Abstract

Sustainability is now a strategic priority for private banks. In line with international guidelines, sustainable investment trends, and commitments to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), they are now integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into risk assessment, consumer preferences, and service development. Due to ESG integration, business objectives must be aligned with global commitments to biodiversity and climate. They also strengthen the bank's business model by incorporating social and environmental responsibility into long-term value creation. This study aims to examine the influence of digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation on sustainability among employees of private banks in South Jakarta. This study applies a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 120 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling methodology. Data collection used a questionnaire with a 1–5 Likert scale. Then, a Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that digital transformation and entrepreneurship had a positive and significant impact on digital innovation, as well as a positive impact on sustainability. In addition, it has been proven that digital innovation partially mediates the impact of digital transformation and entrepreneurship on sustainability. Overall, the success of improving sustainability in private banks is influenced by the effectiveness of digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation supported by digital innovation, in line with respondents' perceptions that the four variables have been implemented quite well in their work environment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived insider status and supervisor developmental feedback on employee time theft, with work passion as a mediating variable, among employees at Excelso café outlets in Jakarta. Amid increasing competition in the café and restaurant industry, unethical behaviors like time theft pose a threat to productivity and organizational efficiency. Using a quantitative cross-sectional approach, data were collected from 120 Excelso employees through purposive sampling and analyzed using SEM with SPSS and AMOS. The results show that perceived insider status and supervisor developmental feedback both have a significant positive effect on work passion. In turn, work passion significantly reduces the tendency for time theft. Additionally, both perceived insider status and supervisor developmental feedback show a significant negative impact on time theft, both directly and indirectly through work passion. These findings highlight the importance of fostering employee engagement and supportive feedback mechanisms to build emotional attachment to work, which ultimately minimizes unproductive behaviors. The study contributes to the literature by demonstrating the mediating role of work passion in reducing time theft in the food and

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of complexity knowledge and systems thinking on knowledge hiding, with psychological ownership serving as a mediating variable in private banking services in Central Jakarta. Knowledge hiding represents a critical issue in the banking industry, as highly competitive and stressful work environments may encourage employees to intentionally conceal knowledge, thereby inhibiting cooperation and organizational performance. This study employs a quantitative research design with a hypothesis-testing approach. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was developed and validated through reliability and validity testing. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software, while mediation effects were examined using the Sobel test. Model adequacy was confirmed through goodness-of-fit testing. The findings indicate that complexity knowledge and systems thinking significantly influence knowledge hiding, both directly and indirectly through psychological ownership. These results enhance understanding of how cognitive and psychological factors shape knowledge-related behaviors in private banking organizations. To mitigate knowledge hiding, management is encouraged to strengthen a culture of knowledge sharing by developing systems thinking capabilities, managing job complexity more transparently, and fostering a collective sense of psychological ownership among employees. Future research is recommended to expand the research context and incorporate additional organizational variables to develop a more comprehensive model.

This work has a quantitative approach, offering a cross-sectional survey with 200 participants who were recruited by using the purposive sampling method (online questionnaires). Four established theoretical constructs were measured using a modified on five-point Likert scale making them suitable for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The findings suggest that all measurements indices are valid and reliable, and the full structural model has an acceptable fit. The results reveal that the Social Capital and Employee Personal Value have a positive and significant (p < 0.05) impact on both the OCB and Job Performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Pro-Environmental Behavior (PEB) mediated by Green Knowledge Sharing (GKS) and Psychological Green Climate (PGC) among employees of tourism destinations in Bogor Regency, Indonesia. This quantitative research employed a correlational approach using a survey method with 220 respondents. The findings reveal that GHRM has a significant positive effect on both GKS and PGC. Furthermore, GKS and PGC positively influence PEB. The study also confirms that GKS and PGC fully mediate the relationship between GHRM and PEB. However, the direct effect of GHRM on PEB shows a negative relationship, indicating that without the support of knowledge-sharing processes and a positive psychological green climate, GHRM practices alone are insufficient to enhance pro-environmental behavior. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening green knowledge-sharing culture and fostering a supportive psychological climate to promote environmentally responsible behavior among tourism employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and work–life balance on job satisfaction, with work overload as a mediating variable. The research was conducted among employees in the fast-food industry as an empirical context to generate broader insights for educational management. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data were collected through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. A total of 150 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and mediation analysis to investigate the relationships among variables. The results indicate that work overload significantly mediates the relationship between HPWS and job satisfaction, suggesting that the implementation of high-performance work practices influences job satisfaction through workload intensity. However, work overload does not mediate the relationship between work–life balance and job satisfaction, indicating that work–life balance affects job satisfaction through alternative pathways beyond workload pressure. These findings imply that educational institutions should carefully design high-performance management systems while maintaining balanced workload structures to enhance job satisfaction among teachers and educational personnel. The study underscores the strategic importance of workload management in supporting sustainable human resource management within educational organizations.
