Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to strengthen students’ understanding of religious moderation, foster tolerance and inclusivity, and reinforce national commitment through character education at State Senior High School 2 Tuban. The program was motivated by the increasing signs of intolerance among students and the urgent need to promote pluralism and harmony in educational settings. The activity employed an educative-participatory approach, combining seminars, interactive discussions, reflective sessions, and interfaith simulations involving students from diverse religious backgrounds. Data were collected through participatory observation, reflective questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ conceptual understanding of religious moderation, from perceiving it merely as tolerance to recognizing it as a framework of justice, balance, social responsibility, and anti-extremism. Students also demonstrated greater openness, empathy, and respect toward religious differences in their daily interactions. Furthermore, the program strengthened students’ national commitment by instilling the awareness that loving the homeland and maintaining social harmony are integral expressions of religious practice. Overall, this Community Service Program activity demonstrated that experience-based, participatory learning effectively internalizes the values of religious moderation. It is recommended that similar programs be sustained and integrated into school curricula to cultivate tolerant, inclusive, and nationally minded students.

Abstract

This study examines the role of pendidikan as an agent of social change in RT 33 Singa Gembara, Sangatta Utara, which faces challenges such as kemiskinan struktural, low educational participation, and environmental degradation due to mining activities. The research questions focus on: the role of pendidikan formal, nonformal, and informal as agents of social change; the main challenges faced by education in promoting socio-economic and environmental transformation; and community-based educational strategies to overcome structural poverty and social conflict. The study aims to identify the contributions of various forms of education to community transformation comprehensively. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving five key informants representing formal, nonformal, and informal education perspectives. The results show a synergy between formal education (elementary and SMP Bina Adab Nusantara), nonformal education (PKK program), and informal education (mosque recitations), which has improved basic literacy, economic independence, and social tolerance, despite obstacles such as family economic priorities, pollution, and limited facilities. Community-based strategies such as digital literacy, mutual cooperation forums, and A/B/C package tutoring were effective in reducing poverty and social conflict. This research confirms education as a driver of sustainable social transformation and recommends collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and communities to strengthen its impact

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the importance of English learning media that can be accessed by everyone anytime and anywhere, in this case not limited to the students of STIE Enam Enam Kendari butstudents from other tertiary institutions andeven the general public. It is related to the Ministry of Education,Cultures, Researchand Technology’s program about Freedom to Learn (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka)which creates a flexible and innovative teaching-learning process. Therefore this research aims to design and develop website-based learning media using a content management system (CMS), namely WordPress and the elementor plugin for English courses at STIE Enam Enam Kendari. The stage of research method used is a"modified waterfall model" which consists of several stages described as follows: Requirement and analysis:the stage for collecting basic information by utilizing the interview method and literature study; SystemDesigning: this stage is used to illustrate flowcharts and design web-based learning media and determine users/accessors; Implementation: the stage of installing a new system; Testing: the stage to ensure the system is running as needed; Deployment: the stage where the system that has been tested is implemented to the user; Maintenance: the stage used to meet the needs for system improvement after being distributed to users.Research findings showed that WordPress as a content management system and elementor plugin are effectivetools to develop and design web-based English learningmedia. It meets the criteria of online learning media aswell. The students can accessthe web-based English learning media to find information about the lessons ormaterials from the 1st to the 16th meeting in certain semesters. In addition, the usersin this case the students’ responses towards the web-based English learning media using WordPress and elementor were categorized as satisfied in all aspects (layout & design; speed web pages load; and learning materials) with the averagenumber ofpercentage 87% (excellent).

Abstract

Strategy means careful planning of activities to achieve specific goals. The term strategy comes from the Greek strategy which is defined as "the art of the general" or the art of a commander which is usually used in warfare. This researcher uses a type of field research, where researchers directly research at the research site. By going directly to the research location, it is hoped that researchers can interact directly with related parties so that in conclusion, the results of this study are the principal's strategy for overcoming the shortage of educators at Ma'arif Sangatta North School. It has several steps including combining classes or multigrade, opening new job vacancies, carry out online learning. The inhibiting factors for school principals in overcoming this problem are inadequate school financing standards, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, and lack of teacher enthusiasm in the teaching and learning process at school. While the supporting factors are: many unemployed graduates, and optimizing the use of educational media and facilities.

