Abstract

The agricultural industry is crucial for the national economy's growth, and the government is committed to advancing development policies. However, challenges persist, necessitating collaboration between the private sector, government, and other stakeholders. This study examines the impact of the Corporate Social Responsibility program on farmers' income in North Halmahera Regency. The study was carried out specifically in the districts of Kao Teluk, Malifut, Kao, Kao Barat, and Kao Utara, between December 2022 and March 2023. The data utilized in this study were gathered through interviews and a questionnaire administered to one hundred respondents, specifically farmers who had benefited from the Community Development and Empowerment of Corporate Social Responsibility program and were deliberately selected using a purposive sampling method. The research employed the Structural Equation Model approach for data analysis and processing, utilizing Microsoft Excel and the SmartPLS application version 4. According to the study's findings, farmer participation and perceptions significantly and positively impacted the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program. Similarly, smallholder participation, perceptions, and the execution of the Corporate Social Responsibility program have a substantial and favorable impact on farmers' income. Enhanced farmer participation is directly proportional to improved farmer perception, thereby facilitating the successful execution of the CSR program and guaranteeing favorable outcomes, impacts, and agricultural sustainability-thereby augmenting farmers' incomes.

Abstract

Sumberejo village is located in Ngablak sub-district where most of the people work as potato farmers. Some of the problems faced by potato farmers are limited land area (X1), manure (X2), labor (X3), seeds (X4), and pesticides (X5). The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the use of production factors on potato production and analyze the efficiency of the use of production factors in potato farming. This research was conducted in Sumberejo Village, Ngablak Subdistrict, Magelang District from June to September 2023. The sampling technique used simple random method with 38 farmers as respondents. Data were collected by interview using a questionnaire. The dependent variable is potato production and the independent variables are land area (X1), manure (X2), labor (X3), seeds (X4) and pesticides (X5). The results showed that production factors that affect potato production in Sumberejo Village are labor (X3), seeds (X4), while land area (X1), manure (X2), and pesticides (X5) have no effect on potato production. The use of production factors of land area (X1), labor (X3), seeds (X4) and pesticides (X5) in potato farming in Sumberejo Village is not efficient, while the use of manure (X2) is inefficient.

Abstract

Farmers always have hope and keep trying despite the risks involved in farming. Differences in farmer behavior and risk aversion will affect decision-making in the use of inputs in farming, which in turn will affect farmers' productivity and income levels. This study aims to analyze the behavior of potato farmers towards production risk in Sumberejo Village, Ngablak Subdistrict, and determine the factors that influence it. The sample size was 38 potato farmers from Sumberejo village who are members of Ngesti Subur, Sumber Makmur, and Bumi Lestari farmer groups. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The method of analysis used is the Moscardi and de Janvry model with the K(S) formula, and multiple linear regression to determine the factors that have a significant effect. The results of this analysis show that 76.32% of potato farmers in Sumberejo Village have risk-averse behavior (risk averter) and 23.68% have risk neutral behavior (risk neutral). One example that shows the risk-averse behavior of potato farmers in Sumberejo Village is the cooperation built with PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, so that the sales and income of these farmers are more secure. The factor that influences farmer behavior is land area. The resulting effect value is negative, meaning that the larger the land area owned, the lower the value of potato farmers' behavior towards production risk (K(S)).

