Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Police in the Narcotics Sector in cracking down on Couriers and Drug Users in Simbawaringin Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. narcotics and psychotropic substances. Besides that, what is very important is the need for legal awareness from all levels of society in order to uphold the authority of the law. In today's developments, the Indonesian people demand that the National Police be an institution that is humanist, professional and upholds human rights and is able to create social justice in the community. Satnarkoba members are given the opportunity to excel by developing the best ideas in reducing and taking action against users and dealers. Abstract

This research aims to obtain the results of an analysis of how to internalize basic values in the business unit of the University of Darussalam Gontor in human resource development. This research was conducted using field research. The research was conducted by the Business Unit of The University of Darussalam Gontor, located on the Siman Highway, Siman Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, East Java Province. Informants in this study include 1 President Director, 2 Company Managers, 2 Staff who are also Students, and 1 Permanent Employee in the Business Unit of The University of Darussalam Gontor. In this study, the type of observation used passive participation means that researchers are not involved in the Business Unit activities of The University of Darussalam Gontor. Researchers conduct interviews with a free but controlled system, where the interview does freely what the interview will do to the interviewer but still leads to talks. The results showed that the implementation of internalization of basic values including Sincerity, Simplicity, Independence, Ukhuwah Islamiyah or Togetherness, and Freedom in the development of human resources Business Unit Darussalam Gontor University has been in accordance with the theory of internalization stages, internalization strategy, training and development methods and has a function to improve the moral and moral human resources. Further quantitative analysis is needed, such as analyzing influential variables to enhance the performance of the Business Unit of Universitas Darussalam Gontor.

Abstract

AbstractThe existence of disharmony between law enforcement agencies, and the Commission president lately konstructive communication requires effort to achieve synergy in order to achieve the eradication of corruption in Indonesia. The approach used in this study is normative. Efforts should be made to create constructive communication between law enforcement agencies, the president of the Commission and institutions in order to eradicate corruption is an effective and efficient trusting, synergistic interaction between law enforcement agencies, and the president of the Commission, in favor of the truth. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menciptakan komunikasi konstruktif antar lembaga penegak hukum,  presiden dan lembaga KPK dalam rangka pemberantasan korupsi yang efektif dan efisien adalah saling percaya, interaksi yang sinergi antara lembaga penegak hukum, presiden dan KPK, berpihak pada kebenaran. Abstract

Dalam rangka mengurangi jumlah pasien Positif Covid-19, Pemerintah sebagaimana termaktub dalam Pasal 13a ayat (4) Perpres 14 tahun 2021 memberlakukan sanksi denda. Pengenaan denda ini tentu menimbulkan pro dan kontra sehingga hal ini menarik untuk dibahas dalam kajian yuridis empiris yang dilaksanakan di Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perpres ini melanggar hak asasi manusia terlebih definisi dari keadaan darurat kesehatan masyarakat itu sendiri yang perlu dikaji ulang karena definisinya belum ada standar apa yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai darurat kesehatan masyarakat dan penegakannya akan sulit karena berdasarkan penelitian penulis, sebanyak 55% responden di kota Semarang menolak gagasan sanksi denda, sehingga perlu dipertimbangkan cara alternatif seperti di Australia dimana pemerintah memberikan insentif untuk membujuk masyarakat untuk mau mengikuti program vaksin.

