Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem pengendalian mutu, mutu pelayanan, kepuasan pasien, dan kinerja Klinik Pratama Laurentius Bandung. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 pasien dan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan analisis jalur. Hasil deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa responden menilai variabel tersebut baik sampai dengan sangat baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Hasil verifikatif menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif penerapan pengendalian mutu dan mutu pelayanan terhadap kinerja klinik, dengan pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar daripada pengaruh langsung (14,47% > 10,37%). Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja klinik, karena t hitung > tα (4,083 > 1,98) dan t hitung > tα (2,377 > 1,98), sedangkan uji F menunjukkan adanya pengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien (108,695 > 3,090). Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java face significant challenges in sustaining their operations amidst digital disruption and increasing market uncertainty. In this environment, knowledge is no longer merely an informational asset but a strategic driver of efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction. However, the strategic value of knowledge cannot be fully realized without the support of high quality human resources (HR) capable of interpreting, managing, and applying it in day-to-day business activities. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge on MSME performance, with HR quality as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 93 MSME actors in West Java. The findings reveal that both knowledge and human resource quality significantly influence MSME performance, both directly and indirectly. These results underscore that knowledge management when grounded in capable human resources is a critical strategy for driving competitiveness and sustainable growth among MSMEs in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits and life satisfaction, as well as the impact of job satisfaction on life satisfaction and work stress. While investigating the function of job stress and job satisfaction in mediating the link between these variables.Methodology: This specific field of study adopts a quantitative research methodology and survey research techniques. A multivariate statistical method is used in the statistical tool that uses SmartPls 4 v.4.0.9.4 to compare exogenous and endogenous factors. The number of micro-enterprises in Garut Regency reached 150.557 (Garut Cooperative and SMEs Office, 2019), absorbing a total workforce of 2953 people. So, the population is the SME workforce who are still actively working. Sampling using incidental sampling and Purposive or Judgment sampling, namely sampling based on the number of respondents who filled out the instrument and must follow the sample proportions required in the SEM-SmartPlsmodel. So, the minimum sample is 120 employee respondents. Incidental sampling can likely achieve more than 130.Findings: According to the findings of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS, the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, implying that personality significantly affects work stress. Since the second hypothesis (H2) is confirmed, personality affects life satisfaction. The third hypothesis (H3) is accepted which means that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and work stress. The fourth hypothesis (H4) is not accepted, proving that there is no discernible relationship between job happiness and life satisfaction. The fifth hypothesis (H5) is accepted which suggests that life satisfaction is significantly impacted by work stress. H9 is rejected, although H6, H7, and H8 are accepted.Conclusion: The capacity to forecast life satisfaction which falls into the moderate group can be attributed to the Big Five personality, job contentment, and work stress. Employees of SMEs in the Garut Regency can become more satisfied at work and in general by changing their personalities. Employees of SMEs experience both distress and eustress because job satisfaction has a favorable and important effect on work stress. It has not been demonstrated that life satisfaction is significantly influenced by job satisfaction. Life satisfaction is significantly impacted by job stress, suggesting that this stress is pleasant (eustress), such as self-motivation and stimulation to achieve personal goals in the work and life domains. According to mediation tests, the effect of personality on work stress is mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, and Bank Negara Indonesia are some of the banking companies that provide small business loans for MSME players with a view to find out the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan and Return On Asset in banking companies that distribute people’s Business Loans for the period 2010 - 2019. Researchers used Quantitative research methods with Descriptive and Verification research methods. People’s Business Credit is one of the programs issued by the government to help small communities that have problems with capital. The KUR program is the solution, with a fairly fast, easy process and very little interest. Research result on variables Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, and Return On Asset in Banking Companies for the period 2010 - 2019. The results of the study on the Capital Adequacy Ratio variable did not effect on the level of trust and Non-Performing Loan variable there was a negative and significant level on the Business Credit to Banking Companies for the period 2010-2019.