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah dasar berperan penting menanamkan kepedulian lingkungan anak usia dini. Disisi lain, di wilayah perkotaan menghadapi permasalahan genangan air saat hujan lebat, dan hal tersebut terjadi pula di lingkungan sekolah di musim penghujan. Peningkatan pemahaman dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui introduksi pembuatan lubang resapan biopori yang diberikan kepada siswa/siswi kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar Kanisius Gendongan Kota Salatiga. Sekolah Dasar Kanisius merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki misi mendidik generasi muda agar memiliki kepekaan terhadap sesama dan lingkungan. Teknik yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yakni tutorial, demonstrasi, dan praktik secara langsung. Sebanyak 46 siswa mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, dan hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kepuasan siswa terhadap pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat termasuk pada kategori tinggi dengan menerapkan analisis skala Likert. Siswa sebagian besar memberikan skor yang menyatakan puas dan sangat puas, baik terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan, cara penyampaian narasumber, fasilitas yang telah disediakan, serta kegiatan keseluruhan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan mencerminkan citra rumah sakit di mata publik, sehingga perawat dituntut untuk profesional. Untuk mencapai pelayanan berkualitas, diperlukan sistem pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang mendukung praktik profesional dan berpedoman pada standar yang ditetapkan, serta didukung oleh manajer yang kompeten (Patoding & Sari, 2022). Metode asuahan keperawatan (MAKP) adalah suatu kerangka kerja yang mendefinisikan empat unsur yaitu: standar,proses keperawatan,pendidikan keperawatan, dan sistem MAKP nya.dalam menetapkan suatu model ,keempat hal tersebut harus menjadi bahan petimbangan karena merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan (nursalam,2022). Tujuan meningkatan mutu pelayanan melalui Pemberdayaan Perawat PPJA dalam Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional” dengan cara edukasi dan latihan tentang Metode Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional, analisa kasus dan role play kegiatan asuhan keperawatan Primer. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan MAKP terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan juga mengalami peningkatan, menunjukkan dampak positif pada mutu pelayanan. Masih terdapat beberapa hambatan implementasi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan beban kerja, budaya dokumentasi, dan supervisi yang perlu menjadi fokus perbaikan berkelanjutan. Saran untuk manajemen rumah sakit disarankan untuk memperkuat sistem monitoring dan evaluasi peran PPJA secara berkala, pelatihan lanjutan dan mentoring rutin bagi PPJA perlu dilakukan agar kompetensi tetap terjaga, perlu adanya integrasi PPJA ke dalam indikator mutu keperawatan rumah sakit, sehingga keberadaannya menjadi bagian dari sistem yang terukur dan berkelanjutan, penguatan sistem reward dan feedback untuk perawat yang konsisten menerapkan prinsip asuhan keperawatan profesional. Kata Kunci: Mutu Pelayanan, Metoda Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional, Pemberdayaan PPJA. ABSTRACT The quality of nursing services reflects the image of the hospital in the public eye, so nurses are required to be professional. Abstract

