Abstract

HUSNUL KHOTIMAH."Analysis of Marketing Strategy in an effort to increase sales of purun woven on the Anyaba business brand in Marabahan". Hairul Advisor, SE.M.M. and Nurul Hasanah, S.Sos., M.M The marketing strategy used to increase sales of purun woven at the Anyaba business brand in Marabahan is quite good, because it is able to market purun woven which was previously only considered a lower-middle class product to be promoted to the preferred class of millennials. The data collection technique used in this research is through Observation Method, Library (Library Research), Field Research (Field Research), Interview Method (Interview) and Documentation Method. This study uses qualitative data analysis, namely analysis based on opinions, thoughts and considerations that will describe and explain problems that are not described in numerical form. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) The marketing strategy used woven Marabahan that has been carried out so far is to maintain product quality and continue to innovate to cooperate with related agencies or other parties with new products with attractive types, colors and packaging designs and changes according to market needs and the price offered is relatively cheaper because it targets young people who want to look trendy at a low cost and there are discounts on certain products on certain days to attract customers and 2) The marketing strategy that should be used in Anyaba Woven Marabahan to increase sales of its products, in addition to the ongoing strategy, it is necessary to add promotional aspects to buyers who have come to buy on the spot by giving discounts, from the aspect of the Anyaba Marabahan place which is located in a strategic location and is easy for buyers to visit but it is also necessary to think about adding new branches in other places such as the city of Banjarmasin and its surroundings

Abstract

This research aims to explore the phenomenon of hedonism among recipients of the Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIPK) scholarship from a new socio-economic perspective. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods, this study was conducted at Universitas Negeri Jakarta in May 2024. A total of 8 students, both KIPK recipients and non-recipients, were purposively selected as informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through face-to-face interviews or communication media using structured interview guidelines. The data obtained were then thematically analyzed to identify patterns, differences, and key factors influencing the hedonism phenomenon among KIPK recipients. The research results reveal that social pressure, campus environment, social media, ineffective financial management, and lack of financial education are the main driving factors of consumptive behavior among KIPK scholarship recipients. The findings also identify negative impacts such as misuse of funds, social jealousy, and misalignment in the implementation of the scholarship program. This research provides important insights to enhance the effectiveness of financial aid programs through a more holistic and sustainable approach.

Abstract

Introduction: Simpus puskesmas management application that simplifies and speeds up services to manage patient information starting from registration, registration, examination (diagnosis) and patient care. The satisfaction of health workers, the response or feedback from users about the use of the system, as well as the assessment of the good and bad sides of the system, is the starting point for system developers to improve the performance of the information system built. Purpose of the study: To determine the relationship between satisfaction of health workers in the use of the puskesmas management information system (Simpus) at the Pakuniran health center.  Method: This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using Nonprobability sampling technique using Total sampling technique using statistical test Spearman's rho correlation, with data collection instruments using questionnaires. This research was conducted at the Pakuniraan health center in July 2023. Research Results: The results of the spearman rank correlation statistical test obtained results namely (p = 0.000) because the p value <0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted Conclusion: that there is a relationship between health worker satisfaction in using the puskesmas management information system (SIMPUS), which means that the better and more appropriate the puskesmas management information system, the higher the level of health worker satisfaction.

Abstract

Inflation is an economic issue that is often discussed in Indonesia. Where inflation is an economic phenomenon that involves an increase in goods and services in the world economy. However, in the context of Islamic economics, inflation is not just a difference in prices, but leads to ethical and social differences that violate sharia principles. Indonesia has made various efforts to control inflation, including controlling supply and demand, stabilizing prices of daily necessities, and regulating monetary and fiscal policies. This research aims to find out strategies for controlling inflation according to Islam. This research uses a qualitative approach using systematic literature review (SLR) techniques. to control inflation according to Islamic economics. This fiscal policy includes state spending for the public interest, taxes and loans to stabilize the national economy and public welfare, or is controlled by sharia money, namely by avoiding the use of instruments based on usury, gharar, maisyir and zhulum. Islamic economics as an economic system has its own methods and strategies for controlling inflation which are very different from other economic systems. Islamic economics accepts monetary and fiscal policy as part of efforts to control inflation. However, to achieve standards of socio-economic justice, efforts need to be made to maintain price stability through strategies of moral improvement, equal distribution of income and wealth, and the elimination of usury.