Abstract

Behavioral economics, a dynamic field at the intersection of psychology and economics, recognizes that human decision-making is far from the rational, utility-maximizing model traditionally assumed in economic theory. This study delves into the profound implications of cognitive biases on decision-making and explores how effective economic communication can mitigate their effects. Key findings reveal the prevalence of cognitive biases, including confirmation bias, anchoring, and loss aversion, impacting a majority of decision-makers. These biases significantly affect personal finance, investment, and public policy choices. Effective communication strategies, message framing, and behavioral insights are pivotal in countering these biases and improving decision quality. Armed with an understanding of cognitive biases, economic experts and policymakers can tailor communication and policy design to promote rational choices. The study also identifies challenges and future directions, emphasizing the ongoing need for research and innovative strategies. In conclusion, this research sheds Light on the interplay between cognitive biases, economic communication, and decision-making, offering insights into strategies for enhancing economic well-being and promoting informed choices.

Abstract

Perkembangan vegan yang masih baru di Indonesia, parameter pengetahuan terkait kosmetik vegan menjadi salah satu komponen yang menarik untuk diteliti melihat pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan ekuitas merek dalam memutuskan pembelian. Salah satu merek kosmetik lokal yang menggunakan konsep vegan di Indonesia adalah kosmetik ESQA.Brand local yang baru berdiri pada tahun 2016, namun telah mampu bersaing dengan merek kosmetik vegan internasional yang telah dipasarkan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi marketing mix dan pengetahuan kosmetik vegan terhadap ekuitas merek yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian kosmetik ESQA. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang telah tervalidasi dan reliabel. Sebanyak 139 responden pengguna kosmetik ESQA sesuai kriteria inklusi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS versi 4.0. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa marketing mix dan pengetahuan kosmetik vegan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui ekuitas merek. Secara parsial marketing mix dan pengetahuan kosmetik vegan berpengaruh positif terhadap ekuitas merek dengan nilai t yaitu 12,478 dan 2,370. Secara parsial juga marketing mix  dan ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan masing-masing nilai t yaitu 5,058 dan 6,819, sedangkan pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t yaitu -0,063.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the competence of dental conservation specialists on patient satisfaction and its relationship to BPJS patient loyalty in hospitals. The competencies of dental specialists, including technical expertise, deep knowledge, and communication skills, are crucial in delivering high-quality and satisfying dental health services. Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of healthcare success, especially in dental services, where procedures such as root canal therapy and dental restoration require a high level of expertise. This research aims to analyze how the competence of dental conservation specialists impacts patient satisfaction and how this satisfaction influences BPJS patient loyalty. The research utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study method involving BPJS patients who received dental conservation services in hospitals. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, focusing on patients' experiences with dental services. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, identifying key themes related to dentist competence, patient satisfaction, and loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of continuous training for dental conservation specialists in improving patient satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the hospital's services. These efforts will not only enhance the quality of dental care but also support the sustainability of the BPJS program in providing accessible and affordable healthcare.

Abstract

Melalui penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empirik tentang pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Vio Resources. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah populasi 100 orang dan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan skor rata-rata kuesioner pada umumnya tergolong sangat baik. Kemudian hasil analisis verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Besarnya uang kapitasi yang diterima Puskesmas akan dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kinerja Puskesmas pada indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan fungsi manajemen Puskesmas dalam memenuhi indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bagaimana fungsi manajemen perencanaan selaras dengan strategi peningkatan indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja, bagaimana fungsi manajemen perencanaan selaras dengan implementasi untuk meningkatkan indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja, dan bagaimana sikap pimpinan terhadap fungsi manajemen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai yang dapat dipahami oleh staf. strategi yang selaras dengan Puskesmas. Abstract

This research explores the role of sustainable human resource management (HRM) practices in supporting inclusive economic growth. Through literature analysis, it was found that sustainable HRM practices have a positive impact on organizational performance, employee well-being and environmental sustainability. However, challenges such as lack of awareness and resistance to change were also identified. This study recommends future research that focuses more on longitudinal research and the role of leadership in encouraging the adoption of these practices. Overall, this research highlights the importance of integrating sustainable HRM practices in achieving inclusive economic growth and environmental sustainability.