Grobogan District is a central of Soybeans and rice productions in Central Java. The purpose of this research is to know the value of a competitive, comparative, the financial and economic advantage of the soybeans and rice in Grobogan district. the study was conducted through by interviewing with 32 farms of soybeans and rice farmers as selected responders using purposive sampling techniques, namely farmers who planted soybeans and rice in the 2019/2020 planting season. The data analysis is used the Policy Analysis Matrix table (PAM). The result shows that both of the competitive and cooperative advantage of PCR result a pointed 0.30 and 0.28 with the DRCR score 0.44 and 0.14, the score is <1. Soybeans and rice farming in Grobogan district have a financial advantages around IDR 6.337.411/ha and IDR 14.713.109/ha, with ecomonic benefits of IDR 5.18.606/ha and IDR 33.698.996/ha.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Community service activities on Training on Making Herbal Cosmetics at RT.02, Mendalo Indah village, Jambi Luar Kota District aim as follows: a)  Providing knowledge to partner communities about the benefits of herbal plants in the form of cosmetic preparations in order to increase the use value of many herbal plants around the RT.02 Mendalo Indah community; b) Provide technical training to partner communities on how to make herbal cosmetics including masks, scrubs, moisturizers and body scrubs made from active herbal ingredients and how to use them. The results of this PKM activity are expected to form knowledge, competence and empower community independence in RT 02 Mendalo Indah in utilizing and processing medicinal plants around the house into herbal cosmetics in the form of scrubs, body scrubs, masks and moisturizers made from active ingredients from herbs that are safe for use by the community. Counseling on the efficacy of herbal plants in cosmetic preparations and conducting training on processing herbal plants into herbal cosmetics through learning by doing (technical procedures for processing plants) into cosmetic preparations including how to process plants until they are ready for use, introduction to basic ingredients for making cosmetics, how to make cosmetics and how to use and store herbal cosmetics. The people of Mendalo Indah Village understand about the processing and manufacture of cosmetics using herbal plants. Sharing dosage forms of cosmetic products given during training and counseling include scrubs and masks that are efficacious as antiaging, face and skin whitening, exfoliating and antioxidants. Keywords: Cosmetic, Herbal, Mendalo Indah, Jambi   ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang Pelatihan Pembuatan Kosmetik Herbal di RT.02, desa Mendalo Indah Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota bertujuan sebagai berikut : a) Memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat mitra tentang manfaat tanaman herbal dalam bentuk sediaan kosmetik dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai guna dari tanaman herbal yang banyak di sekitar masyarakat RT.02 Mendalo Indah; b) Memberikan pelatihan teknis kepada masyarakat mitra tentang cara pembuatan kosmetik herbal diantaranya masker, lulur, pelembab dan body scrub berbahan aktif herbal dan cara penggunaannya. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini diharapkan dapat membentuk pengetahuan, kompetensi dan memberdayakan kemandirian masyarakat di RT 02 Mendalo Indah dalam memanfaatkan dan mengolah tanaman obat disekitar rumah menjadi kosmetik herbal dalam bentuk lulur, body scrub, masker dan pelembab berbahan aktif dari herbal yang aman digunakan oleh masyarakat. Penyuluhan khasiat tanaman herbal dalam sediaan kosmetik dan melakukan pelatihan mengolah tanaman herbal menjadi kosmetik herbal melalui learning by doing (prosedur teknis pengolahan tanaman) menjadi sediaan kosmetik meliputi cara pengolahan tanaman sampai siap digunakan, pengenalan bahan dasar pembuatan kosmetik, cara pembuatan kosmetik serta cara penggunaan dan penyimpanan kosmetik herbal.Masyarakat Desa Mendalo Indah memahami tentang pengolahan dan pembuatan kosmetik menggunakan tanaman herbal. Berbagi bentuk sediaan produk kosmetik yang diberikan saat pelatihan dan penyuluhan diantaranya adalah lulur dan masker yang berkhasiat sebagai antiaging, pemutih wajah dan kulit, exfoliating dan antioksidan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterpaduan antara sistem sekolah dan pesantren serta efektivitasnya dalam penyelelnggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis yang komprehensif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung keterpaduan antara kedua sistem pendidikan tersebut dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap pencapaian tujuan pendidikan, perkembangan karakter siswa, serta peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang pentingnya keterpaduan antara sekolah dan pesantren dalam konteks pendidikan nasional, serta memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sharia shares are an investment instrument that has market opportunities and quite large development potential in Indonesia because it is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This research analyzes financial distress and its influence on financial ratios on sharia stocks in Indonesia. The proxy used in calculating financial distress is using the Modified Altman Z-Score formula and financial ratios consist of liquidity ratios, namely using the Current Ratio (CR), solvency ratios, namely Debt to Total Assets Ratio (DAR), profitability ratios, namely Earning Per Share (EPS). The samples in this research were companies listed on the sharia index, namely the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) using a purposive sampling technique. From a total population of 70 companies, 14 companies were selected with a research duration of 10 years from 2015-2024. This research uses panel data regression analysis. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence of financial distress (Z-Score value) and profitability ratio (EPS value) on sharia stock prices. Meanwhile, liquidity (CR value) and solvency ratio (DAR value) have an insignificant influence on sharia stock prices. The independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on sharia stock prices with an R2 value of 88.16 percent.

Abstract

Dry skin is the main problem of skin damage such as scaly, peeling, cracked and itchy skin, this is because the skin loses fluids due to weather changes and as we age we experience a decrease in the amount of oil and water on the skin. Facial skin care is done, one of which is by using a peel off gel mask of dates palm powder. The fat content is useful as a facial skin moisturizer. This study aims to determine the formula of the peel off gel mask which has determine its safety and effectiveness in moisturizing facial skin. The peel off gel mask was made into 3 formulas with the concentration of date palm seeds powder 1% (FI), 2% (FII) and 3% (FIII).  Procedures in this study include irritation test, hedonic test and facial skin moisture test using a skin analyzer compared before and after use. Peel off gel mask choco milk as a positive control. The results showed that FII ( 2%) corresponding the requirements of no irritation occurs compared to other formulas. Testing the effectiveness of facial skin moisture showed that FII (2%) was able to increase the water content after use and the water content was higher than the positive control. Results it can be concluded that the FII has safe for use and effective in moisturizing facial skin.
