Abstract

Metode rata-rata harmonik Newton merupakan metode iterasi yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan nonlinear dengan orde konvergensi tiga. Pada makalah ini, penulis memodifikasi metode rata-rata Harmonik Newton tiga langkah menggunakan Interpolasi Hermite orde tiga. Analisa konvergensi menujukkan bahwa orde konvergensi metode iterasi baru adalah delapan memerlukan empat evaluasi fungsi setiap iterasinya dengan indeks efisiensi sebesar 81/4 » 1,6817928. Simulasi numerik dilakukan menggunakan beberapa fungsi dan dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya untuk menunjukkan performa metode iterasi baru tersebut.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the effect of the application of accounting standards related to the government, the management of knowledge and the availability of infrastructure to the quality of the financial statements in the local government district Singingi strength. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The population used in this study is a staff / staff involved in the preparation of the budget, the number of samples taken by 84 people and the samples can be processed. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis of the research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS softwareversion20.0. These results indicate two variables affect the quality of financial reports and only one variable that does not have an influence on the quality of financial reporting. Two variables that affect the application of accounting standards (SAP), and knowledge managers. While the availability of infrastructure had no effect on the quality of the financial statements.Keywords: government's application of accounting standards (SAP), knowledge managers, facility infrastructures, and quality of financial reporting.

Abstract

Osteochilus wandersii or lelan fish is a type of freshwater fish that inhabit the Rokan Kiri River. This fish has high economical value, around Rp 30.000-50.000/Kg. However, information on its biological aspects, especially the reproductive biology is poorly known. To understand the reproductive biology of this fish, a study has been conducted from February to April 2015. Total fish captured was 168 (76 males and 92 females). Sex ratio between male and female was 1:1.2. The GSI of male was 0.45%-0.88% and that of the female was 0.82%-3.86%. The fecundity of the fish were 5,772-9,087 eggs/fish. Egg diameter was 0.2-0.8 mm. The relationship between fecundity and standart lenght was y = 1.379x + 0.883, fecundity and body weight was y = 0.581x + 2.858 and the fecundity with ovary weight y = 0.596x + 3.582. The water quality parameter shown are as follows: temperature 26-28°C, transparency 21.5-41.5 cm, pH 6, DO 5.6-7.8 mg/L, CO2 3.9-5.9 mg/L, and current speed 0.40-0.64 m/s. Data on water quality parameters indicate that water quality in the Rokan Kiri River is able to support the life of the fish.Keyword: Osteochilus wandersii, Rokan Kiri River, GSI, fecundity, and eggs diameter

Abstract

Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif di pembelajaran Sistem Suspensi pada mata kuliah Sistem Kemudi, Rem dan Suspensi. Penelitian dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Sriwijaya pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Mesin angkatan 2012 dan 2013 tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berupa multimedia interaktif. Tahapan dari penelitian ini yaitu tahap perancangan, produksi dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan angket dan wawancara. Angket digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas produk dan kepraktisan produk. Wawancara dilakukan untuk menggali kekurangan dari produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi ahli dan evaluasi perorangan, multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dari aspek media dan materi. 2) Dari hasil evaluasi kelompok kecil melalui angket didapat persentase sebesar 87,8% dan dari tahap ujicoba lapangan didapat persentase sebesar 86,75%. Jadi, multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan dikategorikan sangat praktis untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar.

Abstract

Program aplikasi yang dibuat adalah sebuah program pengenalan teks berbasis jaringan saraf tiruan dengan menggunakan metode Backpropagation Neural Network. Data input berupa file citra grayscale yang merupakan hasil scan dengan format bitmap (.bmp). Setelah proses grayscale, tahap selanjutnya melakukan proses threshold. Kemudian setelah proses threshold selesai, tahap selanjutnya adalah automatic cropping. Automatic cropping yang digunakan adalah automatic cropping dengan histogram. Digunakan automatic cropping agar proses segmentasi menghasilkan potongan yang tepat dengan objek yang ingin dipotong. Ekstraksi ciri yang dipakai adalah Global Histogram yang juga sebagai input dari metode backpropagation neural network. Hasil pengenalan menggunakan metode BackPropagation menghasilkan persentase keberhasilan lebih dari 96%. Kata Kunci : Automatic Cropping, Backpropagation, Global Histogram .

