Abstract

People are becoming familiar with home industries that sell creative ideas to generate income. Entrepreneurship is essentially the nature, characteristics, and character of a person who has the will to creatively realize innovative ideas in the real world. Villages have the potential that can be developed into tourist villages, namely natural potential, human resource potential, and cultural potential. In this millennial era, young people are required to think creatively and innovatively. Creative economic development towards a tourist village for youth at MA Ishlahil Athfal Rumak, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency which begins with starting a business as an entrepreneur will encourage the acceleration of community economic growth in Rumak Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency. The conclusion obtained from this community service activity is that the creative economic development of youth at MA Ishlahil Athfal Rumak, Kediri District in building a tourist village after the implementation of community service activities is the formation of a change in the mindset of young people to pioneer a business which will later provide tourism village development for Rumak Village in Kediri District. Suggestions that can be given for the development of a creative economy for a tourist village are to build types of businesses such as souvenirs, handicrafts, and art.

Abstract

The service carried out is the socialization of simple financial management in improving the business performance of students at the Nurul Hikmah Orphan and Dhuafa Islamic Boarding School in Village, Lingsar District. Therefore, this community service focuses on improving simple financial management. The target of this community service is students in Islamic Boarding Schools in order to improve the business performance of the students. In running a good business, financial reports must be prepared. This is to look at financial performance so that it can provide information on various financial positions, performance and cash flows, so that it can be used as a benchmark in making economic decisions. The aim of this socialization is to understand the importance of financial reports and design simple financial reports for students at the Nurul Hikmah orphan and Dhuafa Islamic boarding school in Langko Village, Lingsar District. The impact of socializing the preparation of financial reports provides an understanding of how to record finances in order to manage finances in business better and more effectively. The results of this socialization had a positive impact on participants so that they could understand and have skills in simple financial recording.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya literasi kritis siswa disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran lebih kepada mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan bukan mengkonstruk kemampuan literasinya secara kritis, dan kreatif. Banyak teks yang dipilih dan diambil dari buku tes yang permasalahan budaya sangat berbeda dengan siswa. Tidak ada relevansi mengenai sejumlah permasalahan dan hubungan antara teks dan kehidupan nyata siswa. Guru cenderung meminta siswa membaca buku pada halaman tertentu kemudian guru mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan kepada siswa untuk dijawab. Siswa kurang mampu menuliskan hasil bacaan secara kreatif, dan mengungkapkan kembali hasil bacaan dengan baik. Tujuan umum penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui efektivitas Program Literasi Kritis Berbasis Model PjBL untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Kritis dan Menulis Kreatif serta Berbicara Siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas IX.1 dan IX.2 SMPN 1 Woha yang masing-masing berjumlah 30 siswa. Bentuk penelitian yakni penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PjBL efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kritis, menulis kreatif, dan berbicara siswa di SMPN 1 Woha. Hal demikian dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis membaca kritis yang menunjukan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t table, maka Ha diterima yakni 0,061< 0,05. Kemampuan menulis kreatif, 0,009 <  0,05. Kemampuan berbicara 0, 049 <  0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang sudah diajukan terbukti yakni penerapan model PjBL pada program literasi kritis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kritis, menulis kreatif, dan berbicara siswa.

Abstract

Ilmu perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah menjadi salah satu program studi dan universitas yang menghasilkan lulusan yang mahir dalam Ilmu Pengetahuan, Teknologi, Seni, dan Agama yang juga mengajarkan bagaimana beretika, secara real pembelajaran tidak hanya harus dilakukan melalui pola pembelajaran konvensional, melainkan secara online menggunakan teknologi. Pembelajaran etika komunikasi dapat difasilitasi secara khusus melalui aplikasi atau media online internet, sehingga sumber daya manusia lulusan perpustakaan mampu menguasai dan melayani pembaca di lingkup local, nasional, dan internasional dengan mengedepankan etika dalam berkomunikasi. Dalam hal ini pembelajaran etika berkomunikasi penting untuk membangun interaksi baik dalam waktu tertentu. Peneliti akan menggunakan metode literature riview, dengan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dan teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Sumber rujukan berkenaan dengan etika komunikasi berbasis e- learning, yang ditemukan dalam buku, jurnal, artikel, dan internet. Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dipertimbangkan untuk diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran pada program studi ilmu perpustakaan.

