Abstract

Intersections are an integral part of all road systems because they are places where traffic from two or more roads meets and changes direction. In Indonesia, the performance of intersections is controlled by traffic lights but still needs to be developed in order to meet the needs of drivers, where an efficient system is needed to control traffic flow. An Intelligent Traffic Control System (ITCS) is employed to enhance intersection efficiency and performance optimization. The ITCS system is expected to help reduce congestion because most of the traffic light intersections in Mataram City have ITCS devices installed.This research aims to asses the performance of the Dasan Cermen signalized intersection in Mataram City under conditions before and after the implementation of the Intelligent Traffic Control System (ITCS). The method used to analyze intersection performance is the Manual of Indonesian Road Capacity (MKJI) 1997.The research findings indicate that peak hours occur on  Wednesday, 06.30 - 07.30 WITA with a traffic volume of 2320 pcu/hour. The performance of the intersection before the ITCS installation showed an average degree of saturation (DS) of 1.273, an average delay (D) of the intersection of 732.222 seconds/pcu and an average queue length (QL) of 399.004 m. The performance of the intersection after installing ITCS showed an average degree of saturation (DS) of 1.271, an average delay (D) at the intersection of 646,771 seconds/pcu and an average queue length (QL) of 381,919 m. After installing ITCS, there was an increase in intersection performance based on the degree of saturation (DS) of 0.2%, delay (D) of 10.6% and queue length (QL) of 4.3%.

Abstract

Gaya atau cara kepala sekolah dalam peran kepemimpinannya memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di bawahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang beberapa hal, yaitu: (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja, (2) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, (3) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab, dan (4) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan instruktif (telling) dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan, (2) kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan konsultatif (selling) dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, (3) kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan delegatif (delegating) dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru, dan (4) kepala sekolah menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti menurunnya kedisiplinan guru, kurangnya motivasi kinerja guru, dan rendahnya rasa tanggung jawab guru dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Legislation in the social planning process influences the formulation of regulations to manage social change in society, for example through the implementation of community-wide legal protections. The relationship between online transportation service providers and online transportation services is regulated in the Civil Code and specifically the elements of the legal meeting of official partners: trustworthiness, order and wages. The purpose of this research is to find out how long the regulation will remain in effect, and whether the law will be respected and its protection guaranteed. community protection. This research is qualitative in nature. In other words, you can overcome research challenges based on legal principles, doctrines and legal regulations.

Abstract

Employment Agreement is an Agreement or agreement that is established between a union or trade unions that have been registered with the labor department with employers or associations of entrepreneurs who are legal entities, which in general or merely contain work conditions that must be considered in the employment agreement. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the employment agreement in a limited company is reviewed from the labor legislation and whether the work agreement made by a limited liability company (PT) with the worker has fulfilled the elements of the employment agreement according to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. The research method uses literature study and field research. The results of this study conclude that currently there are still several companies that still include the arguments of work agreements between companies and employees that are contrary to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, namely if one company does not pay employee leave that has not been taken or fall, then the employee has the right to get compensation money in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Abstract

This scientific work discusses the legal protection of savings and loan cooperative funds related to bad credit in the city of Denpasar because bad credit can have an impact on the funds owned and the health of savings and loan cooperatives, especially in the city of Denpasar. This scientific work uses empirical research methods, namely an approach by looking at a legal reality in society from legal theories by conducting research directly into the field to get accurate truths. The conclusion from this scientific work is that savings and loan cooperatives in the city of Denpasar in practice provide credit by entering into an agreement accompanied by collateral. The protection of savings and loan cooperative funds is the responsibility of the cooperative and its management as executors of the activities carried out by the cooperative.

Abstract

Pasar MMTC Medan adalah pusat perdagangan utama di Sumatera Utara yang menjadi tempat bagi banyak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjalankan bisnis mereka. UMKM memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun mereka menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama terkait penerapan hukum yang kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam implementasi hukum dalam mendukung UMKM di Pasar MMTC Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada langkah-langkah positif yang telah diambil, seperti upaya pemerintah daerah dalam mempermudah proses perizinan usaha, masih banyak UMKM yang kesulitan memenuhi persyaratan perizinan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perlunya peningkatan peningkatan sosialisasi dan edukasi hukum melalui program yang mudah dipahami oleh UMKM, seperti pelatihan, lokakarya, poster, dan spanduk, serta melibatkan tokoh masyarakat dan agama untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan partisipasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan dukungan hukum yang lebih efektif dan menyeluruh untuk UMKM, agar mereka dapat beroperasi dengan lebih baik dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of the power of two type cooperative learning model on learning interest and learning outcomes of class XI OTKP students at SMK PAB 2 Helvethia, as well as to determine the relationship between learning interest and student learning outcomes. The research method used was purposive sampling, with a sample of one class consisting of 32 students. Data collection was done through questionnaires and tests, which included pre-test and post-test. This research took place during one semester. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in learning interest, with an average learning interest score of 79.84. The average pre-test and post-test scores were 71.15 and 86.62 respectively. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the t-count for learning interest was 10.668 (t-table = 1.69), while for pre-test and post-test, the t-count was 5.492 (t-table = 1.69). The correlation test resulted in an r-count of 0.620 (r-table = 0.349), which indicates a positive and significant relationship between learning interest and learning outcomes.The conclusion of this study is that the application of the power of two type cooperative learning model has a positive and significant influence on students' interest in learning and learning outcomes. The findings provide practical implications for teachers and educational institutions in applying learning methods that can effectively improve students' interest and learning outcomes.

Abstract

One of the efforts that the Indonesian government can undertake to reduce unemployment is by fostering entrepreneurial interest from an early age. However, the low interest in entrepreneurship presents a challenge that needs to be addressed, especially among university students, where graduates are expected to be ready for the workforce. Several factors contribute to the low interest in entrepreneurship, including a lack of self-confidence, laziness, insufficient capital, and most notably, a lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial knowledge is a key element in boosting interest in entrepreneurship, as having a solid understanding of entrepreneurship can enhance self-confidence in starting a business. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of university students. The type of research conducted is a literature review, with data collected through reference searches on the internet. From these searches, 21 relevant references were obtained regarding the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on students' entrepreneurial interest. Based on the analysis of these 21 references, all of them conclude that entrepreneurial knowledge has an impact on entrepreneurial interest. Therefore, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial knowledge affects the entrepreneurial interest of vocational students

Abstract

The problem of clean water for people in the highlands always arises every dry season. Getting clean water every day requires a lot of effort to find a water source that is very far away. Some people even have to spend additional money to get clean water. This is also the case with people in Batulayar sub-district who live in the highlands, especially in the mountains. Surface water sources are not available so that it becomes a routine problem every year. In overcoming this problem, some people make rainwater reservoirs either in groups or individually. The reservoir is made with several materials in the form of a reservoir by making a hole in the ground surface covered with plastic or tarpaulin and a reservoir made of brick/brick masonry. The method of capturing water is directly from the ground surface by making a channel and there is by making a reservoir from local materials in the form of bamboo which then the captured water is channeled into the reservoir. The use of local materials in the form of bamboo is very potential to be used because in the Batulayar area, especially in the mountains, the availability of bamboo is very abundant. Bamboo with an age of 3 years already has quite high strength both for water flow materials and as construction materials. The weakness that is still faced by the community in utilizing bamboo is the connection method which is still very simple, so that when it rains with high intensity the connection comes loose. In using bamboo as a rainwater catchment network, it is very important to socialize the right connection model to be used in capturing rainwater.
