Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-promotion pada media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Kopi Kenangan. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu: Personal relevance (X1), Interactivity (X2), Message (X3), dengan variable keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Kopi Kenangan menggunakan model attention, intersert, disire, action. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 165 responden. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling, yaitu cara untuk mendapatkan sampel berdasarkan siapa saja konsumen yang kebetulan bertemu pada saat melakukan penelitian. Uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian berupa uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t, analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda.Variabel Personal Relevance (X1) memberikan pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada kopi kenangan. Variabel Interactive (X2) tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kopi Kenangan. Sedangkan Variabel Message (X3) memberikan pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kopi Kenangan. Variable yang memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap Keputusan Pembalian (Y) adalah variable Personal Relevance. Kata Kunci: e-promotion, personal relevance, interactivity, message, analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

Abstract- This study is to see the impact of entrepreneurship education provided through entrepreneurship courses on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Karawang-West Java. The research model was adopted from Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The theory of planned behavior includes independent variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. While the dependent variable, entrepreneurial intention is used. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, as many as 115 samples were obtained, and 100 samples that met the criteria were used for processing. Research analysis using SEM PLS found that subjective norms and behavioral control did not affect the intention to entrepreneurship, only attitude that had a significant effect on the intention to entrepreneurship in students. These results prove in the sample taken that the attitude of students more causes entrepreneurial intention, how they are interested in seeing business opportunities, have a positive view of things and always dare to take any risks that come. This finding is expected to change the education plan for entrepreneurship courses, which are expected to include elements to increase interest, think positively, and be optimistic to generate intentions to become an entrepreneur. Abstrak– Penelitian ini untuk melihat dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan melalui mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap niat wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa di kota Karawang-Jawa Barat. Model penelitian diadopsi dari Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). Aplikasi theory of planned behavior yang meliputi variabel bebas yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku. Sedamngkan variabel terikat, digunakan niat berwirausaha. Kuesioner disebar melalui google form kepada mahasiswa yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan, sebanyak 115 sample didapatkan, dan digunakan 100 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk diolah. Analisis Penelitian dengan menggunakan SEM PLS, ditemukan bahwa norma subjective dan kontrol perilaku tidak mempengaruhi niat untuk berwirausaha, hanya sikap yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Hasil ini membuktikan pada sampel yang diambil bahwa niat wirausaha lebih disebabkan pada sikap dari mahasiswa , bagaimana mereka tertarik untuk melihat adanya peluang usaha, berpandangan positif terhadap sesuatu dan selalu berani mengambil resiko apapun yang datang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat merubah rencana pendidikan mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang diharapkan juga dapat memasukkan unsur untuk meningkatkan rasa tertarik, berfikir secara positif dan bersikap optimis yang dapat membangkitkan niat untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha.

Abstract

Abstract        This study aims to examine the effect of marketing social media networks on consumer purchase intentions, the research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, using a sample of 70 STIE Wikara students. The data analysis technique used is Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that social media network marketing has a significant effect on consumer purchase intentions, or has a significant role on consumers' decisions to buy a product, other findings indicate that social media network marketing is related to consumer purchase intentions, where consumer involvement acts in influencing users social media to have consumer purchase intentions. This study reinforces that marketers must respond to the importance of increasing use of social media because it has a strong influence on consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect perceived usefulness on Mobile Payment and perceived ease of use. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire data collection tool. Population of this study is the graduate students of the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with a total sample of 100 students, a quota sampling method applied. Hypotheses of “DANA” application analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that perceived easefulness and perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on mobile payment.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian– Menganalisa sistem pelayanan penggemar pada grup band GIGI melalui website mereka seperti data service, data produk, dan data pelanggan dan Mengembangkan aplikasi E-CRM pada grup band GIGI.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan– Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua acara, yaitu Pengamatan Langsung (Observation) dan Analisis Dokumen (Document Analysis).Temuan– Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem E-CRM yang bisa mempermudah grup band GIGI dalam melakukan pelayanan terhadap peenggemarnya secara maksimal. Keterbatasan Penelitian– Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini dalam hal focus pembahasan adalah terpaku hanya pada satu website dengan tidak menbandingkan dengan website sejenis,Originality/value– Website grup band GIGI menggunakan tiga tahap yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan penggemar baru, meningkatkan hubungan dengan penggemar yang sudah ada, dan mempertahaankan peenggemar.Keywords: E-CRM, Pengembangan E-CRM, Website, GIGI Band.

