Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kemampuan komunikasi anak autisme dalam berinteraksi sosial di Sekolah Luar Biasa Insan Tiara Bangsa. Penelitian dilakukan pada 22 Maret 2024 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap tiga subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak autisme memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang bervariasi, dari yang minim hingga lumayan baik, tergantung pada tingkat pendidikan dan terapi yang telah dijalani. Subjek yang lebih tua dan telah menjalani pelatihan lebih lama cenderung memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interaksi sosial yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang perkembangan kemampuan komunikasi dan interaksi sosial anak autisme di lingkungan Sekolah Luar Biasa Insan Tiara Bangsa.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi adalah stabilitas sektor perbankan. Karena fungsi dasar bank adalah menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana, bank selalu menginginkan perusahaan untuk menyimpan uang dengan tujuan agar perusahaan memiliki likuiditas dan memberikan pinjaman kepada perusahaan yang membutuhkan kredit. Bank yang sehat adalah bank yang dapat berfungsi dengan baik, yaitu bank yang dapat melindungi dan menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat, berperan sebagai perantara, membantu kelancaran arus pembayaran dan digunakan oleh pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan berbagai bidang kebijakan, khususnya kebijakan moneter. Bentuk penilaian kesehatan bank yang mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek penilaian digunakan untuk menentukan apakah suatu bank dinilai sangat sehat, sehat, cukup sehat, kurang sehat, atau tidak sehat. Penilaian stabilitas bank dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai macam metode salah satunya berdasarkan Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 13/1/PBI/2011, penilaian kesehatan ban dapat menggunakan pendekatan RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) dalam melakukan penilaian mengenai kesehatan bank. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk berdasarkan metode RGEC tahun 2020-2022 (Studi Kasus PT Bank Central Asia). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kesehatan BCA pada tahun 2020 sebesar 90% kategori sangat sehat, pada tahun 2021 sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat sehat dan tahun 2022 sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat sehat.

Abstract

Islamic Education (PAI) teachers play a crucial role in shaping the character and ethics of young Muslim students through the teaching of fiqh. Efforts that can be made by PAI teachers to build moral human resources (HR) among students at Pesantren Al-Qur’an Sangatta Taqwa include teaching Islamic values, providing personal and social guidance, implementing fiqh in daily life, setting examples of Islamic behavior, developing moral skills, involving parents, and conducting evaluation and feedback. Supporting factors in character formation at Pesantren Al-Qur’an Sangatta Taqwa include teaching Islamic values based on fiqh and providing personal and social guidance. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include the influence of secular environments and socio-economic influences. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, involving PAI teachers and young Muslim students as research subjects. The results of the study are expected to provide practical guidance for PAI teachers and educators in their efforts to enhance the ethics of young students. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of PAI teachers in building character education through the teaching of fiqh at Pesantren Al-Qur’an Sangatta Taqwa, which can be seen based on the efforts made by PAI teachers to develop ethical human resources (HR) at Pesantren Al-Qur’an Sangatta Taqwa and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in character formation among students at Pesantren Al-Qur’an Sangatta Taqwa.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to optimize the supply chain management of Kue Gelang Puja using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. The research was conducted at CV. Kue Gelang Puja, which experiences inefficiencies in managing raw materials, production, and product distribution. The SCOR model was applied to analyze and improve five key processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. The research method used a structured approach through interviews, observation, and documentation to collect data. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools including Use Case, Class, Activity, and Sequence diagrams and was implemented into a web-based application using PHP and MySQL. The results show that the SCOR method effectively enhances the accuracy of inventory control, optimizes production scheduling, and improves supplier coordination. The web-based system developed from this study also facilitates better monitoring, real-time data access, and decision-making in maintaining the balance between supply and demand.Keywords : Supply Chain,SCOR,Optimization,Web-Based System,Production Efficiency.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen rantai pasok pada Kue Gelang Puja dengan menerapkan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Penelitian dilakukan di CV. Kue Gelang Puja yang masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan bahan baku, proses produksi, dan distribusi produk. Model SCOR digunakan untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan lima proses utama, yaitu Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sistem dirancang menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi diagram Use Case, Class, Activity, dan Sequence, serta diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode SCOR meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok melalui optimalisasi akurasi data persediaan, penjadwalan produksi, dan koordinasi pemasok. Sistem berbasis web yang dikembangkan juga mempermudah proses pemantauan dan pengambilan keputusan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara permintaan dan pasokan.Kata kunci : Rantai pasok; SCOR; optimasi; sistem berbasis web; efisiensi produksi.

