Abstract

Kantor Kepala Desa merupakan satu instansi yang melakukan pengolahan data kependudukan. Untuk itu suatu instansi membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang mendukung kebutuhan instansi pemerintah yang akan sangat membantu sebuah manajemen instansi pemerintah baik dalam menciptakan efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja instansi pemerintah itu sendiri. Sistem yang sedang berjalan pada kantor desa Pondok Lunang Kabupaten Mukomuko tersebut masih bersifat manual yaitu dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft word dan sebagian data masih dilakukan sistem pencatatan manual, maka dengan sistem yang masih manual seperti itu sehingga terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu sulitnya pemberian data dan informasi secara cepat dan akurat mengenai laporan pencatatan penduduk per periode tertentu pada tingkat kelurahan, kecamatan, sering terjadinya kesalahan atau kekeliruan dalam pencatatan yang tidak permanen, dan perangkat komputer yang telah ada tidak digunakan secara optimal untuk pengolahan data. Abstract

A conservative adherence to religious beliefs and fanaticism has the potential to result in a unilateral judgment toward other faiths. At the exoteric level, religions represent different ways of approaching the divine. However, when one sees this from an esoteric point of view, all these religions aim for one divinity. This esoteric perspective is in line with the idea of religious pluralism in the modern world. However, long before that, Ibn Arabi had already discussed this idea. Firstly, Ibn Arabi talked about his philosophy of divinity. God, on one hand, is One, unreachable, transcendent, but also as the resembling, close, immanent. From the immanent aspect, God then manifests and reveals Himself continuously, resulting in diverse beings, including religion. However, in this research, Ibn Arabi's ideas were found to be only ideological-apologetic. Therefore, the author collaborates them with Mukti Ali's ideas, which are modern and methodological, combining various approaches, both normative and scientific, in the study of religious moderation called scientific-cum-doctrinaire. The method used in this research is descriptive-collaborative. The scientific-cum-doctrinaire is used to investigate Islam and other religions, with the expectation that it will foster interfaith literacy, encourage inter-religious cooperation, and contribute to the promotion of religious moderation. In this light, the parallel between Mukti Ali and Ibn Arabi becomes apparent.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze field dependent (FD) and field independent (FI) cognitive style abilities based on learning outcomes through a systematic literature review. Education plays an important role in developing individual potential, where students' cognitive style is one of the determining factors in understanding concepts. Cognitive style refers to the way an individual receives, stores, processes, and presents information. The research method follows the systematic literature review (SLR) stages with a focus on three research questions: (1) educational levels that are often studied, (2) mathematical abilities that are measured, and (3) the influence of gender differences on cognitive styles and learning outcomes. Data was collected from Google Scholar and Mendeley with inclusion criteria from 2015 to 2024. The research results show that the education level most researched is Junior High School (SMP), with the main focus on mathematical problem solving abilities. Additionally, it was found that cognitive style and gender significantly influenced mathematical problem solving abilities, with female students showing advantages in mathematical communication and learning motivation. This research provides insight into the importance of understanding differences in cognitive styles in the learning process and their influence on learning outcomes, and emphasizes the need for teaching strategies that are tailored to students' cognitive needs.

Abstract

The community service carried out with the themeOptimizing Efforts to Prevent Delinquency and Crime ofChildren which was carried out at SMK Bina Karya MandiriBekasi, West Java which was aimed at students who were stillteenagers aimed to provide an understanding of juveniledelinquency and criminality that may be committed by teenagers,this is related by preventing this from happening. The methodused in this counseling is by way of lectures and discussions andthen ends with a question and answer. The results obtained fromthis community service are that students and teachers are moresensitive to legal issues, especially those related to juveniledelinquency today. In addition, it is hoped that with thiscommunity service, parents, especially those with teenagechildren, will pay more attention to and supervise activities thatare considered deviant. Because adolescence is a transitionalperiod between children and adults, at this time there is alsodoubt about the role to be played. A teenager is no longer a childand also not an adult. Teenagers begin to try to act and behavelike adults, for example smoking, drinking, using drugs, andengaging in sexual acts. This action is not in accordance with thenorms or rules that apply in society.

