Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education and creativity on students' entrepreneurial intention through the perspective of Effectuation Theory and Cognitive Flexibility Theory. The research used a quantitative approach to analyze structural equation modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS). Respondents were drawn from 100 university students in Subang Regency, Indonesia, through an online questionnaire. The findings of this study showed positive and significant evidence between entrepreneurship education, creativity, and students' entrepreneurial intention. Through the Effectuation and Cognitive Flexibility Theory principles, students could develop the entrepreneurial attitude, adaptability, and creative thinking necessary to run their own businesses. Entrepreneurship education helps them understand business opportunities, utilize existing resources, and cope with uncertainty.

Abstract

Pelatihan Teknologi Alternatif Mengelolah Air Limbah Industri dengan media Tanam merupakan Dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah indutri serabut kelapa sebagai media tanam yang diadakan di rumah ketua UKM Desa Teluk Jambe Karawang berjalan dengan baik, dimana peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Peserta yang hadir merasa sangat terbantu dalam hal penanggulangan limbah industri dengan adanya informasi dan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan limbah serabut kelapa menjadi media tanam, di mana dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomis limbah tersebut dan tidak hanya dijual dengan harga yang sangat rendah. Para peserta memiliki wawasan yang lebih mengenai adanya proses pembuatan media tanam dan pengenalan cara proses pengolahan limbah industry

Abstract

An essential element that must be considered, especially by the teacher, is the integration between technology and the teaching-learning process. The study's problem formulation, as well as its purpose is to investigate whether there is a relationship between teacher self-efficacy and technology integration in Civics learning. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a substantial association between teacher self-efficacy and the ability to integrate technology into the civics learning process. This is demonstrated by the technique, results, and implications. This study used quantitative research and correlational analysis to examine the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and the ability to integrate technology into the Civics curriculum.  The instrument used consisted of a self-efficacy questionnaire and technology integration. The study's results showed a positive relationship indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.839 0.254 with the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05 that showed a relationship between teacher self-efficacy and the ability to incorporate technology into civics education. It is better if the learning process continues to be carried out by integrating technology into learning. So that children can have the ability to use technology following current developments. Besides that, teachers or educators must continuously learn and participate in training to improve the ability to use technology in the learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the percentage of illiterate individuals in 34 Indonesian provinces in 2022. This data is analyzed by segregating the percentage of the illiterate population by age, specifically 15 years, 15-44 years, and 45 years and older. The analysis begins by examining the percentage of 15-year-olds who are illiterate. Significant disparities exist between provinces, with Papua province having the highest percentage (18.81%) and North Sulawesi province having the lowest percentage (0.19%). Visualization of the data as tables and maps plainly demonstrates this distinction. Next, the analysis examined the percentage of the 15-44-year-old population that was illiterate. Papua province has the greatest percentage, at 15.06%, while North Sulawesi and Riau provinces have the lowest percentage, at 0.07% each. This comparison is also clarified by means of data visualization. Finally, data regarding the percentage of illiterate individuals aged 45 and older were analyzed. Again, the province of Papua has the highest percentage at 28.35%, while the province of North Sulawesi has the lowest percentage at 0.34%. In addition to tables and maps, the results of this analysis are also presented in tabular format. This data provides a clear picture of the level of illiteracy in various Indonesian provinces in 2022, and the results can be used to devise more effective education programs and more targeted solutions to combat illiteracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to quantify and examine how school supervisors' managerial oversight and managerial expertise affect school principals' performance. This study employs descriptive-inferential methodology and quantitative research techniques. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used to obtain data. Statistical tests are then used to process and interpret the data. The entire research sample consisted of school administrators. The whole population census approach was employed in the sampling technique. According to the analysis of research findings, supervisory managerial oversight had a strong, immediate impact on the school's managerial competency. The effectiveness of school A principals is not significantly impacted by management oversight of supervisors. The performance of school A principals is significantly impacted directly by the managerial ability of school principals. Through the managerial proficiency of school principals, supervisory management supervision has a strong indirect impact on the performance of school A principals. The management oversight of school supervisors does not differ significantly from other managerial oversight. The managerial capabilities of school principals vary significantly. The principals of school A are more managerially skilled than the principals of school B. There is a large disparity between school principal performance; principals at school A perform better than principals at school B.

