Abstract

This study explains how the characteristics and work ethic of entrepreneurs can help spread the teachings of Islam, especially through business ethics and behavior that are in line with Islamic values. Since the early days of Islam, this has been done not only through verbal lectures, but also through economic activities that demonstrate good character, such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and concern for the community. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various written sources on entrepreneurship and da'wah. The results of the study show that building entrepreneurial traits can be done through education, motivation, direct experience, moral values, and examples from role models. Traits such as creativity, risk-taking, the ability to see opportunities, discipline, and good money management not only contribute to business success but also serve as a means of da'wah through exemplary behavior. Applying these traits in daily life can shape individuals who are productive, independent, and have good character, thereby contributing to community development and the wider dissemination of Islamic values. Thus, entrepreneurship plays an important role not only in the economic sphere but also in strengthening Islamic da'wah in a practical and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Background: Accidents are generally caused by workers not applying a safety act in welding work, improper use of protective equipment, improper environmental regulation Objectives: This study aims to determine the factors related to occupational safety and health behavior in welding workshop workers. Research Metodes: This research is a quantitative study with an observational approach using a cross sectional design. The research sample was 52 welding workshop workers in Suka Karya Village, Jambi City. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data collection techniques by interview. Findings: Bivariate results show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.004) and occupational safety and health facilities (p = 0.003) with the behavior of implementing occupational safety and health among welding workshop workers in Suka Karya Village. Conclusion: Occupational safety and health behavior in welding workshop workers is related to knowledge, attitudes, and facilities Keywords: occupational safety and health behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Theory of Planned Behavior dan Social Exchange Theory yang menjelaskan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi memengaruhi turnover intention auditor, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kinerja auditor sebagai bentuk pertukaran sosial antara individu dan organisasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup auditor yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Semarang, dengan sampel sebanyak 107 auditor dari 10 KAP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Selanjutnya, kinerja auditor berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi juga terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pengujian variabel mediasi menggunakan uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa kinerja auditor secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, dengan nilai one-tailed probability sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05). Hasil serupa juga ditemukan pada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh kinerja auditor. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memperkuat peran kinerja auditor sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan turnover intention, serta mendukung relevansi Theory of Planned Behavior dan Social Exchange Theory dalam konteks perilaku auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik.

Abstract

Nilai saham sering digunakan sebagai cerminan kinerja dan prospek suatu perusahaan di mata investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur modal yang diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), serta Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019–2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 19 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Data sekunder bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ROE, CR, dan DER tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa efisiensi pengelolaan aset menjadi faktor fundamental utama yang diperhatikan investor dalam menentukan nilai saham perusahaan LQ45.

Abstract

Weather radar is a vital component of atmospheric observation systems, particularly in tropical regions such as Indonesia that are highly vulnerable to extreme rainfall. The S-band frequency range is well known for its low rain attenuation and favorable propagation stability, making it suitable for long-range weather monitoring. However, the expansion of International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) services in adjacent frequency bands introduces challenges related to spectrum coexistence and potential interference that require comprehensive assessment. This study evaluates the technical feasibility and regulatory compatibility of the 2.7–2.9 GHz frequency band for S-band weather radar operation in Indonesia by considering tropical rainfall characteristics, electromagnetic wave propagation, and national spectrum management dynamics. The analysis employs rain attenuation and rainfall distribution models based on ITU-R recommendations, along with a review of national and international spectrum regulations, including an assessment of potential interference from IMT systems through unwanted emission and emission mask analyses. The results indicate that S-band weather radar operating at 2.7–2.9 GHz exhibits low rain attenuation under high-intensity rainfall conditions and is capable of maintaining wide-area observational coverage. From a regulatory perspective, this frequency band is formally allocated and enables safe spectrum coexistence with IMT systems through the application of protection criteria, unwanted emission control, and appropriate guard band arrangements.

