Abstract

Technological advancements have shaped Generation Z into creative, innovative, and adaptive digital native workers. This study analyzes the impact of Visionary Leadership, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing on Emotional Intelligence among Gen Z interns in DKI Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, the study employed a survey method involving 151 respondents, analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that Visionary Leadership, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing have a positive and significant effect on Emotional Intelligence. Visionary leaders enhance employees' emotional awareness and empathy through effective communication and long-term vision inspiration. Digital Leadership fosters collaboration through technology, while Knowledge Sharing creates a culture of knowledge exchange that strengthens interpersonal skills. This research provides valuable insights for organizations to optimize internship programs and leadership strategies to enhance the emotional competencies of young employees.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Organizational Commitment, Innovative Work Behavior, Digital Innovation, and Green Innovation on running event organizer employees. The background to this research is driven by increasing awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly innovation along with the development of digital technology. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 155 employees from PT Indonesia Muda Road Runner (IMRR) and PT Satu Nusa Internasional (SNI). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that Organizational Commitment has a positive influence on Innovative Work Behavior, and Innovative Work Behavior has a positive influence on Digital Innovation. However, there is no significant influence between Digital Innovation and Green Innovation. This research concludes that efforts to achieve Green Innovation require other supporting factors such as government support and organizational resources. This study provides insights for companies to increase organizational commitment and innovative behavior of employees to strengthen digital transformation and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku positif yang akan berdampak pada sebuah organisasi secara keseluruhan sehingga penting bagi organisasi untuk mendorong timbulnya perilaku OCB pada diri setiap karyawannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee Participation, Benevolent Leardrship, Affective Commitment berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap karyawan H&M di Jakarta Selatan Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, uji Hipotesis, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 130 pegawai H&M di jakarta Selatan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variable Employee Participation, Benevolent Leardrship, Affective Commitment berpengaruh terhadap OCB Towards Organization. Suatu kuesioner dikatakan valid jika pertanyaan pada kuesioner mampu untuk mengungkapkan sesuatu yang akan diukur oleh kuesioner tersebut. Indikator uji validitas adalah: factor loading > 0,35 (item pernyataan menunjukkan valid) dan factor loading < 0,35 (item pernyataan menunjukkan tidak valid). Untuk Benevolent Lerdership pada karyawan H&M dijakrta selatan meningkatkan produktivitas tim, karena merasa pekerjaan dan suara mereka dihargai. Mendorong solusi atau ide yang kreatif dari berbagai pemikiran dan cara baru yang inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Organizational Learning Culture dan Talent Management terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement pada Bank Mandiri dan Bank BNI di Jakarta Barat. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara cross sectional. Data bersifat primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form sebanyak 188 sampel dari karyawan tetap Bank Mandiri dan Bank BNI di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Snowball Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif dengan software SPSS versi 25 dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Organizational Learning Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement, Talent Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement, Organizational Learning Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Talent Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Organizational Learning Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement, dan Talent Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan Employee Performance dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung, memberikan kesempatan untuk belajar dan berkembang, serta membuat karyawan merasa lebih terhubung dalam pekerjaan guna menciptakan kinerja yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh Environmental Knowledge Integratoin (EKI), Green HighPerformance Work System (GHPWS), Green Ambidexterity (GA) terhadap Environmental Performance (EP) pada UKM di Talaud. Dimana tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh Environmental Knowledge Integratoin (EKI), Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS), Green Ambidexterity (GA) terhadap Environmental Performance (EP) pada UKM serta membantu UKM dalam menghadapi masalah lingkungan Ekologi yang muncul. Dengan menyebarkan Kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di UKM di Talaud dan terkumpul 120 tanggapan dari survei yang di lakukan. Dari survei serta pengolahan data yang di temukan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Environmental Knowledge Integration (EKI) tidak harus mencerminkan tekanan pemangku kepentingan namun tindakan proaktif dalam mengurangi masalah keberlanjutan dalam meningkatkan Environmental Performance (EP), dan dalam hal ini Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS) Diperlukan untuk memperoleh, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan karyawan untuk membawa keyakinan dalam nilai nilai hijau ke dalam kerja. Praktik Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS) sangat membantu UKM dalam proses pelatihan, Rekrutmen, seleksi, evaluasi kinerja kompensasi bahkan kebijakan partisipasi karyawan serta untuk mempertahankan proses hijau dan inovasi produk dimana ini dapat meningkatkan Environmental Performance (EP). This study examines the effect of Environmental Knowledge Integratoin (EKI), Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS), Green Ambidexterity (GA) on Environmental Performance (EP) in SMEs in Talaud. Where