Abstract

Abstract: The Tanjung Tiram Religious Affairs Office (KUA) plays a crucial role in providing marriage registration services to the public. The increasing number of marriages each period requires the KUA to optimally prepare its resources and services. This study aims to predict the monthly number of marriages at the KUA using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method as an effort to improve service quality and readiness. The data used in this study comprise 68 monthly data sets obtained from the KUA. The SES method is applied by determining the smoothing parameter (a) and performing forecasting calculations in stages until a prediction for the next period is obtained. The accuracy of the forecasting results is evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. The results show that the Single Exponential Smoothing method is capable of producing fairly accurate predictions of the number of marriages and can be used as a basis for service planning at the KUA. With this prediction system, the KUA can prepare human resources, service schedules, and facilities more optimally. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Single Exponential Smoothing method is effective in helping improve KUA services through better, data-driven planning. Keyword: KUA Tanjung Tiram; number of marriages; time series; prediction; service improvement Abstrak: Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Tanjung Tiram memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan pencatatan pernikahan masyarakat. Peningkatan jumlah pernikahan setiap periode tertentu menuntut KUA untuk mampu mempersiapkan sumber daya dan layanan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah pernikahan bulanan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan kesiapan pelayanan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 data bulanan yang diperoleh dari KUA. Metode SES diterapkan dengan menentukan nilai parameter pemulusan (a) dan melakukan perhitungan peramalan secara bertahap hingga diperoleh prediksi periode berikutnya. Tingkat akurasi hasil peramalan dievaluasi menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAΡΕ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Single Exponential Smoothing mampu menghasilkan prediksi jumlah pernikahan yang cukup akurat dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan pelayanan di KUA. Dengan adanya sistem prediksi ini, pihak KUA dapat mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia, jadwal pelayanan, dan fasilitas secara lebih optimal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adala bahwa penerapan metode Single Exponential Smoothing efektif dalam membantu peningkatan pelayanan KUA melalui perencanaan yang lebih baik dan berbasis data. Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth is running quite well as the predictions from the World Bank which estimates an increase in the Indonesian economy of 5.1% in 2016 and 5.3% in 2017, the figure is an improvement from 4.8% in 2015 (The World Bank). Projections made by the World Bank have differences from the Indonesian government's target, according to Finance Minister Bambang Brodjonegoro, the government will keep economic growth at 5.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze industrial sector groupings and the role of state companies in the economy. Using a qualitative approach, this study identifies various industrial sector categories and examines the contribution of state companies in each sector. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with industry experts and analysis of official documents from relevant government agencies. The research results show that the industrial sector grouping is based on product characteristics, technology used, and markets served. State companies play an important role in strategic sectors such as energy, infrastructure and transportation. In addition, this research found that the existence of state companies can help encourage economic growth, create jobs and increase the competitiveness of national industry. However, challenges faced include operational efficiency and the need for structural reforms to improve performance. This study provides recommendations for the government to strengthen regulations and policies that support the development of the industrial sector and state companies.

Abstract

Industrialization is a key pillar of economic development, playing a crucial role in increasing productivity, creating jobs, and driving economic growth. The rapid development of digital technology has transformed production, distribution, and consumption patterns in the industrial sector. Furthermore, economic globalization has intensified competition between countries. This article aims to analyze the future of industrialization in the face of technological transformation and the challenges of the global economy in the digital era. The method used is a literature review, reviewing various literature, journals, and reports related to industrialization and the development of digital technology. The study shows that the application of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and automation can improve industrial efficiency and competitiveness. However, this transformation also poses challenges in the form of changing workforce needs, the digital divide, and increased global competition. Therefore, a strategy focused on human resource development, technological innovation, and adaptive industrial policies is needed so that industrialization can optimally contribute to sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Industrialisasi merupakan salah satu strategi utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi karena mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, menciptakan nilai tambah, serta memperluas kesempatan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur kinerja sektor industri dan konsep keunggulan komparatif dalam proses industrialisasi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data diperoleh melalui jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan berbagai sumber akademik yang relevan dengan industrialisasi dan ekonomi industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor industri manufaktur memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), penyerapan tenaga kerja, serta peningkatan daya saing ekonomi nasional. Indonesia memiliki keunggulan komparatif berupa sumber daya alam yang melimpah, jumlah tenaga kerja yang besar, dan luasnya pasar domestik. Namun demikian, sektor industri nasional masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan teknologi, rendahnya inovasi, tingginya ketergantungan bahan baku impor, serta tingginya biaya logistik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pengembangan industri yang berfokus pada hilirisasi sumber daya alam, penguatan inovasi teknologi, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan pembangunan infrastruktur industri secara merata. Dengan strategi tersebut, industrialisasi di Indonesia diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing nasional dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Pendapatan Transfer Pemerintah Pusat dan Pendapatan Daerah (PAD) terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, menggabungkan analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan kerangka penalaran induktif. Studi ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Direktorat Jenderal Neraca Keuangan (DJPK). Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Transfer Pemerintah Pusat dan Pendapatan Daerah secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji F dengan tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Jika diperiksa secara individual, Pendapatan Daerah menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Sebaliknya, Pendapatan Transfer Pemerintah Pusat menunjukkan hubungan positif, meskipun pengaruhnya tidak signifikan secara statistik. Lebih lanjut, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,971 menunjukkan bahwa 97,1 persen variasi pembangunan ekonomi lokal dapat dijelaskan oleh dua variabel independen yang termasuk dalam model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Daerah Mandiri memainkan peran yang lebih substansial dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi daerah dibandingkan dengan pendapatan Transfer Pemerintah Pusat. Oleh karena itu, penguatan dan optimalisasi sumber pendapatan daerah dapat dianggap sebagai strategi kebijakan utama untuk mendukung pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Mojokerto.