Abstract

This study aims to examine a model that integrates social cognitive theory and experiential learning theory in the context of using ChatGPT and entrepreneurship education to enhance students' entrepreneurial intention, considering the mediating role of innovative behaviour. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using SEM-PLS data analysis to explore the relationship between the relevant variable. Purposive sampling technique is used to select samples that meet specific criteria. The research sample consisted of 139 students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, with data collected via an online questionnaire. The study results indicate that the use of ChatGPT, entrepreneurship education, and innovative behaviour positively and significantly influence students' entrepreneurial intentions, in line with social cognitive and experiential learning theory. Innovative behaviour also plays a significant role as a mediating variable. This research suggests that educational institutions can further optimize the use of technology, such as ChatGPT, in entrepreneurship curricula and provide more practical experiences to strengthen students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research has the main objective of discovering and analysing environmental techniques that are effective in improving energy transfer efficiency. This includes technologies and practices in various sectors such as renewable energy, energy infrastructure, waste management, and building efficiency. The research used a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative as well as quantitative data collection and analysis techniques. The methods used include literature review, surveys, interviews, and statistical modelling to comprehensively explore the research questions from multiple perspectives. The results show a significant positive correlation between education level and income. In addition, there were also significant differences in access to health services between different socioeconomic groups. The findings highlight the importance of interventions to promote equity in education and health. The study concludes that improving access to and quality of education and public health services can contribute significantly to poverty alleviation and reduction of socio-economic disparities. It recommends policies and programmes that focus on investments in these areas to promote more inclusive and sustainable development.

Abstract

This service activity attempts to reach out to business actors who are interested in using digital marketing approaches. The service activity was attended by 25 members of the Cibiru Village Tofu business in Bandung. The implementation of activities is divided into two activity steps: socialisation and demonstration. The first step is to educate people about the importance of the internet in boosting the economy in the home industry. The second is an example of how to create a product marketing innovation using social media that can be applied immediately to all participants in the socialisation activity. As a result of this activity, participants will be able to design Kelurahanin product labels and will be able and eager to develop material for marketing strategies using social media. The realisation of success.

Abstract

Conventional educational management systems often face limitations in handling student data, curriculum, and other academic processes, leading to difficulties in effectively monitoring and enhancing students' academic performance. With the rapid advancement of information technology, the use of management information systems in educational contexts has become increasingly crucial. This research aims to examine the management and utilization strategies of management information systems in enhancing students' academic performance. The methodology employed in this research is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is utilized to present characteristics, patterns, and trends emerging from data obtained from articles published on Google Scholar between 2007 and 2024. Theme identification is one of the research data analysis techniques. The main themes in the article were identified, focussing on aspects such as information systems, education management, and student academic performance. The study results indicate that the utilization of Management Information Systems (MIS) has demonstrated a significant role in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across various fields, including education. In the educational context, the management of MIS can be a key factor in improving students' academic performance

Abstract

Definisi keberlanjutan energi yang komprehensif dapat melibatkan beberapa pilar acuan, seperti efisiensi energi, dampak lingkungan, kelayakan ekonomi, penerimaan sosial, dan kemajuan teknologi. Dalam kajian riset ini memfokuskan pada Kesadaran akan pentingnya keberlanjutan energi semakin meningkat di kalangan masyarakat. Semakin banyak individu dan organisasi yang berupaya untuk mengadopsi praktik penggunaan energi yang lebih ramah lingkungan, seperti menggunakan transportasi umum, mengurangi konsumsi listrik, dan memilih produk-produk yang berkelanjutan.Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengedepankan  kerangka rumusan masalah yang membahas terkait bagaimana secara bersamaan dalam menjaga energi keberlanjutan ini kedalam aspek lingkungan dan kesehatan sehingga riset ini memiliki nilai khusus yang masih jarang diteliti oleh peneliti sebelumnya dengan  alur permasalahan yang ingin dikaji. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif melalui kajian literatur menawarkan pendekatan yang mendalam dalam memahami konsep dan fenomena yang terkait dengan keberlanjutan energi. Dalam kajian literatur, peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap berbagai sumber informasi seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan riset, dan dokumen lainnya untuk menyusun gambaran yang komprehensif tentang topik yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini membahas keberlanjutan energi menjadi elemen kunci dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan, dengan potensi besar bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Meskipun terdapat tantangan teknologi dan infrastruktur yang perlu diatasi, langkah regulasi dan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya efisiensi energi telah diambil, seperti yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Dengan upaya bersama dan komitmen untuk memprioritaskan keberlanjutan energi, diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih, sehat, dan berkelanjutan bagi generasi mendatang.