Abstract

Background & Objective: According to the WHO, hypertension remains a major problem, affecting 22% of the world's population. In Indonesia, an estimated 63,309,620 people suffer from hypertension, with a mortality rate of 427,218 deaths. The most common signs and symptoms experienced by people with hypertension when their blood pressure rises include headaches and pain in the back of the neck or nape. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care to patients with hypertension using Finger Grip Relaxation Therapy as an intervention to reduce pain. Method: This study used a nursing care approach that focused on nursing actions for individuals with hypertension who complained of pain at the Ruwa Jurai Bhayangkara Hospital. Data collection used physical examination tools, KMB assessment forms, numerical scales, and the Finger Grip Relaxation Therapy SOP. Result: Based on the results of the intervention over 3 days, the pain scale decreased from 4 to 1. Conclusion: This therapy was proven effective in reducing pain.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemberian edukasi tentang manfaat akupuntur pada sakit kepala di Desa Tanjung Agung bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai terapi alternatif nonfarmakologis dalam mengatasi nyeri kepala. Edukasi dilakukan kepada 10 peserta dengan metode penyuluhan berbasis tanya jawab menggunakan media poster. Sebelum diberikan edukasi, sebagian besar peserta belum mengetahui apa itu akupuntur dan manfaatnya. Setelah kegiatan edukasi, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai konsep dasar akupuntur, titik-titik terapi yang digunakan, serta manfaatnya dalam meredakan nyeri kepala. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dari kategori pengetahuan kurang menjadi kategori baik. Edukasi kesehatan seperti ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan terapi tradisional yang aman dan efektif sebagai alternatif pengobatan nyeri kepala.

Abstract

Low levels of language literacy achievement indicate a persistent gap between educational policy formulation and its implementation in school contexts. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of language literacy policies in schools through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA protocol, combined with bibliometric analysis. A total of 400 articles published between 2020 and 2025 were identified for bibliometric mapping, and after screening and eligibility assessment based on PRISMA criteria, 19 articles were selected for in-depth analysis. The findings reveal that the evaluation of language literacy policies is still predominantly based on the CIPP model and the use of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), which tend to emphasize administrative compliance. Policy effectiveness is influenced by teachers’ professional capacity, school leadership, and the alignment of policy design with students’ social and linguistic contexts. Cross-study synthesis resulted in a Multi-Level Collaborative Evaluation Model that positions evaluation as an integral part of an evidence-based policy cycle. This study recommends strengthening adaptive and collaborative evaluation systems for language literacy policies. The study is limited by the number of articles reviewed and the dominance of the Indonesian context.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transactional leadership, communication, and workload on job satisfaction and their implications for turnover intention among Account Officers (AO) at PT XYZ Palopo Branch. The sample in this study consisted of all Account Officers at PT XYZ Palopo Branch, with a total of 194 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study were smart PLS testing, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Transactional leadership has a negative but insignificant effect on turnover intention; (2) Transactional leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Communication has a positive but insignificant effect on turnover intention; (4) Communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (5) Workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; (6) Workload has a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction; (7) Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; (8) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of workload on turnover intention; (9) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of transactional leadership on turnover intention; and (10) Job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of communication on turnover intention in a negative direction. Abstract

The durability of pavement is caused by the problem of surface drainage in every part of the highway, which may be different and requires consideration after special care depending on the location conditions. Good drainage is generally achieved by providing material gradations that are in accordance with adequate permeability with structural adequacy that depends on site conditions by taking into account the intensity of rain in the area. The purpose of this study was to study the permeability of falling head permeability (FHP) methods and the durability of the Marshall method from semi-flexible hardness using used tire rubber and natural zeolite as a substitute for asphalt and cement. The mix design of porous asphalt is started with determination of optimum asphalt proportion with open graded aggregat as spesified in Australian Asphalt Pavement Assosiation (AAPA) 2004.. The asphalt was then replaced with 3%, 4% and 5% waste tire rubber and the Marshall Test was conducted. The cement mortar with 0 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 % and 20 % natural ziolite was injected to porous asplalt specimens. Permeability tests and durability are conditioned according to ASTM C67091a at 14 days of specimen age. The test results showed that the highest permeability value was obtained at 0.0529 cm / second and the highest durability was 91.45% in 15% of Aceh's natural zeolites. The value of durability is much higher than the required specifications of 75%.
