kurang, sehingga Masyarakat sulit untuk memahami segala aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh orang lain dalam Masyarakat, di Kampung Ngesti rahayu belum bisa mewujudkan Akuntabilitas Adminitrasinya Pelaporan Keuangan dalam Program Alokasi Dana Desa, sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya kepercayaan Masyarakat terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Kampung. penyebab kurangnya Transparansi terhadap Alokasi Dana Desa di Kampung Ngestirahayu Adanya Kewenangan Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa Pemerintah Desa semakin terbuka (Transparan) dan Akuntabel terhadap Proses Pengelolaan Keuangan. Transparansi merupakan Menciptakan kepercayaan timbal-balik antara Pemerintah dan Masyarakat melalui Penyedian Informasi dan menjamin kemudahan didalam memperoleh Informasi. Partisipasi adalah Mendorong setiap Warga untuk mempergunakan Hak dalam menyampaikan pendapat dalam Proses Pengambilan Keputusan, yang menyangkut kepentingan Masyarakat, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Partisipasi masyarakat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kampung itu sendiri. Partisipasi masyarakat bukan hanya melibatkan masyarakat dalam pembuatan keputusan di setiap program pembangunan, namun masyarakat juga dilibatkan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah dan pontesi yang ada di masyarakat. Demikian juga halnya terkait dengan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap penggunaan dan pengelolaan dana desa, keterlibatan ini penting agar penggunaan dan pengelolaannya bisa lebih tepat sasaran dan manfaatnya akan lebih berguna dengan kepentingan riil dari masyarakat. Sampel pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana desa di Kampung Ngestirahayu Kecamatan Punggur Kabupaten Lampung Tengah cukup baik untuk menerapkan prinsip dan aturan mengenai akuntabilitas. Namun, untuk prinsip transparansi, dan partisipasi dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa masih belum maksimal dilaksanakan baik dari sisi pemerintah Kampung maupun dari sisi masyarakat.

Abstract

Surgical site infection (SSI) prevention is crucial in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) procedures. One controllable factor is preventing foreign substances from contaminating the surgical field, for which adhesive draping over surgical drapes is commonly used. To determine whether using adhesive transparent film dressing has any effect on the occurrence of SSI in TKA. We conducted a study comparing 100 TKA, divided into two groups (each with 50 participants). The first group received adhesive plastic draping during TKA, while the second group was the control. Bacterial aerobic culture swabs were taken before applying the plastic draping and after surgery following skin closure. Follow-up evaluations were conducted within one month to detect signs of SSI. The results none of the 100 TKAs included in the study yielded positive bacterial culture results. One-month post-operative evaluations revealed no signs of SSI in any of the groups.The conclusion use of adhesive plastic drapes does not provide any benefit in preventing SSI in TKA. Skin preparation, prophylaxis, and surgeon preparation protocols are more crucial for SSI prevention than adhesive plastic drapes.

Abstract

Cyber gender-based violence is a crime that arises due to the development of increasingly sophisticated information technology. In this case, women are more vulnerable to cyber gender-based violence than men. This cyber gender-based violence results in a person's freedom not only being threatened directly in the real world but also in cyberspace, especially the difficulty of identifying the identity of the perpetrator and the victim's digital footprint that has been spread on the internet is difficult to erase. This study aims to determine the legal protection provided by the state to victims of cyber gender-based violence and to determine whether the High Court Decision Number 150/PID/2020/PT BDG has provided protection for victims of cyber gender-based violence. The approach method used in this research is normative juridical research method with qualitative descriptive research specifications. The techniques used to collect data are literature study and documentation study. Based on the research that has been conducted, it is concluded that the protection of victims of cyber gender-based violence is regulated in Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence, which in this law regulates the criminal provisions of the perpetrators and the rights of victims, in this case victims are entitled to restitution, recovery services, and protection, where the fulfillment of these rights is an obligation of the state. And based on the analysis of the decision of the High Court Decision Number 150/PID/2020/PT BDG, it has not provided maximum protection to victims of cyber gender-based violence due to overlapping regulations which cause unclear legal protection for victims of cyber gender violence, especially the existence of rubber articles in the ITE Law which have become a tool to criminalize victims of cyber gender-based violence

Abstract

The development of information security issues in many sectors makes the skill of mastering digital forensic highly needed. Digital forensic is recently used not only to support legal proceedings but also to investigate many incidents like digital data manipulation, site hacking, and terrorism. In mastering the skill of digital forensic, investigators should have knowledge about the techniques and tools that will be used. This research is proposed to help investigators in enhancing and developing their skills in revealing the content of digital evidence with the result reviews from each area in the forensic field. The review in this study is based on the focus of the forensic area by giving detailed information about the functions, limitations, and advantages as well as the specific techniques of forensics that leads to the techniques of live forensic or static forensic. This research also discusses the non-technical things that affect the performance of forensic investigation including operational activities, investigated activities, and legal elements. Thus, the result of this research is expected to be beneficial for helping investigators in determining the appropriate tools to investigate the digital evidence. The further research can develop the activities of anti-forensics that can hinder the investigation processes.