Abstract

Pidana bagi pelaku aborsi menyangkut berbagai aspek hukum, moral, sosial dan kesehatan. Beberapa negara, memberlakukan hukuman pada pelaku aborsi yang dianggap ilegal secara kriminal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penjatuhan pelaku tindak pidana aborsi dan menganalisis putusan hakim terhadap tindak pidana aborsi dalam putusan Pengadilan Negeri Palu Nomor: 187/Pid.B/2018/PN Palu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemidanaan terhadap tindak pidana aborsi diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan juncto Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke (1) KUHP dan Putusan Pengadilan Nomor 187/Pid.B/2018/Pn Palu tentang penjatuhan sanksi dilakukan atas dasar melindungi perempuan dari tindakan aborsi yang dapat mengakibatkan hal-hal buruk menimpa tubuh orang yang melakukannya, melindungi HAM karena pada dasarnya Anak yang masih dalam kandungan sudah memiliki HAM. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja tentang aborsi dan pentingnya peran keluarga untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pencegahan aborsi yang menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between financial inclusion and monetary policy in nine selected ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries during 2010-2019. To answer the objective of this study, the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) is used to analyze the effect of financial inclusion on inflation as a proxy of monetary policy effectiveness. In addition, the causality between financial inclusion and monetary policy is also examined in this study. The data used are panels data and collected through secondary sources. The multidimensional approach of IFI (index of financial inclusion) is constructed to represent a comprehensive financial inclusion measurement. The results showed that financial inclusion had a negative effect on inflation in the long-term and short-term; it indicates that an increase in financial inclusion will lower inflation which eventually increases the effectiveness of monetary policy in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. Moreover, a causality exists between financial inclusion indicators and monetary policy in selected ASEAN countries. This study concludes that financial inclusion through access and usage of financial services improves the efficiency of monetary policy in nine selected ASEAN countries in controlling inflation. This study suggests that monetary authorities must emphasize the link between financial inclusion and monetary policy objectives. Advanced financial inclusion can help policymakers formulate and implement monetary policies contributing to economic stability and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Credit sales play a crucial role in enhancing the working capital and sales development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Credit sales enable MSMEs to generate income before the goods or services sold are fully paid, finance daily operational activities, expand market share, and increase sales. However, credit sales also entail risks such as bad debts, defaults, and loan defaults, which can lead to financial losses for MSMEs. To mitigate these risks, MSMEs can conduct stringent credit analyses, establish clear and firm credit agreements, regularly pursue debt collections, and utilize credit insurance. These measures aid MSMEs in managing the risks associated with credit sales and enhancing the success and sustainability of their businesses

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the needs of female MSME actors in Salira Village to increase the competitiveness of amplang cracker products in the digital market. Although this product has tremendous market potential, the challenges in using digital technology for marketing hinder product reach and sales. This activity aims to introduce and implement effective digital marketing strategies so that MSME actors can maximize their market potential and improve local economic welfare. The implementation methods include initial needs assessment, digital marketing training through workshops and practical sessions, implementation of strategies on processed fish products, and evaluation of results using surveys and sales analysis. The activity results showed a significant increase in digital marketing understanding and skills among MSME actors, with an average increase in turnover of 30% in the three months after the training. In addition, establishing an online community forum strengthens support between MSME actors. This activity increases digital marketing capacity and strengthens social networks, providing a sustainable positive impact on local economic development

Abstract

Dua tahun Indonesia dilanda wabah Corona Virus-19. Wabah telah memberikan dampak besar di semua sektor kehidupan, baik pemerintahan, pendidikan, perusahaan, dan aktivitas sosial masyarakat secara umumnya. Utamanya pada anak-anak banyak dijumpai mengalami gejala traumatik. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi tentang perlakuan trauma pasca pandemi pada anak melalui penyuluhan kepada para orang tua di lingkungan Perumahan Graha Dewata, Kota Malang. Program pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode (1) pendampingan; (2) pelatihan; (3) literasi digital; (4) motivasi; dan (5) evaluasi. Program Pengabdian ini dapat terlaksana sesuai jadwal dan susunan kegiatan dengan lancar. Seluruh materi baik materi traumatic healing, motivasi belajar, dan literasi media berhasil disampaikan dan direspon antusias oleh para orang tua. Orang tua merasa mendapatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan baru baik dari pemateri maupun orang tua lainnya.

Abstract

Children are the nation's next generation with the right to receive a proper education. Educational services are provided by teachers to children as students based on the teacher's duties and responsibilities. Still, violations often occur by teachers and fellow students in the implementation of education in schools, such as bullying, discrimination, or intolerance. The problem in this article is the need to enforce a teacher code of ethics in assisting child-friendly schools in Purworejo Regency and efforts to encourage the optimization of child-friendly schools in Purworejo Regency. This article uses a juridical-empirical approach which utilizes primary data sources and secondary data which is then analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach. The results and discussion in this article show that Purworejo Regency needs assistance with a teacher's code of ethics in implementing safe home-based schools because in several schools there are still violations by educators and students in terms of bullying and discriminatory acts so that the implementation of child-friendly based schools is not yet ideal. Efforts to create an ideal child-friendly school in Purworejo Regency are by integrating the roles of stakeholders namely teachers, Regional Apparatus Organizations (Education Service), and the Republic of Indonesia Teachers Association (PGRI) in Purworejo Regency so that child-friendly education in Purworejo can be realized optimally. Mentoring, Teachers, Child-Friendly Schools.