Abstract

The existence of the police as the front guard in enforcing criminal law has been guaranteed by Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Police of the Republic of Indonesia which places the position of the police as a government institution which has the main task of enforcing the law, maintaining security and public order, as well as providing protection. protection and service to the community. In carrying out these main tasks, the police institution requires police functions that have their respective work areas which are interrelated and integrated. Law Number 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police, dogmatically normatively, has regulated the functions of the Indonesian police, namely precisely in Article 2 that the function of the police is to carry out one of the functions of state government in law enforcement duties in addition to protection, protection and community service. Through the function of criminal law enforcement, it is of course included in the framework for dealing with drug crimes. The reality of illegal drug trafficking and distribution on remote or coastal islands is of course a type of criminal act that must be addressed as early as possible, so that it does not have a widespread impact on public order and security. Problems of distribution and abuse of Narcotics and illegal drugs (abbreviated as Narkoba). Especially in remote and especially conflict-ridden areas, it turns out that it has entered an alarming stage that must be handled seriously, because this could cause damage to the nation's roots in those areas. This is where awareness of the illegal distribution of drugs is needed, which should be increased from an early age. In this regard, the role of the police, especially in remote areas, for example in the interior or on the borders of islands in Indonesia, requires coordination between the roles of the government, police and local communities on these islands in synergy to tackle and prevent the distribution of narcotics and drugs

Abstract

Gold mining without a permit is one of the activities that results in a decrease in environmental quality, because gold mining activities use mercury to separate gold ore from rocks until the refining process. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of law enforcement against gold mining without a permit and controlling the environmental impact of gold mining without a permit in Sintang District, Sintang Regency. The type of research is sociological juridical. Data collection by interview and observation was then analyzed by qualitative methods. Unlicensed gold mining is caused by economic factors, education and the community feels they have the right to manage natural resources. Gold mining law enforcement without a permit applies criminal law with the imposition of fines and is still not optimal due to several constraints on the location of miners moving around, the absence of regional regulations related to PETI and community resistance. The government's efforts to control environmental impacts on water pollution from PETI activities are monitoring water quality conditions on a regular basis.

Abstract

Penerapan kurikulum 2013 dalam proses pembelajaran belum 100% sejalan dengan tujuan kurikulum 2013, karena dalam praktiknya siswa masih cenderung diperlakukan hanya sebagai objek yang tidak tahu apa-apa yang mana mereka adalah peserta atau pendengar yang baik, sedangkan pada kurikulum 2013 siswa dituntut untuk aktif, kritis dan kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengevaluasi keterlaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Model CIPP tidak hanya fokus pada hasil, tetapi juga konteks, masukan, proses, dan hasil. Oleh karena itu, model CIPP dikatakan lebih komprehensif dibandingkan dengan model evaluasi lainnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah literature review, terlebih dahulu dianalisis penerapan model CIPP dalam evaluasi program, kemudian dianalisis penerapan model CIPP dalam evaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelatihan implementasi kurikulum 2013 penting dilakukan agar guru memahami perubahan yang harus dilakukan saat mengimplementasikan kurikulum.

Abstract

A traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional road event involving a vehicle with or without other road users which results in human casualties and property loss. Youth and productive age are one of the highest groups who become victims of traffic accidents. Therefore, safety riding is a program to prevent and reduce the number of traffic accidents. This research aims to determine the understanding of driving safety (safety riding) among automotive engineering education students at Muhammadiyah University of Puworejo. This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional study design. This research was conducted from August - December 2023. The population in this research were students from the UMP automotive engineering education study program, from whom 160 research samples were then taken as respondents using random sampling. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that students' understanding of the principles of road safety is in the high category, namely 52%. This means that students in the Automotive Engineering Education study program at Muhammadiyah University, Purworejo, have a good understanding of the principles of safety riding.

Abstract

There are three great potentials possessed by Islamic boarding schools in their role of making the people's economy independent: This potential exists within the students, The role of Islamic boarding schools as a liaison for the surrounding community Islamic boarding schools as a resource for the surrounding community may play a role in collecting zakat and waqf. This type of research entails library research with data collection techniques beginning with the reading of references and concluding with their classification so that conclusions can be drawn regarding the concept of relevance raised regarding the model of zakat empowerment in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Zakat empowerment approach at Islamic boarding schools is founded on the Quran and Hadith's teaching of doing the best for everyone, everywhere, including the local community. Islamic boarding school has implemented empowerment in education, society, culture, the environment, da'wah, health, and the economy. Consequently, via the development of the Amil zakat institution or zakat collection unit based on an Islamic boarding school, it is feasible to achieve the role and function of an Islamic boarding school, which is not just a cadre of religious thinkers/center of excellence. An institution that produces human resources for students and the local community, as well as an institution with the capacity to empower the community/agent of development.

Abstract

This research explores the development of students' critical thinking in mathematics learning through a longitudinal study approach. With a focus on problem solving, creative thinking, and conceptual understanding, this study aims to understand how students develop critical thinking skills over time. A longitudinal research method was used with 100 students from two secondary schools in Medan city as participants. Results showed significant improvements in students' critical thinking scores from the beginning to the end of the semester, with teacher training interventions and differences between schools making significant contributions. The implication of this study is the importance of innovative learning approaches and support for teachers in improving students' critical thinking skills in the context of mathematics learning