Abstract

The success of learning in a classroom that uses supporting media demands lecturer activity.  The level of activity of lecturers in class and using learning media such as Smartlecturer can be measured using a fuzzy logic approach. This study aims to measure the level of active lecturers using the approach, namely: Mamdani and Sugeno method. Stages of lecturer activity measurement by forming a fuzzy set, composition rules as many as 24 rules and the defuzzification process using the centroid method that produces the level of activity of each is low, medium and high. Based on 173 lecturer activity data, the results of the mamdani method low 66%, medium 31%, and high 3%. While the Sugeno method produces a level of activity low 75%, moderate 17%, and high 8%. Therefore, Mamdani method is more suitable for the calculation because the spread of results is relatively evenly distributed at each level. Key words: Lecturer, Fuzzy, Activeness, Mamdani, Sugeno

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to strengthen students’ understanding of religious moderation, foster tolerance and inclusivity, and reinforce national commitment through character education at State Senior High School 2 Tuban. The program was motivated by the increasing signs of intolerance among students and the urgent need to promote pluralism and harmony in educational settings. The activity employed an educative-participatory approach, combining seminars, interactive discussions, reflective sessions, and interfaith simulations involving students from diverse religious backgrounds. Data were collected through participatory observation, reflective questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ conceptual understanding of religious moderation, from perceiving it merely as tolerance to recognizing it as a framework of justice, balance, social responsibility, and anti-extremism. Students also demonstrated greater openness, empathy, and respect toward religious differences in their daily interactions. Furthermore, the program strengthened students’ national commitment by instilling the awareness that loving the homeland and maintaining social harmony are integral expressions of religious practice. Overall, this Community Service Program activity demonstrated that experience-based, participatory learning effectively internalizes the values of religious moderation. It is recommended that similar programs be sustained and integrated into school curricula to cultivate tolerant, inclusive, and nationally minded students.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an important requirement in Indonesia's education system, which is characterised by cultural, ethnic, religious and social diversity. This approach is necessary to foster tolerance, respect for differences and the ability to live harmoniously in a pluralistic society. The research questions in this study were simplified into three: how is the concept of multicultural education understood; what are the challenges faced in its implementation; and what strategies can be applied to optimise its implementation in educational institutions. This study aims to describe the concept of multicultural education, analyse the obstacles to its implementation, and offer relevant development strategies. The results of the study show that although multicultural education is of high urgency, its implementation still faces obstacles such as teacher readiness, an unintegrated curriculum, and limited facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the competence of educators, integrate multicultural values into the curriculum, and provide school policy support so that multicultural education can run more effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the strategic role of teachers in the educational process and character building of students at MIN 1 Kutai Timur, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, the study finds that teachers function as versatile learning facilitators and moral role models. The results indicate that teachers at MIN 1 Kutai Timur do not only transfer academic knowledge but also instill character values such as discipline, honesty, empathy, and responsibility through innovative methods, including group discussions, projects, and the use of educational technology. The implementation of varied teaching methods and personal approaches has proven effective in increasing learning motivation and helping students understand material according to their diverse learning styles. However, teachers face challenges such as heavy administrative burdens, limited resources, and diverse student characters that require special handling. Support in the form of routine supervision from the headmaster and continuous competency training is key to optimizing the teacher's role. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and school administrators is essential to ensure character values are internalized holistically and sustainably.

Abstract

This study examines the role of pendidikan as an agent of social change in RT 33 Singa Gembara, Sangatta Utara, which faces challenges such as kemiskinan struktural, low educational participation, and environmental degradation due to mining activities. The research questions focus on: the role of pendidikan formal, nonformal, and informal as agents of social change; the main challenges faced by education in promoting socio-economic and environmental transformation; and community-based educational strategies to overcome structural poverty and social conflict. The study aims to identify the contributions of various forms of education to community transformation comprehensively. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving five key informants representing formal, nonformal, and informal education perspectives. The results show a synergy between formal education (elementary and SMP Bina Adab Nusantara), nonformal education (PKK program), and informal education (mosque recitations), which has improved basic literacy, economic independence, and social tolerance, despite obstacles such as family economic priorities, pollution, and limited facilities. Community-based strategies such as digital literacy, mutual cooperation forums, and A/B/C package tutoring were effective in reducing poverty and social conflict. This research confirms education as a driver of sustainable social transformation and recommends collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and communities to strengthen its impact

Abstract

Education is not merely a space for transferring knowledge, but a social arena that shapes values, norms, and collective identity. This study uses a sociological perspective on education to examine the dynamics of Indonesian education through three main theories: functionalism, conflict, and symbolic interactionism. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach through a literature review of academic works from 2005–2025. The results of the study indicate that functionalism views education as a tool for social integration that maintains order through the transmission of shared values. Conflict theory highlights the role of education in reproducing inequality through differences in access and opportunity, while still opening up critical space to challenge domination. Meanwhile, symbolic interactionism explains how the meaning of education is formed from everyday interactions, symbols, language, and labeling processes that influence student identity. Overall, education needs to be read multidimensionally: as a system supporting order, an arena for competing interests, and a symbolic space that shapes the character of generations.