Abstract

E-money is one of financial technology (fin-tech) breakthrough that experienced very rapid development in various countries, including Indonesia. One of the most popular is Go-Pay. Go-Pay helps Indonesian people to perform efficiently and effectively transactions without cash, but the fact is that not all Indonesians use its facility. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the attitude and actual usage of Go-Pay. The unit analysis of this research is  an active student of Widyatama University who use Go-Pay with the total sample are 231 respondents by using a nonprobability sampling technique. Path analysis is  used to find out variables that have a powerful effect on the attitude and actual usage. The result shows that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on attitude, then perceived ease of use and attitude have a positive effect on actual usage. Meanwhile perceived usefulness has a small effect contribution on actual usage of Go-Pay. To increase the actual usage of Go-Pay, perceived easy of use through attitude has a bigger effect contribution compared to perceived ease of use directly on actual usage.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i1.3892

Abstract

This study aims to design and analyze e-CRM with a holistic framework at the Garut Agricultural Office. The e-CRM can assist the Garut Agricultural Office and farming communities in the area to overcome various strategic issues and comprehensively reviewing e-CRM. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using interview and observation as the data collection techniques, and Prototyping as the system development method. The results of this study indicate that the designed E-CRM is considered user-friendly and useful for agricultural stakeholders in Garut district. The design of E-CRM at the Garut Agricultural Office can be used as an alternative solution for strategic issues faced by the Garut Regency agricultural sector, namely marketing, monitoring and IT issues to create quality public services.

Abstract

In this generation, shopping online is not considered a taboo thing anymore. This matter is supported by its various applications that are already familiar to people all over the world. Jakarta is among one of all Indonesian capital cities, where shopping online has made it easier for people to shop and to erase gaps while shopping, saves more time, and it's other advantages. The urge and influence of people around us can be one of the main reasons that might affect it. Subjective norm and interest to use are the two variables used in this research. The data were collected by spreading questionnaires through google forms, the amount of collected respondent are 65 respondent who came from Jakarta. The result of the research used the AMOS program. And the hypothesis test result shows that all probabilities, whether it's the subjective norm or the interest to use, are significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Gojek customers using Gopay services. The population is the community of Singaperbangsa University, Karawang who actively use Gojek and Gopay services whose numbers are not clearly known. Samples were taken for analysis, from filling out the questionnaire as many as 118 respondents were received. The multiple regression analysis method represented by the independent variable consists of financial costs and benefits. The results of the analysis prove that only the benefit variable has a significant effect on the use of Gojek using Gopay services, the other variable is that financial costs do not significantly influence the use of Gopay services. This study has limited location, which can have an impact on the results of the study. In the future, subsequent researchers can further expand the research area.

Abstract

This study discusses issues related to purchasing decisions. The research focused on the social networking community on social media facebook with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. The method used in this research is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with Smart-PLS version 3.3.5 software support. The results of the study conclude that promotional strategies through social media have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Promotional strategies through social media have a positive influence on electronic word of mouth. Electronic word of mouth has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Electronic word of mouth mediates the effect of promotional strategies through social media on purchasing decisions. The practical implication of this research is that companies in the organic agricultural sector, especially organic rice products, are recommended to carry out promotional strategies through social media because this strategy is one of the most effective and appropriate tools in marketing, so that electronic word-of-mouth marketing will be formed, which ultimately has an impact on purchasing decisions.