Abstract

The problem of Hajj is a public problem, in fact whatever problems arise around Hajj, it has been answered thoroughly by Islamic guidance since the time of Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, the sabbath, tabiin and so on until today. The purpose of this article is to highlight the challenges currently faced when performing the Hajj. The writing method used in writing this article is the literature search method (library search). From this discussion it can be concluded that the procedures for performing the Hajj must be in accordance with the requirements, pillars, obligations and sunnah of Hajj. In Islam, the requirements for Hajj include puberty, intelligence, freedom, power (competence), while the pillars of Hajj are ihram or wearing ihram, and nyyat ihram and hajj, Uquf Arafah on the 9th of Zulhija. ;Tawaf, Sai, Taharrul, orderly or alternating Hajj are valid and intended to be accepted by Allah SWT. Currently, there are several problems with the Hajj pilgrimage that Muslims may not be able to avoid. Hajj cannot be separated from banking problems, Hajj allows someone to enter into religious madhhab, delayed menstruation in women, mikot problems, etc.

Abstract

Curriculum is the important one in any particular educations formal or informal. Then how to implement it in reaching the purpose of education, because the implementation of curriculum as process system of putting an agreed plan, decision, proposal, idea or policy in order to give the good effect on the change, skill, or value, manner and attitude effectively and efficiently. And it’s also as the real action of planning to make the concept, idea, program, or structure curriculum on learning new activities in order to change the group of students are expected. Therefor the implementation of KMI curriculum means as process systems of action on activities, idea, program by doing hard based to the true norm to reach the purpose of education.

Abstract

Abstract: The current challenges in national education persist, and they remainunsolvable as the content transformed during the education and learning processconstantly faces the pressures of advancements in science, technology, andsocietal progress. The demands of an independent curriculum are a fundamentalurgency in the world of education that emphasizes aspects of development and21st century skills, in its implementation in vocational high schools groupingsubjects becomes one form of implementation of these aspects by combiningscience and social studies subjects into IPAS in the form of projects, it makes theduration of learning hours long which will certainly affect student interest andmotivation during the learning process, based on observations at SMKN 1 Metrothat the use of the duration of learning hours is fairly ineffective because itrequires 7 hours of IPAS learning in one meeting session.

Abstract

Kejujuran merupakan salah satu nilai moral yang penting untuk ditanamkan sejak dini. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan nilai atau karakter kejujuran adalah melalui media permainan edukatif. Artikel ini menguraikan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan tema “Jujur itu Asyik Jujur itu Keren yang dilakukan di Taman Baca Inklusi Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur yang ada di wilayah Bekasi Timur Jawa Barat, dengan menggunakan game “Semai” sebagai alat untuk menanamkan kejujuran pada anak-anak. Game ini dirancang untuk mengedukasi tentang kejujuran dalam interaksi sosial di antara para pemain. Kegiatan ini melibatkan metode partisipatif dengan melibatkan anak-anak dalam permainan serta refleksi setelah bermain untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kejujuran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman anak-anak tentang pentingnya bersikap jujur dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Perundungan (bullying) merupakan masalah yang paling serius yang sering terjadi di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar dan dapat memberikan dampak buruk bagi perkembangan peserta didik baik dalam aspek fisik, sosial, karir, maupun belajarnya sehingga perlu diatasi agar tercipta kenyamanan di sekolah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang implementasi atau penerapan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam upaya pencegahan tindakan perundungan (bullying) di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dari teori-teori yang relevan dengan objek penelitian kemudian dianalis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori peran yang dikemukakan oleh Biddle dan Thomas. Guru Bimbingan dan konseling pada tingkat sekolah dasar diintegrasikan ke dalam materi-materi pembelajaran sehingga guru kelas juga berperan sebagai guru Bimbingan Konseling. Peran guru kelas dalam mencegah terjadinya perundungan, yaitu: sebagai sosok pemberi inspirasi di sekolah dan berperan sebagai pengelola di kelas

Abstract

This article aims to explain how sociology plays a role in building the character of students. Sociology is a social science that studies facts, norms, and social deviations, which are the main factors in the process of shaping the character of students. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with the research method of literature review, and the data for the study are sourced from literature, journals, and books. In this method, all the obtained data will be analyzed to draw conclusions. The results of this research will indicate that Educational Sociology, as a branch of sociology, plays a significant role in shaping the character of students in schools.