the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Environmental Knowledge Integration (EKI), Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS), Green Ambidexterity (GA) on Environmental Performance (EP) in SMEs and assist SMEs in dealing with emerging ecological environmental problems. By distributing questionnaires to employees working in SMEs in Talaud and collecting 120 responses from the survey conducted. From the survey and data processing, this research found that Environmental Knowledge Integration (EKI) does not have to reflect stakeholder pressure but is a proactive action in reducing sustainability issues in increasing Environmental Performance (EP), and in this case the Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS). ) Required to acquire, develop, and retain employees to bring the belief in green values into the workforce. The practice of the Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS) greatly assists SMEs in the process of training, recruitment, selection, evaluation of compensation performance and even employee participation policies as well as for maintaining green processes and product innovation where this can improve Environmental Performance (EP).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh workplace violence terhadap job stress, work motivation dan job performance pada tenaga layanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data secara survey research yaitu penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 210 sampel tenaga layanan kesehatan di wilayah Jakarta dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil pengujian ditemukan bahwa workplace violence berpengaruh positif pada job stress, kemudian job stress tidak berpengaruh terhadap work motivation, dan work motivation berpengaruh potitif terhadap job performance. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan job perfomance tenaga layanan kesehatan perlu meningkatkan work motivation dengan menyediakan pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, serta mengurangi tindakan workplace violence dimana dapat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan job stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Flexible Human Resource Management (FHRM) and open innovation on organizational resilience, mediated by intellectual capital. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in Jakarta, using a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 181 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine both direct and mediating relationships among variables. The results reveal that FHRM and open innovation significantly impact organizational resilience, both directly and through the mediating role of intellectual capital. Intellectual capital was found to be a critical factor in strengthening the influence of FHRM and open innovation on organizational resilience. These findings provide practical implications for companies in designing human resource management and innovation strategies to enhance adaptability and organizational sustainability in the face of dynamic business environment challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work from Home and Work-Life Balance on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satiscation in Property Industry employees in South Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with a total of 201 employees using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the structural equation model (SEM) method with the help of AMOS software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that Work from Home has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance has a negative effect on Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Turnover Intention. The conclusion, of the research, is to reduce Turnover Intention for employees, it is necessary to reduce pressure on employees by providing career paths, providing benefits according to performance, and holding holiday activity programs for employees. To improve Work-Life Balance, company employees can arrange working hours and holidays and balance time with family and work.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman membuat semakin ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia perindustrian. Pentingnya organizational effectiveness dalam tolak ukur suatu organisasi mampu mencapai tujuan di persaingan dunia industri. Corporate culture sebagai faktor penting dalam menentukan organizational effectiveness. Budaya tempat kerja juga mendorong daya saing yang sehat di tempat kerja. Kemudian organizational innovation merupakan faktor penting bagi perusahaan untuk merangkul hal-hal baru, ide, dan sikap terhadap inovasi yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap organizational effectiveness. Namun demikian, peneliti menambahkan employee motivation yang dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap organizational effectiveness. Employee motivation memainkan peran penting dalam mencapai organizational effectiveness. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh corporate culture, employee motivation, dan organizational innovation terhadap organizational effectiveness pada karyawan di perusahaan bidang kesehatan Jakarta. Analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa corporate culture, employee motivation, dan organizational innovation dapat meningkatkan organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study examines how Work-to-Family Conflict and Family-to-Work Conflict affect High Quality Relationships among employees of APJII-affiliated Internet Service Providers in Cilegon, with Job Satisfaction as a mediator. Using questionnaires from 150 respondents and SEM analysis, results show both types of conflict are perceived as low, while Job Satisfaction and High Quality Relationships are rated positively. Work-to-Family Conflict negatively impacts both Job Satisfaction and High Quality Relationships, with Job Satisfaction fully mediating this relationship. Family-to-Work Conflict does not significantly affect Job Satisfaction or High Quality Relationships. The findings highlight the need for supportive work policies to enhance job satisfaction and workplace relationships, and suggest expanding future research to include broader variables and contexts. Contribution: The findings provide valuable insights for managers to develop supportive work policies that foster job satisfaction and strong interpersonal relationships, and offer a foundation for future research to explore these dynamics across broader contexts and variables.