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti determinan perilaku minat membeli dan implikasinya terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu non original (KW) pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Kota Samarinda. Setelah memperoleh 224 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian yaitu mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Kota Samarinda yang pernah membeli sepatu non original (KW) yang kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa delapan hipotesis yang diajukan diterima yaitu Subjective Norms berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Purchasing, Perceived Risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Purchasing, Price berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Purchasing, Subjective Norms berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, Perceived Risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, Price berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, Attitude toward Purchasing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention dan Purchase Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision. Hasil temuan ini mendukung teori dan penelitian sebelumnya yang menjadi acuan peneliti.

Abstract

Data mining is a process of analysis of the large data set in the database so that the information obtained will be used for the next stage. One technique commonly used data mining is the technique of classification. Classification is an engineering modeling of the data that has not been classified, to be used to classify new data. Classification included into any type of supervised learning, meaning that it takes the training data to build a model of classification. There are five categories of classification that is statistically based, distance-based, based on the decision tree, neural network-based and rule-based. Each category has many options classification algorithms, some algorithms are frequently used algorithms Naive Bayes, nearest neighbor and decision tree. In this study will be a comparison of the three algorithms on case studies of electoral decision making clothing patterns. The comparison showed that the decision tree method has the highest level of accuracy than Naive Bayes algorithm and nearest neighbor, reaching 75.6%. Decision tree algorithm used is J48 with pruned algorithm that produces models of decision tree with leaves as many as 166 and 255 magnitude decision tree.

Abstract

Steganography is a method used to hide secret messages from people who are not entitled to know it. In this study the author uses one of the steganography methods, the least significant bit method (LSB) to insert bits of secret message in the form of text into digital images RGB bitmap file extension, by combining the LSB method and linear congruential generator (LCG) to generate random numbers from the position of the pixel that will be inserted a secret message. The results of this study the authors managed to build steganography applications with the Java programming language and test the quality of stego image that produces an average value Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) that reach 51 dB. From this assessment, it was concluded that stego image produced in good quality and did not experience significant changes.

Abstract

Background: According to WHO (World Health Organization) the main cause of maternal death in Indonesia is 67% bleeding. In Central Kalimantan in 2015 the highest cause of death was bleeding. High parity is one of the risk factors for postpartum bleeding. Objective: To determine the correlations between parity with incident postpartum bleeding at dr. Murjani Hospital Sampit 2017. Research Method: The research method was carried out analytically with a retrospective approach to maternity mothers who experienced postpartum bleeding and who did not experience postpartum bleeding at dr. Murjani Hospital Sampit 2017. Results: From the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square test with ? = 0.05 (5%), obtained p value = 0,000 which means that p <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant correlations between parity and the incidence of Postpartum Bleeding at dr. Murjani Hospital Sampit 2017. Conclusion: There is a significant corelation which is indicated by the value of ?- value: 0.000 level of 0.05 (5%), so that p <0.05 between the Corelation parity with the incidence Postpartum Bleeding at dr. Murjani Hospital Sampit 2017.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : The Family Planning Movement is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of mothers and children as well as to create a happy and prosperous small family. Injectable family planning is the most widely used contraceptive by women of childbearing age. The high acceptor of 3-month injection KB is influenced by several factors, namely age, education, occupation, number of children. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers at the Baamang II Sampit Health Center on September 14, 2021, the number of mothers who had 3 months of family planning injections in 2021 was 86 people.. Objectives : To describe the Factors of the High Akseptor KB Suntik 3 Months in Puskesmas Baamang II Sampit Kotawaringin Timur, Central Kalimantan Province in the Year 2021. Methods : This research was conducted with a descriptive survey research type. Survey research is a study conducted at the Baamang II Sampit Public Health Center in January-May 2021 with a sample of 86 people using random sampling technique from secondary data Univariate analysis The Results : Based on the outcome factors of mothers who underwent 3-month family planning injections at the Baamang II health center in 2021, the majority of mothers were 47 people (54,7%) at risk, 39 people (45,3%). Based on education, primary education was 21 people (24.4%), junior high school was 18 people (20.9%), high school was 46 people (53.5%), university was 1 person (1.2%). Based on the work of IRT as many as 54 people (62.8%), private as many as 19 people (22.1%), self-employed as many as 13 people (15.1%), civil servants as many as 0 (0%). Based on the number of children of mothers who are less than 2 as many as 42 people (48.8%), more than 2 as many as 44 people (51.2) Conclusion : There are 86 mothers who did the 3-month family planning injection at the Baamang II Health Center in Sampit in 2021 Keywords : Age , Education , Occupation , Number Of Children (1) Lecturer Of Midwifery Academy Muhammadiyah Kotim (2) Student Of Midwifery Academy Muhammadiyah Kotim