Abstract

Interactive learning media refers to education that utilises multimedia or information and communication technology. the problem faced by researchers in the field, the results of researcher observations, found the problem of low critical thinking skills of computer system students in software utilisation subjects. This research was conducted in an effort to determine how interactive media can improve critical thinking skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research, the samples in this study were student representatives in the Experiment class with a total of 14 students and a control class of 14 people. The research instruments used tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The conclusion of this study is that the t-test in the experimental class with a p-value <0.05 shows that interactive media can be a useful teaching tool to improve students' critical thinking skills. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Assets Turnover variables on the Profit Growth. The population in this research were all consumer non cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the samples taken in this research were 43 companies using purposive sampling method. Secondary data were obtained from the IDX. The independent variables used are Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Assets Turnover. The dependent variable used is Profit Growth. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis using the Smart PLS program. The results of this research indicate that the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets have a positif and insignificant effect on the Profit Growth. While Total Assets Turnover variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the Profit Growth. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, dan Total Assets Turnover terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan consumer non cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data sekunder diperoleh dari BEI. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, dan Total Assets Turnover. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Pertumbuhan Laba . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan Program Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan laba. Kata Kunci : Consumer Non Cyclicals; Current Ratio; Debt To Equity Ratio; Return On Assets; Total Assets Turnover; Pertumbuhan Laba.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of audit tenure, financial distress, audit committee, audit quality and audit opinion on audit delay in Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. The population in this study were all Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 and a sample of 240 samples taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in research uses multiple linear regression data analysis methods. Based on the research results, the results show that audit tenure has a positive and insignificant influence on audit delay, financial distress has a negative and insignificant influence on audit delay, the audit committee has a positive and significant influence on audit delay, audit quality has a positive and insignificant influence on audit delay and audit opinion have a negative and significant influence on audit delay. Keywords: Audit Tenure, Financial Distress, Audit Committee, Audit Quality, Audit Opinion, Audit Delay Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh audit tenure, financial distress, komite audit, kualitas audit dan opini audit terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022 dan sampel sebanyak 240 sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa audit tenure berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap audit delay, financial distress berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap audit delay, komite audit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap audit delay, kualitas audit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap audit delay dan opini audit mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap audit delay. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan prestasi belajar antara penggunaan model PBL dan metode demonstrasi pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris, (2) perbedaan prestasi belajar antara pengetahuan awal tinggi dan pengetahuan awal rendah pada bahasa Inggris. mata pelajaran, dan (3) interaksi antara penggunaan model PBL, metode demonstrasi dan pengetahuan awal terhadap prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VII SMPN 48 Surabaya. Penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2. Subjek yang menjadi fokus eksperimen diambil secara acak klasikal yaitu empat kelas VII SMPN 48 Surabaya. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan uji statistik Analysis of Variant (Anova). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh penggunaan model PBL dan metode demonstrasi terhadap prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VII SMPN 48 Surabaya yaitu siswa yang menggunakan model PBL memiliki hasil belajar yang lebih baik. dibandingkan siswa yang menggunakan metode demonstrasi, (2) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pengetahuan awal tinggi dan pengetahuan awal rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di kelas VII SMPN 48 Surabaya yaitu siswa dengan pengetahuan awal tinggi memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dibandingkan siswa dengan pengetahuan awal yang rendah, dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan pengetahuan awal terhadap prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VII SMPN 48 Surabaya, dalam hal ini pengetahuan awal sebagai variabel moderator sangat mendukung hubungan yang kuat antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Pengaruh penggunaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pengetahuan awal tinggi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Pengaruh penggunaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pengetahuan awal tinggi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan capaian penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan metode demonstrasi dan pengetahuan awal dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VII SMPN 48 Surabaya.

Abstract

This research has the main objective of conducting an in-depth analysis of the role and function of leadership in the context of educational institutions, with a focus on improving performance and effectiveness. Through an analytical approach, this research aims to provide a deeper understanding of how leadership influences the dynamics of educational institutions and creates an optimal learning environment. This research identifies leadership practices that are effective in improving the overall quality of teaching, learning, and school management. In addition, this research analyzes the impact of leadership on staff well-being, teacher motivation, and student learning outcomes.The bibliographic method was adopted as the primary approach to collecting and analyzing data, allowing the researcher to detail key concepts and explore recent developments in the educational leadership literature.The research results show that leadership in the context of modern educational institutions is not only related to administrative functions, but also requires adaptation to environmental changes. Leadership functions involving strategic aspects, human resource development, and creating an inclusive organizational culture are the keys to achieving success in educational institutions. The leadership concepts introduced reflect diverse approaches to leading in educational institutions, able to adapt to the unique demands of complexity and dynamics in the world of modern education. Overall, this research contributes to the educational leadership literature and provides insights that educational institution leaders can use to improve and strengthen their role in achieving desired educational goals

Abstract

The learning process cannot be separated from the use of learning tools, the entire learning process has been planned in these learning tools. This study aims to produce a contextual-based mathematics learning tool on the subject of comparison of class VII SMPN 27 Makassar which is valid, practical and effective. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with reference to the 4-D Thiagarajan model, namely: (1) the define stage, (2) the design stage, (3) the develop stage, and (4) the disseminate stage. The instruments used were validation sheets, student response questionnaires, observation sheets for device implementation, and learning outcomes tests. Based on the results of the validation of the experts, the products developed and the instruments used for each aspect were in the "valid" to "very valid" category on average. In the field trial, it was found that: (1) the instrument used to measure the practicality found that the device developed was carried out well, the average value of all aspects of the observation was carried out and the response questionnaire analysis was in the "positive" category (2) the instrument for measuring the effectiveness The data obtained from the test of learning outcomes with an average score of students reaching 83.3%, student activity was as expected, and observations of learning management were in the high category. So that this study produces a contextual-based mathematics learning tool product on the subject of comparison of class VII SMPN 27 Makassar which is valid, practical and effective.
